    Talking about Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin taking a leap, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Shakti Arora stated that he was surprised and shocked that makers opted for a leap at TRP 2.0. He mentioned that the TRP is quite decent at thus point in time. He spoke about Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin being consistent even though other shows suffered due to IPL 2024. Shakti Arora mentioned that he was prepared for the leap and had an intuition after he started getting calls about the same. He further added, “When it was announced, everyone was disturbed. The entire Bhosale family will exit, so everyone was a little low. However, I have come to believe that that’s what life is. You can be doing one show forever; not that I’d prefer that too.” Shakti Arora also spoke about what was missing in the show. He agreed that Ishaan and Savi’s love story wasn’t explored much and he was looking forward to a dramatic love-story of IshVi. He said, “However, I guess with time, it became monotonous and stagnant. The numbers started to fall.     In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, we will see Neil Bhatt aka Virat getting reprimanded by DSP. He announced his love for Sai at a public event and DSP is not happy with the humiliation that he has brought to his department with his act. Then he has a conversation with Sai where she reveals that she is going to marry someone else. Virat feels that she is fooling him but Sai has plans. Later, Sai has a conversation with Dr Satya played by Harshad Arora. Dr Satya takes Virat’s side saying that it requires a lot of guts to propose to someone publicly. But Sai says that she is not happy with it at all and she must marry someone to stop Virat’s nonsense. Sai states that she needs a partner who does not expect anything in return. Dr Satya jokes that they should get married to each other. His Aai also wants him to marry someone but he feels that it would be unfair to the girl as he cannot love her and keep up with the expectations. Then he sees Dr Satya calling Sai. All doubts come rushing in and Virat questions Sai about her relationship with Dr Satya. Sai gives it back to him saying that he does not deserve her or the answer.
