Update (Sep 23, 2025) – MaxFHR has now added support for properties in The Hotel Collection (THC). It was previously Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) properties only. As a reminder, both the personal and business Platinum cards now get $600 credit annually for FHR/THC stays. That’s divided into $300 every six months.
Original article (Apr 01, 2024) – MaxMyPoint is a website that helps you find hotel award availability and it can be useful for programs that don’t have an award availability calendar such as World of Hyatt.
Now MaxMyPoint has added a new tool for FHR stays which helps you maximize your credits from The Platinum Card® from American Express and The Business Platinum Card® from American Express.
Using the MaxFHR site, you can search for a Hotel Name or Destination. You can then filter results by Price, and FHR Credit. You can also use the filters without searching for any specific properties or destinations. You will also see the lowest price available for each property.
Once you click on a hotel, you will see the a calendar with daily prices, Experience Credit and any special offers available. When you click on a specific date, you will be directed to the Fine Hotels + Resorts website to complete your booking.
Pricing is not fully accurate from what I saw with a few searches, but it’s pretty close and it does help you find the cheapest dates.
