Police activity is taking place at the intersection of Broad Street and Roosevelt Boulevard in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon.
SkyForce10 was over the scene to find several police cars in the area. However, traffic appeared to be able to go through the intersection.
NBC10 is sending a crew to the scene and is working to learn more about what happened.
