    As BOSSIP previously reported, 50 is back to trolling his NYC nemesis after Papoose and his Let’s Rap About It cohosts —Dave East, Maino, Jim Jones, and Fabolous— dissed him on the show. It didn’t take long for 50 to drag Claressa and Papoose’s ex, Remy Ma, into the crossfire. Now, why are they in it?

    The king of social media savagery continued the long-standing static by using AI to put Papoose and Claressa’s faces over a scene from Black Sister’s Revenge, where a woman slaps a man about not loving her back. “Now you see, that’s assault! You can’t just go around putting your hands on PEOPLE. LOL Happy New Year!” 50 wrote in the caption.

    Papoose responded to the tired joke about his heavy-hitting boo abusing him and posted some AI-generated antics of his own. He shared a deepfake clip of 50 Cent twerking in a bikini. On New Year’s Day, the G-Unit star laughed it off with a repost that shaded Claressa and Remy as “handsome.”

    “Look what Pap posted,” he wrote with laughing emojis. “Hahaha, that look like one of his joints all his hoe’s handsome. They tougher than him LOL.”

    Claressa Claps Back After 50 Cent’s Diss

    We know Claressa doesn’t back down either, and she wanted all the smoke! She wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that even though it’s a new year, men hating on her is old news.

    “This generation of men have been weird to me for a long ass time. Bunch of men hating on hardworking, successful women. Gossiping, lying, and black balling. I got the millions now, but a lot of men in power tried to block me! The hate been real! This is not new to me,” the champ wrote on Saturday.

    “These rappers don’t get they a** beat enough that’s the problem,” she warned. The fierce Flint fighter called him out directly, adding, “Mfs ain’t never been the best in their field no matter what era of their career! So 50 can stfu for real!”

    50 Cent Backs Down From Beef With Claressa Shields

    Maybe the NYE bottles of Le Chemin du Roi wore off because eventually 50 Cent came to his senses about Claressa Shields. After a few days of social media dragging the Power producer for tearing down a Black woman, 50 came as close as he ever does to an apology and waved the white flag. He even admitted that he’s a fan of the fighter and that her upcoming world championship rematch against Franchón Crews-Dezurn.

    “Ok the truth is I’m a claressashields fan, I think she is an amazing fighter and she got a Big fight coming up,so I’m gonna chill and let her focus let’s go champ !” he wrote on Sunday.

    It wouldn’t be 50 Cent if he didn’t include something shady. In this case, it was a screenshot of an internet investigator calling out a tweet of Claressa celebrating her chance to meet 50 in 2024. “Ha I’m bout to meet 50 Cent life is crazy,” she wrote. “I love 50!”

    If anyone can go round after round, it’s this boxing baddie, so she didn’t let him slide that easily. Claressa ran the receipts showing that 50 was just as fanned out when he flew her out. Spill the tea, sis!

    “Hey @50Cent, GWOAT lover alert! 🤩 You hooked me up with a flight to Shreveport and a hotel room – talk about a VIP! 😅 You even invited me to help out with your nonprofit for the kids,” she clapped back with a clip of them onstage. It sounds like 50 knew how to treat a queen when he saw one, regardless of his “handsome” heckling.

    Claressa took a petty page out of 50’s book and noted how hype he was to wave around her boxing belt as he performed.

    “You’re still invited to the fight,” she continued with a wink. “I’m still honored you performed on stage holding my HEAVYWEIGHT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BELT!”

    Now, that’s how you clear ’em!

    Unfortunately, the hate Claressa faces is deeper than disses from her man’s opp. Like Serena Williams and Michelle Obama, she faces additional hate for not only being Black and a woman at the top of her game, but also colorist insults as a darker-skinned woman.

    The shady implications of 50 using an old photo of Claressa from before her recent glow-up didn’t go unnoticed, and neither did the flood of hateful backlash that followed. She posted a recent gorgeous and “glowed up” pic and slammed the “ugly narrative” about the throwback photo from her Olympic victory.

    “Please…. Y’all wanna run with the ugly narrative so bad! I was 17 years old fighting for my entire country and had a OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL AROUND MY NECK! Of course I glowed up! And I’m going to always be focused No matter what! LIKE ALWAYS!” she announced.

    Claressa connected the dots from the “hate train” to anti-Black hatred, even when it’s internalized by “my own people.” Clock it!

    “Boy Y’all hate everything about blackness, being black, black women, black support, black unity, black noses, black a**es. It’s really sad. I’m never joining the hate train of my own people. I didn’t wear a full face of makeup til i was 24 years old,” she wrote Sunday night.

    Welp, the GWOAT has spoken! She concluded that she’s “Still Beautiful & Blessed” as she prepares for a real opponent.

Or maybe it rings a bell because Celina already claimed she trapped a Cephus seed. She even alleged that the “Bodies” star paid $50,000 for an abortion. All that drama didn’t stop him from being the next clown in Celina’s circus.

    On Friday, the infamous InstaBaddie posted a clip of herself between the sheets with Offset. By now, she’s a pro at catching snoozing celebs on camera and repeatedly zoomed in on his face to catch every low-down loc of his in 4K. Despite all of Celina’s clout-chasing shenanigans, Offset was too knocked out to notice. She really took him through there!

    Rather than waiting to put Cardi B’s ex in the blender over another baby, she already had other plans to secure the bag before Offset even woke up. In the caption, she claimed the reckless rapper has a feature on another NSFW tape they made the night before.

    “Made a tape last night & all u heard was him in the video lol offset you sleepy boy,” she wrote. It’s hard to tell if that means the Atlanta artist is behind the camera, talking in the background, or actually makes a cameo. For once, Celina leaves something to the imagination… unless you’re a paying customer, of course.

    Several comments clocked that Offset was fresh off a pity party over Cardi moving on with her baller baby daddy, Stefon Diggs. In addition to taking shots at his ex and her next in his songs, several comments clocked Offset tried to tax Cardi for it in their divorce proceedings, despite his long history of cheating scandals.

    Bhad Bhabie was unrecognizable Halloween weekend and it’s not because she popped out as Poison Ivy. Fans should’ve been seeing green as the rapper brought the Batman villain/vixen to life. Instead, countless comments could only clock browns, beautiful browns. The tan was even more vivid against the nearly white pale green body paint. The pics look amazing, but they just don’t look like the 23-year-old. As some replies asked under The Neighborhood Talk’s post, “Harpo, dis woman?”

    Even Bhabie’s supporters thought they saw admitted the “lightskin” lookalike routine went too far as they mentioned confusing her for Renni Rucci, Tyla, and Jordyn Woods. Now, that roster of baddies is compliment, but Halloween snaps are not even close to the selfie TNT included. There is also a dramatic difference between the behind-the-scenes clips Bhabie posted on TikTok and the heavily retouched photos.

    Setting aside that Bhabie and Angela mysteriously looked more like sisters in the now-viral pics, a healthy glow and confidence are major accomplishments for the mom of one following a reported battle with cancer. We hope to see the influencer looking and feeling her best, but specifically hers best and not Rubi Rose’s.

    In another Halloween look, Bhabie showed out as another villainous vixen: Cruella DeVille. Mind you, the animated version was ghostly white and the live-action versions were played by Glenn Close and Emma Stone. However, fans confused her with LHHATL alum and former terrorist of Tamar, Tommie Lee.

    We’ve watched the viral sensation grow up before our eyes since she and her Bhad Blaccent went viral on Dr. Phil during her teen years. Of course, she changed a lot in almost a decade since “Cash Me Outside” made her a social media star. Bhabie complained that critics are too busy hating to let her glow up or experiment with her look.

    Celebs switch it up and go under the knife all the time, but that still doesn’t completely explain Bhabie’s shapeshifting shenanigans. Her fellow chameleon contemporaries who frequently faced Blackfishing allegations like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner slowly let go of the trend and the self-tanner. Meanwhile, the “Honest” singer is still holding down the color-changing chicanery for her fallen sisters in shade-swapping.

    Mo’Nique sat down for a sisterly moment on Outlaws with TS Madison. Maddy dove into how The Parkers star handles fame, her marriage, and unfinished business with Tyler Perry and Oprah Winfrey. Mo’Nique clarified that she has love for both of her former collaborators. However, she vowed with the strength of Celie’s two fingers that she “will not stop” coming for them or her money anytime soon.

    The actress made that clear when she called out the hypocrisy in Perry’s speech about the music industry’s debt owed to Angie Stone. When Madion asked how Mo’Nique handles celebrity gossip and lies, she couldn’t help but bring up the longstanding beef. Although Mo’Nique recently made peace with Precious director Lee Daniels, the fallout from the film is far from finished for the actress.

    “One of the biggest entertainers in the world is Tyler Perry, and Tyler Perry told a lie on me. That lie cost me 12 years of my career,” she said. “Until he fixes it, I will not stop, because that’s how the monster is created.     Mo’Nique noted that the director called her with a Mea Culpa, which she recorded and released. That’s still not enough because she wants the apology to be as loud and expensive as the disrespect. She claimed no amount of charity makes up for the fact that Perry cost her “millions, and millions, and millions of dollars.”

    “You see what Lee Daniels did. That man walked out on that stage publicly. You publicly shamed me, so now you have to publicly fix it. Tyler Perry, you cost my family millions, and millions, and millions of dollars. And it’s a beautiful thing when you tip somebody $3,000, it’s a beautiful thing when you give somebody $400,000 because their house burned down,” she said.

    “Those are good deeds. However, you know what you did to a Black woman named Mo’Nique. So all of that, the universe is watching and saying, ‘We see what you’re trying to do, but you can’t fool us.’ And I don’t believe I’m the only one,” she continued.

    Mo’Nique claimed that publicly admitting fault will be a blow to the “God complex” she said Perry and Oprah share. Still, that’s not enough to balance the scales after all this time. She “unapologetically” claimed that hitting both the ego and the pockets for “restitution” will set a precedent that protects others.

    After Mo’Nique put more low-down drama on blast about Oprah “messing with” her family and her marriage, she brought it back to healing.

    “Would I love to talk to [Oprah]? Yes! Would I love to talk to Tyler Perry? Yes! Let’s have a public, open conversation… and hopefully, show our community what healing looks like,” Mo’Nique clarified.

    When The Deliverance star discussed encouraging Madison to work with Perry, she let him have some comedic clapbacks. If he’s not up for the reunion, Mo’Nique said she’d rather meet up with Madea.

    “Tyler, stop running! Stop the running! He’s a runner, he’s a track star,” she sang, busting out laughing. “I’m right here, baby!     In response to her appearance at the Milwaukee rally of presidential hopeful Kamala Harris, Musk took to his X account to throw dirt on her political name.

    A Donald Trump supporter namedropping empathy is truly…something. Social media users quickly came to Cardi‘s defense but she didn’t need it as she was more than ready to clap back.

    “I’m not a puppet Elon.. I’m a daughter of two immigrant parents that had to work their a** off to provide for me!,” she responded. “I’m a product of welfare, I’m a product of section 8, I’m a product of poverty and I’m a product of what happens when the system is set up against you….But you don’t know nothing about that. You don’t know not one thing about the American struggle…. PS fix my algorithm.”

    Honestly, stick to the rivers and the lakes that you’re used to and get that block list back hidden, Elon!

    Cardi kept it real with Harris supporters in Milwaukee, revealing that she originally intended to not vote this election season.

    “I did not have faith in any candidates…until she said the things that I wanted to hear,” she said.

    But in the end, she saw a similarity between she and Harris that helped seal her decision to publicly endorse her.

    “Just like Kamala Harris, I too have been the underdog. I have been underestimated, my success belittled and discredited,” she continued. “Women have to work ten times harder, perform ten times better and still people question how we got to the top. I believe in every word that comes out of her mouth. She’s passionate, she’s compassionate, she shows empathy, and most of all, she’s not delusional.”

    This isn’t the first time Cardi has used her celebrity for good in the political sphere. Ahead of the 2020 election, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper sat down with Democratic candidate, Bernie Sanders, to talk about the hot button issues of the time. She endorsed Sanders as “a natural humanitarian” and felt he was the best choice to lead the country. However, the Vermont senator failed to secure the party’s nomination over Joe Biden, who went on to win the election.

    Angel Reese invited her mentor and Reebok boss Shaquille O’Neal to a sit-down on her Unapologetically Angel podcast and things got creepy.

    Though the episode covered a litany of topics, the conversation took a turn when the NBA champion started sharing his thoughts on how the WNBA can be more entertaining. Though the league just finished one of its most popular and profitable seasons, it seems that many still think the game has some missing pieces. In O’Neal‘s eyes, the ladies’ inability to dunk is holding them back…as well as their sex appeal.

    “Imagine you in them same little shorts you had at the Wild N’ Out show dunking,” he said. “You know how many t-shirts you would sell, you trippin’. If you just lower it like that to where it gives you the ability to dunk. A lot of people are going to comment, they going to hate this, but I know exactly what I’m talking about, that’s the only thing missing!”

    The comments seemed to come out of nowhere and were extra weird considering the 52-year-old has largely taken on a role of mentorship in the young athlete’s life. They share a similar background as they both led LSU to national championships and O’Neal signed Reese to a NIL deal with Reebok even before she went pro. Reese also had the NBA legend walk her out at her senior night for her final season.

    Social media, rightfully, called Shaq to the carpet for the disturbing behavior as well as the troubling professional dynamics that could arise between the two of them.

    Of course, the misogynists and “pick-me”-s were out in droves to defend Shaq’s comments as just playful banter between two people who share a close relationship but mostly social media has dragged him for them.

    Shaq has yet to respond to the backlash but here’s to hoping that he’s reevaluating how he handled himself on the podcast. Reese is set to release her first signature shoe with Reebok in 2026 where O’Neal currently serves as President of Basketball alongside fellow NBA icon, Allen Iverson.

    On Thursday, Rev. Al Sharpton took the stage to introduce the men during the final night of the Democratic National Convention. The National Action Network founder clarified that his organization does not endorse political candidates, but it does report where they stand on serious issues. According to the New York Times, he spoke about collaborating with Vice President Kamala Harris to unite the country after watching 40 years of Trump’s shady shenanigans.

    “I’ve worked with Kamala Harris. In every job she had she has consistently committed to making government work for those who have been disadvantaged. All Donald Trump has been consistent about is making himself richer and sowing division to make that happen,” Sharpton said.

    “I see a candidate that sought to reform and uphold the law and a man who wrongly assumes that his mugshot appeals to Black Americans,” he continued with the comparison.

    Sharpton recalled the one time Trump took a stance on racial issues. Trump used his wealth to not only add to the injustice and hatred against the teens called the Central Park Five but also urged New York State to “bring back the death penalty.” Except for Antron McCray, the Exonerated Five — Kevin Richardson, Dr. Yusef Salaam, Korey Wise and Raymond Santana — took the stage to remind the world of Trump’s true colors.

    “Thirty-five years ago, my friends and I were imprisoned for a crime we did not commit. Our youth was stolen from us. Every day, as we walked into the courtroom, people screamed at us, threatened us because of Donald Trump,” Wise explained.

    “He spent $85,000 on a full-page ad in the New York Times calling for our execution. We were innocent kids, but we served a total of 41 years in prison,” Wise added about the wrongful convictions overturned in 2002.

    When asked about the ads asking New York to reinstate the death penalty in 2019, Trump refused to admit he was wrong about the wrongfully convicted men he villainized. As of 2019, the presidential nominee currently facing a RICO case after a 34-count felony conviction still refuses to apologize. “You’ve got people on both sides of that,” he said, echoing his cop-out about the 2017 Charlottesville white nationalist rally that resulted in the death of protestor Heather Heyer.

    “Forty-five wanted us unlived; he wanted us dead. Today we are exonerated because the actual perpetrator confessed and DNA proved it. That guy says he still stands by the original guilty verdict. He dismisses the scientific evidence rather than admit he was wrong,” NYC City Councilman Salaam said about Trump taking even less accountability than the actual perpetrator of the 1989 rape.

    “He has never changed. And he never will. That man thinks that hate is the animating force in America. It is not. We have the constitutional right to vote. In fact, it is a human right. So let us use it,” Salaam said. “When they see us, America will finally say goodbye to that hateful man.”

    The full-circle moment with Rev. Al Sharpton set social media ablaze. This reminder of Trump’s bloodthirsty abuse of power and privilege seemed to even get through to those joking that his mugshot and felony conviction automatically made him relatable to Black people.

    Between this tragic case and D.L. Hughley‘s apology for repeating misinformation about Kamala Harris without research, it’s clear who actually benefits from perpetuating “fake news” and who suffers because of it.

    Erica Mena opened up about “taking accountability” for her #LHHATL “monkey” moment, but Spice clapped back at her “victim mentality,” claiming the actress “just got caught on camera that day.”

    On Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast, he gave her a platform to address the controversy. While claiming to take responsibility for using the racist slur against a Black woman mid-argument, Erica teared up once again about offending “women of color.”

    “I learned for the first time in all the years of reality TV that my actions have a lot more of an impact than I ever thought it had. And I’m disappointed in the fact that I let down women of color who felt that I was speaking in that manner,” the 36-year-old explained.

    However, Erica’s supposed apology still managed to put the blame on Spice and LHH producers. She claims calling the Jamaican star a “blue monkey” would make more sense with the full context of their argument leading up to it.

    “I do wish that more of her actions were shown so the audience had a better understanding of what provoked me to actually say that initial comment,” Erica deflected.

    “At the same time, I’m taking my accountability,” she continued. “Regardless of what she was doing, I really wholeheartedly feel that it was just all wrong in the choice of words. I just wasn’t expecting her as a single mom to go for the jugular of using my kids to kind of like attack me.”

    Some comments on The Shade Room post about it agreed with Erica that addressing her motherhood and children meant all bets were off. Others thought Erica was too comfortable around Black people while still displaying anti-Black bias more than once.

    Considering most of her audience is Black, that was a wild choice for a low blow, and fed up fans demanded serious consequences. As BOSSIP previously reported, backlash over the “blue monkey” melee led to Erica’s firing from LHHATL after more than 15 years with the franchise. She also lost her acting gig on the ALL BLK series Hush.

    While others quickly forgave, this latest apology wasn’t enough for the woman Erica Mena wished had died during her near-fatal surgical complications. Spice entered the chat to clap back about Erica’s “victim mentality” and history of colorist comments. She responded to the interview clips in the replies to The Shade Room’s post.

    “Girl bye, at least you confessed that you requested to speak to me, because on a normal day you couldn’t sit at my table because I been knew you think you’re better than dark skin girls. I heard how you spoke about me behind my back, you just got caught on Camera that day,” Spice wrote.

    The Dancehall star added that her own actions during the argument don’t explain Erica’s track record. Spice pointed out that her reality TV rival previously used “black monkey” to refer to another Black woman.” She also slammed the former video vixen’s excuses for her actions. “No one can’t provoke you to say racial slurs,” Spice added.

    “Take me out of the equation since you still have a Victim mentality in our situation. What was the reason you called the promoters in Miami Black animals and monkey, why did you call Johnni Blaze a black monkey?(Everything is on Google),” the singer continued.

    “You brought your own son to the conversation, and you came to that table to talk about Amara’s twins, no one can’t provoke you to say racial slurs. Remember ‘You are a repeated offender’ you have no remorse for a culture that put millions of [dollars] in your pocket. You could have said anything but you chose to disrespect a whole Nation. Interviews are not therapy but Carry on,” she concluded.

    Welp, Erica might have found forgiveness elsewhere, but Spice is clearly ready to let the chopper sing about the situation.

    Diddy apologized for the recently resurfaced footage of him beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie, but her attorneys slammed the apology as “pathetic desperation.”

    Cassie (full name Cassandra Ventura) has not spoken out since the release of surveillance footage showing Diddy slamming, kicking, and dragging her in 2016. In addition to her husband Alex Fine, who immediately called out the horrific behavior, Cassie’s lawyers responded to Diddy’s latest admission.

    According to TMZ on Sunday, Meredith Firetog echoed the still disgusted and unimpressed reactions calling Sean “Diddy” Combs’ apology too little, too late, and too focused on himself. She described the “rock bottom” confession about seeking help as a conveniently timed effort to save face “once his repeated denials were proven false.”

    “Combs’ most recent statement is more about himself than the many people he has hurt. When Cassie and multiple other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that his victims were looking for a payday,” Firetog said.

    This refers to the “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” statement that Aubrey O’Day and several other critics noted remained pinned to the top of Diddy’s Instagram, even after he posted the apology. The unequivocal denial of any wrongdoing accused women who came forward of “looking for a payday.”

    The statement remained at the forefront of Diddy’s social media since December 2023. He posted it the same day that a fourth accuser alleged that Diddy sex trafficked and gang-raped her at the age of 17 with former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre.

    As recently as five days prior, another post appeared to cryptically maintain Diddy’s innocence, stating that “time tells truth.” Firetog asserts that’s accurate, but the time for truth-telling only came as “pathetic desperation” from damning video evidence.

    “That he was only compelled to ‘apologize’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his disingenuous words,” the partner at partner at Wigdor LLP concluded.

    As BOSSIP previously reported, on Sunday morning Diddy said that he was “truly sorry” and “disgusted” with his actions in the 2016 video. While some commended Diddy’s claims that he “sought help,” others, like Aubrey, noted that he never once apologized directly to Cassie or for the harm he caused.

    “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f**ked up — I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now,” ” Diddy said in the Sunday morning video.

    “I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry,” the music mogul ended.

    Following the release of the surveillance footage on Friday, Cassie’s attorneys responded with a statement.

    “The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light,” Douglas H. Wigdor said, according to Us Weekly,

    The rapper apologized for the actions captured on the video, which seems to corroborate details from Cassie’s 2023 abuse and sexual assault lawsuit. Yet, he did not address other allegations from the now-settled suit, which described Cassie as a “victim of sex trafficking.”

    Diddy continues to maintain his innocence in all other accusations against him.

    Emmanuel Acho’s clownery continued as he responded to backlash for his “Cowardly Dog” comparison of Angel Reese by doubling down with a weak sauce word salad. The WNBA-bound baller seemingly shaded Acho’s “disrespect” as the internet dragged Acho’s non-apology.

    Following a week on the Summer Jam screen for a failed “gender-neutral and racially indifferent” take on Angel Reese, Acho thanked fans and famous friends who coddled “respectfully reprimanded” him. He took to X, formerly Twitter, to repetitively ramble about handling him with respect while defending his disrespect of Angel.

    “I want to thank everyone who has respectfully reprimanded me and offered brilliant opinions on the Angel Reese conversation. I do not believe there is any one way to think about things,” he said, name dropping Ryan Clark and Essence Askins for giving him feedback.

    “I want just to applaud those publicly and privately who have respectfully —the operative word there being ‘respectfully’— reprimanded me,” he continued.

    Emmanuel Acho Missed The Mark About Missing The Mark With Angel Reese

    The emphasis on respect is ironic considering Acho misrepresented Angel’s comments to insult her while she discussed relentless harassment. When she did “take it on the chin” in an interview earlier this week, as Acho insisted, Angel accepted the ‘villain role’ in opposition to Iowa’s Caitlin Clark. She considered the false narratives a small sacrifice for “growing women’s basketball.”

    Acho used this against Angel to justify racists and sexists dehumanizing and attacking her as a Black woman. As BOSSIP previously reported, that was the context of the All-American’s emotional post-game interview. Following teammates Flau’jae Johnson and Hailey Van Lith praising Angel’s unwavering strength and leadership through “hate,” a journalist asked her about the journey the public doesn’t see.

    On FS1, Acho’s co-host immediately checked Acho for gleefully jumping on the “villain” bandwagon.

    “She didn’t make herself the villain. She showed up unapologetically herself in the same way that men do all the time,” Taylor said. She added that the hate Reese “experiences is not the same thing as what everyone is experiencing.”

    Acho is even a hypocrite about Angel crying after a loss. In hindsight, she was probably more emotional about her teammates’ kind words and the not-yet-announced end of her college career. Either way, Acho didn’t keep that same energy about USC’s Caleb Williams crying. In November, Acho commended the “authentic emotional health over fake toughness.”

    Acho’s response video invited willingness to “listen to one another” with zero self-awareness about how he ignored Angel’s statements in his so-called analysis. No amount of “bad sportsmanship” justifiably “paints a target” on one’s own back for AI-generated porn or death threats.

    Social media had plenty to say about Acho’s response and Angel entered the chat, as well.

    After Quiet On Set revealed alleged abuse child actors faced, Zoey 101’s Chris Massey spoke out amid his mother praising accused predator and Nickelodeon showrunner Dan Schneider.

    Brothers Kyle and Chris Massey, managed by their mother Angela Massey, became well-known actors among Young Millennials and Gen Z members. As child stars of Disney Channel and Nickelodeon’s biggest shows, they kept kids laughing throughout their careers.

    On Zoey 101, Chris Massey played the character of Michael, a loveable Pacific Coast Academy student-athlete. Massey has remained relatively quiet since his time on the show, but he did appear in Zoey 102, a movie continuation of Zoey 101.

    Amid many allegations against Dan Schneider, the creator of several Nickelodeon shows, including Zoey 101, wondered about more possible survivors. While Massey has not made an official public statement, he has promised to tell his story soon.

    In early March 2024, a trailer for a docuseries detailing the lives of childhood stars began to circulate. It was clear that the focus of the docuseries would be on child stars of former Nickelodeon TV shows and their stories.

    Quiet on the Set: The Darkside of Kids TV premiered on Investigation Discovery on Mar. 17, 2024. It featured many Nickelodeon stars, crew members, and writers as they told their experiences with the network, sexual abuse, harassment, toxic work environments, and Dan Schneider.

    The film exposed many terrifying details, including Schiender’s alleged sexism, misogyny, inappropriate language, and overbearing behavior. Across multiple testimonies, child actors all revealed stories of mistreatment from the showrunner.

    In an interview published on Schnieder’s YouTube channel, he admitted responsibility for a several inappropriate actions and admitted he owes certain people apologies. Still, the Massey brother’s mother, Angela Massey, sees Schneider as innocent.

    As the episodes of Quiet on the Set: The Darkside of Kids TV began to air, social media was lit up with commentary. Many users were mortified by the information revealed, but Angela Massey was one of the few to support Schneider publicly.

    Angela took to Instagram with questionable grammar and stated, “Dan Schneider You are awesome. You are a genius I can’t thank this guy enough for the opportunity have gave my son and my family. BLAME THE PARENTS NOT DAN.”

    Immediately, social media users reacted to her statement, including her son, Chris. Chris Massey took to his Instagram stories and stated, “my story will be told from me…. not from a parent, a friend, a co-worker… ME!!! and only ME… so please stop messaging me about what my mom said… respectfully.”

    Many replies asked how she could support Schneider when her sons also worked with hin. In response, she called them “brainwashables.”

    According to the Jasmine Brand, Angela did not stop there. Following her son’s comments, she doubled down. Angela added that the family had “an exemplary experience with Dan Schneider.”

    She then turned her attention to TMZ. In an Instagram post, she expressed disdain for the docuseries. She charged the media with creating a documentary focused on TMZ founder Harvey Levin and allegations of a toxic work environment.

    Angela also shared screenshots of emails sent asking TMZ to publish updated information on Kyle Massey’s sexual misconduct with a minor case. In 2021, Kyle was accused of sending inappropriate pictures to a 13-year-old. Angela claimed the allegations were false and asked TMZ to relay this information.

    Angela defending Schneider shocked social media users, who reminded her of Kyle’s legal troubles. However, she continued to show support for Schneider. Users continue to wait for further statements from Chris.

    It seems you all spent all your coins on Beyoncé last year, and now miss Jenny from the Block can’t fill her seats. According to Variety, the “All I Have” singer has cancelled stops in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans and Houston.

    Ticket holders received a notice which states,

    “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund.”

    There are more than 30 remaining show dates. However, the outlet reports a large number of tickets are unsold for them. Ticketmaster is reportedly showing an alarming amount of available seats for even the most popular stops including New York, Miami and Toronto.

    In celebration of the 22-year anniversary of her album This Is Me…Then, Jennifer Lopez released a new album, documentary and film. The self-financed three-part offering carried a $20 million budget. This Is Me…Now features collaborations with Latto, Redman and Bruno Mars.

    Despite its connection to its predecessor as well as its inside look at the relationship between Lopez and husband Ben Aflleck, the album received mixed reviews. It debuted at No.38 on the Billboard charts and the subsequent visuals have been mostly fodder for social media memes.

    For her first music release in over ten years, it’s safe to say that many expected more fanfare around the project. The tour is still scheduled to begin on June 26 in Orlando, FL. We shall see.

    Michael Jordan tends to rub people the wrong way, Black people, white people, sports journalists, Charlotte Hornets/Bobcats fans, and especially, especially, his former teammates. Despite all the chiding, insulting, and condescension that Jordan likely did to his colleagues during their time together as championship-winning Chicago Bulls, it seems fair to say that there was no bigger “F you” than #23’s masterpieces docuseries The Last Dance.

    The Last Dance aired on ESPN during the heyday of the COVID-19 pandemic and outside of weekly Verzuz battles, was easily the best piece of content to be released at a time when entertainment was so desperately needed. To say that it was a hit is a gross understatement, many already consider it to be the greatest sports documentary of all time. Michael Jordan is a legendary figure in American history and his perspective on the Bulls’ final run to a Larry O’Brien trophy was must-see TV. Well, it was must-see TV if you were a fan, if you were one of MJ’s former teammates, maybe not so much.

    According to Yahoo! Life, Scottie Pippen, Horace Grant, and Luc Longley are set to embark on the “No Bull Tour” in conjunction with Australia’s National Basketball League. On February 23, 2024, the trio will take the stage in Brisbane for the first time to talk about their careers from their perspective and clap back at some of the…not-so-nice ways that Jordan characterized them in The Last Dance.

    For his part, Horace Grant is not biting his tongue.

    We can only imagine that Scottie Pippen will have the audience’s full attention when he speaks on his playing days with Jordan but also his post-retirement life as his ex-wife has been embarrassing him  running around booed up with Jordan’s son Marcus for over a year in a relationship that makes the Derek Fisher, Matt Barnes, Gloria Govan mess look like a healthy threesome.

    During Black History Month? In an interview on the conservative cesspool One American News, the 63-year-old came for the queen’s upcoming project. The segment focused on Beyoncé fans recently demanding that an Oklahoma radio station play her newest songs. TMZ reports Schneider said Beyoncé was like a “dog” marking its territory on country music.

    Mrs. Carter has the saltines EXTRA salty about embracing her Texas roots with the yee-haw agenda. When the Hive put that radio station on blast for claiming “Texas Hold ‘Em” isn’t country, it only made rancid racists madder.

    The segment specified Beyoncé, but Schneider compared all “leftist” musicians in country music to animals.

    “The lefties in the entertainment industry just won’t leave any area alone, right? They just have to seize control over every aspect, don’t they?” the host said.

    “They’ve got to make their mark, just like a dog in a dog walk park. You know, every dog has to mark every tree, right? So that’s what’s going on here,” John said.

    Whew, that’s a lot of audacity of caucacity considering Black people in the South innovated the genre, its sound, and even its instruments like the banjo!

    The Tyler Perry Productions actor mentioned that it’s usually country artists like Shania Twain trying to crossover into the mainstream. Mind you, beloved country queen Shania is from Canada and got her start by singing backup for Michael Jackson.

    Schneider probably didn’t have dehumanizing disses for Australian Keith Urban rising to fame in country music, either. Whether Schneider is “racist” or just a pathetic clout-chaser, this is the most attention he’ll get for his washed-up music career.

    It seems like he never let go of the Confederate flag painted on his TV character’s car in the ’80s. That may convince the group constantly rewriting history that he’s a gatekeeper of what’s country. Meanwhile, several comments pulled the New York native’s card in a New York minute.

    The other Destiny’s Child alumni don’t usually respond to Beyoncé’s endless haters. This time, JaTavia quickly clapped back at the “disgusting and disrespectful” comments John Scneider made. She took to Instagram to check him about their shared country roots.

    “Disgusting and disrespectful[.] Being from Texas we was raised on country music as part of our education program. We have the Texas Livestock Show & Rodeo. Our families participate every year & it’s mostly African Americans that you see in those activities so plz have several seats,” she wrote.

    The OG girl group member may have taken Schneider to school, but the Hive was ready to drag him to hell. They declared the The Haves and the Have Nots star canceled on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.

    As the RICO trial against Young Thug continues to rev up, the rapper is making headlines outside of the usual court proceedings. According to Complex, an expert says a leaked viral video revealing a romantic interaction between Thugger and his girlfriend, Mariah the Scientist may provide grounds to sue.

    The video of their private conversation hit the interweb on Jan. 25 and quickly circulated due to the nature of the discussion. As Mariah held the prison phone between her chin and shoulder, she asked, “Daddy am I your baby?” This question followed a discussion about the Cuban link necklaces Young Thug — born Jeffrey Lamar Williams — gifted her.

    Some social media users found the exchange comical. Others described the child-like voice Mariah used as weird. The leak sparked outrage among Thugger’s celebrity friends, who spoke out against the musical pair’s violation of privacy.

    Grammy-winning rapper, Drake, took to Instagram to share his frustrations, writing, “This gotta be some form of jail misconduct. [Y]ou gonna drag this talented man then not be able to control your employees using his personal business for their own gain?”

    Meek Mill chimed in on X sharing, “This is top tier lawsuit. Your personal calls not supposed to be on the street.”

    Is the Philly rapper right? According to Mike Mandell, a lawyer and legal influencer, “It’s going to depend on the facts of how this video call was accessed and who accessed it.”

    It’s not criminal if the individual had permission to access the video. If someone unauthorized got their hands on it, he/she violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which is a federal crime. At the very least, this would count as a policy violation due to employee misconduct.

    “There’s definitely some sort of misconduct here”, Mandell stated.

    He continued, “And so depending on how bad the damages are really is where you have this potential for a lawsuit.”

    The entertainers could sue for a variety of reasons because this information should have stayed within the prison system. The list of legal grievances could include negligence, intentional affliction, invasion of privacy, civil theft, emotional distress, and civil conspiracy.

    Mandell assesses there are grounds for a lawsuit. However, the case isn’t necessarily a slam dunk for the couple. If an investigation determines an employee leaked the recording, it would support a civil lawsuit.

    Some Young Thug fans were hoping the leaked video would lead to his cases’s dismissal but the attorney contends that is highly unlikely.

    Mike said, “In my opinion, the conversation is not protected. It’s not privileged. It’s not a conversation with him and his attorney.”

    The law only requires the convos between inmates and their lawyers to remain confidential. There is no protection for intimate chats with family or friends.

    The attonery explained, “The only [calls] that are protected are when you’re talking to your lawyer. So any call you have with a family member or friend when you get arrested or when you’re currently in jail is all fair game”.

    Mandell added, “…it does seem like someone messed up. This stuff shouldn’t be leaked, especially if it’s used for financial gain. And it seems like someone probably profited from leaking it. So that’s the real topic here: What can be done to not let this type of stuff happen, and will someone be punished, whether it be criminally or civilly, for letting this happen?”

    Mariah will most likely have her guard up when she chats with her boo from this point forward.

    The singer-songwriter took to her InstaStories to share an open letter to TMZ. In the lengthy post, she blasted the digital outlet for creating “salacious headlines” about her divorce from Iman Shumpert.

    The digital publication posted an article reporting the 33-year-old asked the court to find her soon-to-be ex in contempt for failing to uphold his commitments until they officially divorced. The headline that pushed Tey over her limit read, “Teyana Taylor Iman’s Leaving Me, Kids In The Cold!!! Says He Cut House Utilities.”

    Not TMZ acting like the dancer and her children were huddled by a fire like Tiny Tim to find warmth. 

    In a passionate post to IG, the “Gotta Love ME” singer highlighted her frustrations. She wanted to keep details of her divorce under wraps to protect “all parties.” Despite her best attempts, the world still knows her biznie.

    The actress began the post, “Y’all really be taking it too far with these d*mn misleading headlines and I’m tired of it!”

    She continued, “Every time I turn around it’s either half leaked and made up stories or words twisted up for clickbait.”

    “I kindly asked y’all to mind y’all business. However, y’all still putting out f***kery.”

    She added that she has been “graceful, cordial and protective of all parties involved but “sadly that energy has not been reciprocated at all.”

    “I haven’t spoken to any blogs or anyone else for that matter!!!” she contended.

    The “Thousand and One” actress’s pain was palpable as she continued, “My court documents aren’t clickbait to be used for your salacious headlines!!!”

    “Y’all are taking info from my original court complaint (which, newsflash… has to be submitted giving your reason as to why you’re filing for divorce) as well as other court documents and creating stories,” she expressed.

    The mom of two shared that if the outlet covers her divorce, they must tell the whole story. Teyana claims TMZ showcases information that is the juiciest and sellable to their messy viewership.

    “If you mothaf**kas gone be in my business b%tch be in the whole thing, get accurate information and actually comprehend!”, she typed before adding, “I can’t stand y’all ass*s!!!!”

    The R&B crooner clarified that Iman did cut their utilities when she and their daughters, Junie and Rue, still lived in the residence. However, the ex-NBA player’s act of stupidity didn’t affect them for very long.

    The “Wake Up Love” singer wrote, “All my utilities was on same day and after that s**t was pulled. Me and My kids are never going to be sitting ducks.”

    The multi-talented superstar noted she tried to the process private by filing the divorce docs under their initials.  The public didn’t know about the split for nearly a year. She claimed Iman’s legal team put them on blast by filing a motion under their full names.

    Experiencing a divorce can be an obviously difficult process. Doing so in the public eye adds an extra layer of pain, considering your tech-savvy child could access the messy details.

    Tey seems like the type of mom who would never want her children to view their father negatively, even if he did something trifling like turn off the electricity in the home they lived in.

    Wishing all parties peace as the remainder of this divorce process unfolds.

    When will people learn to stop ratting on themselves? A couple that recently went viral for living inside a storage unit immediately faced eviction from the facility.

    According to Complex, Leland Brown Jr. uploaded a video of himself and his partner illegally residing in a storage unit. The content creator began documenting his life last March on TikTok as he struggled to find adequate housing. Initially, the couple was dwelling in a tent in the woods in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles north of Philly.

    Brown gave insight into their unfortunate circumstances on his GoFundMe page, “For 1 year my partner and I have been making a home in the woods, facing the uncertainties that come with this lifestyle.”

    He continued, “Ongoing construction projects are forcing us to relocate, adding another layer of complexity to our situation.”

    The couple eventually moved to a self-storage unit and Leland shared in the now viral video, “I live in a storage unit because it’s cheap in comparison to an apartment.”

    In another vid he stated, “Me and my girl testing, we trying to figure out if this is good enough to be sneaky and hide and stuff. We’re trying to hide this s**t.”

    Leland made his new living quarters as comfortable as possible, adding furnishings, including a couch and a dresser. He explained to his followers that he was “grateful” to be out of the elements and living “comfortably” in the climate-controlled building. Brown demonstrated how he exercised, used the restroom, and cooked meals. In addition, the pair had 24-hour access to the unit and the ability to charge their electronic devices.

    “Me and my baby will live here as long as we need to until we can get the shelter that we want,” Brown said. “Because we’re living here, now we can save up more money to get what we really want. We’re in it for the long haul”.

    When management stumbled upon the viral video, they forced the houseless couple to stop shacking up in the business.

    “So we got kicked out of our storage unit,” Brown shared with his followers, adding, “So the higher-ups found out about my video. It went so viral — we ended up getting kicked out. We’re trying to figure out where to go and what to do with all of our stuff.”

    He continued, “We’re gonna have to get a new storage unit. So, yeah. We got kicked out,”

    Storage facilities are required by law to remove any individuals they find living within a unit and to maintain most insurance policies.

    Brown expressed how “there was so much uncertainty” because he and his girlfriend had no idea where they would live.

    “Now all we have is a tent and it’s freezing cold outside,” he shared with a defeated tone.

    In Leland’s latest update, he shared a “lady [who] helps homeless people” paid for them to stay in a hotel for a couple of nights for free.

    He stated,  “I’m just grateful that somebody is thinking of us like that on that level and willing to give us their resources like that. We’re gonna have a good time and relax for once.”

    The two seemed to be in good spirits as they prepared to eat food purchased with money the mystery woman donated.

    The father of one works at a hotel. In a previous video, he shared plans to save enough cash for permanent housing. “The next goal is to get an RV– next goal after that is to get a tiny home.”

    Brown stated that he shared their storage unit living experience to help others who may find themselves homeless. But some secrets are better kept under wraps until you can no longer be affected.

    KOMU reports that on Friday, Lincoln University President Dr. John B. Moseley was placed on paid administrative leave after facing calls for removal.

    Stevie Lawrence II, current provost and vice president of academic affairs, will serve as acting president while a review takes place.

    “As a Board, we are committed to make certain the mental health of Lincoln University employees is a priority and that every employee is always treated with dignity and respect,” said Board of Curators President Victor Pasley in a press release.

    “The Board has confidence in the leadership team we have at Lincoln, but as we all work together to serve students and the Lincoln University community, this review will fully examine important questions, concerns and gather facts. Dr. Moseley agrees those issues should be examined and has volunteered to go on leave during the review so that it can move forward in a fully independent way.”

    LU alumni are still calling for the removal of Moseley using the hashtags #FireMosely on social media.

    Dr. Antoinette “Bonnie” Candia-Bailey, Vice President of Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, took her own life on Jan. 8, 2023, and the school’s president Dr. John Moseley is taking vitriolic backlash for “allegedly” playing a major role in Candia-Bailey’s self-inflicted death. So much so that people are calling for him to resign from his position at the school.

    According to new reports in KRGCTV, newly revealed emails sent by Dr. Candia-Bailey on the day she died paint Moseley as a man who caused “harm and mental damage.”

    Monica Graham has been one of Candia-Bailey’s closest friends since college and she says that despite always having a smile, upbeat attitude, and willingness to sacrifice for her friends, something in her friend changed after becoming Lincoln’s VP in May 2023.

    “I was literally just with her at homecoming and she was like ‘I’m just trying to make it through.’” said Shaunice Hill, another close friend of Candia-Bailey’s. “Her whole demeanor had changed. Yes, she was still smiling, but you could tell that something was off – something was different.”

    One of the emails Dr. Bailey sent that fateful day was to the board of curators requesting a Family Medical Leave under the Americans with Disabilities Act. She stated that her depression and anxiety had sent her relationship with Moseley “downhill” and complained about the way she was treated by the board. Dr. Bailey went on to say that she was given a poor evaluation and was “intentionally harassed and bullied” with no professional recourse.

    Her final email was one of the most damning. It pointed a finger directly at Moseley as the source of her pain and agony.

    In her final email to Moseley on the day of her death, Candia-Bailey also asked for only select members of her sorority to be allowed to collect her things, saying, “Rose Ann can speak with my family from the administration. You are not to have any contact. You’ve caused enough harm and mental damage.”

    Rest in peace to Dr. Antoinette “Bonnie” Candia-Bailey. Dr. John Moseley has a whole lot of explaining to do!

    While John Stockton’s exploits might not reach the depraved and delinquent lows of Malone’s egregious exploits, he’s still a cold weirdo with heavy MAGA and Newsmax vibes.

    Without the on-court contributions of Malone and Stockton, the Utah Jazz don’t have much to celebrate in their 50th year of existence with no championships and only 2 conference titles. That said, the NBA created “the bubble” to demonstrate their dedication to taking COVID-19 seriously. The league also pivoted more deeply into social justice issues that are centered around the safety of Black lives. All that is to say that celebrating an accused deadbeat dad with an “alleged” inability to recognize when a sexual partner is too young for him and a COVID conspiracist doesn’t quite jive with the league’s previous…marketing efforts.

    Hot New Hip Hop reports a newly released recording featuring the admitted adulterer that reveals the aftermath of his alleged affair with Remy, 43. If the audio recording of Eazy chatting with a “friend” is true, it’s a wrap for the “Black Love” legends.

    Eazy shared shocking details, including how Remy begged him not to speak publicly about their affair. He also highlighted the friction he currently has with Pap, 45.

    “She don’t want me to,” the lyricist stated. “She been on my a** like asking me like please don’t do it. I’m like aite copy. I’m just asking you do that for me,” he claimed.

    The battle rapper believes Papoose should make a statement to clear Remy of the affair.

    “Why am I the only one doing something for you?” he asked in reference to Remy’s request for him to remain mum. He continued, “Why he not though? Talking bout he held you down from jail. This n***a got 16 years in.”

    “He could have stopped all of that s**t with a tweet.”

    “She just needs to let [the public] know they’re not together,” he tells the snitch.

    “I’m already getting killed yo like he’s a homewrecker,” he vented. He continued, “From battle rap I’m getting killed and from the industry I’m getting killed. Now I gotta switch my career around. I’m the bad guy now.”

    The Philadelphia rapper claims Papoose revels in the fact that he got the best of him during a scuffle after discovering his wife’s infidelity.

    Cheating rumors took flight at Remy’s Chrome 23 Battle Rap showcase. Geechi Gotti allegedly outed her during a battle rap matchup with Eazy. While Remy stood in between the men during the battle, Gotti took aim at the rapstress.

    “If n****s found out you was f****g the help, that could really ruin your image,” he rapped.

    Geechi then referenced the alleged altercation between the “Sharades” rapper and Eazy.

    “When you ain’t feeling good, [Pap] put you in the back in the best moods. So, he’ll be damned to see you get stepped to by a n***a that he socked out and stood over like a stepstool.”
