  • Michael B. Jordan Nearly Ran Into Ex Lori Harvey at the Golden Globes 4 Years After Their Breakup

    You don’t know who you’ll run into at the Golden Globes. Exes Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey both walked the red carpet at the lavish awards ceremony.

    Michael B. Jordan was nominated for Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture for playing twin brothers, Elijah “Smoke” Moore and Elias “Stack” Moore. He walked the red carpet in a double breasted suit and David Yurman jewelry, and some cool tinted shades. Just minutes after, Lori Harvey walked out on the Golden Globes red carpet in a gorgeous green accented dress. It’s unknown whether the two interacted at Hollywood’s Biggest Party.

    The two dated from late 2020 to 2022. A source close to the couple confirmed to People that the model and the Creed actor had broken up on June 4, 2022. They told Entertainment Tonight that the two are still grappling with their feelings amid the breakup. “Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken. They still love each other.”

    The source continued, “Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time. They had great times together and brought out the best in each other.”

    On June 6, 2022, another source told People the exact reason why the daughter of Family Feud host Steve Harvey wanted to break up. Lori, 25, and Michael, 35, were not able to agree on what worked in their relationship. “[She] wasn’t ready to commit. She is very focused on her career. [She] realized that they weren’t on the same page [while they] were making plans for their future.” The source added, “She still wants to have fun and be free. Michael is a great guy. She is sad that their relationship didn’t work out, but she is moving on.”

    In a 2024 StyleCaster cover story, Lori talked about working hard to where she is now, even if her famous stepfather is Steve Harvey. “I’m extremely grateful and appreciative for all the advantages I’ve had. But just because you have it easier to get in the door, does not mean that you will be able to stay in the door just because of who your parents are. You have to actually put the time and put the work in and be good at whatever it is you’re doing. I have definitely gotten a leg up and had doors been open for me because of my dad, but I had to put the work in when I got there.”

    A block spin, innit? Lori Harvey and Damson Idris sparked reconciliation rumors after they were spotted on a romantic getaway in Mexico two years after their breakup.

    One combination that hits every time is Lori Harvey and a bikini. The only thing more impressive than her super snatched beach bod is some very familiar elite arm candy. The Reasonable Doubt diva popped out for some fun in the sun with her ex, Damson Idris.

    According to TMZ, the former couple was spotted vacationing on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on Thursday. The stunning stars were all smiles as they cooled off in the ocean.

    Lori’s glances at Damson looked full of heart-eye happiness as they splashed and played in the waves. Things heated up from play to PDA on the beach as they walked back to their cabana with Damson’s arm wrapped around the mouthwatering model. And fans are here for the “Nunu” nuzzling!

    Several comments noted that Lori must have some serious feelings for the Snowfall leading man because, despite a dating resume of Hollywood heartthrobs, she never publicly doubled back before.

    It’s no secret that Damson was smitten as soon as the couple hard-launched at Lori’s birthday party in January 2023.

    In the following months, they were ubiquitously boo’d up everywhere from the Snowfall final season premiere to the Renaissance World Tour in Damson’s hometown of London.

    By November, the Lori and Damson returned to Odell Beckham Jr.’s birthday party, where they first met the year prior. However, they arrived separately, fueling breakup rumors already running rampant after the lovebirds unfollowed each other on Instagram.

    The next day, they confirmed the split in a joint statement about parting ways to focus on themselves:

    Fans Suspect Lori & Damson Might Have Spun The Block Some Time Ago

    Despite the announcement, many fans suspect Lori and Damson never split for good, or at least not for long. Three weeks later, they had a chance to relive their romantic concert experience at the Los Angeles premiere of Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé. A source told PEOPLE that the exes left the premiere “side by side,” noting that awkwardly, “they didn’t look happy but looked together and exited that way.”

    A month later, social media sleuths clocked that they vacationed to the same tropical getaway days before Lori’s 27th birthday last year.

    This year, eagle-eyed investigators spotted that they attended a wedding together as dates in August.

    Lori Harvey will make her rookie debut in this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, and if that wasn’t already exciting enough, she’s making the leap in swimwear she designed herself.

    The model is set to grace the pages of the magazine in May, where she will be wearing Yevrah Swim.

    She talked about the “dream come true” with SI Swim, opening up about just how excited she is to not only be featured in the iconic publication, but to do so wearing the swimsuit brand she launched with Revolve.

    “I would say the three words that I would use to describe it would be manifested, surreal and perfection because it was literally a moment that I manifested,” she told the mag of her experience shooting the photos. “It was a very surreal moment for me, and the entire shoot was just perfection from top to bottom … [and] once I got on set, it was just magical.”

    The 27-year-old was photographed in Cancun by Yu Tsai, wearing swimsuits by her own brand in addition to Dolce & Gabbana and GCDS. Harvey says that wearing Yevrah Swim for the first shot “set the tone for the day,” making the experience that much more exciting.

    The entrepreneur went on to explain that wearing her own swimsuit line has multiple reasons behind it. Not only does she love the designs she created, but Harvey says the ethos of her brand is promoting inclusivity, which she wanted to showcase in partnership with SI Swim, who also focus on inclusivity and body positivity.

    “I hope my message and what I stand for about inclusion and body positivity and just being your own woman and going after your dreams and manifestation and prayer [is evident],” she said of what she wants her fans to get out of her magazine spread. “All of that is real, and I hope they feel that and see that when they see my images.”

    Just a few months after the couple issued a break up statement, Lori Harvey and Damson Idris seem to be circling right back on each other. If their latest pics and videos are any indication, it looks like Lori’s birthday vacation has turned into a baecation. Hmph…

    After spending the Holidays in Dubai with parents Steve & Marjorie and the rest of the family, Lori jetted over to Thailand this week. She turns 27 on Saturday, so she seems to be getting a jump on her b-day festivities.

    The Capricorn babe has been soaking in the Eastern sun, but our nosy eye noticed that she might not be doing so alone.

    We coincidentally peeped how Damson Idris has been posting from his vacation in, you guessed it, Thailand. And the similarities between his pics and Lori’s are uncanny AF.

    The umbrellas in their beach pics are the same, as well as their lounge beds and towels:

    According to a statement, Femme It Forward is a “multi-format music and entertainment company dedicated to celebrating, educating, mentoring, and empowering female visionaries.”

    The organization also recognized “the women who have made an invaluable impact as mentors of the organization’s mentorship program, Next Gem Femme, which aims to help improve equity in the workplace and accelerate career opportunities and trajectories for young women of color. As Femme It Forward’s flagship initiative, the Next Gem Femme mentorship program connects emerging talent with influential women executives from organizations like Amazon Music and Atlantic Records.”

    Lori Harvey is one of those style stars who makes me want to try all the trends, no matter how risqué. But her latest look is pretty daring, even in my book. That is, of course, because she slayed in little more than tights, briefs, and a graphic tee while in attendance at Odell Beckham Jr.’s party on Monday, Nov. 6. I may never understand how she managed to tuck her T-shirt just perfectly into her briefs — and avoid shivering from the winter chill — but I do respect it.

    Spotted walking into the venue, Harvey wore a washed black Pink Floyd T-shirt tucked into a pair of high-waisted black briefs. Underneath, she slipped into a pair of sheer black tights and pointed-toe kitten heels. Around her neck were two layered diamond necklaces, and she seemed to be wearing large diamond earrings in coordination. Her hair was pulled back into a sleek top bun, and her makeup was elegantly subtle, as always.

    Harvey and Damson Idris were both at the event, though they arrived separately. Rumors have been swirling over the couple’s possible breakup after fans took note of Harvey deleting photos of the couple from her Instagram account (Idris reportedly deactivated his account). Could it be that Harvey chose a particularly head-turning look as her own no-pants version of the revenge dress? Perhaps. But nothing has yet been confirmed about their relationship status.

    Harvey is well-known for her risk-taking style. Whether it’s a skimpy string bikini, sheer velvet gown, or totally cutout dress, she’s always willing to try something new.     Fans are suspecting trouble in paradise for Lori Harvey and Damson Idris. This comes after the couple pulled up to the same event and later exited separately.

    The Daily Mail first reported the sighting. However, an independent source confirmed the same information to The Shade Room, adding that they didn’t spot Lori Harvey and Damson interacting at the event at any point.

    As for the event, the allegedly estranged pair attended Odell Beckham Jr.’s 31st birthday party. Photos show Lori, 26, arriving in a graphic t-shirt, sheer black tights, and pumps with a slicked hair bun. Meanwhile, photographers captured Damson, 32, sporting blue jeans, a black-red-and-white Tommy Hilfiger shirt, and sneakers.

    The separate appearance at the same event is a first for fans of Lori Harvey and Damson Idris’ romance.

    Much of their public sightings have included posts from Lori Harvey and Damson on their independent social accounts.

    There’s nothing quite like Fashion Week to kick off the season in style with a whole new set of trends to watch. And, while summer might have come to an unofficial close as of Labor Day, the New York City heatwave has kept celebrities and editors alike stepping out in their finest warm-weather attire — and we are here for it. On Friday, Sept. 8, Prabal Gurung hosted his Spring 2024 show with Lori Harvey sitting front row, wearing a colorfully printed knit mini dress with an integrated cape, posing in the rain for the camera snaps before heading in to sit front row beneath a clear bubble umbrella.

    Crafted of teal and black, Harvey’s micro-mini silhouette was the perfect piece for the transitional season, as it was knit of a lofty weave yet still showing a healthy amount of skin. With the addition of a fringed scarf designed to be draped across her frame and pooling on the concrete beneath her feet, the look had everyone looking toward colder days ahead as well. As Harvey’s outfit was pulled straight from the Fall 2023 collection Gurung presented back in February of this year, it’s likely to be readily available for all to purchase shortly, although not quite yet.

    For Spring 2024, Gurung presented a collection inspired by his own family’s journey to the city a quarter of a century ago and what that meant for the integration of cultures. In a press release, the designer explained, “In the spirit of my aunts’ journey as immigrants in 1980s New York City, who once struggled to balance their roots with the demands of the Western world, serve as a poignant symbol. Their story inspired me to imagine the reverse—instead, envisioning someone traveling from West to the East, embarking on a voyage, shedding the obligations of Western norms, unraveling of her own beliefs as she discovers and embraces the wisdom of her new world in the East.”

    Rife with saturated pastels, bold prints, metallic materials, and embroidered details, this latest collection is one that finds the balance between the romantic and the bold; the new and the old; and the everyday with the luxe.

    Lori Harvey is celebrating her boyfriend Damson Idris’s birthday with a lot of love.

    On Friday, the model paid tribute to the “Snowfall” actor with a sweet note on her Instagram story. She posted one photo that showed Idris standing in front of large number “32″ balloons.

    “Happyyyy Birthdayyyy twinnn!!!!” she wrote in the text overlay of the post. “I love youuuu.”

    Another post showed Harvey embracing Idris, who kissed her forehead.

    Idris celebrated his big day with an Instagram post of his own. He shared a video on his Instagram story that showed him singing the “Happy Birthday” song to himself.

    Harvey and Idris have showcased their love for each other several times over the summer.

    Last month, the model shared photos on Instagram of her and Idris enjoying a vacation together in Mexico.

    The couple made their relationship Instagram official back in January.

    In March, Harvey — who has faced sexist online attacks for her public dating life — playfully shut down breakup rumors about her and Idris that were swirling online at the time.

    The model posted a photo of the actor on her Instagram story that showed him smiling at the camera in the driver’s seat of a car.

    “My fine ass Uber driver,” she wrote in a text overlay of that post.

    A publicist for Idris also denied the rumors, telling Newsweek at the time that the reports about a split were “completely false.”

    Idris, meanwhile, discussed his relationship with Complex the same month and didn’t hint that there was trouble in paradise. Instead, he said, “Life is great.”

On Aug. 15, the model and Skn by LH founder stepped out in a black one-shoulder minidress for dinner at the celebrity-loved Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi with boyfriend Damson Idris. Originally hailing from Tom Ford’s fall 1997 collection for Gucci, Harvey’s vintage LBD featured a low scooping neckline, super short hemline, and metallic buckle on the single strap.

    She accessorized with several other designer pieces, including a cage-style Saint Laurent bag, black Tom Ford sandals, and gold ribbed Balenciaga earrings. Meanwhile, Idris contrasted her look in an all-while outfit, pairing a Prada tank top with a zip-up jacket, crisp pants, sneakers, and a pearl necklace.

    Earlier in the day, Harvey wore another archival look — a polka dot bustier dress from Jean Paul Gaultier’s spring 1987 collection — to celebrate the launch of her swimwear brand Yevrah Swim in Hollywood. Tons of her famous friends came to support her latest business venture, including Justine Skye, Winnie Harlow, Normani, and Madison Bailey, all dressed in beachy attire. Harvey also just returned from a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where she and Idris enjoyed some sun-soaked rest and relaxation. During the vacation, she posed for Instagram photos in several Yevrah suits, including an orange cutout bikini and beige bandeau thongkini.

    Harvey has dipped her toes into several popular fashion trend this summer, from hip cleavage and waist-high slits to naked dresses and boob-window cutouts. She also hopped on the Barbiecore bandwagon earlier this month, wearing a hot pink string bikini for a beach day on vacation in Europe. What trend will she take on next?     To stir up even more publicity for its cruise collection—and incite jealously among its legion of fashion fans—Chanel tapped Sofia and Roman Coppola to direct a short film promoting its stopover at the Faena Hotel in Miami. (The runway show first took place on the beach in Monte Carlo back in May.) Set to the soundtrack of “This Town” by The Go-Go’s, the vintage-tinged vignettes showcase the coastal city’s greatest hits, including Ocean Drive, Art Deco architecture, sprawling beaches, and, as a finishing touch, the house’s iconic CCs scrawled on the sand. The lyrics say it all: “This town is our town / It is so glamorous / Bet you’d live here if you could / And be one of us.”

    For the past 24 hours, everyone who wasn’t in South Florida probably wishes they were…for once. From the idyllic setting overlooking the ocean to the star-studded guest list (Lily Rose-Depp, Marion Cotillard, and Lori Harvey), performances (Nile Rodgers and Chic with a cameo by Pharrell Williams for “Get Lucky”), and spread (quintessential Florida fare like stone crab claws, Cuban sliders, and key lime pie), these were, to quote Rodgers wailing on the microphone, the good times. And that’s without factoring in the clothes.

    Against the backdrop of red and white-striped umbrellas and chaise loungers, the collection blended old-world French glamour and athleticism—specifically, auto racing and racquet sports—with models holding biker helmets and toting quilted leather tennis bags over their shoulders. The silhouettes ran the gamut from jumpsuits to tailored suiting and, for the finale, an elegant long-sleeve sequin dress, but the retro-meets-motorsports theme becomes most apparent in the details—think: crochet racing gloves, dresses emblazoned with starter flags, and baseball caps in Chanel’s signature tweed.

    Though originally shown in the French Riviera, the collection moves seamlessly to stateside shores. Perhaps not so coincidentally, Formula 1 was also held in Miami this year, further cementing the locale as the new Monaco. When asked why the resort destination was the ideal place for its replica cruise show the next day during a masterclass held at the Faena Forum, Bruno Pavlovsky, president of Chanel’s fashion activities and president of Chanel SAS, said, “Why Miami? Chanel loves Miami.” And really, what’s not to love?
