Jim Bellino revealed if his friend Ryan Boyajian will follow through with his purported lawsuit against Tamra Judge after the Real Housewives of Orange County star accused him of stealing money from a Dodgers player.

Jim, who was married to castmate Alexis Bellino — and who successfully sued Tamra for slander in 2018 — shared how much money his own lawsuit cost. He also addressed how Ryan is doing now. Ryan previously indicated that he hired the same lawyer Jim used.

After Tamra made the accusation against Ryan on Watch What Happens Live, she quickly issued an apology and hinted that she doesn’t know much about the allegation that Ryan is somehow involved in a gambling investigation.

On The Sarah Fraser Show, Jim was asked if Ryan really hired the same lawyer Jim used to sue Tamra.

“That’s correct, Jeff Neary,” said Jim. “Jeff’s an amazing lawyer. He’s an expert on slander and defamation.”

The host then asked if Jim believes Ryan and Jeff will actually sue Tamra for slander.

“The papers that were served [to Tamra] to my knowledge are cease-and-desist and [an] order for an apology,” he shared.

The host speculated that Ryan won’t sue Tamra so long as she apologizes and stops speaking his name.

“Listen, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this,” commented Jim of his own past lawsuit. “Nobody wants to sue anybody. I can promise you it’s very emotionally draining. It’s like a divorce. And what surprises me, knowing how much money and emotion Tamra went through, why she would put herself in this position saying statements [as if] fact, like he was raided by the FBI and that he stole money from a baseball player.”

“Those are actionable offenses,” he continued. “So the fact that Ryan is only requiring an apology, that says something about his character. I think that he realizes — and I’ve actually spoke with Ryan about this — that if you can get the apology, don’t go through with the lawsuit, just because it’s draining.”

As for how Ryan is doing, Jim explained, “He’s great. He’s just a very even guy. Very chill. I think he handles himself very well in these situations, but he’s not gonna take any s**t. So, it’s on right now.”

In the comments of the interview, Ryan shared his reaction.

“JimmyB Speaking Only FACTS,” he wrote.

New episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County air Thursday nights on Bravo.

Jim Bellino Seemingly Calls Out Tamra Judge for Allegedly Defaming Ryan Boyajian and Talks “Unresolved Bitterness” Toward RHOC Star, Plus He Reacts to Claim About Eddie as Ryan and Kelly Dodd React

Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino seemingly called out Tamra Judge for allegedly defaming Ryan Boyajian – who’s now suing the Real Housewives of Orange County star. Jim also hinted at his own “slander and defamation” lawsuit in 2018, and Ryan and Kelly Dodd reacted.

Last week, Ryan shared that he’s suing Tamra after she accused him on Watch What Happens Live of stealing money from a Dodgers baseball player. Later on, she issued two separate apologies.

In 2018, Jim sued Tamra for slander after she and Shannon Beador spoke negatively about him on a podcast. According to a report, he won $1 million from Tamra when they settled. Now, Ryan is allegedly hiring the same attorney Jim used. As for Kelly, she’s considering a class-action lawsuit against Tamra, who allegedly accused her of “suck[ing] d**k for money.”

“Six years ago, I had to sue a public figure for slander and defamation,” said Jim in a September 29 Instagram post, presumably referring to Tamra. “I won that case, but what I didn’t realize was I was not healed. And the reason I realized that is because just 72 hours ago, this same person, a public figure, slandered and defamed a friend of mine.”

Jim said he had “unresolved bitterness and anger” toward this person.

“It brought back really bad unresolved issues of anger and frustration,” Jim explained. “Right now I forgive you for the things that you said and the damage that you caused me and my family.”

He then told followers to take the high road.

“If you have unresolved bitterness or anger toward somebody, forgive them whether they’re right or wrong,” he said, “because it only hurts you to have to deal with that within yourself without releasing it to God.”

In the comments, a fan then seemingly alluded to Tamra’s husband.

Eddie has one foot out the door,” wrote @damnnn_gina78. “You can forgive, but you never forget.”

“Exactly,” Jim responded to the fan.

Ryan himself wrote: “Proud of you JimmyB – NONE OF THIS IS OK. #MakeChangeHappen.”

Kelly then shared her own reaction.

“I’m Catholic!!! F**K THAT B**CH!” she exclaimed. “[Ryan] dude you’re my homie ❤️.”

  • RHOC’s Alexis Bellino Accuses Shannon of Lying About Finances When Dating John, Shares Real Reason John Turned Down Settlement, and Jim’s Reaction to Engagement, Plus Her “Villain” Edit, and John’s Upcoming Cameo

RHOC’s Alexis Bellino Accuses Shannon of Lying About Finances When Dating John, Shares Real Reason John Turned Down Settlement, and Jim’s Reaction to Engagement, Plus Her “Villain” Edit, and John’s Upcoming Cameo

Alexis Bellino is defending John Janssen over his refusal to settle his lawsuit against Shannon Beador.

Days after John, 61, appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where he explained why he turned down Shannon’s offer, the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star shared what she knows about the situation while also slamming Shannon, 60, for lying about her finances, revealing ex-husband Jim Bellino‘s reaction to her engagement, and more.

“Once again, the truth wasn’t told in that moment. I’ll clear up the truth right now: [Shannon] wanted to not pay him the full amount. It was, I believe, a small down payment and then monthly installments, which he’s not gonna do,” Alexis revealed to Us Weekly. “He doesn’t want to have to get a monthly installment from his ex.”

John also doesn’t want to sign a non-disparagement clause because, as Alexis shared, he’s “not gonna put a muzzle on himself when she’s been disparaging him for four years.”

“He just wants to be able to speak the truth,” she stated. “[And] what a lot of people don’t consider is we’ve been filming at this point for three or four months, and by the time the show airs, it would’ve been another seven or eight months. So any new lies that she wanted to concoct or bring out, he would’ve had a muzzle and never been able to speak the truth. So there’s a lot more to it.”

“He would very willingly just take the money and go. And he tried,” Alexis added.

Alexis also shut down the claim that John’s lawsuit against Shannon was “convenient.”

“She knew that he wanted his money back. John had two days before the statute of limitations was going to expire and then he wouldn’t have ever been able to get his money back,” she explained of why he filed his lawsuit when he did.

“The other part that’s really frustrating is everyone’s like, ‘Just walk away.’ And I don’t know any wealthy person that’s going to walk away from $75,000. I wouldn’t,” she noted. “He’s not gonna spend as much money as he did on her and then also let $75,000 go away when she has defamed him for the last four years.”

According to Alexis, Shannon lied when she suggested that she had spent money on John throughout their relationship — and proof of that will soon be revealed.

“That’s not true,” she confirmed. “That’s gonna come out.”

As for what will end the case, Alexis said, “For her to pay the money; pay the money she owes him.”

Also speaking to Us Weekly, Alexis revealed how Jim, 62, reacted to her and John’s August engagement.

“Jim did text me right after he found out and just said, ‘Congratulations,’” she shared. “John had been around a few times to family events, like James’ graduation, another party that we threw for James, [and] a track meet. So, they [have] been in the same vicinity and met.”

While Alexis and John have continued to get heat over their controversial romance, Alexis said they are “stronger than ever” since getting engaged.

“I think, in part, it’s due to the negativity. It’s just brought us closer and it’s also shown us that we can pretty much make it through anything if we can make it through everything we’ve been through already in nine months,” she explained. “It has been really difficult and I didn’t expect it so much. I knew I was going to be the villain and I was strong enough and felt OK doing that because it’s like, ‘How can the younger new girl [and] new girlfriend, come into a group where the ex is there and has been there for 10 years in that group and not be the bad guy?’”

Although Alexis may have gotten the “villain” edit on season 18, she said she was comfortable with that and knew she and John could handle it.

“We’re adults and we’re strong,” she declared.

For now, Alexis and John are enjoying time with their blended family, including her three children with Jim and his adult children from a previous relationship.

“We’ve taken several family trips together,” she revealed. “I feel like John and I are with one of our children [all the time] ‘cause there’s six, and a few of them have significant others that are pretty much like they are part of our family, too. So there’s nine, and we are always together. The family’s already blended [and] we’re either on the boat or we’re doing a family dinner or we’re going to his parents’ house. We’re just one big Brady Bunch.”

Also during the interview, Alexis confirmed that John will be briefly seen later this season on RHOC.

“I can’t give away anything, but he does not film this season. There’s one little cameo he makes for me, but he’s not ‘filming,’” she revealed. “And I honestly don’t think that’d be good for any of us. I wouldn’t [want that and Shannon] wouldn’t want it. He wouldn’t want it [either.]”

  • Jim Bellino Says Alexis is Being “Used” for Main Storyline on RHOC and Not Paid for It, Addresses If She “Staged” John Janssen Romance, and If They’ll Last, Plus Shades Cast and Bravo’s Depiction of Men

Jim Bellino Says Alexis is Being “Used” for Main Storyline on RHOC and Not Paid for It, Addresses If She “Staged” John Janssen Romance, and If They’ll Last, Plus Shades Cast and Bravo’s Depiction of Men

Jim Bellino believes Alexis Bellino made the wrong move when she agreed to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County as a “friend.”

During an interview with Kelly Dodd, 48, and Rick Leventhal, 64, days ago, Jim, 62, said he believes Alexis, 47, who is currently engaged to Shannon Beador‘s ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, 60, was “used” for a storyline as he reacted to claims of Alexis and John’s romance being “staged,” threw shade at Bravo, and more.

“I believe in being all in … If Alexis is going on the show, I think she should’ve been one of the housewives, which she was offered that role,” Jim noted on Patreon’s The Rick & Kelly Show. “To be a friend I don’t agree with because she’s got her toe in the water and frankly, you became a housewife and got used for that role without getting paid for it. That’s just my honest opinion. She should’ve dove in and done it all.”

According to Jim, Alexis would have made five times as much if she’d signed on in a full-time role.

“It’s a lot more money. Times five. I believe Alexis is a very important part of the show this year and didn’t get paid for it,” he stated. “Had I been consulting her, I would’ve advised her differently. And I did tell her, ‘Do the whole show.’ I personally believe through her wardrobe, makeup, everything, she lost money.”

“You need to make sure you get paid,” he added, admitting that he didn’t “agree with” Alexis’ decision to return.

Because Alexis returned to the show just as she embarked on a romance with John, who had dated Shannon in previous seasons, many accused her of “plotting” her comeback. But Jim doesn’t believe that’s the case.

“To be very clear — and I was a witness to this because Alexis called me — before she ever met John Janssen, she was asked to be on the show,” Jim clarified. “It just so happened she met John Janssen after she agreed to be on the show and that all morphed. Was it a benefit to Bravo? Was it a benefit to Alexis’ storyline? Yes. It was. But Bravo benefited more than anybody.”

Jim also said Alexis’ relationship with John was simply an “amazing coincidence” before joking that it was producers who set the two of them up at A Restaurant last year.

“I wouldn’t be surprised,” he laughed. “I’m joking by the way. Alexis really did struggle with the decision of being back on the show or not. She went back and forth and back and forth.”

Although Alexis was unsure of returning, Jim said he doubted she regretted the decision, saying, “My gut would say no.”

“I think she likes when things play out publicly. I’m not saying this was intentional. I believe they authentically met at A Restaurant. I believe that it was a perfect scenario for the show and by the way, let’s clear it up right now so nobody ever asks me this question again: Do you believe that relationship was staged?’ One hundred percent no. I believe that relationship authentically happened through happenstance of them meeting and it’s just a cause and effect that it was the perfect scenario. And once again, as usual, Bravo wins,” he stated.

Alexis and John certainly have their doubters. And, as Jim shared, he doesn’t know John’s intentions.

“I really don’t. The verdicts out. Alexis is aware but naive at the same time. We’ll see. That’s to be determined — for all of us to watch,” he noted. “If I was flipping a coin, I think it’s 50/50. She has a good heart. Her intentions are 100 percent pure.”

Speaking of the current cast of RHOC, Jim said he felt sorry for Ryan Boyajian, 47, the fiance of Jennifer Pedranti, 47, who faced the wrath of certain cast members, namely Tamra Judge, 57, after he was linked to the $16 million MLB scandal involving Los Angeles Dodgers player Shohei Ohtani, 30.

“I have my own opinion of how Bravo depicts men. I feel sorry for [Ryan Boyajian], who’s with [Jennifer Pedranti], I think they’re really cool people. It’s a no-win for him though,” he said. “And we don’t know, which is why you don’t find a lot of quality men agreeing to do the show anymore. He is a quality man.”

Jim also took issue with the fact that most of the women of RHOC aren’t actually housewives — and some don’t even live in Orange County.

“I don’t understand why Tamra living in Big Bear and [Heather Dubrow] living in Beverly Hills has any relevance to Real Housewives of Orange County. I think Real Housewives of Orange County should be about Real Housewives of Orange County,” he stated. “How many housewives are married and living in Orange County? Alexis is divorced. Heather is in Beverly Hills. Tamra is in Big Bear. I believe [Emily Simpson] is a real housewife in Orange County. [Gina Kirschenheiter]’s not married. I think two out of the seven are Real Housewives of Orange County.”

  • ‘RHOC’ Alum Jim Bellino Claims Alexis Told This “Lie” About Shannon Lawsuit, Explains His Kids Not Filming, and Talks Children’s Reaction to Alexis and John Janssen, Plus Why He’s Watching the Show

‘RHOC’ Alum Jim Bellino Claims Alexis Told This “Lie” About Shannon Lawsuit, Explains His Kids Not Filming, and Talks Children’s Reaction to Alexis and John Janssen, Plus Why He’s Watching the Show

    [ad_1]

Jim Bellino called out ex-wife Alexis Bellino for lying about Shannon Beador on the latest episode of Kelly Dodd and Rick Leventhal‘s Patreon series.

While appearing on the show, Jim, 62, had a bone to pick with Alexis, 47, as he also spoke of his kids not filming The Real Housewives of Orange County, addressed Alexis’ potential role on season 19, and explained why he regularly tunes in despite not having made an appearance since season eight.

During the interview, Jim accused Alexis of ‘lying’ when she claimed on the RHOC that she advised him not to sue Shannon.

“I can’t speak much about the lawsuits, but Alexis said she advised me not to sue Shannon,” Jim began on The Rick & Kelly Show. “Alexis doesn’t know the first thing about the lawsuits, nor was she involved in the lawsuits. So Shannon and [Tamra Judge], by the way, if you’re watching this, don’t get mad at her. I sued you for defamation and slander, and Alexis said she advised me not to sue you, Shannon, that’s a lie. She never advised me not to sue you.”

He continued, “I knew exactly why I did it and it was very relevant … [And] I’d do it again in a second. If you want to talk about somebody, be prepared to be sued, especially if it’s not true.”

Jim and Alexis share three children, and while Alexis agreed to return to RHOC in a “friend” role for season 18, Jim was unwilling to allow their kids on the show.

“I never would let my kids do the show again. I was never asked from Alexis. She knows better,” he stated.

Continuing on about his children, Jim revealed that his oldest son, James, is studying at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California.

“I’m very proud of him, going to a Christian college. It’s a great school. Miles is working for me … and then McKenna is working … right down the street,” he shared.

Jim also spoke of how his kids feel about their mom’s engagement to John Janssen, 61.

“Alexis and I did an amazing job with our kids. They’re very independent. Nobody can f*ck with them as far as being an influence in any way. So for me, I’m totally okay with it because if there was a red flag, they would’ve told me,” he noted.

Looking ahead to season 19, Jim said he doesn’t think there’s any question that Alexis will be asked to return, especially considering how polarizing her relationship with John has become.

“I don’t think there’s any question that they will offer her a second season. Not only will she get a second season, [but] hopefully, she will accept the role and f*cking get paid and not lose money… As many people talk to me about it, it’s obviously gotten America’s attention, and I think RHOC was fading and it has new life,” Jim noted.

Jim then explained why he’s currently tuning in to the show.

“I watched the show for one purpose: To make sure they don’t abuse and talk about the lawsuit or anything disparaging about me. Don’t f*ck with my reputation because I will … it will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars,” he warned. “I don’t want to be on the show. I don’t want to be any part of that. They keep bringing my image on the show, talking about the lawsuits, which they shouldn’t be doing. I don’t agree with that. [But] they need storyline and Bravo’s making money out of it. I have not seen a check yet, nor will I. I deserve several checks from Bravo. Yes, I do. I think it’s important for me to stay current for the purpose of protecting my reputation.”

“I don’t think Bravo has an intention to harm my reputation anymore. I think they know that I’m very very serious about my personal life,” he added.

  • RHOC’s Shannon Beador Reveals How John Janssen Broke Up With Her, Claims $75K Lawsuit Isn’t “About Money,” & Addresses Calling Him a “Monster,” Plus Says He’s “Coaching” Alexis, Talks Near-Nervous Breakdown & New Dating Show, & Live Viewing Thread

RHOC’s Shannon Beador Reveals How John Janssen Broke Up With Her, Claims $75K Lawsuit Isn’t “About Money,” & Addresses Calling Him a “Monster,” Plus Says He’s “Coaching” Alexis, Talks Near-Nervous Breakdown & New Dating Show, & Live Viewing Thread

Shannon Beador claims she was dumped by her former boyfriend, John Janssen, after her DUI and hit-and-run arrest in September 2023 — even though fans were unaware that they were together at the time.

As the 60-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star explained why she and John, 62, kept their reconciliation private following their initial split in November 2022 and revealed how he broke up with her, Shannon reflected on a near-breakdown she suffered amid filming on season 18, shared why she believes John is “coaching” his new girlfriend, Alexis Bellino, 47, and admitted she’s “finding humor” in having to co-exist with the two of them on the show.

“As I saw as soon as I saw that photograph of them at the Quiet Woman I knew, I knew she is going to be back on the show,” Shannon admitted during an August 14 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I knew it in my gut [after the photo], but I didn’t officially find out until right before we filmed [in January]. I wasn’t happy about it.”

According to Shannon, John began dating Alexis about six weeks after they split for a second time.

“We both knew deep down it wasn’t going to work, and we didn’t want to admit [it],” she revealed of why their reunion was kept under wraps. “We just didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but we kind of made a big deal out of it by saying we are not back together.”

“Two weeks after the DUI, he called me and said– he was supposed to take me back to [Vicki Gunvalson‘s house, where I was staying], and he said, ‘We are done. You’ve ruined my life by making it so public, and you’ve ruined my family’s lives for making it so public,’” Shannon recalled. “And I knew that our relationship had to be done anyways, so I accepted it and that was that.”

Although John claimed he didn’t like the spotlight, it wasn’t long before he went public with Alexis, another public figure whose now-ex-husband, Jim Bellino, once filed a $1 million defamation lawsuit against Shannon that cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars.

As RHOC fans may have seen, Alexis denied she was involved in the case, but Shannon teased, “Tune in.”

Speaking of lawsuits, Shannon was recently targeted with a $75,000 lawsuit from John, who claimed she owed him for a facelift he paid for (she claims the plastic surgery was a gift).

“I offered him the full amount because I know legal fees will surpass [$75K],” Shannon revealed. “He said, no, because he refused to sign a mutual non-disparagement agreement, which is industry standard in any settlement case. So, is it about money? Because if it was, you would have taken the money that you allege that I took from you.”

“In addition,” she added, “he has added a fraud component to the case, which is that I intentionally took money from him and that includes punitive damages.”

On the show, Shannon was recently seen calling John a “monster.” But during the interview on Wednesday, she suggested the comment was made due to their legal situation.

“I said that from today’s perspective, not from back then,” she noted.

As for John’s relationship with Alexis, Shannon suspected her castmate had only seen the good parts of John.

“There aren’t a lot of stories, there’s just details to tell,” Shannon explained. “At the beginning of my relationship with John, I paid for everything. Yes, I did. Not the entire relationship, but I did at the beginning. So, I don’t know what else to say. You know, that happens. Sometimes you have good times, sometimes you don’t.”

“I cared about John,” she went on. “At the beginning of our relationship … within two weeks, I was told a lot of the same things that Alexis was told. I mean, verbatim. So, I thought that this was my future husband, and when you are in hard times, you think about those good times. So it was always my hope that we would get back to that.”

Nearly one year after breaking up for good, Shannon said John has been “coaching” Alexis on the show, potentially giving her talking points to bring up with their castmates.

“Before I would film, especially last year’s reunion … ‘You need to say this, you need to do this,’” Shannon revealed.

She then signaled Gina Kirschenheiter, 40, who told her that while recalling a past run-in with John, who yelled at her at an event, to Alexis, Alexis defended John as if she had been present.

“On that night I said, ‘John, why were you so upset?’ He goes, ‘Well I couldn’t find the food, you know, the alcohol hit me, whatever,’” Shannon shared. “So, Gina said, ‘Alexis turned to me at the luncheon and said, he was hungry.’ I said, what? So, he had told Alexis that story, and her response was supposed to be, he was hungry.”

When Shannon was then asked about John’s appearance with Alexis on Carlos King‘s podcast, Reality With the King, where he suggested dating Shannon was like “[failing] every day,” she sarcastically replied, “It’s like, gosh, John! You’re such a good guy, you are such a good guy. You are trying all the time.”

John also said he only agreed to appear on RHOC because Shannon wouldn’t survive without the show.

“I would have to find something else to do … It would be a struggle,” Shannon confessed.

After noting that she wishes John and Alexis well, Shannon said she’s “excited” to travel to Mexico with Gizelle Bryant, 53, Ashley Darby, 36, and Luann de Lesseps, 59, for filming on their new Peacock dating series, which is tentatively titled Love Hotel.

“I think it’s going to be really fun, so I am really excited that they asked me to do it,” she said. “I mean, what else am I doing? My kids will all be back in school, and I don’t have anything else going on, so it will be fun. I am going to have fun with it. I am walking into it saying, this is just going to be fun.”

Regarding the remaining episodes of RHOC season 18, Shannon described them as a roller coaster.

“It’s beyond,” she stated. “I, for the first time in my life, thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I was told things — I was talking to my attorney off to the side, and I was told things with the girls that I couldn’t believe.”

Although she didn’t share specifics, Shannon said her emotional moment was prompted by John and their legal battle.

“More happens and, I want to make it clear that I do not want to be portrayed as a victim,” she added. “I am not. If anything, I have proven to myself that, in the last year, I am a survivor. I am not a victim.”
