Diddy‘s firing back against claims of sexual misconduct … filing a response in one of the many civil suits he’s facing saying his alleged actions are time-barred — ’cause the statute of limitations ran years ago.

The lawyers for the rap mogul, Bad Boy Entertainment and Daddy’s House Recording fired off a letter in response to Crystal McKinney‘s sexual assault lawsuit … saying the claims under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law expired in 2010, seven years after McKinney claims Diddy assaulted her.

While her lawyers cited a local government ordinance that created a revival period for claims, Diddy’s team says New York State Law takes precedence … and state law says the time has come and gone for CM to make her claim.

ICYMI … McKinney filed her suit back in May — claiming she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in NYC where she says she met Diddy and he invited her back to his studio.

At the studio, Crystal says she drank Hennessy and smoked with Diddy and his crew … and, felt like she was floating — and, she claims the joint may have been laced.

She says Diddy then took her into the bathroom and forced her to perform oral sex on him … after which she says she was blackballed from modeling — leading to a suicide attempt the following year.

Diddy — who was arrested Monday for sex trafficking — has denied all claims of misconduct against him.

Diddy‘s persona non grata on the airwaves, it seems … ’cause more radio stations have decided to keep his music off their air — with the arrest proving a final straw for several of them.

TMZ has reached out to multiple radio corporations … who tell us many stations have slowly banned Diddy’s music, with some making the move after the video of Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel surfaced.

Sources connected to radio platform Audacy tell us most of their stations pulled the few Diddy titles they were playing in late May/early June after the bombshell clip exploded.

We talked with an iHeartRadio spokesperson as well, who says each station in their national syndication is different. For example, Jam’n94.5 in Boston stopped playing Diddy music about a year ago … roughly when Cassie leveled her shocking lawsuit against her ex. But 99.1 KGGI in California waited until the Cassie assault vid came out to ban his songs.

We spoke with a rep for 93.5 KDAY, who tells us they’re no longer playing Diddy’s music … though they wouldn’t say exactly when they stopped.

Diddy’s arrest Monday — caught on exclusive video by TMZ — has changed his life dramatically. As we told you, Diddy’s currently on suicide watch in MDC Brooklyn … a jail with a notorious reputation.

He’s being held in the facility without bail after the judge in his appeal ruled prosecutors had shown him to be a danger … this, despite offering a $50 million bail package to ensure he wouldn’t flee.

Cassie was out and about in NYC, flashing her smile and soaking up the good vibes … while her ex Diddy is stuck in a whole different reality — lonely and behind bars in a notoriously grimy Brooklyn prison.

The singer looked at ease as she headed to the trendy hotspot “Left Bank” for an al fresco dinner Wednesday … where the fun continued as she appeared to excitedly show her pals something on her phone at the dinner table.

While we can’t say for sure, it’s a safe bet that Diddy came up in conversation at some point, especially since he was sensationally denied bail on the very same day.

Whether Diddy was discussed or not, Cassie finally seems to be basking in her path to justice, especially after the 2016 hotel surveillance footage of the disgraced mogul hitting her surfaced months earlier.

Though Cassie wasn’t directly named, the hotel footage was cited by Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson in court as she addressed Diddy’s “Freak Off” parties … alleging he tried to force a woman into having sex with an escort back in 2016.

The prosecutor argued that the alleged incident with Cassie shows Diddy can’t be trusted and suggested the half-dozen sex workers tied to the case are just the “tip of the iceberg.”

The federal authorities investigating Diddy to possibly get a criminal indictment against the music mogul are chugging along … issuing a new grand jury subpoena related to a hotel in Florida.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York got a subpoena requiring the fancy Miami hotel to cough up documents and other evidence related to Diddy.

Diddy and his ex Daphne Joy are both named in the subpoena. The subpoena calls for the hotel to hand over reservation records involving Diddy, Daphne and other associates of the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO.

As we reported in March … Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles during an ongoing investigation into the record exec for alleged sex and narcotics trafficking.

TMZ also confirmed a federal grand jury was convened and witnesses were notified they could be called to testify in the Southern District of New York.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s been named in 8 lawsuits accusing him of sex trafficking, sexual assault and physical abuse. The most notable suit was brought by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, which they quickly settled.

The Iowa police officer who fatally shot a dog in front of the pup’s owners and young kids killed another dog last month … when he ran over the pooch with his police vehicle.

Body cam footage from the aftermath of the July 13 incident shows the officer, identified by The Quad City Times as Ethan Bock, walking over to a dog lying dead in an alleyway and admitting he ran over it with his car.

Bock utters “God dammit” and then radios in the incident, saying … “Hey, I’m 10-2. Some frickin’ dog just ran out here and I smoked it.”

Bock offers up two responses … “That’s why you gotta have your dog on a leash bro” … and “You gotta have your dog restrained, man.”

Later on, a man asks Bock what the procedure is for dealing with the dead dog and Bock tells him he’s sorry for what happened and says animal control will take over.

Another officer shows up and asks if Bock’s having an issue with the dog’s owners and he replies … “No, they’re upset. I smoked their dog by accident.”

The family told Our Quad City News they were taking the dog out to use the bathroom.

Puddle of Mudd’s Wes Scantlin was arrested after a traffic stop turned into a tense standoff … with cops eventually resorting to using pepper spray to get him out of his car … this according to law enforcement.

Burbank PD tells TMZ Wesley was arrested Wednesday … after they pulled over his black Hummer H2 in Burbank for a traffic violation and asked him for his ID. Officers say they found out Scantlin had an active warrant from a previous case for allegedly having a weapon at an airport.

We’re told when officers asked Wesley to get out of the car, he refused … and after several attempts, a crisis negotiator came to negotiate, but cops say he still wouldn’t budge.

The judge in Alec Baldwin‘s manslaughter case in New Mexico is ripping prosecutors for misconduct, which she says prevented the actor from preparing his defense.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge who dismissed the case against Alec says the prosecution “intentionally and deliberately” withheld evidence from Baldwin’s legal team … namely, live ammunition found on the “Rust” movie set matching the live bullet that killed Halyna Hutchins.

Remember … during the trial, police investigator Marissa Poppell testified her superiors instructed her to create a report documenting that police had received ammunition and to file it under a different case number than the “Rust” case … so it wouldn’t be visible to the defense.

District Court Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dressed down the prosecution in her final written order … saying their “willful and deliberate misconduct” gave her no choice but to dismiss the case.

The judge took another shot at prosecutors for “egregious discovery violations constituting misconduct and false testimony elicited during trial.”

Alec’s case was dismissed last month and he’s now taking steps to sue Santa Fe Sheriff Adan Mendoza and special prosecutor Kari Morrissey, who is taking the brunt of the judge’s wrath here.

Stunna Girl‘s sharing a harrowing story … saying she took a bullet to the chest recently — and sharing pics of a shocking injury.

The rapper posted several photos and videos to her Instagram showing what she says is the bullet wound … and, if you’ve got a weak stomach, we recommend looking away from this one.

A large gash sits over her left breast — seemingly after it’s already been stitched up … and, she gets right up close to it — giving fans the option to instantly react to the wound with a series of emojis.

Stunna’s posting receipts too … sharing what looks like a prescription for medication to treat a “gunshot wound” — trying to clear up any confusion among her followers.

SG says a bullet hit just above her left breast and exited through her underpit … a clean shot through her.

As for details about what exactly went down … Stunna’s staying mum — telling her followers they shouldn’t make up stories but refusing to say where and how she ended up getting shot.

While Eminem‘s fans are celebrating the release of his 12th album, the family of slain “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is probably furious over him referencing her death.

The ninth track on “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)” is called “Fuel,” and he closes the song with a verse that name drops Halyna, as well as Alec Baldwin, who is currently on trial for fatally shooting Halyna in 2021 on the set of “Rust.”

Em leads up to the blistering line by bringing up guns — “Clutchin’ the nine millimeter, tuckin’ the heat. Got the toaster like an English muffin. No, I mean, “Toast to” like you drink to somethin’ But it’s in a holster, I proceed to bust it.”

Then he pivots to Hutchins and Baldwin, rapping … “F**k around and get popped like Halyna Hutchins. Like I’m Alec Baldwin, what I mean is buckin’ you down, coup de grâce then. Right between the f**kin’ I shoot ’em all in if you think you’re f–kin’ with me, you’re gonna suffer the f–kin’ repercussions.”

No doubt, it’s a timely reference, as Eminem’s album just happened to drop on day 3 of Baldwin’s trial.

As you know, prosecutors have charged the actor with involuntary manslaughter, and have already secured a conviction against armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed for the same offense. Hannah was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Meanwhile, Eminem also dissed several other entertainers on his album such as Megan Thee Stallion, Kendrick Lamar, RuPaul and the late Christopher Reeve.

A photo of Karen Read‘s attorney Alan Jackson embracing her tightly from behind is as innocent as her fans believe she is in her murder case … at least according to people in Karen’s inner circle.

The photo, taken outside a Smith & Wollensky restaurant in Boston, has created a big stir around the high-profile case since it was taken on June 27. The jury was in the middle of deliberating … deciding whether Karen had indeed murdered her police officer boyfriend John O’Keefe.

But, a source close to Karen tells TMZ … the image is being taken out of context, as it was actually an innocent moment of celebration — and there was “nothing to this other than goofing around.”

We’re told Alan, Karen and friends — including Alan’s co-counsel David Yannetti — had dined at the restaurant … and they were feeling good about the case, as the jury had been deliberating for 3 days, at that point.

According to the source … 10 minutes before the pic was taken, they were all inside the restaurant and Jackson had come up behind Yannetti and given him a similar hug, but also added a kiss on his cheek.
