    (FOX40.COM) — An 18-year-old man from Tracy and two others were recently arrested by the Tracy Police Department after the driver was found to have over 100 grams of marijuana and an unserialized gun in his possession.

    Police said the man’s arrest came about after the department received a Flock Safety Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) alert for a vehicle wanted for a commercial burglary case from the San Jose Police Department.

    On Thursday, around 3:45 p.m., Tracy police officers found the vehicle mentioned in the ALPR alert near the area of Parker Avenue and Lowell Avenue and conducted a “high-risk” traffic stop.

    During the stop, police detained three people in the vehicle and began a search.

    The vehicle search revealed 106 grams of marijuana and a “polymer non-serialized gun,” sometimes referred to as a “ghost gun.”

    “After SJPD was notified, the vehicle was impounded for evidence and the 18-year-old was arrested without incident for various gun and drug-related charges, and booked into San Joaquin County Jail,” the Tracy Police Department said.

    For those who love exploring and have visited Hershey, Pennsylvania, you know it has a unique smell. Built to produce the famous candy bar, the area smells like chocolate. It is a factory town pumping out the order all day long.  Few places in the country has issues with smells like Hersey.  But if you listen to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, you would think over half the country has to deal certain odors.

    DeSantis has called recreational cannabis a problem and lamented marijuana’s “stench”. This is in response to the state’s Supreme Court allowing recreational marijuana be put on the November ballot. It seems something’s smelly about DeSantis weed statement.  He seems to not understand science or history. And with over 50% of the country population having access to legal marijuana, you think there might have been a bigger stink if his statement was correct.

    Now those over 40 can remember when it was legal to smoke inside, meaning in restaurants, groceries stores and other public spaces. You did get a whiff of stale tobacco.  But smoking outside is now required by law.  And while Florida is not in top 10 states which smoke, an estimated 2.2+ million of its citizens (not counting tourists) still light up.  Yet, he has not made a comment of being near a beach or roaming the street of the state capital and smelling a Marlboro.

    Near Tallahassee, where the Governor sits, he is near the Florida Panhandle. For generations, its economy was driven by paper mills.  Living in this panhandle puts you near some of hte most beautiful beaches, but will also, in some areas, assult your sense of smell. RockTenn, one of the areas larger paper mills, produces some particularly odorous fragrances when they “cook” paper. A strong sulfuric smell occasionally wafts across the region, and though harmless, it’s certainly unmistakeable.  An economic lifeline paper mills are a part of the fabric of North Florida. When the Foley Cellulose Mill in Perry closes, economist at the university of Florida predict havoc. It will cost Florida nearly 2,000 jobs and $9.9 million in state and local taxes.  This is much less than the almost zero smell of gummies and vapes which will be part of the $1+ billion plus industry in the Sunshine State alone.

    There are now 24 states (plus the District of Columbia) with legalized recreational marijuana as of February 2024.  Some including California, New York and DC have high visitor counts, and yet no one complains of a long or even mid term cannabis odor over the city.  Yes, like cigarettes, when you walk by someone smoking you can smell it, but as you pass, it goes away.

    The Governor seems dismayed the Florida State Supreme Court advanced a proposed adult-use cannabis legalization initiative, by a 5-2 ruling, to the November 5, 2024, ballot.  Florida voters again will be able to express their opinion.

    Some people get a case of the blues or the blahs.  But blaming anhedonia on cannabis isn’t really based in science.

    The blues, the blahs, depression, or just feeling sad happens to must people. Relationship issues, bad news, stress and a lack of social outlets emerge over and over in data as major causes of feeling blah. Almost everyone has felt “down in the dumps” at times or had a case of “the blues.” In this state, you may have referred to yourself as feeling depressed. But over 5% suffer from some form clinical depression. But should you blame cannabis for feeling blah?  Marijuana has components which, used in moderation, make you feel happy, but it has gotten a bad reputation.

    There is a myth cannabis use causes Anhedonia. It is the inability to experience joy or pleasure. You may feel numb or less interested in things that you once enjoyed. It’s a common symptom of many mental health conditions like depression. Marijuana use has been accused of trigger this ailment, but the facts are not there to back up the statement.

    No one is advocating those under 21 should use marijuana or alcohol, since the brain is still developing.  But marijuana has not be truly proven to cause depression, laziness, or blocking the feeling of pleasure. Research has shown THC in cannabis causes an increase in levels of dopamine, the pleasure chemical, in the brain. Used in moderation, it can have a positive effect.  And, in the right dose, can also relieve anxiety, which tends to help people approach life more positively.

    Cambridge University has published a paper showing adolescent cannabis users are not more likely to “lack motivation and the ability to enjoy life’s pleasures.”  This shows  the stereotypical cannabis user as often portrayed by the media is not grounded in science. The study was carried out by researchers from UCL, Kings College of London Institute of Psychiatry and Neuroscience, and the University of Cambridge. The results were published in the International Journal of Neuropsychopharmacology. From the research, regular cannabis users had slightly lower scores for anhedonia.

    Another study, published in The International Journal of Neuropsychopharmacology, showed a null relationship between anhedonia and regular cannabis use. The researchers used data from an earlier study that had investigated cannabis use in teens, called the “CannTeen study.”

    Researchers examined 274 participants including adults (26-29 years) and adolescents (16-17 years). The participants were regular cannabis users who had used cannabis in the last three months, with an average use of four times per week. The Snaith Hamilton Pleasure Scale was used to measure anhedonia while the Apathy Evaluation Scale was used to measure apathy.

    The results showed that the control group (those who didn’t use cannabis or didn’t use it regularly) had higher levels of anhedonia. This was quite surprising and contrary to the widely held belief that regular cannabis use diminishes one’s enthusiasm for life.

    The GOP’s argument against marijuana took a body blow from Germany

    Running against the grain of public sentiment, some members of the GOP are fighting against cannabis rescheduling and trying to be clever.  The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is still having internal discussions about whether to reschedule cannabis from a schedule I to schedule III-controlled substance with some in the GOP wishing to stop the process.  But along comes Germany and they are deflating their efforts.

    Germany has the biggest economy in the EU and are a leader in the United Nations and NATO.  A practical country, they just legalized marijuana. Officials shared legalization would undermine criminal trade in the drug, guard against harmful impurities, and free police to pursue more serious crimes alongside providing medical benefits.

    Republican Senators Jim Risch (R-), Mitt Romney (R-UT) and Pete Ricketts (R-NB) are unhappy with the the administration’s plan to reschedule marijuana. To stop or slow the process, these senators question if it violate US treaty obligations. Data shows 89% of citizens believe it should be legal in some form, so they are definitely swimming against the flow of public opinion. Additionally, science, data and the healthcare community have proven it has clear medical benefits.

    The United Nations’s (UN) drug control body reaffirmed legalizing marijuana for non-medical or non-scientific purposes a violation of international treaties.  But enforcement is non-existent.  While Uruguay was technical the first, Canada was the first to fully implement it and the UN has done nothing.  Since then Georgia, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, South Africa and Thailand have made the move without any issues.

    The Senators move has some support in the house, but Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has made it clear he wants progress on cannabis legalization.  Germany’s move severely undercuts the GOPs efforts.

    Andrew Cooper, partner at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP, one of the top cannabis law firms believes “Consequently, if anything, the fact that Germany legalized adult-use cannabis despite all the hurdles (including not only the Single Convention, but the Schengen Convention of 1985, the EU Framework Decision 2004/757/JHA of 2004, and the Narcotic Drug Act (BtMG), when the U.S. only really needs to address (and likely ignore) the Single Convention, may provide some impetus to the DEA to follow suit”.

    With the state Supreme Court this week signing off on ballot initiatives about abortion rights and recreational use of marijuana, Floridians in November will vote on six proposed constitutional amendments. Passage of each proposal would require support from at least 60 percent of voters. Here are brief descriptions of the six issues:

    — ABORTION: In what could be 2024’s biggest political issue in Florida, voters will decide whether to enshrine abortion rights in the state Constitution. The vote will come after Gov. Ron DeSantis and lawmakers approved preventing abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. The proposed constitutional amendment, in part, says: “No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider.”

    — CAMPAIGN MONEY: Lawmakers approved placing a measure on the ballot to again try to repeal a program that offers state matching funds to gubernatorial and state Cabinet candidates. Voters approved the matching-funds program in 1998, and a repeal attempt failed in 2010. When the program was created, supporters said it could help reduce the influence of big-money contributors in statewide elections, but critics have long derided the program as welfare for politicians.

    — FISHING AND HUNTING: Fishing and hunting have been traditions for generations of Floridians. Voters in November will decide whether to enshrine a right to fish and hunt in the state Constitution. With the backing of outdoors groups, lawmakers voted almost unanimously last year to place the measure on the ballot. In part, the proposal says hunting and fishing “shall be preserved forever as a public right and preferred means of responsibly managing and controlling fish and wildlife.”

    — MARIJUANA: Eight years after voters approved a constitutional amendment that broadly allowed medical marijuana, they will decide this year whether to give the go-ahead to recreational use of marijuana. The political committee Safe & Smart Florida, backed heavily by the Trulieve medical-marijuana company, led the drive to put the measure on the ballot. It would allow people ages 21 and older to “possess, purchase, or use marijuana products and marijuana accessories for non-medical personal consumption.”

    — PROPERTY TAXES: Homeowners could receive slightly larger property-tax breaks if voters approve a constitutional amendment that the Legislature put on the ballot. The proposal would lead to adjusting part of the homestead property-tax exemption for inflation. Homeowners receive tax exemptions on the assessed values of their property up to $25,000 and on the values between $50,000 and $75,000. The proposal would require adjusting for inflation the exempt portion currently between $50,000 and $75,000.

    — SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS: With supporters seeking to do away with a requirement that candidates run without party labels, voters will decide whether to hold partisan school-board elections. Florida historically had partisan school-board elections, but voters passed a constitutional amendment in 1998 to make the races non-partisan. Lawmakers, however, placed a measure on this year’s ballot that would return to partisan races starting in 2026. School board races in some areas have become battlegrounds in recent years.

    With hundreds of cannabis products on the shelves of dispensaries in Michigan, shopping for weed can feel daunting.

    What are the best sativas or indicas? Which vape products deliver the best high? Which gummies pack the biggest punch?

    Now’s your chance to participate in a “Best in Grass” contest that aims to identify the crème de la crème of locally grown marijuana products.

    Organizers of the contest are looking for 2,600 discerning Michigan residents to help rank the best products across 13 recreational categories, including the best edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and sativa, indica, and hybrid flower.

    Participants will choose at least one category and receive a sampling kit that features numerous products to test. For example, the indica flower category comes with 25 samples, with each weighing a gram, for $179.

    The kits range from $59 to $299, and judges must be at least 21 years old to participate.

    The kits come in a smell-proof, water-resistant Revelry x Best in Grass Explorer backpack.

    In total, the competition will feature 60 cannabis brands, more than 180 products, and 330,000 grams of flower, concentrates, vape cartridges, and edibles.

    The kits are available beginning Saturday at any of the 25 participating dispensaries.

    Judges will have until May 19 to rank their favorite products.

    The winners will be announced on June 18 at Royal Oak Music Theatre.

Officials shared  legalization would undermine criminal trade in the drug, guard against harmful impurities, and free police to pursue more serious crimes.  In doing so, they have ignored the UN ban and joins other countries including Canada, Uruguay, and South Africa.

    In the United States, the cannabis is still awaiting on decision from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) regarding rescheduling.  After a very slow start to his commitment, President Biden is moving now on his campaign promise and give younger voters another reason to support him.  But according to Pew Research Center, an overwhelming 88% of U.S. adults say either that marijuana should be legal for medical and recreational use by adults (59%) or that it should be legal for medical use only (30%). Only one-in-ten (10%) say marijuana use should not be legal. It is a popular decision and is widely used in blue and red states and in legal and illicit states. Key experts have weighed in on whether Germany’s move will push for the DEA to act soon.

    “We do not see Germany’s progress having much impact on the DEA.  Our thesis is we are witnessing a coordinated democratic effort to advance cannabis reform ahead of the election to mobilize and sway younger voters. We continue to believe it is unlikely that the head of the DEA (a Biden appointee) will go against the HHS recommendation in an election year. So, we remain optimistic that we’ll land on Schedule III, but do not see Germany as a major driver of US reform.” says Jesse Redmond, Managing Partner, Water Tower Research.

But this more recent study is among the first to focus on medical marijuana legislation and what impact that has on state residents.

    To better understand the correlation, researchers examined states that legalized medical cannabis between 2005 and 2014. Then, they analyzed how the implementation of these laws affected sexual frequency and fertility among people in their 20s and 30. “We find that [medical marijuana laws] cause an increase in sexual activity,” the researchers concluded.

    But the study also found medical marijuana laws lowered contraceptive use, which led to higher birth rates. More specifically, states with new medical marijuana laws saw a mean increase of 2%, translating into 333 more births per quarter. One blind spot in the study, says David Simon, co-author of the study and assistant economics at the University of Connecticut, is that researchers couldn’t determine whether these individuals were trying to get pregnant or if they just forgot to use contraception.

    “On one hand, more of these births occur to non-married partners and we find suggestive evidence of a temporary increase in gonorrhea following the passage of medical marijuana laws,” Simon told Yahoo Lifestyle. “This is consistent with a story of ‘impaired judgement.’”

    However, he added, “it is also possible some of these births are due to decreases in chronic pain and increased life satisfaction.”

    Researchers also noted with the introduction of medical marijuana comes new products aimed at improving sexual wellness. Experts have split opinions on whether cannabis is a sexual aid, with some analysts pointing to high-CBD strains as increasing libido and sexual satisfaction more consistently than high-THC strains. Another study concluded cannabis resulted in higher sex drives in both men and women, while also enhancing orgasms for both sexes.

    Score one for the voters

    Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has been clear about his views on marijuana. He has called recreational cannabis a problem, lamented marijuana’s “stench” and grimly warned drugs are killing this country. After voters approved medical marijuana, he said it wasn’t enough and made them vote again where it passed by 71%. Despite his campaign receiving major funds from a few large players in the industry, his public state has been consistent.  As Florida put together a ballot initiative to legalize recreational, DeSantis signaled his displeasure. Ashley Moody, the attorney general of Florida and ally of Gov. Ron DeSantis, asked the state Supreme Court to nix a proposed constitutional amendment which would legalize recreational cannabis.

    Today, in a 5-2 ruling, the Florida State Supreme Court advanced a proposed adult-use cannabis legalization initiative to the November 5, 2024, ballot. This delivers multi blows to the governor as it dismisses his and the state attorney general argument.  Marijuana, along with another ballot initiative are on the ballot and it is sure to drive voters who may not vote in line with DeSantis’s goals. And it shows despite his posturing, his administration, including the courts, are not in lockstep.

    “This is one of the most important cannabis legalization campaigns in recent years,” said Matthew Schweich, executive director of the Marijuana Policy Project. “We have the opportunity to end the injustice of cannabis prohibition for over 22 million Americans.”

    The ballot initiative, which is being spearheaded by Smart and Safe Florida, would legalize cannabis for adults 21 and over and allow legal sales through licensed businesses. In order to pass, the initiative must be approved by 60% of voters. Of the 24 states with an initiative process, Florida is the only state that requires 60% to pass an initiative.

    If the ballot hits the 60% approval mark, the initiative would take effect six months after Election Day. The initiative would allow adults 21 and older to possess up to one ounce of cannabis flower and five grams of concentrate. Medical cannabis dispensaries would be permitted to sell cannabis to adults over the age of 21. The legislature would retain the ability to issue more licenses in the future.

    Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed five of the seven justices. One justice said were “baffled” by the state’s argument about the language being misleading, and other justices were similarly skeptical of the state’s push against the amendment. This signals another blow  the court ruling against the governor’s stated position.

    (FOX40.COM) — A Modesto firefighter was injured while battling a fire inside a house that was used for a marijuana grow operation.

    On Saturday morning, Modesto Fire Department said it responded to a house fire near Prescott Road and Bangs Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters found a two-story 3,400 square feet house with fire throughout the attic and roof.

    Crews said they initially operated in the “offensive mode, but had to pull out of the building when the roof collapsed,” but were eventually able to fully extinguish the fire.

    While working to put out the fire, firefighters said they discovered that the house was being used as a marijuana grow location and that the cause fire is under investigation. One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was treated after the incident.

    Is it opening the door to a new era? It seems the Biden administration has suddenly decided to follow up on their 2020 campaign promises. But does the sense of urgency reflect not only their need to engage younger voters but something else? Is the administration racing to reschedule by 4/20. President Biden brought up federal rescheduling as part of his proclamation declaring April to be “Second Chance Month.”  Followed by his mentioning it in the State of the Union, this should be a signal to the Federal Drug Agency (FDA) to move on the recommendation by other agency and act.

    Having made the promise, for almost the first 3 years of his tenure, Biden barely acknowledged the cannabis industry. This despite sales in the industry continues to grow and now, over 50% of the country has legal access to products.  Those under 40 have an entirely different take on marijuana with Gen Z drifting away from alcohol and moving to weed.  Beer sales have mirrored the societal shift. They have been out of step with the public.

    Biden is struggling with younger voters. Media like the New York Times has been piling on by highlighting why he is losing and gently making it a much bigger issue.  The campaign is concerned and sees to reengage this demographic. Biden is viewed favorably by only 31% of people ages 18 through 29, much worse than he fares with other age groups, according to a recent Economist/YouGov poll.

    The White House begrudgingly started the process of rescheduling last year.  Currently, cannabis classified as having zero medical benefit is lumped into the same category as heroin and LSD.  Neither alcohol or tobacco are boxed into this category despite having zero health benefits and litany of problems the does cause.

    Rescheduling would be an immediate benefit to an industry struggling with a host of issues including tough business rules around the classification, chaos in the New York and California market, and a dropping of flower prices.  Some older Senators including James Risch (R-ID) and Pete Ricketts (R-NE) are making a last ditch effort to stop the process.

    While 4/20 has long been a wink wink nod to marijuana use for those in the know, thanks to the legal sales it is another big media day.  Like the 4th of July or Drinksgiving/Green Wednesday, it is a time where they could get the most engagement with the public.

Like cannabutter, replace the oil in the recipe or augment the oil’s amount by mixing it with canna-oil.

    Ingredients

    • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
    • 3/4 cup cannabutter
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 13 x 9 baking pan lined with aluminum foil

    Create

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and cannabutter together
    • After your chocolate and cannabutter are smoothly combined, blend in other ingredients
    • Ensure a uniform batter, creating the perfect brownie consistency and potency
    • Gently pour your brownie batter into your foil-lined baking tray
    • Bake for 35 minutes or until  until the edges are firm, and the center is slightly gooey
    • Cool and serve

    (FOX40.COM) — The Modesto Police Department said it recently arrested 8 people and seized more than $10,000 from various businesses that were selling marijuana-infused edibles that were packaged as “copycat versions” of popular food and candy products.

    Modesto police officers added that they confiscated thousands of dollars worth of flavored tobacco, drug paraphernalia, marijuana products, psilocybin mushrooms, and 10 gambling machines during their operation.

    “This crackdown serves as a reminder of the dangers and criminal activities associated with the illegal sale of such products,” Modesto PD said. “Not only does it pose risks to public health and safety, but it also impacts the quality of life for our residents.”

    On Monday, the Modesto Police Department along with agents from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration followed up on complaints from Modesto residents regarding the sale of marijuana-infused edibles and flavored tobacco products.

    “Two separate notices were sent to local businesses advising them to cease the sales of any illegal products,” Modesto PD said.

    As a result, police conducted compliance checks at the following locations:

    • West Side Smoke Shop, 506 Paradise (near a park and high school)
    • J’s Smoke Shop, 2019 Yosemite
    • Smoke City, 2015 Yosemite Blvd.
    • Maze Smoke Shop, 101 Maze Blvd.
    • Smoking Jay’s, 302 McHenry Ave.
    • Smoke City, 1601 Yosemite Blvd.

    Those compliance checks led to the arrest of eight people, the seizure of over $10,000 from illegal gambling, and the confiscation of the previously mentioned illegal products.

    Modesto PD said they also discovered an illegally owned gun and numerous building safety violations during their check-in.

    “The Modesto Police Department extends a huge thank you to our personnel from patrol, Area Command, Investigative Services Division, and to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration for their dedication and hard work in ensuring the success of this operation,” the agency said in its Facebook post.

    A bipartisan group of 20 state attorneys general and the AG of the District of Columbia sent a letter to congressional leaders in Washington, D.C. last week, calling on them to address the “glaring vagueness” created in the 2018 farm bill that they say has led to the “proliferation of intoxicating hemp products across the nation.”

    Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody was not among those signing the letter, but perhaps she didn’t think she needed to be, given that the Florida Legislature passed a bill earlier this month (SB 1698) that does much of what the attorneys general across the country are asking for.

    The Florida bill creates a new definition of lawful hemp that outlaws many current legal cannabinoids and imposes new THC caps on hemp-derived products. THC is the main component in cannabis that provides the psychoactive or “high” effect.

    Meanwhile, Congress still hasn’t addressed the farm bill when it comes to redefining hemp, which is what prompted the state attorneys general from blue and red states alike to ask the chairs and vice chairs of the agriculture committees in the U.S. Senate and House to address the issue soon.

    “This year’s anticipated reauthorization of the Farm Bill and the need for this reauthorization to make much-needed improvements to the statute established in 2018 comes at a critical time, as our states are being tested in our efforts to regulate these potentially dangerous products,” the AG’s wrote. “These intoxicating hemp products, by virtue of their potential hazard to consumers, must be regulated by each state. The definition of hemp should be amended to clarify that there is no federal hemp intoxicants loophole, and the 2023 reauthorization should reaffirm that members of Congress do not intend to limit states in restrictions or regulations related to cannabinoids or any other derivatives of hemp which are deemed intoxicating.”

    The U.S. Hemp Roundtable, an organization that represents the hemp industry, is telling its members to call on Congress to protect the current definition of hemp under federal law.

    “[B]y suggesting that Congress change the definition of ‘hemp’ – without specifying how – mischief could ensure which could likely result in the federal criminalization of currently-legal and popular hemp products. As we have seen in some states, efforts like this have even resulted in bans of non-intoxicating full-spectrum CBD products.”

    While Moody did not respond to the Phoenix’s request for comment about the letter, Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson did.

    “I think it is appropriate for Congress to address hemp nationally,” Simpson told the Phoenix on Monday. “Florida, like many other states, is seeing too many consequences of the hemp loophole. We acted based on the advice of law enforcement and health care professionals. This commonsense law will save lives.”

    The Florida bill would ban not only delta-8 THC, but also delta-10 THC and other compounds. It also puts a cap on the amount of THC in hemp-derived products to 5 milligrams per individual servings, and 50 milligrams per container, leading to criticism from members of the hemp industry that those caps are so low that it will reduce demand for the items and could drive them out of business.

    But Manatee County Republican Tommy Gregory, who sponsored the bill on the House, said on the floor earlier this month that if it were up to him, there would be zero milligrams per serving.

    “I wish we could go to zero, but we don’t have the votes here today to do that. And some of my colleagues agree with me that we should just ban them all right now,” he said.

    Since its passage by the Legislature earlier this month, opponents of the bill have been calling on the governor to veto it.

    “By classifying products like CBD, including well-known strains such as Charlotte’s Web, as controlled substances, SB 1698 will shut down over 5,000 licensed local businesses, and the livelihoods of over 64,000 employees earning $7.3 billion in wages,” reads a form letter that the Florida Healthy Alternatives Association is asking their members to send to DeSantis.

    “This will be a devastating loss of jobs and economic stability for countless families. Many of these businesses moved to the Free State of Florida to escape rampant government over control in states like California and this bill will pull the rug out from under their feet.”

    The Legislature has yet to send the bill to the governor. Once received, he’ll have 15 days to sign the measure, veto it, or do nothing and allow it to become law.

    You should start feeling the effects in about 15 – 30 minutes. Because of the way they are absorbed, sublinguals are as fast-acting as vaping or smoking, so it’s important to dose carefully.  The other good thing is there is no smell, so it can be perfect for discreet usage.
