The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services said the three cars that derailed released soybean oil. KCRA 3’s Maricela De La Cruz was at the scene, where a power tower appeared to be folded over. She noted that the power lines came down across Clayton Avenue and across nearby train tracks.
