    The newest luxury resort on the Vegas Strip will welcome the Keith Urban HIGH in Vegas shows this fall. The Fontainebleau will host 10 exclusive performances from the four-time Grammy winner beginning Friday October 4th, 2024, with additional performances on the 5th, the 9th, and the 11th and 12th. He will return in 2025 for more shows in February on the 14th and 15th, then on the 19th and 21st through 22nd.

    From the first notes to the last, Urban’s shows are concert events not to be missed. He has been hailed as one of the best live performers of any musical genre and his fast-paced, immersive concert experience clearly shows why he is also considered one of the best guitarists of this generation. Tickets are available via the Ticketmaster website.

    Members of The ‘Ville, Keith Urban’s official fan club had access to a pre-sale in May. VIP packages were also available. There are still a variety of package options to choose from that include meet & greet, special pit access, exclusive merchandise and more.

    The Keith Urban HIGH in Vegas concerts will feature new music from his forthcoming album, slated for release this fall, with songs not yet played live, including his new single “Messed Up As Me,” as well as “Straight Line” and “Go Home W U” (with Lainey Wilson). The all-new show will also include many of his number one hits, including “Somewhere In My Car,” “Somebody Like You,” “Blue Ain’t Your Color” and “Wasted Time.”

    The Fontainebleau has only been open in Sin City a few months, but new Vegas restaurants are already moving in and setting up!  Both Chyna Club and Washing Potato are now open at the resort, and both dining concepts have been created by the award-winning restaurateur Alan Yau,

    Distinctively pairing Yau’s signature love of Cantonese cuisine with eclectic design and Fontainebleau Las Vegas luxury, these new Vegas restaurants are the latest additions to the resort’s world-class culinary collection – both first-to-market concepts from the mind behind the globally renowned Hakkasan and Wagamama.

    Chyna Club

    The first of the new Vegas restaurants is Chyna Club, a transcendent concept showcasing Chinese culture through a thoughtfully elevated dining experience. The menu, overseen by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Richard Chen, offers a diverse blend of Cantonese favorites. Among them are Peking duck, lobster Cantonese, drunken king crab, Sichuan dumplings, uni fried rice, and more. Notable Alan Yau classics are also on the menu, including jasmine tea short ribs, scallop shumai, crispy duck salad, and club carbonara.

    Complementing the menu is Chyna Club’s focused cocktail program which utilizes modern techniques with one-of-a-kind spirits, house-made ingredients, and abstract garnishes, plus an extensive zero-proof program. The 141-seat restaurant’s interior architecture is animated by an undertone of old-world and post-French art deco. Chyna Club also offers an intimate two private dining rooms that that can seat 10 and 8 persons. Chyna Club is open Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Group bookings can be made here and reservations can be made via the Fontainebleau Las Vegas website.

    Washing Potato

    The second of the new Vegas restaurants is the Washing Potato, where the food takes center stage in the literal sense. The abstract and modern architecture includes seating on an elevated stage setup illuminated by theatrical black-box lighting, taking guests on an immersive and uninhibited dining experience. Inspired by Alan Yau’s love of Hong Kong chow and Cantonese street foods, Washing Potato ’s menu invites guests on a journey through the delicate and intricate traditions of dim sum.

    The team’s adventurous take on dim sum classics include steamed prawn and chive dumplings, char siu pineapple buns, taro croquettes, venison puffs, and much more. Washing Potato is available for group events and is capable of hosting up to 126 guests. The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Sundays, and reservations can be made via the Washing Potato website.

    Construction began on the Fontainebleau Las Vegas way back in 2007. Honestly, I don’t even remember where I was or what I was doing back then. But regardless of how we arrived at this date, we are finally going to see the grand opening of this big, blue building on the north end of the Strip.

    The date has been set for the doors to open. That date is the 13th of December, which is just over two weeks away. We thought that leading up to the big day you may want to know a little bit about the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, including all the basics.

    First of all, the big blue building has been designed with the collaboration with several high-profile design partners and architects. There will be over thirty places to eat and drink, from the common coffee shops all the way up to bringing world class dining experiences to Las Vegas.

    Fontainebleau Las Vegas will have the following restaurants which they call “Signature Dining”. These venues include Don’s Prime steak house, La Fontaine, and Komodo Asian fusion. There are also the Ito, Papi Steak, Chyna Club, Cantina Contramar, KYU Las Vegas, and a place called Mother Wolf.

    There are also several “Casual Dining” locations, which include The Tavern, Vida, the Promenade, Washing Potato, La Cote, Chez Bon Bon, and Cafe Cuto. Fontainebleau also comes with several bars, like the Apres, the Azul, Bleau Bar and Bleau Isle, a place called Nowhere, and Casa Dragones Tasting Room… along with several others.

    This 67 story giant has over 3,600 rooms and suites, a 150,000 square foot casino floor, close to 100,000 square-feet of retail shops, and half a million square feet of customizable meeting space. And if all of this was not enough, Post Malone is scheduled to be the very first act at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. His concerts are scheduled for December 30th and 31st.

    The Las Vegas Strip, one of the world’s leading nightlife hubs, is receiving a multi-billion dollar investment. 

    Shortly after Hard Rock International announced its plans to shutter The Mirage and funnel billions of dollars into renovations, Fontainebleau Development has secured a $2.2 billion construction loan in order to complete the company’s ambitious, 67-story hotel and casino in Las Vegas. The Fontainebleau project has been in the works for two decades, according to TheStreet.

    “This is a milestone for Fontainebleau Las Vegas and stands as a testament to the tremendous dedication of our team and our partners at Koch Real Estate Investments,” said Brett Mufson, President of Fontainebleau Development, in a statement. “We are eager to bring our iconic Fontainebleau brand—timeless beauty, unparalleled service, and innovative design—to the Las Vegas Strip.”
