    As you’ve probably noticed, celebrities love Wimbledon, and the big matches, in particular, draw some of the biggest celebrities. That was certainly the case over the weekend when Ariana Grande and Emma Watson, among many others, attended the men’s finals. Photographers are everywhere during these matches and accordingly, the attendees dress to the nines—Grande and Watson included.

    Both Grande and Watson dressed elegantly for the match, but they had a little fun with their shoe choice. They each opted to wear Loewe’s Toy Pumps—Grande in black to accompany her gray sweater and full skirt, and Watson in white to complement her coral trousers and sleeveless white top. As with most of Loewe’s shoes, the heels are quite whimsical, and feature a soft square toe and a heel that resembles an old-timey “toy”.

    It’s been almost two months since I attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at MetLife Stadium, and I’m still buzzing over the otherworldly experience. I’ve been to concerts in the past, but nothing has even remotely come close to the whirlwind of emotions that this three-hour show entailed. After all, the tour does recap all 10 of Swift’s studio albums, encapsulating each time period through various sets and costumes, not to mention the music. My heartstrings were tugged at my teenage years being relived, and I almost lost my voice singing along to the 10-minute version of “All Too Well.” But lyrical impact put aside, as a fashion editor, I couldn’t help but notice the importance of the outfits through it all. 

    When you first enter the stadium, you’re surrounded by an army of Swifties, all shimmering in sequined dresses, bespoke costumes, and a plethora of handmade friendship bracelets ready to be traded. You could identify each era amongst the crowd, highlighting each attendee’s personal Swift preference through their chosen outfits. I spent weeks scrolling through people’s outfit videos on TikTok, with the popular sound of an AI-generated Swift declaring, “Oh my god, your Eras Tour outfit looks so f*cking good,” repeatedly playing in my head on a loop. However, seeing thousands of people with different looks was a fashion highlight. 

    Unlike other concerts, a singular look or theme doesn’t define The Eras Tour. Fans aren’t just pulling inspiration from an outfit based on appearance (or comfort). They’re connecting to the moments of Swift’s life (and discography) they feel most connected to. I opted for a black-sequined look in honor of Reputation (and because I currently need a little rebellious courage in my life). Swift’s performance costumes are created with immense detail and are often changed and updated to reflect new developments. Some might even sneakily feature a few easter eggs for her fans to solve. Her opening look, a custom Versace bodysuit, has already seen a few iterations since her first show.

    If you’ve been following the quiet-luxury, old-money aesthetic as closely as I have, you’re going to want to scroll through and keep on top of all of the outfits that celebrities have worn and will go on to wear to Wimbledon, the two-week long tennis tournament that’s going on right now at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club outside of London. Already, we’ve seen Phoebe Dynevor in a baby-blue striped matching set, Emma Corrin in an ecru shorts suit, and Anna Wintour in a polka-dot plissé dress. But of all the looks that’ve come out of the biggest event in tennis thus far, the one that’s most elite is Sienna Miller‘s.

    On Sunday, day nine of the tournament, Miller was spotted at the event alongside her boyfriend Oli Green wearing the summer duo that defies all trends and always looks expensive: a linen shirt and matching trousers. Specifically, the Anatomy of a Scandal star chose a blue-and-white striped set from Polo Ralph Lauren (which just so happens to be on sale right now) and a matching navy-blue wicker bag from Ralph Lauren Collection. To finish off the look, she added a pair of cat-eye sunglasses and platform sandals. Does this particular style feel timeless to you? 

    Also, higher-end bags that tend to be custom creations can also be of different value to the buyer and seller, particularly on the secondhand market. Does the bag have personal details that are meaningful, such as a monogram, or other embellishments? Rare bags that are unique but not overly personalized tend to carry the highest value in the resale market but may be priceless to their owners. 

    So while we say yes, it is worthwhile to buy a Goyard bag, ultimately, the decision is a personal one that must factor in material, design, price, color, and utility. Hopefully, any bag purchased will be enjoyed and admired no matter the final cost.

The thing is, there are only so many things you can do with pants, so it’s inevitable that every pant trend that ever was will eventually come back around—and probably multiple times. So capri pants were due for a comeback, like it or not.

    Jacquemus, Tory Burch, and Gucci are just a few of the brands that have been embracing capris recently, and it’s likely the trend will only grow from here. Hadid kept things simple with her capri jean styling, pairing them with a black tank top, belt, and black high-heel mules.
