  • Seminole Coconut Creek Hits $1.3M Jackpot at Three-Card Poker

The Seminole Coconut Creek has much to celebrate, as one of its patrons managed to turn their Three-Card Poker play into a life-altering jackpot. The player secured their win on Saturday, August 16, flipping their hand into a $1,331,678 payday!

Massive Jackpot Paid at Seminole Coconut Creek – Player Chooses Anonymity

The patron won a royal flush, which resulted in the eye-watering win and required a $5 side bet, plus the qualifying hand – the royal flush, to secure the largest possible prize from the game.

The jackpot has already reset and is past $426,000 at the time of reporting. As for the winner, they have preferred to remain anonymous and have not divulged any further plans about the money or who they may be. The casino has respected their privacy as well.

In the meantime, this is one of the largest table game payouts in Florida for the year so far. The fact that days after the win, one-third of it has been restored as jackpot money indicates that there is a strong ongoing interest in the game.

This is not the first time the property has been the site of a massive jackpot payout. Another player managed to secure a life-altering win worth $1,245,925.78 on June 22, 2025, playing the Dragon Link slot machine.

The player had placed a wager worth $125, rather on the heavy side, and did not regret it after the amount was revealed. The Seminole Coconut Creek continues to be one of the hottest venues to scoop up a jackpot – whether you want to play card games or slots.

  • Virginia: Two Floyd Residents Win Hefty Lottery Jackpots

Virginia: Two Floyd Residents Win Hefty Lottery Jackpots

Two incredibly lucky men from Floyd, Virginia, recently won six-figure prizes after participating in games from the Virginia Lottery.

Lottery Player Nearly Misses $100K Prize After Forgetting Ticket

The name of the first winner is Michael Dunbar, who recently purchased a ticket for the Lottery’s Extra Play scratcher game. The man bought the winning ticket at Floyd Express Market on East Main Street in Floyd. Dunbar nearly missed his chance for a sweet $100,000 payday after initially forgetting the ticket at the store where he purchased it.

Once outside of the store, the man remembered that he just bought the ticket and rushed back in to collect it. Dunbar found the ticket sitting at the counter, exactly where he left it moments ago. Once the lottery player took the ticket, he went back home and was shocked to realize that he had won one of the scratch game’s top prizes.

While at home, Dunbar scratched the ticket off and found out that he won $100,000. The news came as a shock for the man who asked his daughter to check the ticket as he couldn’t believe what happened initially. “I asked my daughter to look at the ticket and make sure I’m not crazy,” said Dunbar while speaking to Virginia Lottery officials.

The chances of winning $100,000 from the Lottery’s Extra Play scratch-off game are 1 in 1,305,600. Luckily for Dunbar, he won the grand prize even though initially forgot his ticket at the store. Considering the latest $100,000 win, only one such top prize remains in play from the scratch-off game.

Easy Pick Option Helps a Man Score a Jackpot

While Dunbar enjoys his new fortune, he isn’t the sole winner from Floyd to collect a hefty lottery prize recently. On Wednesday, the Lottery confirmed that another man from Floyd hit a sweet jackpot.

This is the case of Michael Tulley, a retired paramedic who won a staggering $245,000 prize from the Virginia Lottery’s Cash 5 with EZ Match game.

The incredibly lucky man purchased his winning ticket from West End Market at 269 Floyd Highway South in Floyd. Tulley used the game’s Easy Pick option to select the numbers 3-13-22-34-45. Those random numbers ultimately got the lucky man his sweet $245,000 win.

The odds of matching all winning numbers from the Cash 5 game are 1 in 1,221,759. Luckily for Tulley, the drawing on October 10 brought him the game’s top prize. When asked by Lottery officials about his plans for the jackpot win, the lottery player didn’t say anything specific other than just paying some bills.

Player Grabs $2M after Choosing Lottery Ticket Over Casino Night

Luck can come in many forms but it is mostly about being in the right place at the right time. For one man from South Carolina, the decision to forgo visiting a local casino and play the lottery instead turned out to be a life-changing one.

    A Fateful Decision

Michael Buckner, a 58-year-old man from South Carolina who works in Escanaba, Michigan, was wondering whether to visit the casino. In the end, he decided to buy a lottery ticket instead, which turned out to be a fateful decision.

The Michigan Lottery Mega Multiplier scratcher ended up winning Buckner some $2 million, according to lottery officials. This life-changing sum is notably the top prize Mega Multiplier players can win. For context, Mega Multiplier tickets cost $20 and offer only three $2 million prizes.

In an interview with Lottery officials, Buckner said that he couldn’t believe his luck at first.

I was trying to decide between going to the casino or buying instant tickets and ended up deciding to buy instant tickets. When I scratched off the $2,000,000 Mega Multiplier game and saw I won $2 million, I didn’t think it was real.

    Michael Buckner

    Buckner Couldn’t Believe His Luck

Buckner added that his girlfriend also didn’t believe that he had won at first. He admitted that the fact still hasn’t fully sunk in for the two of them.

Michigan Lottery officials added that when Buckner visited the lottery HQ in Lansing, he opted to take the lump cash payment instead of the annuity. As a result, he scooped up $1.3 million, of which he plans to share with his family and pay bills. The South Carolina man added that he will save up the remainder of the prize.

Lottery commissioner Suzanna Shkreli praised Buckner on his win and said that his decision to spend $20 on the ticket has turned out to be a winning one. Shkreli added that instant games have contributed over a billion dollars to the School Aid Fund in 2024 alone.

In other news, famous rapper and YouTuber Greatness Reinvented just won a six-figure jackpot during his visit to Beau Rivage Resort and Casino while hiding from Hurricane Milton. In the meantime, the Powerball continued to grow after another unsuccessful drawing.

Elsewhere, an Australian player won $5.4 million after purchasing a ticket right after visiting their dentist.

  • Mega Millions tickets will climb to $5, but officials promise bigger prizes and better odds

Mega Millions tickets will climb to $5, but officials promise bigger prizes and better odds

DES MOINES, Iowa — The cost of buying a Mega Millions jackpot dream will soon more than double, but lottery officials said they’re confident players won’t mind paying more after changes that will lead to larger prizes and more frequent winners.

Lottery officials announced Monday that it will cost $5 to play Mega Millions, beginning in April, up from the current $2 per ticket. The price increase will be one of many changes to Mega Millions that officials said will result in improved jackpot odds, more frequent giant prizes and even larger payouts.

“Spending 5 bucks to become a millionaire or billionaire, that’s pretty good,” said Joshua Johnston, director of the Washington Lottery and lead director of the group that oversees Mega Millions.

Mega Millions and its lottery compatriot Powerball are sold in 45 states, as well as Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Powerball also is sold in Puerto Rico.

Powerball officials said they have no plans to change that game’s odds or the $2 price for most tickets.

Mega Millions’ hope is that by increasing ticket revenue and rejiggering the odds – now set at 1 in 302.6 million – to something less stratospheric, more people will win jackpots even as prizes grow extraordinarily high, which attracts more players. The goal is to increase revenue and provide more money to state lotteries, which in turn spend it on a variety of government services.

Mega Millions will introduce changes at a time when fewer people are buying tickets and jackpots need to reach ever-higher figures before sporadic players notice and opt to buy a ticket or two. Whereas a $500 million jackpot once prompted lines out convenience store doors, top prizes of $1 billion now often draw more of a ho-hum response.

Those much-hyped jackpot numbers also could take a hit as interest rates fall. That’s because on billboards or other advertisements, state lotteries emphasize the annuity payout for jackpots, distributed over decades from an investment fund. As interest rates have been high, the annuity jackpots have more than doubled the cash prizes that winners nearly always choose.

With an expectation that interest rates will drop, those annuity jackpot figures will decline, so the advertised jackpot won’t seem quite so massive.

Johnston said expected declines in interest rates were not a factor in the upcoming changes.

The biggest motivation was to differentiate Mega Millions from Powerball and attract customers who might now pass on both games, Johnston said.

More than doubling the ticket price is a big move, but Johnston said research shows people feel comfortable spending at least $5 when they buy scratch tickets or chances at the draw games, like Mega Millions. It is the second price increase since the game was created in 2002.

“You pay 5 bucks for your Starbucks,” Johnston noted.

Lottery officials will announce more specifics about the changes in the coming months, he said.

Florida Man Wins $1M from Scratcher; Arizona Player Scoops Up $1M from Mega Millions

A man from Pinellas County, Florida, has won $1 million from a scratch-off ticket. After choosing the lump-cash option, the winner took some $650,000 back home.

The Player Won One of 28 $1M Prizes

Charles Kelly Junior, 53, won his big prize from a Gold Rush Doubler scratcher he purchased at the Wildwood Meat Market on 28th Street South in St. Petersburg.

Gold Rush Doubler tickets cost $5 and provide players with a shot at significant prizes. The odds of winning anything at all, according to lottery officials, are 1-in-3.98.

The game, for context, features more than 13 million winning tickets and a total of $188 million in cash prizes. The game’s top prize stands at $1 million. Additionally, there are 28 $1 million tickets in total, the Florida Lottery clarified.

When Kelly visited the lottery headquarters in Tallahassee, he opted to receive the one-time lump cash option of $650,000. The store he purchased the ticket from, meanwhile, was provided with a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

The Florida Lottery highlighted the importance of scratch-off games to the lottery ecosystem, emphasizing that they have so far generated just shy of $19 billion for education in the state.

Arizona Player Won $1M from Mega Millions

A few days ago, lottery officials announced that a ticket purchased in southern Arizona had netted a lucky player a prize of $1 million. The prize was won during Tuesday’s drawing. For context, the winning numbers for that drawing were 5, 20, 26, 49 and 51. The Mega Ball, on the other hand, was 24.

The ticket, according to the Arizona Lottery, was sold at a Chevron station in San Luis.

In other news, a player from North Carolina just turned $50 into a $1 million win. The winner, Maurice Young, bought a ticket for the Lottery’s popular scratch-off game $10 Million Spectacular and won one of the bigger prizes available.

Meanwhile, a Michigan lottery player just claimed their $260,000 second chance jackpot after months of thinking the win was a scam. The original drawing took place on February 14, 2024.

  • North Carolina Lottery Player Turns $50 into $1 Million

North Carolina Lottery Player Turns $50 into $1 Million

Lottery games grant a unique chance for fortunate players to collect life-changing winnings in exchange for a small sum. In one such case, a man from Lincolnton, North Carolina, was able to turn a $50 ticket into a mouth-watering $1 million prize.

The North Carolina Education Lottery released details regarding the fortunate player who purchased his ticket from Kingsway on North Aspen Street in Lincolnton. The winner, Maurice Young, bought a ticket for the Lottery’s popular scratch-off game $10 Million Spectacular.

Undoubtedly, the fortunate player didn’t expect that he would be among the winners who scored a tier-two prize from the scratch-off ticket. Trying his luck turned out as a success, considering that the Lincoln County man hit a $1 million prize from the $10 Million Spectacular game.

Young’s $1 million triumph marked the thirteenth such prize from the Lottery’s scratch-off game. Considering that there is a total of 20 such prizes, this means that seven prizes of $1 million each remain in play. Undoubtedly, this was Young’s lucky day, considering the odds of winning one of the $1 million prizes are 1 in 813,895.5.

Visiting the Lottery headquarters recently, the winner faced a difficult choice. Young was given the option to either collect the whole $1 million via annuity payments of $50,000 per year for the next 20 years or collect a lump sum of $600,000.

Not unexpectedly, the winner selected the lump cash sum. Still, it’s important to note that lottery prizes in North Carolina are subject to state and federal tax. After the applicable taxes, Young’s bank account increased by nearly $429,000, a sum that’s far from $1 million but completely life-changing.

Plenty of Prizes Remain in Play from $10 Million Spectacular

While $1 million is the second-largest prize from the Lottery’s $10 Million Spectacular game, the scratch-off ticket also offers $10 million prizes. At the release of the ticket game on December 5, 2023, there were a total of five prizes of $10 million each.

After two such top prizes have been claimed, three remain up for grabs. The odds of winning a top prize from the popular scratch-off game are 1 in 3,255,582.

The Lottery’s $10 Million Spectacular ticket also offered 20 prizes of $100,000 at the start. After eleven have been claimed, nine prizes of $100,000 each remain up for grabs.

The $50 ticket also offers prizes of $50,000 and $5,000 too. The odds of winning the former are 1 in 325,558.2, while the odds of winning the latter are 1 in 117,107.27. There are 23 prizes of $50,000 each remaining, while there are 70 prizes of $5,000 each still in play.

The overall odds of winning a prize from the popular game are 1 in 3.11.

Mega Millions tickets sold in Illinois and New Jersey win $1 million and narrowly missed the $306 million jackpot, lottery officials say.

The tickets matched five winning numbers but not the Mega Ball in the drawing Friday, July 26, the national Mega Millions site said.

A ticket sold in California, which adjusts lottery prizes based on the number of tickets sold and number of winners, also matched five numbers to win $415,055, McClatchy News reported.

Nobody won the grand prize, which rises to an estimated $331 million, with a cash option of approximately $156.2 million, for the next drawing Tuesday, July 30, the national site said.

The winning numbers were 2, 14, 33, 58 and 65 with a Mega Ball of 3. The Megaplier was 3.

Nearly 725,000 other tickets sold in the United States won prizes ranging from $2 to $30,000 in the drawing, the lottery said.

The Mega Millions jackpot has gone unclaimed since June 4, when an Illinois player hit the $552 million grand prize, lottery officials said.

What to know about Mega Millions

To score a jackpot in the Mega Millions, a player must match all five white balls and the gold Mega Ball.

The odds of scoring a jackpot prize are 1 in 302,575,350.

Tickets cost $2 and can be bought on the day of the drawing, but sales times vary by state.

Drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. ET and can be streamed online.

Mega Millions is played in 45 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.

  • Winner in Ohio Scoops up $140 Million Powerball Jackpot

Winner in Ohio Scoops up $140 Million Powerball Jackpot

Powerball players across the United States will now play for a jackpot of only $20 million on Saturday after one lucky player scooped up the grand prize which was nearly $140 million. There was a single ticket that matched all winning numbers from the draw on Wednesday.

The ticket was sold in Ohio and its owner became $139.3 million richer after scoring the grand prize from the popular American lottery game. To win the Powerball jackpot, the winner guessed correctly all white balls 2, 26, 33, 55, 57, along with the red Powerball 22 on the draw from July 3.

To collect the $139.3 million jackpot, the winner needs to select an annuity option which includes an immediate payment followed by 29 annual installment payments.

Luckily, there’s also an option that would grant the winner a lump cash sum. In this case, the sum would be $66.5 million. Undoubtedly, $66 million isn’t anywhere near the astronomical sum of $140 million, but it is a life-changing prize that the player can secure instantly rather than wait for three decades.

The latest grand prize win marks the fifth Powerball jackpot of the year. Before the win on July 3, a lucky winner from New Jersey hit $222.6 million from the draw on June 10 this year.

More Lottery Players Secure Powerball Prizes

Besides the grand prize, the latest drawing saw three lucky winners secure $1 million each for matching five winning numbers. Details released by Powerball reveal that one of the winners was from Pennsylvania, while two tickets were purchased in California.

Regretfully, nobody was able to win a $2 million Power Play prize.

On the bright side, five people won $50,000 each for matching four winning white balls along with the red Powerball, while 174 people won $100 each for matching four numbers from the latest drawing. Another 51 players took home a $200 Power Play prize each.

Overall, the drawing saw a total of 388,650 winning tickets across the country. The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Saturday, July 6.

  • Illinois Winner Grabs $1M Jackpot, Calls It a Blessing from Her Late Husband

Illinois Winner Grabs $1M Jackpot, Calls It a Blessing from Her Late Husband

A lucky Illinois woman has won a mouth-watering $1 million prize from a scratch-off ticket she purchased on a whim. The player was moved and said that she believed the win was a blessing from her late husband.

A mother of five and grandmother of ten, Pamela Arscott, of Franklin Park, Illinois, won the $1 million from the Celebration Instant Ticket scratch-off.

In an interview with lottery officials, the woman said that she was shopping at Walmart when she spotted the new tickets. The woman decided to buy one for $10 and put it into her purse, eventually forgetting about it.

On the next morning, the woman started scratching the ticket and was surprised to find a matching number for a million dollars, the game’s top prize.

At first, Arscott thought that it was a mistake. She immediately went to wake up her daughter, asking her to check the ticket.

I told her to run out to the store to scan it to double-check and make sure it’s real. She got to the store, scanned the ticket, called me and said, ‘It’s real. You’re getting a million dollars, mom.’

    Pamela Arscott

Arscott lost her husband a few months ago and said that she believes that the winning ticket was a “blessing from him.”

For reference, the winning ticket was purchased at Walmart on North Rohlwing Road in Addison, Illinois. The store is set to receive $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.

More Players Across the US Win Big

This is not the only big instant ticket prize handed by the Illinois Lottery in recent times. In May, the lottery handed $500,000 to a lucky $500,000 CELEBRATION player. On the same day, a $2,000,000* CELEBRATION player won $100,000.

Earlier that month, one lucky player purchased a life-changing $10 million ticket at Caseys Gen Store in Alton.

In more recent news, a Powerball player from Grand Rapids, Michigan, couldn’t believe her luck when she won $1 million. In Kentucky, a father and son duo won a similar prize after buying a $20 Casino Nights scratch-off ticket at the Adairville Market.

Elsewhere, a UK woman won $250,000 after ignoring her husband’s lottery skepticism and his pleas to cancel her lottery subscription.

  • Australian Lottery Player’s Luck Strikes Twice in 25 Years

Australian Lottery Player’s Luck Strikes Twice in 25 Years

One particularly lucky Sydney, Australia lottery player has experienced a very satisfying feeling of déjà vu after scoring his second major win two and a half decades after winning a similarly generous cash prize.

The fortunate Australian gambler scooped up over $200,000 in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw held on Thursday after guessing all 10 consecutive numbers that he purchased at Newsagency in Mascot.

    “Something Good Was Coming”

The Illawong man felt “something good was coming,” as he explained it, after buying tickets for the weekly draw even though he never actually believed “it was possible to win twice in a lifetime.”

“I honestly thought my mind must be playing tricks on me,” was the player’s reaction after finding out he had won $202,014 in total.

The player, who said he plans to spend more quality time with his family and “kick back a bit more” now that he has the funds to do it, said he was “still reeling in disbelief that this has actually happened again.”

Newsagency’s manager, Alan Tran, expressed their thrill for being able to share the milestone with their customer.

Last year, a total of 117 Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize winners across the country scored over $20.6 million.

Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot and Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot are raffle-style games with a unique number of tickets in each draw that does not allow prize sharing.

Each game features two draws, one to establish the jackpot number and one for the winning numbers.

In case the jackpot number matches one of the winning numbers, the Jackpot Prize is won. If not, the Jackpot Prize will go up for the next draw.

    Other Lucky Australian Lotto Players

At the end of May, three lucky Oz Lotto players won an AU$13,333,333.34 ($8.6 million) prize each after guessing all winning numbers from the game’s draw (10, 15, 29, 31, 42, 5, and 13), along with the supplementary numbers 17, 40 and 39.

Originally, one of the men believed he had won AU$13 ($8.60), but soon found out his entire life was about to change.

Earlier in the same month, the New South Wales Lottery urged the mystery winner of the AU$2.58 million ($1.43 million) jackpot to claim his prize.

The ticket was purchased at the Nambucca Heads Newsagency located in an area known as a popular tourist destination, which means the winner might have been passing by.

May was also a very fortunate month for an Australian who made history by winning the AU$150 million ($99 million) Powerball Jackpot, the largest prize to date in the country.

“When I scratched it, I couldn’t believe what I saw,” the man said when he claimed his prize at lottery headquarters in Raleigh on Thursday, according to a lottery news release.

Concord resident Eric Walker bought the 200X The Cash ticket from the lottery vending machine at the Food Lion on Main Street in Locust, officials said. Walker works at the store and bought the ticket before the start of his shift, according to the lottery.

He beat odds of 1 in 2.96 million, according to the 200X The Cash page on the lottery website.

He decided to receive the money in $250,000 annual payments for 20 years, officials said. He also could have chosen to take the jackpot as a $3 million lump sum, according to the lottery.

After taxes, he took home $178,759, officials said. For the next 19 years, he’ll get a $250,000 check until the full $5 million prize is paid.

“At the end of the day, taking the annuity made the most sense for us,” he said.

    Jackpot astonishes wife

Walker won the first $5 million top prize in the game.

“Something was just telling me to pick that ticket,” he said.

    He immediately called his wife.

“She just kept saying, ‘What, what, what,’” Walker said.

He will use this year’s winnings to pay off his mortgage and didn’t say what he might do with the rest of the money.

The game started in March with five top prizes and 10 $100,000 prizes. Four $5 million prizes and nine $100,000 prizes remain to be won, according to the game page.

  • Raleigh High School Student Scores $1 Million Jackpot

Raleigh High School Student Scores $1 Million Jackpot

An 18-year-old high school student from Raleigh, North Carolina, has turned a $10 lottery ticket into a $1 million jackpot, bringing an extraordinary windfall into his young life. This life-changing win was the latest in a series of high-profile jackpots in the Tarheel State this month, highlighting how fortune can strike when least expected.

The Win Came out of Nowhere

Jalen McLean’s fortunate moment came when he entrusted his sister, Dasha Silas, to pick out a scratch-off ticket for him. She selected a $10 Jumbo Bucks ticket from a Valero gas station in Fayetteville, and they scratched off the ticket to reveal the stunning prize. Silas recalled her brother’s ecstatic reaction as they processed what had happened.

He had a huge smile on his face, like so big. It looked like the movie character Venom.

    Dasha Silas

As the youngest of five siblings, McLean expressed his amazement at the rarity of such an event as he visited the North Carolina Education Lottery headquarters to claim his prize. He noted that the incredible win still felt surreal, as he couldn’t believe that a high school student like himself could experience something like this.

I feel like the luckiest guy in the universe. How many 18-year-olds win something like this?

    Jalen McLean

May has so far been a lucky month for North Carolina residents. A few weeks ago, avid NC lottery player Cynthia Harris won a $700,000 Instant Jackpot “by accident” as she tried out the digital instant game Bison Bonanza. She thought she was experiencing the game’s demo mode until her unexpected victory made her realize she was playing for real.

The Winner Shared Some of His Ambitions

As for McLean, the teenager opted for financial stability over an immediate lump sum, opting to receive his prize as an annuity, which will provide him with $50,000 annually for the next 20 years. This decision means that McLean will receive yearly payments until he is 38, totaling the $1 million prize.

After taxes, the lucky teenager’s first payment amounted to $35,753, which he received on Wednesday. McLean already has plans for his newfound wealth. His initial priority is to purchase a new car, a practical and rewarding way to begin enjoying his winnings. The monthly payments should give him substantial freedom, allowing him to pursue his ambitions.

The North Carolina Education Lottery’s announcement of McLean’s win has caused excitement and celebration. This story of an everyday high schooler striking it rich with a simple scratch-off ticket has captivated many, embodying the dream of instant fortune and how it can impact one’s life, creating unexpected opportunities.

  • Player Wins Michigan Lottery’s Largest Online Jackpot Ever

Player Wins Michigan Lottery’s Largest Online Jackpot Ever

A few days after a player in Michigan won $1 million playing Mega Millions, another local won a life-changing multi-million prize. After matching all correct numbers, a lucky Lotto 47 enthusiast hit the $7.19 million jackpot.

For context, the six winning numbers were 22, 24, 26, 40, 41 and 44. The winner got all of them right, turning their $1 ticket into a $7+ million payday.

The player in question bought the ticket online, effectively making this the largest jackpot won online in the Michigan Lottery’s history. The previous largest prizes won online at MichiganLottery.com stood at $5.75 million and were won by two Lucky for Life players.

In the meantime, the current jackpot represents the third time in 2024 that someone has won the Lotto 47 jackpot. Previous big prizes were handed out on January 21 and January 31 when two players won $4.37 million and $1.1 million respectively.

As of the time of this writing, the jackpot winner has yet to contact the Michigan Lottery. Lottery officials advised them to contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division and schedule an appointment to claim the prize. Since Lotto 47 drawings are valid for a whole year after the drawing, the lucky lottery fan has ample time to get their prize.

    Lottery Officials Congratulated the Winner

Lottery commissioner Suzanna Shkreli commented on the matter, congratulating the lucky player for “making history” by winning the biggest jackpot won online in the lottery’s history.

The Lottery’s online game portfolio gives Michiganders the chance to win huge jackpot prizes with tools that promote responsible play while supporting public schools. This is a huge win for the lucky player and the Michigan Lottery’s industry-leading online game platform.

Suzanna Shkreli, lottery commissioner, Michigan Lottery

Lotto 47 tickets cost $1. As the game’s name suggests, players have to select six numbers between 1 and 47 for a shot at multimillion-dollar prizes. The Lotto 47 progressive jackpots start at $1 million and grow with each drawing until a lucky customer guesses all six numbers correctly.

Lotto 47 players have the option to pay and additional $1 to activate Double Play. The function gives players a shot at a prize of up to $1.5 million in the Double Play drawing. Players can further customize their ticket for an additional $1, activating the EZMatch mechanic that allows them to instantly win a prize of up to $500.
