    BetOnline.ag, one of the world’s largest online sports betting, poker and casino platforms, became the first gaming operator to add ApeCoin to its approved cryptocurrency processing list, the company announced today via the Odds PR agency.

    ApeCoin ($APE) began trading on crypto exchanges Thursday, March 17, after months of hype and speculation behind the ERC-20 token created by Yuga Labs, which is the parent company of the popular NFT project, Bored Ape Yacht Club.

    BetOnline, which publicly announced its entry into the NFT market in February after purchasing Bored Ape #320 for $375,000 during Super Bowl week, was an early adopter of cryptocurrency. The website first began accepting Bitcoin for transactions in 2010.

    “We got in early on Bitcoin because we are confident blockchain is the future of global currency,” BetOnline CEO Eddie Robbins III said. “And now, it’s incredibly exciting to start adding NFTs to our asset vault and be the first in our industry to accept ApeCoin.     Outside of Bitcoin, BetOnline.ag accepts more than a dozen altcoins for deposits and withdrawals on its platform, including Ethereum, Dogecoin, Avalanche, Cardano, Polygon, Solana and USDC. 

    BetOnline is widely respected by crypto communities for processing perks such as zero transaction fees, high-level security and instantaneous deposits and withdrawals. Clients have access to crypto deposit limits up to $500,000, which is the highest in the gaming industry.

Players lead Maya or Max through exploring the lush, wild planet Kerpal, while for all of its beauty, holds hidden dangers at every turn. Maya is a descendant of the planet’s inhabitants who survived the crash of their colonist ship eons ago, and since then adapted to its dangers. Sometimes these adaptations mean they have become dangerous themselves. Max is part of an expedition to Kerpal led by a group of explorers, but some have darker motivations.

    Max and Maya must navigate these dark natural and human challenges as they determine who they can trust and whose animalistic instincts have gotten the better of them, posing grave danger to them and others on Kerpal.

    In an immersive RPG environment, Wild Life gives players the opportunity to engage in visually stunning combat and even more stunning interactions, with details never seen before in a gaming environment.

    With its rich, immersive experiences, Wild Life seeks to break the mold in gaming. As Max and Maya explore Kerpal, players simultaneously experience the desires of the lead characters, driving their interactions with a diverse cast of characters, both human and animalistic.

As development continues, the game is available on Patreon for PC play in two modes, Demo and Sandbox.     Grover Gaming, Inc. announced today that it is commencing a large expansion of its staff over the next year.

    “Lotteries and Charitable Gaming markets in this country are experiencing a digital revolution, and Grover Gaming is uniquely poised to capitalize on this opportunity,” said Garrett Blackwelder, President of Grover Gaming. “To do that, we will be more than doubling the size of our game studios over the next year. We have to further expand our staff and capabilities in our software engineering, 3-D game studios, and customer support divisions, as well as increase our ability to service future markets.”

    Alan Mizelle, CFO of Grover Gaming, states that Grover currently has over 150 employees and expects to add at least another 100 to that total over the next year to 18 months. “Due to our relentless focus on the player, customer support, and product innovation, we have been tremendously successful over the past year, and the coming year will be even better.”

    Grover Gaming is considering several possibilities for the necessary expansion of their facilities. “We are already seeking additional professionals in our core areas,” said Blackwelder, “So, in order to accommodate the new employees, we are evaluating our options in the brick-and-mortar part of the equation.”

    Recently, Pads for Pēds partnered with Phoenix Children’s to provide their patients with five new GoKart portable video game kiosks, as well as a new Apple iPad® program for use by physicians in their biorepository sector. The partnership was created to develop a pipeline of donations to Phoenix Children’s to aid in offering comfort, diversion and education for young patients.     Pads For Pēds was born from a Walker experience that provided a single Apple iPad® to an ailing boy in Masonic Children’s Hospital at the University of Minnesota. Founders Brian and Diane Walker felt strongly that many more children and families could be touched with these amazing devices, so they sought to find ways to partner with great children’s hospitals across the country. To date, Pads For Pēds has delivered more than 125 tablets and related support equipment to their partner hospitals. Phoenix Children’s is now one of those partners, delivering innovative solutions to improve patient care experiences.

    Tablets and digital gaming devices give hospital patients distraction from their pain. Studies have shown Apple iPad® and other electronic devices keep patient-focus occupied so that anxiety is often reduced. These studies found comparable anxiety reduction with the use of a common sedative.
