    Shubham Dipta on working with Deepika Singh, Naman Shaw

    He has been cast opposite Sanika and he plays the role of popular singer, Kartik. Shubham spoke to BollywoodLife exclusively about his role in the show and why he decided to do the show. He said, “I got the offer for this show via my manager. He asked me if I would do it and I said yes. I sent my audition clip and things happened quickly. If something is meant for you it happens quickly. I gave the audition and was selected. It was within two days I was on the set and shooting for this show. The other reason I said yes was that the character is of a singer. In real life, I also like singing.     He further spoke about working with Deepika Singh, Naman Shaw and others. He said, “From Deepika mam, we get to learn how to have fun even while working. This is a very different and best thing about her. She works hard but has fun as well on the sets. This is what I got to learn from her. Talking about Naman Shaw, I learnt how to approach a character and how he prepares for his scenes. He is very focused and if he has a lot of scenes on a day, he would be rehearsing his scenes throughout the day. So, this is all I got to learn. They have been working for so many years but are still so hardworking and focused. They are not like I have so much experience so it is ok and all. They both are very dedicated towards their work.”

    He also revealed if Lakshmi will also get a husband like Mangal has who is very disrespectful. Shubham said, “No, Lakshmi’s husband will definitely will not be like Mangal’s husband. Kartik will be nice whenever he will be Lakshmi’s husband. Kartik is a very different person and I don’t know if Mangal and Kartik will get married but even if they do, Kartik will treat her very well and give her all the respect. If at all he falls in love with Mangal, it will be very good. So, Kartik is a very nice guy.”

    Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Rohit Purohit has revealed how his wife, Sheena reacts to his extra romantic scenes in the show. Rohit spoke to Telly Masala and said that Sheena never gets jealous and she always keep telling him about how he can do better and that he was not good with this scene or whether he was very good. However, he was further asked if she felt jealous watching his extra romantic and close scenes. Rohit laughed and said that she does not say anything but kicks him. He said that whenever such moment comes on TV, she just kicks him but in a fun way and nothing serious. Rohit Purohit also revealed in the same interview that just like Anita Raj aka Dadisa he also says sorry to Samridhii Shukla aka Abhira before every scenes that require her to yell at the young actress. Rohit also spoke about his character, Armaan being toxic. He states that Armaan is certainly a complex but not a toxic character. He further added that Armaan never gave any sort of relationship commitment to Abhira and how Armaan still considers her as a responsibility. He mentioned how the audience is always more connected to Abhira and hence if anyone behaves rigidly with her they think that the other character is wrong.

Hence Vicky apologized to me and Aishwarya three times. As you all know, in the second or third Weekend ka Vaar, everyone got to know that Vicky called me before entering Bigg Boss and stated how he, Ankita, Aishwarya, and I would be cordial with each other in the house. In Lock Upp 1, we have witnessed the way Munawar Faruqui used to put his heart and soul while preforming the tasks. Due to no interesting tasks, it seems that Munawar is unable to play the game the way he wants to in the Bigg Boss house.     Munawar’s connections with wrong contestants

    Apart from Mannara Chopra, Munawar formed an emotional bond with Rinku Dhawan and Jigna Vora. Now we all know that both Jigna and Rinku are not Bigg Boss material, and hence no matter how much time Munawar spend with them it has hardly made to our screens and even if it has, it’s not an interesting piece to watch for Bigg Boss viewers. Talking about Mannara, people feel that Munawar’s biggest mistake on the reality show is befriending Mannara. Time and again, we have witnessed how Mannara is ungrateful for Munawar’s friendship. While Munawar has openly stated that Mannara is his top priority, Mannara is often seen confused about her friendship with Munawar.

    Munawar’s safe game plan for Bigg Boss 17

    We do agree with Bigg Boss and also Salman Khan, that Munawar this time is definitely playing safe. His every action and word seem very calculated. Now no one is saying that Munawar should pick up fights like Abhishek Kumar, but he at least needs to strongly reacts on things where he needs to. Be it Ankita ousting him in one of the tasks or Vicky and Abhishek gossiping about Munawar and Mannara’s relationship, Munawar rather than strongly confronting them has let go off the before mentioned things like a thin air.

    No emotional trauma left to share for Munawar

    In Lock Upp 1, viewers really connected with Munawar’s life. Be it his mom’s death, his failed marriage or his story of rags to riches, people really empathized with Munawar during his Lock Upp stint. All the sympathies really worked well for him as he successfully connected with his viewers. However now, Munawar has no real-life heart wrenching story left to share. His five-year-old son did make a small appearance in Bigg Boss 17 via a video call but that’s it.

    All said and done, we all know that Munawar does has the potential to be the winner of Bigg Boss 17. It’s just a matter of few strong game plans and we are sure that he will bounce back strongly in the game.

    When asked Neil Bhatt who plays Virat, the actor says that Virat and his Vardi (uniform) go hand-in-hand. Neil has donned a police uniform for the third time in his career. He feels very proud whenever he wears the Vardi. So, that’s what Neil is taking back with him from the sets, ETimes quotes the actor. Neil also emphasised how the uniform has played an important role in moulding Virat’s character. He expressed how grateful he is to have received so much love from the audience for Virat.

    As per the report, Shakti Arora, Bhavika Sharma and Sumit Singh will be a part of the new generation.

    Pooja Bhatt shares how she quit alcohol after her father Mahesh Bhatt‘s message

    While chatting with Bebika Dhurve, Pooja Bhatt started talking about how she left alcohol. Pooja recalls she would drink all the time and she and her father would talk about things such as his absence. Pooja shared that she cannot imagine her life without her father. Pooja Bhatt recalls one fine day her father messaged her saying Love you kid and Pooja replied to him saying that she loves him back. Mahesh Bhatt messaged her saying that if she loves him, she should love herself as well as he is in her too. And that hit her hard. And after that day, she quit. She recalls people saying that Mahesh would not be able to quit alcohol at all. But claims he has been sober for the last 30 years. Pooja Bhatt tells Bebika that she has been sober for the last six and a half years.     Jad Hadid’s back story

    Pooja Bhatt and Cyrus asked Jad Hadid his back story on how he was raised by his neighbours. Jad revealed that his mother wanted to baptise him. His mother and father had him. His father left one day to travel and his family thought he would not come back. But he returned. He took him to check the parentage it seems but he was already baptised. Even his name means that he does not belong to any religion. And later, his father divorced his mom and left them for good. His mother felt that his father is going to return and hence she packed her stuff and kept Jad with the neighbours and left. Jad started living on the streets as his father sold off the property right after. Jad’s neighbour raised him. Jad later found his mom and asked about the same.     Captaincy task leaves Jad upset

    Abhishek Malhan and Cyrus Broacha were assigned captain makers and they had to nominate two contestants for the task. After much consideration and discussion with the house, Abhishek picks Akanksha and Cyrus picks Falaq. Abhishek and Akanksha perform a spoofy skit on Jad-Manisha, Cyrus-Pooja and Puneet Superstar-Aaliya. Falaq mimics each contestant in the house except Abhishek and Akanksha. Even Falaq talks about Jad’s flirtatious nature. Seeing how he is being envisioned leaves Jad very upset. Jad gets sad and expresses that he never experienced what it is like to have a family and wanted to feel a part of it, but he and his intentions are being misunderstood. Falaq, Pooja and Cyrus notice the change in his behaviour. Abhishek and Akanksha try to calm him down. Jad is advised to ask Salman Khan if he is being portrayed wrongly. Falaq wins the task and is declared the captain.

    Bebika’s outburst and confrontation

    Bebika Dhurve was yet again at the receiving end. She is mighty pissed with Aaliya for nominating her. She claims that for her Aaliya is as good as dead. On the other hand, it so happens that while joking about wanting to have guys around for attention, Bebika passes a comment saying Akanksha already has two. Abhishek who is around gets miffed at that and he has a verbal spat with Bebika. After that Abhishek tells the same to Akanksha as well. Akanksha confronts Bebika and they engage in a verbal spat too. Bebika feels targeted and cornered by housemates. Later, Bebika lashes out loudly when Akanksha and Abhishek try to calm her.

To just be yourself.” She said the foundation of any happy relationship was the friendship. She said when one can laugh away in the company of someone, it is a nice feeling.
