  • Kelly Dodd Calls Plastic Surgeon “Lowest of the Totem Pole,” Mocks Her Looks and Tells Her to “Get a Job” in Deleted Videos as the Dr. Claps Back at Kelly in Scathing Response

Kelly Dodd shared a series of since-deleted videos on social media over the weekend in which the Real Housewives of Orange County star took aim at a plastic surgeon.

This feud appeared to stem from Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa sharing a video of Kelly defending Jill Zarin, following Jill’s racist comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance, in which she strongly disagreed with the RHOC alum’s comments.

Kelly, 50, then responded as she demanded the doctor “get a job” and “a life,” slammed her looks, signaling darkness under her eyes and pointing out her nose, and suggested she was likely either single or living in an abusive marriage. This led to Dr. Srinivasa firing back at Kelly by slamming the former reality star as an “uneducated ogre” and “racist bigot.”

In her video rebuttal, which was shared on Instagram, Dr. Srinivasa first addressed Kelly’s statement that plastic surgery was the “lowest [field] on the [medical] totem pole.”

“I’m a double-board certified fellowship-trained microvascular surgeon for women with breast cancer. I’ve done more training than almost any other specialty that exists. And in fact, plastic surgery is one of the most competitive specialties to get into. There’s actually no specialty in medicine that’s the bottom of the totem pole, and anybody who would say that out loud is an uneducated ogre,” Dr. Dhivya declared.

Then, pointing to Kelly’s message of “Get a job. Get a life,” the doctor revealed she has a net worth that “could decimate” Kelly’s, and she noted that her finances weren’t based on a divorce settlement or stint on reality television.

As for Kelly wondering if the doctor had taken an oath, Dr. Dhivya explained the Hippocratic oath, stating that there was no clause in it that would prevent her from calling out “racist bigots online.” Instead, she detailed, the oath banned her from withholding care due to Kelly being what she deemed “a racist bigot.”

After signaling an article from November 2025 in which Kelly was accused of getting “drunk on the set” and going to the emergency room, the doctor showcased another one of Kelly’s bizarre videos, in which Kelly said that Dr. Dhivya had bad teeth, which was like “having a fat trainer.”

In response, the doctor pointed out that teeth were, of course, handled by dentists.

“Look at yourself, you fugs,” Kelly continued, telling the woman to “fix” her face, including her nose and darkness under her eyes.

In a second video from Dr. Dhivya, the woman stated that while Kelly appears in her videos with a full face of makeup and uses filters, she can share clips of herself with “no makeup, no filters in a bathroom because I have more moral clarity in this crooked canine than [Kelly does] in [her] whole spine.”

She also shaded Kelly for allegedly wearing “fake Chanel” and joked about how she had attempted to defend her intelligence with a video in which she couldn’t properly pronounce
“pronunciate.”

Another one of Kelly’s since-removed clips saw her telling the doctor, “You’re probably single, and if you’re not, you’re probably with some man that probably beats you.” But that wasn’t the case. As Dr. Dhivya noted, she is happily married and not getting beaten by her husband.

“Unlike you, I’m not divorced. And also unlike you, I don’t depend on a divorce settlement for my net worth. I’ve actually never had to have the cops called to my house or anywhere that I’ve been for any sort of unrest of any variety,” Dr. Dhivya continued, revealing that the cops were called to Kelly’s house a whopping six times in 2017.

In closing, the doctor said that Kelly’s negative comments about her looks were “a cover for how racist and vile [she is], and instead of addressing that, [she babbles] on like an a**hat.”

Kelly Dodd was featured in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of Orange County from season 11 through season 15.

Jennifer Pedranti reportedly returned to divorce court shortly after a divorce agreement was reached with her ex William Pedranti. The former couple, who got married in 2002 and broke up in 2021, have disputed the financial situation amid the divorce.

In July, the exes reportedly reached a settlement – three years after their split. She apparently was awarded a total of $6,000 a month from William in child and spousal support. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is now in a relationship with Ryan Boyajian, who hinted that he’s suing her co-star Tamra Judge (who accused him of stealing from a Dodgers baseball player).

In Touch obtained court documents claiming that Jennifer returned to divorce court weeks after working out the agreement with William.

Per the documents, Jennifer demanded that her ex appear in court for a financial examination, claiming she needed this info to assist in the “enforcement of a money judgment” against him.

Judge Julie Palafox granted Jennifer’s request, and the court scheduled the examination for 8:30 a.m. on October 21 – while ordering William to show up in court with paperwork to aid Jennifer in collecting the money owed to her.

The notice addressed William directly: “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

Before the July settlement, Jennifer’s attorney asserted, “[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food and educational costs. While [William] currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

Allegedly, after Jennifer’s new boyfriend Ryan sent Tamra a cease and desist, Tamra apologized twice for making the accusations against him on Watch What Happens Live. Vicki Gunvalson, however, said Ryan isn’t suing Tamra yet. Alum Kelly Dodd recently suggested that multiple castmates should form a class-action lawsuit against Tamra for her alleged slander.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursday nights on Bravo.

Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino seemingly called out Tamra Judge for allegedly defaming Ryan Boyajian – who’s now suing the Real Housewives of Orange County star. Jim also hinted at his own “slander and defamation” lawsuit in 2018, and Ryan and Kelly Dodd reacted.

Last week, Ryan shared that he’s suing Tamra after she accused him on Watch What Happens Live of stealing money from a Dodgers baseball player. Later on, she issued two separate apologies.

In 2018, Jim sued Tamra for slander after she and Shannon Beador spoke negatively about him on a podcast. According to a report, he won $1 million from Tamra when they settled. Now, Ryan is allegedly hiring the same attorney Jim used. As for Kelly, she’s considering a class-action lawsuit against Tamra, who allegedly accused her of “suck[ing] d**k for money.”

“Six years ago, I had to sue a public figure for slander and defamation,” said Jim in a September 29 Instagram post, presumably referring to Tamra. “I won that case, but what I didn’t realize was I was not healed. And the reason I realized that is because just 72 hours ago, this same person, a public figure, slandered and defamed a friend of mine.”

Jim said he had “unresolved bitterness and anger” toward this person.

“It brought back really bad unresolved issues of anger and frustration,” Jim explained. “Right now I forgive you for the things that you said and the damage that you caused me and my family.”

He then told followers to take the high road.

“If you have unresolved bitterness or anger toward somebody, forgive them whether they’re right or wrong,” he said, “because it only hurts you to have to deal with that within yourself without releasing it to God.”

In the comments, a fan then seemingly alluded to Tamra’s husband.

Eddie has one foot out the door,” wrote @damnnn_gina78. “You can forgive, but you never forget.”

“Exactly,” Jim responded to the fan.

Ryan himself wrote: “Proud of you JimmyB – NONE OF THIS IS OK. #MakeChangeHappen.”

Kelly then shared her own reaction.

“I’m Catholic!!! F**K THAT B**CH!” she exclaimed. “[Ryan] dude you’re my homie ❤️.”
