Nadia Sawalha has hilariously mocked iconic chef Nigella Lawson in her latest Instagram post.

Nadia Sawalha makes hilarious Nigella Lawson impression
In a video shared 19 hours ago (January 22), Nadia can be seen donning a black lingerie set with sheer detailing.
Sporting her signature curly brown locks, she filmed herself in her kitchen as she impersonated Nigella Lawson, who is the bookies’ favourite as Prue Leith’s Bake Off replacement.
While buttering slices of white bread, Nadia mimicked Nigella as an audio clip of the cook was dubbed over the top.
“I adore bread, I adore crisps and together they are just rapturous!” Nigella can be heard saying.
While Nadia was spreading lumps of butter and mountains of crisps on top, Nigella continued: “I believe in maximising pleasure, not curtailing it! A crisp sandwich provides that perfect carb-on-carb action!
“I am a salt and vinegar person but you can try other flavours, heaven!”
However, after Nadia seductively lip-synced Nigella’s words, she took a huge bite out of her sandwich.
“The @loosewomen were talking about this as if it’s been confirmed !!! It’s just a rumour for now my darlings .. you will be the first to know … keep your eyes peeled,” she wrote in her caption, referring to Nigella’s rumoured new gig.
‘Beautiful woman!’
Nadia’s followers immediately rushed to the comments section and gushed over the playful video.
“Nailed it,” fellow Loose Women star Oti Mabuse wrote.
“Crikey I don’t half fancy those … crisps,” Nadia’s hubby Mark Adderly added.
“I am fully aroused,” a third remarked, adding the heart-eyes emoji.
“Who needs @garylineker when we have you!” a fourth said.

Nadia’s relationship with husband Mark
Nadia and Mark have been together for years. The couple have a YouTube channel and are very open about their marriage on it. They’ve discussed how Mark’s alcoholism almost ended their marriage.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: “I realised around Maddie’s first birthday that Mark was an alcoholic.
“None of his friends or family realised. It was a shock when he went to rehab. He was a high-functioning alcoholic. People would go home and he would carry on drinking. I’d go to sleep and he’d still be going.”

Mark also has two grown-up daughters, Izzy and Fleur, from previous relationships. As for Nadia, she was previously married to Justin Mildwater for five years.
Tragically, Justin took his own life in 1997. He and Nadia had separated a few months before. Nadia has spoken out about the loss on Loose Women. In 2019, she explained she was still working on EastEnders when she found out.

Loose Women legend Nadia Sawalha has launched a no-holds-barred attack on Phillip Schofield as the fallout from his Cast Away documentary continues.
Last week, Phillip’s Channel 5 series aired over three nights, and since then the headlines have kept on coming. In the documentary he spoke about his ITV exit and the people he calls the “three [bleeps] of showbiz”.
Since then, it’s been claimed that he blames Holly Willoughby for his TV exit. As well as that, reports emerged claiming that, as they came to the end of their time working together, he nicknamed his This Morning co-host “the witch“.

Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha weighs in on Phillip and Holly ‘feud’
Now, despite admitting that she doesn’t really know Holly or Phillip, Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has waded in. Speaking to The Sun, Nadia admitted she was more than happy to share her thoughts on the one-time TV couple’s feud. And it seems she’s very much Team Holly.
After recently criticising his televised redemption effort as “cringey”, Nadia said Phillip blaming Holly for his TV axe left her feeling “very cross”.

She said: “I’m very happy to answer this, in that I get really, really cross with the world when women always, so often, are blamed. I mean, I don’t know Holly and I don’t know Phil, I’ve sort of nodded at them going down the corridor. But I think just she’s had a really tough time.
“And I really take umbrage with people saying that she’s the problem here. So I feel really strongly about that.”

‘It’s nearly always the woman that’s blamed’
Nadia then added: “Obviously, I don’t know the ins and outs, but I know enough times when you look at things that have happened in the public, it’s nearly always the woman that’s blamed. She’s had a horrendous year. So yeah, that made me cross.”
Earlier this week, one source claimed: “Phil always took the credit for Holly’s success. And boy did he like to tell people that, including Holly. She, of course, knew he orchestrated the opportunity and was always very grateful. But it was thrown in her face quite a lot.”

Does Julia Sawalha speak to her sister Nadia?
Julia and her sister have admitted in the past that they have a ‘volatile’ relationship. Their feud has often spilled into the public domain.
Talking about her two sisters, Nadia said: “Well, me and my eldest sister Dina were very, very close growing up and then my mum got pregnant with Julia. She then had her and I was the classic sibling, wanting to stick bottles in her mouth and wanting to look after her.
“My mum freaked out and sent me away to my grandmother’s. I think because of that, my younger sister and I have always had a really stormy relationship.”
Nadia continued: “We’ve always had a really volatile relationship. We’ve always had periods of time in our lives where we don’t speak. I always say I have the worst time or the best time of my life with her. It’s the same with both of my sisters. [My dad] came with 50 quid in his pocket and he came here because he wanted to have six daughters that could be free.
“He said he wanted strong, independent, professional women that follow their dreams. And what he got was three really independent and difficult women and because of that, we have a very intense, on and off relationship.”

Julia calls sister Nadia a liar
But Julia subsequently hit back and accused Nadia of telling “lies”, and called out her “fake tears” on the show. She wrote on Twitter: “So tired of #nadiasawalha talking about our ‘stormy’ relationship which she created.
“I’ve kept my privacy for six years to protect my family, whilst she talks lies and rubbish. You have destroyed our family so don’t sit on TV with your fake tears to gain sympathy and attention.”
The former Absolutely Fabulous star added in a separate tweet: “It’s very difficult when you only see the story from one side. I’m not actually fighting, she is, but paints a very different picture publicly and I’ve had enough.”
She later added: “Just watching six years of her lies finally got to me, which of course is just what she wants, more attention… I have allowed someone else to carry the narrative for six years… My pressure cooker blew today, I’m only human.”
In the past, Julia described their sibling relationship as “intense”. She told The Times in 2007: “Nadia and I have always had a very intense relationship, and there have been moments in my life when I’ve felt very close to her and I had the love I wanted from her. But there were also times when she’d keep me at a distance, which really confused me.”
History of Julia Sawalha and Nadia’s feud
Aside from the usual sibling rivalries of growing up, the sisters fell out when Nadia set up her own sandwich business after leaving school. Julia went to work for her, but became sick of Nadia “bossing me around”. On one occasion, Julia “slammed down her knife” and stormed out, starting a long period of estrangement.
The ice thawed in the mid-90s when Julia got Nadia signed by her agent and invited her to move into her flat in north London. But again, it ended in a “slamming-doors argument” about who would have which room and Julia refused to speak to her.
Although Nadia found work playing nightclub boss Annie Palmer on EastEnders, she admitted she felt “insecure” when everyone called her “Julia: as a result of their likeness.
In 2002, the siblings fell out again when pictures of Nadia’s wedding to TV executive Mark Adderley appeared in OK! magazine. The pictures also featured Julia with her boyfriend at the time, comedian Alan Davies, who did not want to appear in the mag. At the time, Alan said: “She sold these pictures of Julia and me without consulting us. I was furious.”
Julia insisted she “had no idea they were doing an OK! spread”, adding: “I wouldn’t speak to her.” The sisters didn’t speak for two years, eventually reconciling when Julia and Alan split up.
Nadia said: “Julia and I have gone through loads of not speaking to each other, but this last time, when we were very angry with each other, was really horrible.”
