A Lyft driver, upset at having his car door slammed, twice shot one of his passengers after demanding the man exit the vehicle, according to investigators in Florida.

The dispute happened around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, on Spring Villas Circle near Orlando, and a second passenger escaped unharmed, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported in an affidavit.

The two passengers are brothers, and the shots were fired after they got into an argument with their Lyft driver, identified as 33-year-old Rolando Andres Rivera-Castillas of Melbourne, officials said.

Joseph Stanfield told deputies he and his brother were getting out when the driver also “exited the car and shot at them as they ran away,” the affidavit reports. Stanfield was struck once in the abdomen and again in his foot, officials said.

Rivera-Castillas was still at the scene when deputies arrived, and the brothers were found on the porch of a nearby home, officials said.

“An interview was attempted with (Rivera-Castillas) and he advised he wished to speak with a lawyer,” the report says.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted second-degree murder with a firearm, jail records show.

“Rolando (Rivera-Castillas) intentionally committed an overt act by exiting his vehicle with a gun and shooting,” the affidavit notes.

“Rolando told (the men) that he would shoot them prior to exiting his vehicle. … A person of ordinary judgment would know this act is reasonably certain to kill or do serious bodily injury to another.”

Details of what started the dispute were not released.

A neighborhood trespassing dispute turned criminal when a man threatened to eat his neighbor’s dog, then showed up with a knife, according to investigators in Florida.

The confrontation happened Friday, Oct. 17, on a trail near Interlachen, and ended in a 61-year-old man being arrested, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said in an Oct. 20 news release.

“Minor Catledge initially confronted his neighbor who was walking her dog on a public path adjacent to his property. The victim told deputies Catledge believed the property was his and that he would ‘eat her dog’ if she trespassed again,” the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies were called to intervene and left the neighborhood believing the situation was resolved, officials said.

However, the same woman called an hour later, to report the dispute had escalated.

“Catledge approached her property with a knife and began threatening her and other family members,” the sheriff’s office said.

“An Interlachen police officer arrived prior to deputies and stated he heard Catledge make threats to the victim. The victim said Catledge threatened to stab her for calling law enforcement.”

Catledge, 61, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and his bond was set at $5,000, officials said.

“While on the way to the Putnam County Jail, Catledge made several statements to the deputy that he was going to ‘beat’ (the victim) when he got out of jail,” the sheriff’s office said.

Interlachen is about a 105 mile-drive northeast from Orlando.

A 911 call reporting the death of a boy led to his mother – a public school teacher – being accused of homicide, according to investigators in Florida.

It happened Sunday, Oct. 19, in the Drexel Road area near Land O’ Lakes, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

“The suspect, an adult woman and mother of the juvenile, reported the incident to dispatch around 9:50 a.m.,” the sheriff’s office said. “The manner of death is part of the ongoing investigation.”

Justine Mroz, 40, was arrested and charged with second-degree homicide, the sheriff’s office said.

Details of a motive have not been released.

A second-degree homicide charge indicates the death was not premeditated, experts say.

Pasco County Schools lists Mroz as a teacher at West Pasco Education Academy’s Harry Schwettman Campus in Hudson, which hosts grades 6 through 12.

“Pasco County Schools can confirm that Justine Mroz is employed by Pasco County Schools. She has been arrested by Pasco Sheriff’s Office and will not be on any school campus,” the district wrote in a statement .

“On behalf of the entire Pasco County Schools family, we extend our deepest condolences to all who are grieving. We are deploying crisis teams to provide care and support to those affected by this heartbreaking event.”

Land O’ Lakes is about a 20-mile drive north from Tampa.

A far-fetched 911 call about a naked man chasing Walmart employees around the parking lot proved to be accurate, according to police in North Florida.

The man was still naked when police arrived around 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 8, the Lake City Police Department reported in a news release.

It happened at the Walmart on West U.S. Highway 90 in Lake City, and the store was closed to customers at the time. No injuries were reported.

“Upon arrival, officers were advised … that an unknown male, completely nude, was chasing employees in the parking and had fled toward a wooded area north of the store,” police said.

“Officers canvassed the area and located a male on his hands and knees in a wooded area. The subject appeared to be agitated and paranoid.”

The 33-year-old man was taken to a hospital and staff “medically cleared” him to be arrested and taken to jail.

He was identified at the jail via fingerprints and charged with indecent exposure and resisting an officer without violence, police said.

Lake City is about a 60-mile drive southwest from Jacksonville.

  • Florida Woman Allegedly Scammed Out Of Millions After Marrying Former Classmate | SITSR (Exclusive)

Florida Woman Allegedly Scammed Out Of Millions After Marrying Former Classmate | SITSR (Exclusive)

Florida resident Shareza Jackson is telling her side of how a rekindled connection ended with millions in debt.

Jackson reconnected with her high school peer, “Don,” on the basis of his brother passing away. She tells Stepping Into The Shade Room host Thembi that she attended the repass and brought some food. When Don left, Jackson spotted him with a woman he later called his “sister.”

A great first date later and what seemed like a fairytale wedding, Jackson claims her ex-husband stole $1.4 million from her. Not only that, it turns out that the woman from the repass was far from his ‘sister.’ And “Don” also had a couple of mini-mes he never mentioned.

Watch Jackson reveal it ALL below!

Editor’s note: The SITSR interview you are about to see is an account of Shareza Jackson’s personal experience with her ex-husband.

Shareza’s ex-husband is only referred to as “Don” on SITSR. However, outlets such as Atlanta Black Star and Mirror UK have identified him as Dorian Wilkerson.

    Florida Woman’s Fairytale Love Shattered

For context, Jackson was a freshman, and “Don” was a senior when they met. Though she didn’t spend years with her former classmate, she still had some natural trust. Their first date “was a vibe,” she says.

When they began dating, Jackson was reportedly a homeowner in Florida, raising two daughters and working as a regional director at a healthcare company. Two luxury cars were in her driveway; life was good! Don was living in Atlanta, allegedly divorced from his wife, and a father to a few kids. Still, he proposed “quickly” to Jackson and moved down to Florida to join her soon after.

Shareza explained to Thembi why the sudden move didn’t feel suspicious at first.

“You feel like the missing piece of the puzzle, because it was just me and my girls for so long, you feel like the missing piece is the person you could spend the rest of your life with. Definitely believe I was targeted, but the conversation of him moving to Florida, his mom had passed away, he was just over it, his brother had passed away so he just basically said he wanted to start over fresh.”

Upon moving, Don told Jackson he had crashed his luxury car. She let him use one of hers. At that point, engagement and all, she hadn’t met his children. She alleges he blamed it on the “bitterness” of the children’s mothers.

She wasn’t the only one deceived, though. Jackson says her even daughters changed their last names to match his, only to find out he was “an actor, a character.”

Scroll up to see details on how “Don” allegedly scammed her out of millions.
