    Kim Zolciak just made her relationship with Kyle Mowitz Instagram official.

    Following news regarding her alleged role in his $100 million divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green, and after the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was spotted outside of Kyle’s Georgia home, Kim took to her Instagram Story, where she answered questions about their romance, commented on Ariana Biermann‘s split from Hudson McLeroy, dished on her recent reconciliation with her parents, Karen and Joe Zolciak, and more.

    “Are you dating anyone?” a fan asked Kim on October 22, after she requested her audience “ask [her] a question.”

    “Yes … almost [two] years after I filed for divorce I went on my first date and we have been together since,” Kim replied, confirming that Kyle is the first person she has dated since she split from Kroy Biermann, 40, in May 2023.

    A second person asked, “Was it hard letting yourself be vulnerable with a new man?”

    “Yes,” Kim admitted. “However Kyle and I went through the exact same situation so we identify with each other.”

    Moving on to Ariana, 24, star of Next Gen NYC, Kim reacted to someone who suspected their split was for the show.

    “My baby [Ariana Biermann] [lives] her life authentically and always has! What you see is what you get!” Kim insisted.

    Then, after posting a selfie with her mom and telling her online audience she “[loves] her mom,” Kim responded to another fan who remembered their estrangement.

    “My parents and I have had some ups and downs but life is way too short and I would never be the person I am today without them,” she wrote.

    Kim then seemingly gave a nod to her messy split from Kroy after someone else said they admired her resilience.

    “Awe thank you so much,” she replied. “It’s been a very long painful, hard and sad road but it was the best for me … I FINALLY chose me and my kids.”

    Another IG user asked Kim how she stays so positive.

    “How do you remain positive in the face of adversity?” they wondered.

    “#1 God #2 My kids #3 My family,” she explained. “[And] I have the best friends ever.”

    Kim Zolciak and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, are being sued.

    Just months after Brielle, 26, faced a lawsuit from American Express over an alleged $12,000 bill, which was later dismissed, and amid the many lawsuits filed against the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 45, the women are being accused of failing to pay for their 2019 Range Rover.

    According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on December 22, Ally Bank has filed a lawsuit against Kim and Brielle, stating that they’ve failed to meet the terms of their sales agreement, which required them to pay $1,903 each month for the vehicle.

    “Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under the Contract,” the suit said. “As of May 31, 2023, Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35. on the Contract.”

    In their lawsuit against Kim and Brielle, the bank has asked for permission to take possession of the car.

    As Kim continues to face financial hardships, including a $1 million tax lien, she and estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 38, are hoping to sell their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 9,500 square foot home in Milton, Georgia, recently cutting $500,000 off their $6 million asking price.

    In other Kim Zolciak news, details regarding her messy split from ex-husband Daniel Toce, who accused the former RHOA cast member of “cruel treatment,” have been revealed.

    According to a report, Daniel was thrown out of the Georgia home he shared with Kim as she filed for divorce in September 2001, just four months after they wed, and requested alimony for their daughter, Ariana Biermann, now 22.

    After separating in August of that year, when she was eight months pregnant with Ariana, Kim accused Daniel of cheating and “willfully and without justification deserted her and his unborn child,” and she couldn’t work at The Cheetah, an adult venue, due to her pregnancy and needed financial assistance.

    “Though Defendant has ample income, he has refused to equally share in the parties outstanding debt or mortgage of the marital home,” Kim claimed in the documents obtained by Radar Online. “As a result of Plaintiff’s pregnancy, childbirth, resulting loss of income and refusal by Defendant to provide financial assistance, Plaintiff is in dire financial straits.”

    Kim also said she owed $4,875.69 to Kmart and $900 to Children’s Place, among others, and Daniel was ultimately ordered to pay her $1,200 a month in child support (Kim was already receiving $628 a month from Brielle’s dad).

    Kim and Daniel’s divorce was finalized in February 2003, and years later, in 2011, he was convicted of sexual assault and sexual contact with a minor.

    Kroy Biermann has more money problems… and this time, he can’t exactly blame Kim Zolciak!

    On Monday, Us Weekly and The Blast both obtained court docs indicating Kroy’s attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom is coming after him for unpaid legal bills! Per those outlets, Bergstrom’s firm Stearns, Montgomery & Proctor filed what’s called a Consent Attorney’s Lien against the former Atlanta Falcons star.

    In the court docs, the lien demands the law firm be able to go after “all recoverable property” belonging to Biermann “upon any judgments and degrees recoverable” related to his ongoing divorce. The filing is explicit in its reason, too. It states the law firm is coming after the ex-NFL baller for an “unpaid amount of fees and services” related to their work on his ongoing divorce. But here’s the strange thing… the lien amount is REALLY small. It’s only $801.01!

    Don’t get us wrong, $801.01 can be a lot of money when you don’t have it. But for a high-powered law firm, that’s like two billable hours! If that. WTF?! The juice is running, though. Per the media reports, Biermann is on the hook for ongoing interest that will continue accruing at a rate of 1.5% per month for every month the money isn’t paid back. Again, that’s not a ton of money, but obviously, Bergstrom’s law firm wants their cut. Every bit of it! And the bill will only keep growing if they don’t get it!

    The filing, which focuses on “all recoverable assets” linked to Biermann including “money and personal property,” concludes:

    “No person shall be at liberty to satisfy any judgment or decree in this action until the lien of the Firm is satisfied.”

    So, basically, they want him to dole out some dough ASAP!

    Of course, Kroy has other pressing concerns with his (and Kim’s) precarious financial situation, too. For one, their Atlanta-area mansion has been in foreclosure limbo for a long time, and is currently for sale with a price tag north of $6 million. And that’s not all! Just last month, JP Morgan Chase Bank sued Kroy, claiming the NFL alum owes them more than $13,000 in unpaid credit card bills. Kim, too, has been sued — most notably by a debt collection company on a $156,000 pursuit after she allegedly stopped making payments on one of her credit cards.

    The estranged couple has also been ordered to pay nearly $230,000 to Simmons Bank after receiving a final default order on a home equity line of credit they had previously taken out. Plus, per Us Weekly, the embattled duo is said to still owe the IRS more than $1.1 million in unpaid taxes. All that’s to say that this $801.01 lien is small potatoes compared to some of the big stuff. But still… always pay your lawyers! Every penny! They’re the ones you want to keep in your corner, after all!!

    Kim Zolciak had some company for her rejuvenation procedure!

    As Perezcious readers know, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star went in for a little tightening procedure late last week… more specifically, for her nether regions. ICYMI, the 45-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to share that after having six kids “naturally,” she was due for a little hoo-ha rejuvenation. She said in a selfie video:

    “I’m doing the Renuvion, and the Morpheus for skin tightening, and I’m very, very excited about that. I’m also doing laser v [vaginal] rejuvenation. Obviously, I’ve had six children, and I had them all naturally, so when I’m running, or even when I sneeze, I do pee a little bit, which bothers me greatly. So, I am with the best in the country doing that today, and I am very, very excited. I’ll keep you guys posted.”

    Of course, there was speculation that the procedure could also be for her estranged hubby Kroy Biermann, despite their ongoing divorce. And now, it sounds like netizens may not have been too far off!

    On Friday, a source told Us Weekly that the former NFL star was right by her side through it all! They dished:

    “Kroy came with her to help her out. It’s a big surgery.”

    OMG! One minute they’re divorcing, the next they’re hooking up… We guess when you’ve spent so many years together you can’t just turn your back! Still, the source described their relationship as “bizarre,” adding:

    “They’re going through a divorce, talk badly about each other, then travel together.”

    LOLz…

    While he may not have been featured in her IG uploads, Kroy was spotted with Kim at the airport the day before her procedure, according to the outlet.

    It is Kroy’s hope that if he can sell the house, the money can help to alleviate some of the “significant debt” he and Kim have accrued over the course of their marriage.

    The court doc notes that the estranged couple faced foreclosure proceedings in February 2023, and their marital home was set to be auctioned on March 7. However, the parties were able to avoid foreclosure and the residence was taken off the auction block. At that time, an agreement was reached with Truist Bank that placed Kroy and Kim on “foreclosure probation;” meaning they had to make their mortgage payments every month for three months, and the unpaid amount would be placed at the back of the loan to avoid foreclosure again.

    Kroy is now claiming in the court document that they are facing foreclosure yet again after failing to make July’s mortgage payment.

    Kroy states he has sold some of his designer backpacks and other personal items to make the mortgage, and has pleaded with Kim to sell some of her purses to help make the payments — but, according to him, she has refused. However, Kroy claims the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has been selling her and her daughter, Brielle Biermann’s purses, as well as other high-end fashion items, including some of her wigs. Kroy alleges that none of that money from those sales has gone towards the mortgage or to paying down other bills.

    In addition to the threat of foreclosure, Kroy claims he and Kim received a notice of a federal tax lien on their residence in April 2023 in the amount of $1.1 million, based upon missed tax payments in the years 2013, 2017, and 2018. The two are also facing lawsuits for nonpayment from various entities, including BMW, Target, American Express, Saks/Capital One and Sky Warrior. In the doc, Kroy states that he has repeatedly attempted to get control of Kim’s apparent overspending, but she will not take accountability for their current financial situation. Kroy also alleges Kim refuses to get a job.

    On top of what the court doc states, ET has been told that Kim and Kroy mutually agreed to sell their mansion.

    This comes a week after Kroy filed for divorce from 45-year-old Kim for a second time following a month of seemingly being reconciled.

    Kroy stated in the latest paperwork that their union is “irretrievably broken.” He is asking for sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.

    Kim Zolciak Sued Over Unpaid $156,000 Credit Card On Same Day Kroy Biermann Filed For Divorce Again

    Kim Zolciak suffered quite the double whammy on Thursday — less than three hours after Kroy Biermann filed for divorce from her, Kim was hit with another lawsuit over an unpaid credit card bill.

    According to legal documents, obtained by ET, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is being sued by a debt collection company for $156,080.64, which includes interest accrued since she stopped making payments on the HSBC/SAKS credit card, which had a $115,000 credit limit.

    The documents show Kim’s last payment to Capital One (the company that bought the debt from HSBC) came on Sept. 17, 2022, in the amount of $4,179. The credit card — with a 25.49 interest rate — has since been restricted and cannot be used.

    As ET previously reported, Kroy filed for divorce for the second time on Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia. Court documents show Kroy filed the paperwork at 1:06 p.m. Kim then got sued at 3:41 p.m. that day, also in Fulton County Superior Court. It’s also not the first time she’s been sued for an unpaid bill.

    Back in June, the former “Don’t Be Tardy” star got sued by Target National Bank for an unpaid credit card bill in the amount of $2,482.24. The following month, Kim took to Instagram to advertise an online sale of luxury items belonging to her daughter, Brielle. That online sale also came just two weeks after Kim and Kroy were hit with a lawsuit claiming they defaulted on a $300,000 home equity credit line taken out of their house in Alpharetta, Georgia.

    The second divorce filing comes after they reconciled last month. The reconciliation didn’t last long, though, with a source telling ET on Thursday that “the two have been fighting nonstop” and that “the relationship has become really toxic.”

    They each filed for divorce in May after 11 years of marriage and made a series of damning allegations against one another. The divorce proceedings set forth a custody battle, and a back-and-forth over child support and spousal support.

    After nearly two months of continuous mudslinging — and accusations of physical violence — the pair shocked everyone when they announced they were tossing the divorce filings in early July.

    Kim and Kroy share four children — twins Kaia and Kane, 9, Kash, 10, and Kroy Jagger “KJ” Biermann, 12. During their marriage, Kroy also adopted Kim’s oldest daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
