The video encapsulating Kalki 2898 AD’s Comic-Con journey was shared by the film’s production company, Vyjayanthi Movies. Even though the video is less than 2 minutes long, it perfectly captures the euphoria among fans who witnessed the film’s debut at Comic-Con. Amitabh Bachchan was not physically present at Comic-Con but instead joined the film’s team via Zoom.

Those who were present at the event were Prabhas, Nag Ashwin, Kamal Haasan, and Rana Daggubati, while Deepika Padukone chose to skip Comic-Con. The film is bankrolled by Vyjayanthi Movies, and producers C Aswani Dutt, Swapna Dutt, and Priyanka Dutt were also present at the event.

The most heartfelt moment in the video belonged to Aswani Dutt when he said, “It took 50 years of my hard work to reach Amitji, Kamalji, and my friend Prabhas”. While he mentioned the latter’s name, he also gently patted the Saaho actor’s back. The audience could not stop their cheers and claps after the debut of the teaser. When the fans chanted once more, the teaser was played again at the venue.

Truly, the video is enough proof that the success of Kalki 2898 AD at a global level is something for the entire country to be proud of. Hopefully, the film will be successful in getting similar responses from the audience. The Nag Ashwin directorial aims high and has gone all out with its ambition.

Rana Daggubati says Prabhas’ Project K will break boundaries that Baahubali, RRR couldn’t

Rana Daggubati is all excited about the release of the multi-lingual film Project K which also features Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Recently, at an event, Rana stated that the film will break new boundaries.

At the event, Rana talked about how he believes Project K has the potential to break boundaries that even SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali films and RRR couldn’t.

He further added, “Pushing that boundary to the next edge. I am really looking forward to that film and it could really become a global film from Telugu.”

Rana contended that Project K would expand opportunities for partnerships with Western countries. He believes that global collaborations will occur naturally, and soon Indian films made by Indian filmmakers will be popular in the West. He thinks that the world is becoming more familiar with Indian culture, which has a rich history and many stories to tell.

Deepika Padukone admits binge-watching THIS controversial show; Reveals her favorite cartoon

Deepika Padukone, the celebrated actress is currently on top of her game with back-to-back promising projects in her kitty. The popular star was last seen in Pathaan, the spy thriller that featured Shah Rukh Khan in the titular role and emerged as one of the biggest successes in the history of Hindi cinema. Later, Deepika Padukone garnered immense popularity with her appearance at the Academy Awards 2023 event and several other international events.

Recently, Deepika Padukone treated her fans with a surprise AMA session on her official Instagram handle. The Cocktail actress had a highly fun interaction with her followers and answered a few selected questions. During the AMA session, a few of the fans asked Deepika Padukone which show is she currently binge-watching. Deepika, who initially hesitated, suddenly had a big, naughty smile on her face, as she answered: “Indian Matchmaking.” However, the actress immediately ran away and quickly got into her vanity van, before her staff members and fans judged her for her choice of show for binge-watching.

As you may know, the talented actress is currently busy shooting Fighter, the upcoming aerial action thriller helmed by the Pathaan director Siddharth Anand. The movie, which will mark Deepika’s first onscreen collaboration with Hrithik Roshan, is slated to hit the theatres in January 2024.

The Bollywood star is also all set to make her Telugu debut with the highly anticipated sci-fi thriller Project K. She is sharing the screen with pan-Indian star Prabhas in the film, which is helmed by Mahanati fame director Nag Ashwin. The movie, which is set to release by the first half of 2024, is releasing in five languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

Actress Deepika Padukone returned to Mumbai recently post shooting for Fighter in Bhutan. After taking a few days off, the actress was seen making heads turn at the Mumbai airport a while ago. Every time Deepika makes an appearance at the airport, she makes sure to leave everyone impressed with her fashionable looks. This time, she ditched the oh-so-glam look and opted for a sporty outfit.

Amitabh Bachchan in pain after an injury on Project K set; Big B reveals he has ‘flown back home’

Amitabh Bachchan has suffered an injury on the sets of his upcoming film Project K. The megastar informed fans about the same via his blog, in which he wrote that he was shooting for an action scene for Project K in Hyderabad, when he got injured. Big B shared his health update, revealing that his rib cartilage is broken, and that the right rib cage suffered a muscle tear. The shoot was canceled after Big B was injured, and he was flown back to Mumbai.

In his blog post, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, I have got injured .. rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage .. canceled shoot.” Big B shared that he consulted a doctor and did a CT scan at the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad, post which he has ‘flown back home’ to Mumbai.

“Strapping has been done and rest been advocated .. yes painful .. on movement and breathing .. will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur .. some medication is on also for pain ..,” wrote Amitabh Bachchan. He further shared that all his upcoming work and projects have been either suspended, cancelled, dropped or postponed for the moment until he heals.

Amitabh Bachchan wrote that while he is able to move a bit for essential activities, he is mostly resting and ‘generally lying around’ at his home Jalsa. He further informed fans that he will be unable to meet his fans at Jalsa this evening. “It shall be difficult or let me say .. I shall be unable to meet, the well wishers at Jalsa Gate this evening .. so do not come .. and do inform as much as you can to those that intend coming .. All else is well .. “ wrote Big B.

Helmed by Nag Ashwin, the pan-Indian film Project K also stars Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. It is expected to hit the screens on January 12, 2024.
