Jamie Lynn cries on I’m A Celebrity

Britney’s sister has spent much of her time in camp sobbing over missing her family. And tonight was no different.

Once again getting upset in camp, Jamie Lynn told Danielle and Sam: “I don’t know how I’m so emotionally weak.”

Danielle told her: “You’re so strong. This is tough babe, tough. So tough. It’s not easy.”

Jamie Lynn continued to question her own stability and said: “Why am I crying so much? Josie has a baby at home…”

Sam offered her comfort then: “It’s important to remember you’ve come from a whole different continent,” he told her. “You don’t know anyone here, it’s hard. It’s real hard.”

As Danielle continued to try and give her a pep talk, Jamie Lynn said she’s got through life by being able to go home to her babies every night. “That’s it, that’s all I need in life. It feels a little bit overwhelming. They’re not even close.”

In the Bush Telegraph later Jamie Lynn said: “You have your campmates pull you up and you’re like, ‘I can do this, I can do this.’”

However, she was upset once again later on when she didn’t get her luxury item. In fact she threatened to leave over it. Although she then decided to stay, more tears came when she was voted to do the next trial.

    Fans react

Those watching at home are running out of sympathy for Jamie Lynn given it’s day three and all she’s really done is cry. They think she should just leave.

“Okay, she clearly can’t handle it.. not bringing much to camp life except for tears… Britney’s sister gotta go,” said one.

Another added: “Can Jamie just leave seriously she can’t cope, obvious.”

“Is Jamie ok? She hasn’t stopped crying, she’s barely done anything I’m so confused,” questioned one more.

Another begged: “Can we get Jamie out of the jungle?”

“Jamie Lynn is sooo jarring bro wtf leave the show we don’t wanna see you crying,” said someone else.

A final commenter said: “Jamie needs to leave if all she’s going to do is cry! It’s day three!!”

I’m A Celebrity star Jordan North was ‘dragged’ out of hotel by security after drunkenly entering someone else’s room

    [ad_1]

I’m A Celebrity stars of years gone by may be old news as the new campmates settle in, but Jordan North has made sure he’s keeping himself in the headline.

The star, who appeared on the show in 2020, has revealed that he was once “dragged” out of a hotel in a drunk state after a wild night out with friends.

Jordan, 33, revealed in his new book Help, I Sexted My Boss that he accidentally broke into someone’s room and was then removed by security. And he admitted he was dragged out “kicking and screaming”.

I’m A Celebrity star Jordan North on his boozy misdemeanours

In an extract given to The Sun, Jordan admitted: “A good night is when you can barely remember what happened and I’ve had many of them. I think I can’t remember! After our Glasgow show in 2020. I went to meet a friend.”

“And I was so drunk I accidentally broke into someone’s room, got dragged out by security and bundled into a lift kicking and screaming. But I never get in lifts because I’m so claustrophobic. Eventually, at 5am I crawled into bed next to William [Hanson]. I’ve got myself into some states but it’s all part of the fun,” he added.

According to the Daily Mail, the former telly presenter was carried by “four bouncers” – one on each of his legs and arms on a different night out.

He joked about having an alibi

This comes after Jordan joked about having “an alibi” as police released a photofit of a similar-looking man.

The man in question was wanted by police in connection with a burglary. However, some fans spotted the uncanny resemblance and even replied to Lancashire Police. One fan wrote: “Think he’s called Jordan North.”

    Jordan, meanwhile, provided his alibi.

In another Instagram post, he revealed one of his friends sent him the photo and joked about it. “Quite a few people have sent me this. If anyone asks. We were in the pub and had two pints of Guinness and a pack of cheese and onion.”

I’m A Celebrity 2023: Complaints about ‘boring and predictable’ height challenge pour in from disgruntled viewers

    [ad_1]

The 2023 series of I’m A Celebrity returned to ITV1 tonight (November 19) – but Twitter, or X as it’s now known, wasn’t exactly enamoured by it.

After Josie Gibson’s epic burn to Nigel Farage over Brexit, four of the campmates were tasked with heading to the top of the coastline’s highest building for the “same boring” height trial that takes place every year.

Sam Thompson, Danielle Harold, Fred Sirieix and Grace Dent took part. And while viewers at home were loving the contestants, many I’m A Celebrity fans called for a shake-up to the “predictable” opening episode.

I’m A Celebrity fans accuse ITV of ‘milking’ opening ep of 2023 series

Fans weren’t backwards in coming forwards with their thought.

“They do this height challenge every year for the first ep and they’re always so boring! ITV really milks it with the dramatic shots, slow mos & movie music… Like chill it ain’t a Christopher Nolan film,” said one.

Another agreed and said: “Why is the first ep always so boring?” A third then commented: “Always find the first walking trial boring – sorry.” “This building challenge they do is so predictable and boring. Same every year,” said another. “Can’t wait until they get to the camp, these challenge scenes are so boring honestly,” said another.

The guys did win four stars, though, so it wasn’t all bad…

    First food trial

Viewers soon got their wish as the final three campmates were flung into camp – quite literally, out the side of a plane.

Jamie Lynn Spears, Nick Pickard and Marvin Humes then took on the first food trial of the series.

After being covered in bugs, the trio took home a full house of six stars.

And, not long after, all 10 campmates were heading into the place they’ll call home for the next few weeks…

  • Full I’m A Celebrity 2023 line-up CONFIRMED by ITV as Josie Gibson, Nigel Farage and Marvin Humes appear

Full I’m A Celebrity 2023 line-up CONFIRMED by ITV as Josie Gibson, Nigel Farage and Marvin Humes appear

    [ad_1]

The line-up for I’m A Celebrity 2023 has been been revealed by ITV – and controversial Nigel Farage will indeed be featuring this year.

As well as the Marmite former politician, other members of the I’m A Celebrity line-up include Britney Spears’ sibling Jamie-Lynn Spears, This Morning anchor Josie Gibson and TV foodie Fred Sirieix.

Bookies have been quick to act, offering odds on each contestants’ chances of winning.

Nigel Farage confirmed as I’m A Celebrity line-up revealed

Amid the line-up is 59-year-old Brexiteer and former politician Nigel Farage. An insider claimed to The Sun ahead of the official announcement: “Nigel has been at the top of the wish-list for I’m A Celeb bosses for years.

“They’ve offered him a huge fee as they know he’ll drive up viewing figures. Ant and Dec will love this signing,” they continued.

Nigel’s the ultimate Marmite character and won’t hold back in camp discussions

“Nigel’s the ultimate Marmite character and won’t hold back in camp discussions. It’s a real coup. The casting team has nailed it. It’s shaping up to be a brilliant series,” the tabloid’s insider added.

‘Who knew they needed another anus in the jungle?’

After hearing the news about who’s taking part, fans of the show then took to social media to share their thoughts. Many found the prospect of Nigel in the jungle too much to stomach.

“I do find it icky that ITV gives a platform to Nigel Farage on I’m a Celebrity. Okay, so they may be setting him up for a fall. But he gets a fee, it boosts his profile and it’s an endorsement of him as a public figure. Whole thing is problematic,” said one viewer.

“Who knew they needed another anus in Australia?” asked another.

“Hope Nigel Farage and Jamie-Lynn Spears get the boot from I’m A Celebrity first. Both vile people who don’t deserve the platform the show gives!” exclaimed a third.

“For the first time, I’m not going to watch I’m A Celebrity. I have to hit the mute button whenever Nigel Farage appears on TV and I can’t really be [bleep]ed with doing that multiple times every night until he gets evicted. See you next year,” a fourth stated.

However, according to AceOdds, Farage has an 18/1 chance of winning. Worth a punt?

    Who else is appearing?

Joining Nigel around the I’m a Celebrity campfire will be journalist Grace Dent, Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard, Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson and social media queen Nella Rose.

EastEnders star Danielle Harold, who played tragic Lola Pearce on the soap, is also set to appear.

Britney Spears’ sister, Jamie-Lynn Spears is also headed in to the jungle – weeks after her famous sibling slammed her in her recently-released autobiography.

This Morning anchor Josie Gibson has also been confirmed following news that she had bagged a massive deal with ITV to appear on the competition.

Also appearing is TV foodie and First Dates star Fred Sirieix, who will be swapping fine dining for jungle rations and various animal unmentionables.

And, after weeks of speculation, JLS star Marvin Humes has also been confirmed for the show.

Bookies odds as I’m A Celebrity line-up confirmed

William Hill thinks that it’ll either be Josie or Sam who are crowned the winners. Odds on either of them winning are currently at 3/1. They’re followed by Fred with 6/1 and Lola star Danielle and boy bander Marvin, both with odds of 7/1.

“Unlike the grub they’ll be sinking their teeth into, this year’s I’m A Celebrity line-up is shaping up to be one of the tastiest in recent memory, with Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson our early market favourite to win the Jungle Crown in December,” a rep said.

“Thompson is 3/1 to triumph in the 23rd edition of the ITV show alongside Josie Gibson, placing them ahead of Fred Sirieix (6/1) in the outright winner market. ITV have certainly pulled no punches with their selection for this winter’s series. The controversial Nigel Farage is priced at 14/1 to uncharacteristically receive support on foreign soil.”

I’m A Celebrity star ‘upset and really scared’ after her home targeted by ‘sick’ burglars: ‘They really planned it’

    [ad_1]

Hollyoaks and I’m A Celebrity star Jorgie Porter had to fight back tears as she shared the news that her home has been targeted by burglars.

The actress, 35, who to fame on the Channel 4 soap playing Theresa McQueen, lives in a lush pad in Cheshire with fiance Ollie Piotrowski and their baby boy, Forest.

However, this week Jorgie faced a terrifying experience when her home was “almost robbed” in what she thinks was a “planned” robbery.

Jorgie admitted she was ‘really scared’ (Credit: ITV)

Jorgie took to her Instagram Story to reveal the scary ordeal. She told fans: “I’m really upset and really scared and angry that our house was almost robbed last night. People tried to get in.

“They came over the gate. Obviously it’s been planned because all the cables have been cut. The wifi has been cut in the area. Our alarm was taken off the wall. They’ve really planned it. Sick.”

‘I hope they just get what’s coming to them’

Holding her baby Forest, the Hollyoaks star continued: “It’s really scary. I want to say thank you to the police for turning up really quickly last night – and how many there were. It actually made us feel a little bit safe.

“I’m just so angry. Why would people want to come – it’s just so upsetting. I hope nobody is put in this position because it’s really horrible.” Jorgie finished with: “I hope they just get what’s coming to them.”

    I’m A Celebrity star Jorgie’s baby heartbreak

In 2021 Jorgie and Ollie discovered that she was pregnant with quadruplets. The chances of falling pregnant naturally with four babies are incredibly rare: 700,000 to one. In an interview with Fabulous, Jorgie revealed she was initially excited, but then fear crept in as she began having regular scans.

“It was so stressful. I wanted to believe everything was going to be okay, but I was scared because I knew the risks,” she said. “At every scan, we’d have the same worry – do they have heartbeats? I was going through so many emotions.”

Jorgie was offered a foetal reduction operation to terminate one or more of the pregnancies to give the others a better chance at survival. However, the actress, whose mum is a twin, said she couldn’t bear the thought of doing that and decided to “leave it to nature”.

Sadly in August last year, she had a 14-week scan and discovered all four babies had died in a missed miscarriage. Jorgie opened up saying it “didn’t make sense” as she had no signs of having a miscarriage. However, she credited Ollie for getting her through.
