    Our 30-minute one-pan Greek Chicken and Lemon Rice dinner is packed with so much flavor you’ll be shocked by how easy it is! This healthy Mediterranean recipe uses lemon rice, chicken, spinach, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, and classic Greek spices. It’s an easy, one-skillet chicken and rice recipe that is healthy, gluten-free, high-protein, a great source of fiber, and can be easily made dairy-free.

    My family said that this One Pan Greek Chicken and Lemon Rice is the best chicken and rice recipe they’ve ever had, and we hope you love it too!

    Ingredients for Greek Chicken and Rice

    Here’s what you’ll need to make this flavorful Greek Chicken and Rice dish. Most of these ingredients are pantry or fridge staples, making it easy to pull together any night of the week.

    Greek Chicken Thighs

    • Chicken Thighs: Juicy, flavorful dark meat that stays tender and moist during cooking.
    • Dried Oregano: A staple Mediterranean herb with earthy, slightly peppery notes.
    • Dried Thyme: Adds a warm, woodsy flavor that complements the other herbs.
    • Paprika: Brings a subtle smokiness and beautiful color to the dish.

    I love the look and flavor of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts, but they take much longer to cook. For this recipe, I don’t recommend using them to keep things quick and easy.

    • Grape Tomatoes: Sweet, juicy bursts of flavor that roast beautifully.
    • Garlic: Freshly minced for bold, aromatic depth in the rice.

    • Turmeric: Gives the rice a warm, golden hue and mild, earthy taste.
    • Salt: Seasoning to bring out all the other flavors in the rice.
    • Spinach: Adds color, nutrients, and a soft, leafy texture.
    • Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Chewy, tangy, and sweet! With a concentrated tomato flavor.
    • Lemon Zest: Lifts the entire dish with a bright flavor.
    • Lemon Juice: Adds tang and freshness to balance the savory elements.

    How To Make 30-Minute Greek Chicken and Rice

    This one-skillet Greek Chicken and Rice comes together in just 30 minutes with simple steps and bold Mediterranean flavors. Here’s how to make it from start to finish! It is quick, fresh, and full of flavor.

    Chicken

    1. Season: Coat the chicken thighs with all the spices.
    2. Sear: Add to a hot skillet with olive oil, skin-side down, then lower the heat and cook until golden.
    3. Flip: Turn the chicken and cook until fully done and cooked through.
    4. Rest: Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.

    Rice

    1. Sauté: Cook tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and salt in the same pan until the tomatoes soften.
    2. Stir: Add spinach, rice, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and more tomatoes. Drizzle in oil if dry.

    Finish

    1. Mix: In a bowl, combine feta, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and olives.
    2. Combine: Stir half of the feta mixture into the rice.
    3. Slice: Cut the rested chicken and arrange it on top of the rice. Cover briefly to warm through.
    4. Top: Finish with the remaining feta mixture and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

    This is a very easy recipe, so don’t be overwhelmed that it has three parts!

    For a faster prep, chop all the herbs together, then divide according to the recipe. Or, to save time, use all dried herbs instead!

    Can I make this recipe with chicken breasts? 

    Yes, you can! Thighs cook longer so the time may be different, just be aware of that.

    Can you make this Greek chicken dish in advance? 

    You definitely can! It is a great option to meal prep for the week. It stays well in the fridge for up to 5 days and you can reheat it in the microwave, stovetop or oven.

    I don’t love olives, what else can I use?

    Cade agrees, which is such a bummer. Tomatoes, roasted red peppers (jarred or fresh) and capers would be great substitutions! Ok fine, you can also just omit the olives.

    Is this dish good for kids?

    My kids LOVE this recipe! They tend to pick out the olives like Cade, but one day I know they will eat them.

    For the Chicken

    • Season the chicken thighs all over with the seasonings.

      6 Chicken Thighs, 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano, ½ teaspoon Dried Thyme, 1 ½ teaspoons Paprika, 1 ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt, ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

    • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Add chicken thighs, top down and turn the heat down to medium. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on one side, watching for signs of over browning, reduce heat to low-medium if needed. (Refer to our post on how to cook chicken in a pan for the easiest way to know if the chicken is cooked without cutting into it or a thermometer.)

      2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

    • Flip the chicken over, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 5 more minutes until cooked through, 165 degrees internal temperature.

    • Remove the chicken from the skillet to a plate to rest.

    Make the Rice

    • Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Add half of the halved grape tomatoes, garlic, turmeric, and oregano, and ½ -1 teaspoon of salt. Cook the tomatoes on medium heat for about 2 minutes until beginning to soften and burst.

      1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, 6 Cloves Garlic, 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Turmeric

    • Stir in the fresh spinach, cooked rice, sun dried tomatoes, zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice as well as the remaining uncooked halved grape tomatoes. Increase the heat to medium heat, stirring to combine. If the pan looks dry, drizzle in a little oil. While cooking, move onto the topping.

      1 ½ Cups Spinach, ½ Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, 2 Lemons, ¼ – ⅓ Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, 2 ½ Cups Cooked Basmati or Jasmine Rice, 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes

    Prepare the Topping

    • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the feta with 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, oregano, dill, and parsley and the olives. Gently toss to coat.

      6 oz Feta Cheese, 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, 2 teaspoons Fresh Dill, 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, ⅓ Cup Kalamata Olives, Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

    • Mix half of the feta mixture into the skillet with lemon rice. Slice the chicken on a cutting board and arrange on top of the entire mixture. Allow to heat with a lid on for about 2 minutes.

    • Top with the remaining feta mixture and sprinkle fresh herbs on top as garnish.

      6 oz Feta Cheese

    Bring 1 ¼ – 1 ½ cups of water to boil in a saucepan. Add the rice along with some salt and stir. Place the lid on and turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. 
    This will yield approximately 2 ¼ – 2 ½ cups of rice.

    Greek Orzo Pasta Salad – Oh Sweet Basil

    Orzo pasta salad made with all the traditional Greek flavors you love and is a super easy side dish that you can make ahead of time for your next potluck!

    Juicy cherry tomatoes, tangy feta cheese, red onions, roasted chickpeas and black olives all coated in a homemade salad dressing made with fresh lemon juice. This pasta salad is so bright and fresh!

    We have a traditional Greek pasta salad on the blog, but I’m pretty obsessed with this orzo version. Just like I’m obsessed with our lemon orzo with parmesan and peas! Orzo is just so fun and so versatile!

    What is Orzo?

    Orzo is a rice-shaped pasta that can be traditionally prepared as pasta or cooked and served in much the same way as rice.

    Ingredients Needed to Make Greek Orzo Pasta Salad

    In most grocery stores, you walk in and you’re in the produce section. So grab a few plastic produce bags and knock off half this list right there:

    Chickpeas

    • Chickpeas: roasting chickpeas, or garbanzo beans, adds a great crunchy texture to the salad and is high in plant-based protein
    • Olive Oil: helps roast the chickpeas
    • Cumin: adds flavor
    • Smoked Paprika: adds flavor and smokiness
    • Salt: adds flavor

    Dressing

    • Olive Oil: the base of the dressing, extra virgin olive oil is preferred
    • Garlic: adds flavor
    • Red Wine Vinegar: adds acid and tanginess to the dressing
    • Lemon Zest and Juice: adds freshness, acidity and flavor
    • Dijon Mustard: adds zesty flavor and acts as an emulsifier for the oil and vinegar
    • Oregano: fresh is highly recommended but if you want to use dried oregano, go with 1 teaspoon
    • Dill: fresh dill is best, but if you must use dried, go with 1/2 teaspoon
    • Salt and Black Pepper: adds flavor and enhances all the ingredients

    Salad

    • Red Onion: adds flavor and crunchy texture
    • Red Wine Vinegar: helps pickle the onions
    • Orzo: You’ll find orzo right next to all your other pastas, and remember that you’re looking for a pasta that looks like rice.
    • Olive Oil: helps toast the orzo and sauté the garlic
    • Garlic: adds flavor
    • Chicken Broth: cooks the orzo
    • Lemon Zest and Juice: adds freshness and flavor
    • Cracked Pepper: adds a little heat
    • Salt: adds flavor
    • Feta: I like to buy a block of feta and then crumble it up myself.
    • Grape Tomatoes: sliced in half
    • Sun Dried Tomatoes: drained from their oil and roughly chopped
    • Spinach: fresh and roughly chopped
    • Cucumber: We prefer English cucumber because you don’t have to peel it and it’s less seedy.
    • Black Olives: if you want to use more classically Greek flavors, use Kalamata olives
    • Calabrese Salami: adds richness and heartiness to the salad
    • Parmesan Cheese: freshly grated is best
    • Parsley: fresh herbs are preferred, adds bright herby freshness

    How to Make Greek Pasta Salad

    Scroll down to the recipe card to get all the specifics of how to make the pasta. Here are the basics:

    • Season and roast the chickpeas.
    • Make the dressing.
    • Start the onions pickling.
    • Toast the dry orzo in a little oil on the stove top.
    • Add the garlic and then cook the pasta in chicken broth.
    • Rinse and drain the onion.
    • Add all the remaining ingredients, toss with the lemon vinaigrette to coat and serve.

    Tips for Making Perfect Orzo Pasta Salad

    1. Toast the pasta: we love the nutty flavor toasting the pasta gives the orzo in this dish!
    2. Cook pasta past al dente: cook the pasta just past al dente. The pasta will soak in the lemon juice and cook a little more after being drained so you don’t want to overcook it and end up with mushy orzo!
    3. Add grilled chicken: this can easily be turned into a main dish if you just add a little grilled chicken to it!
    4. Make ahead: this is a great recipe to make ahead of time. You can make it first thing in the morning and it is perfect for the potluck that evening!

    Is Orzo Gluten-Free? 

    Many people mistakenly believe orzo is gluten-free because it looks like rice (which is gluten-free). However, because traditional orzo pasta is made with wheat flour it is NOT gluten-free. It’s becoming easier to find gluten-free alternatives though, so I’m sure you can find gluten-free orzo in store or online. Just make sure to double check the label to ensure it’s certified gluten-free! 

    How Long Will Greek Salad Last? 

    Because this Greek Mediterranean orzo contains no meat, it will last for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container. When reheating this easy dinner recipe, you’ll want to do so in a skillet with a little water or chicken broth to prevent the pasta from drying out or becoming gummy. This salad also tastes delicious cold if you want to skip the reheating.

    Can I Freeze Greek Pasta Salad?

    Yes this pasta salad can be frozen. Cook the pasta as directed in the instructions, then let it cook completely. Freeze it in an airtight container or we prefer using a food saver. It’s life-changing.

    It will last in the freezer for 1-2 weeks.

    For the Pasta Salad

    • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
    • 1 1/2 Cups Orzo Pasta
    • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
    • Zest of 1 Lemon
    • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
    • Salt and Pepper, to taste
    • 1 Cup Spinach, roughly chopped
    • 1 Cup Feta, cubed
    • 10 oz Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
    • 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 English Cucumber, chopped
    • 1 Cup Black Olives, or Kalamata
    • 1 Cup Calabrese Salami, cubed
    • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, fresh

    For the Chickpeas

    • Heat the oven to 425 degrees.

    • Place the chickpeas between two paper towels and rub until dried.

      1 Can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

    • Scatter the chickpeas on a small baking sheet with a little olive oil, salt, smoked paprika and cumin. Toss to coat.

      1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika, Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Cumin

    • Bake for 15- 20 minutes then set aside to cool.

    For the Dressing

    • In a small jar, mix together the dressing. Set aside.

      1/2 Cup Olive Oil, 2 Cloves Garlic, 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar, Zest of 1/2 Lemon, 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, 2 teaspoons Oregano, 1 teaspoon Dill, Salt and Pepper

    For the Pasta

    • Mix the red onion with the vinegar and set aside in a bowl. This will cut through the harshness of the onion and add depth of flavor.

      1/2 Cup Red Onion, 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

    • In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and pasta.

      1 1/2 Cups Orzo Pasta, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

    • Cook, stirring occasionally until toasted, about 30-60 seconds.

    • Add garlic and stir it in.

      2 Cloves Garlic

    • Add the broth, a small amount at a time. Then add the lemon juice and zest.

      3 Cups Chicken Broth, Zest of 1 Lemon, 1/2 Lemon

    • Bring to a boil, cover the skillet with a lid and turn down to a simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the pasta has absorbed most of the water and is tender.

    • Rinse the onion in cold water and drain well.

    • Add all of the chopped veggies, herbs, chickpeas, cheeses, meat and dressing.

      1 Cup Feta, 10 oz Grape Tomatoes, 1 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 English Cucumber, 1 Cup Black Olives, 1 Cup Calabrese Salami, 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, 2 Tablespoons Parsley

    • Toss to coat evenly and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Stir again and serve.

      Salt and Pepper

    This Greek Orzo salad recipe can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

    This citrus Greek chicken looks like something you’d be served in your favorite restaurant, but it’s the easiest recipe ever. However, I’ve got rules so listen up!

    Tips for the Best Citrus Greek Chicken

    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts should not be overcooked. Ever. Here’s a really simple way to have perfectly cooked, perfectly moist chicken every single time.

    I cringe when I hear about chicken breasts in the oven for an hour or a half hour on the stove top. Please, please don’t do that. Your dinners will be 100 times better if you cook the chicken properly.

    Marinated meat is an easy way to have flavor without extra calories or effort, but it must have time. We like to marinate our chicken at least two hours or up to overnight. You pick what works for you.

    And finally, oil packed sun dried tomatoes should always be in your fridge. They are amazing. The end.

    Ingredients for Citrus Greek Chicken

    I’m going to list the ingredients for the chicken marinade first, and then the simple 2 ingredient sauce that we will use to pour over the chicken. Here is what you will need:

    • Chicken Breasts: boneless, skinless
    • Olive Oil: help tenderize the chicken as it marinates
    • Orange Juice: If you have the time, juice your own oranges so you have pure fresh orange juice without any added sugar.
    • Greek Seasoning: We prefer McCormick brand, but if you like a different brand or want to make you’re own, we’ve included a recipe below.
    • Salt: adds flavor
    • Pepper: adds flavor
    • Garlic: adds flavor

    For the Sauce

    • Packed Sun-dried Tomatoes: adds texture, flavor and color to the chicken
    • Orange Juice: adds bright citrus flavor to the chicken as it cooks

    What Goes in Greek Seasoning?

    There are several brands of Greek seasoning out there. We prefer to use the McCormick Greek seasoning, but if you want to make you’re own from scratch, here is a basic recipe:

    • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
    • 2 teaspoons Thyme
    • 2 teaspoons Basil
    • 1 ½ teaspoons Rosemary
    • 2 teaspoons Dill
    • 2 ¼ teaspoons Dried Parsley
    • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
    • 2 ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
    • 2 teaspoons Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

    How to Make Greek Citrus Chicken

    I’ve mentioned several times how easy this recipe is, so now let me prove it! Here are the basic steps:

    1. Prep: Combine all the ingredients for the marinade as well as the chicken in a zip top bag. Seal the bag and squish the marinade all over the chicken and then place in the refrigerator.
    2. Marinate: Let the chicken rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
    3. Cook: Heat a grill plan over high heat, add a little olive oil and then place the chicken on the pan. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 6-7 minutes. Turn the chicken and cook an additional 6-7 minutes.
    4. Rest: Remove the chicken from the pan and set to the side in a serving dish to rest. Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes. Pour the sauce over the top of the chicken and then serve.

    Why Do You Marinate Chicken?

    Marinade adds flavor to meats and makes them more tender.

    Marinade allows fluids and seasonings to enter the meat so it will maintain its moisture during grilling and not dry out as quickly.

    Can You Use Fresh Tomatoes in Place of Sun Dried Tomatoes?

    Sun dried tomatoes have a very tart, concentrated flavor which will enhance the flavor of your dish.

    However, if you do not have sun dried tomatoes, you can substitute either drained canned tomatoes or fresh plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped.

    Or, you can roast tomatoes until they are nearly dry.

    What to Serve with Citrus Greek Chicken

    Citrus green chicken goes great with just about anything. We love to make a side of mashed potatoes or just a simple white rice. If you want to stick with Greek cuisine, a side salad like our easy Greek pasta salad or our Mediterranean orzo pasta salad would taste great! And you all know I’m always down for bread…French bread or crusty artisan bread.

    Storing and Reheating

    Leftover Greek citrus chicken should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container. It will keep for up to 4 days. This chicken also freezes well. Let it cool completely and place in a ziploc bag. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.

    The chicken can be reheated in the microwave quickly, but I prefer to reheat it in the oven. Place the chicken in a baking dish and add a little chicken broth or orange juice. Cover the baking dish with foil and reheat at 350 degrees F for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

    Description

    Prevent your screen from going dark

    • In a large ziploc bag, add the chicken, olive oil, orange juice, seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic.

      4 Chicken Breasts, 1/3 Cup Olive Oil, 1/3 Cup Orange Juice, 1 Tablespoon McCormick Greek Seasoning, 2 teaspoons Salt, Pinch Pepper, 2 Cloves Garlic

    • Seal and squish the bag all over to coat the chicken.

    • Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight.

    • Heat a grill pan over high heat.

    • Add a drizzle of olive oil and add the chicken.

    • Quickly turn down to medium low and cook for 6-7 minutes.

    • Turn the chicken and cook an additional 6-7 minutes or until cooked through.

    • Remove from pan.

    • Add the sun-dried tomatoes and orange juice and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes then pour the sauce over the top of the chicken or add the chicken to the pan.

      3/4 Cup Oil Packed Sun-dried Tomatoes, 1 Cup Orange Juice

    • Allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve.

    If you cannot buy Greek seasoning, make your own: 1 Tablespoon Oregano, 2 Teaspoons Thyme, 2 Teaspoons Basil, 1 ½ Teaspoons Rosemary, 2 Teaspoons Dill, 2 ¼ Teaspoons Dried Parsley, 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder, 2 ½ Teaspoons Garlic Powder, 2 Teaspoons Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper, ½ Teaspoon Marjoram, ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon, and ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg

    Exploring Bodrum, Turkey: An Ancient City Turned Hotspot For Modern Luxury Buyers

    The ancient Greek historian, Herodotus, is attributed with the quote, “The end is not obvious at the beginning.” Known as the “Father of History,” Herodotus was born in the year 484 B.C. in the city of Halicarnassus, or what is now modern-day Bodrum, Turkey.

    Were the historian miraculously able to once again visit this dazzling stretch of coastline on the Aegean Sea, he would likely repeat this sentiment. After all, Bodrum’s journey from a Persian capital to a small town of sponge divers to what it is today—a world-renowned luxury destination— could not have been obvious to the famed author of the Histories at the time.

    That being said, Bodrum’s recent designation as a location for upscale living and “champagne society” is hardly a mystery. The seaside town’s wealth of Blue Flag beaches, bright blue water and hillside landscapes have drawn comparisons to Saint-Tropez and the Amalfi Coast. What was once a simple fishing harbor has now become the home to exclusive beach clubs and megayacht marinas.

    As such, in the last few years, a number of luxury brands have sought out the city on the southern coast of Turkey, including hospitality brands like Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Edition as well as designers like Dior, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana, to name a few.

    Following this trend toward the high-end, the luxury real estate market in Bodrum has seen exceptional growth, says Mihane Sadiku of Antalya-based agency Best Invest.

    “The property market has seen an incredible increase in demand, driven by both local and international buyers, particularly from the United Kingdom, Germany and other European countries. With tourism growing year over year and a strong rental market, we project the demand for luxury properties to increase.”

    While Herodotus may be correct that, “The end is not obvious at the beginning,” with Bodrum’s ever-robust tourism industry, thriving cultural scene and expanding real estate market, it hardly feels like the end for the Turkish town but rather the beginning.

    Homes in Bodrum

    Although a comparatively small market, Bodrum real estate caters to a diversity of budgets and tastes, from more affordable apartments to high-end villas to land plots for development.

    An expansive and largely elevated coastline means many homes are positioned with exceptional ocean views. To ensure this, planning regulations for the Bodrum peninsula restrict development heights to no greater than two stories, says Sadiku, adding, “This limits supply and results in increased demand.”

    As a result of the recent surge in popularity and the rising presence of investors, a significant portion of the luxury market consists of newly developed homes. These new construction homes often follow modern designs with clean lines, open-concept floor plans and sleek exteriors. Common amenities include spacious balconies, retractable walls of glass and swimming pools.

    Driven by the desire for residences with the resort lifestyle, many new luxury villa communities offer hotel amenities and facilities including on-site restaurants, spas and sea-taxi services.

    Prices in Bodrum

    “Prices in Bodrum can vary widely depending on the location, size and property type. Seafront properties and luxury villas in sought-after areas like Yalikavak, Gümüşlük and Türkbükü command premium prices,” says Sadiku.

    According to statistics by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the average property price in Bodrum in 2021 was around $490 per square foot.

    Over the last decade, property values have increased dramatically, with the total valuation of the real estate transactions in Bodrum rising from $892 million in 2010 to over $2.1 billion in 2020.

    Vibes in Bodrum

    While the comparison to other popular seaside resort towns in Europe is apt, it is not absolute. Bodrum possesses a distinguished charm thanks to its traditional architecture and ancient ruins. Most notable of these ruins is the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which was completed in 350 B.C.

    As its status as a luxury destination continues to grow so, too, has Bodrum’s reputation for yachting. The Yalikavak Marina, winner of the 2018 Yacht Harbor Association’s Gold Award, hosts superyachts up to 140 meters long from all over the world.

    Lined with shops and cafes, the marina houses more than just boats—luxury shopping includes storefronts for Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Dior.

    Bodrum’s nightlife is vibrant and popular, with numerous bars and clubs, including beachfront venues.

    Surrounding Bodrum

    The Milas-Bodrum Airport is located 36 kilometers northeast of town. Direct flights from major European cities are available, such as a four-hour venture from London and three hours from Berlin. Istanbul is just over an hour away by plane.

    Dotted about in the Aegean Sea off of Bodrum’s coast are a number of islands, including the Greek island of Kos which resides 25 kilometers south.

    This is owner Jared Katzenbarger’s first independent concept. “It was fun to develop the concept on my own, taking the foods I love and creating a fun, new and exciting concept.
