Kyle Richards was seen spending time with Rihanna at Kemo Sabe last week as her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, posed shirtless on a ski slope.

While in Aspen for the holidays with Mauricio, 53, and her four daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, Alexia Umansky, 27, Sophia Umansky, 23, and Portia Umansky, 15, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, shared a photo of her run-in with the singer as she and Mauricio rang in the new year with separate photos on their Instagram Stories, one of which featured a shirtless Mauricio on a ski slope.

“Beautiful inside and out [Rihanna] … Making new memories at [Kemo Sabe],” Kyle captioned her pic, which included her three oldest daughters.

According to a December 29 report from TMZ, Kyle met Rihanna after venturing to Kemo Sabe for some VIP shopping last Thursday. As the outlet explained, Rihanna was at the store when Kyle arrived. And after a staff member told Kyle that Rihanna was there, Kyle requested a meeting.

Because Rihanna had gone to Kemo Sabe because she’d seen Kyle go there on RHOBH, she was completely on board with a meeting. When the idea was mentioned to her, she reportedly told the employee, “F-ck yes!!!”

After Kyle shared a hug and enjoyed a “fun conversation” with Rihanna, per TMZ, Mauricio and their daughters came up to meet Rihanna and her partner, A$AP Rocky, who had their kids with them as well.

Nearly an hour later, and after Kyle gifted Rihanna an $895 turquoise beaver hat, the group left.

In addition to their run-in with Rihanna, Kyle and Mauricio both celebrated the new year in Aspen, although it is unclear whether or not they did so together.

In a post shared on Mauricio’s Instagram Story, he was seen posing shirtless with Farrah, Alexia, and a couple of other women on a ski slope in front of a champagne display.

Meanwhile, Kyle was seen watching fireworks on her own Instagram Stories.

“Adios 2023 … It’s been real,” she wrote in the caption.

As RHOBH fans may know, Mauricio has been spending tons of time in Aspen in recent weeks — and he hasn’t been seen doing so alone. Instead, he’s been spotted at dinner with influencer Alexandria Wolfe, 31, and on a ski outing with Brazilian singer Anitta, 30, and YouTuber LeLe Pons, 27.

Mauricio Umansky says he and his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, are giving each other time amid their separation.

During a podcast appearance on Thursday, Mauricio, 53, opened up about his current status with Kyle, 54, explained why he limits his filming time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and reacted to the ongoing rumors about his marriage while also teasing Buying Beverly Hills season two and sharing why he’s always so positive.

“I was born with a terminal blood disease and I was lucky to survive that,” Mauricio revealed on the November 16 episode of The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast. “Between surviving that and then pretty much spending the first seven years of my life in a hospital, and I forgot, I cannot recall anything of my past prior to my seven-year birthday. It just doesn’t exist. It’s not in my brain. I’m lucky to be here and I’m lucky to be healthy.”

Looking back at his journey to success, Mauricio revealed that despite starting in textiles, he loved real estate and knew he had “charisma and the ability to read a room,” which made him a good salesperson. So, when brother-in-law Rick Hilton, 68, gave him a job at his real estate firm, he knew it was what he should be doing.

Now, years later, he’s showcasing his own firm, The Agency, on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, which also features his stepdaughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, and daughter Alexia Umansky, 27.

“It’s not a toxic environment. It’s about a business and I get to do it with two of my girls and you’ll have to tune in to see if there’s a third one coming on,” he teased, signaling to daughter Sophia Umansky, 23.

When Mauricio was then asked about his experience on DWTS, which saw him starring alongside partner Emma Slater, 34, who he was romantically linked to, he said it was “an incredible workout” and “the most fun [he’s] ever had.”

“You rehearse four hours a day. So you’re literally, dancing, working out four hours a day, then, I was spending at least another hour in the gym, stretching, still working out, lifting weights, all of that stuff,” he detailed.

During his time on DWTS, Mauricio admittedly blacked out and lost his vision amid one of his live performances, which taught him an important life lesson.

“I missed a third of my dance … It taught me empathy for the people that work for me when they make mistakes,” he explained, adding, “I wouldn’t trade it.”

Moving on to his separation from Kyle, Mauricio admitted it’s been extremely frustrating dealing with constant rumors and reports regarding what is or is not going on between them.

“It’s out of control. The amount of stories that are coming out on a daily basis — everybody wants to know what’s going on with my marriage. [And] I do too,” he stated. “We’re going through a struggle. We’re going through issues, just like everybody else does. There’s no playbook for how to deal with it. And it doesn’t change on a daily basis. If we’re separated, that means we’re giving each other time to allow things to happen, which means it can’t change every single minute and every single day.”

“When I know what I’m doing with my marriage, I will let you guys all know, Until then, everybody can take a hike and f*ck off,” he added.

Still, Mauricio acknowledged that people “want to know” about him and Kyle because they’re “public figures.”

“I don’t have a Google alert on myself. I don’t have a Google alert on my wife. I’ve chosen this year not to watch the season of [RHOBH] … because I also know they’re dramatizing everything and there’s a bunch of stuff that I don’t even want to see,” he shared. “I always tell my wife, I’m like, ‘I know what happens to us.’ So I don’t need to read the speculation and B.S. that’s out there about us.”

While Mauricio has been featured on RHOBH for all of its 13 seasons, he said he’s learned to limit his screen time.

“I’ve taken the decision to be in and out. I’m in, my wife’s always right and then I get out as fast as possible,” he laughed. “I go in just enough to be in a conversation, to listen, but I am completely out of the drama. The drama is all about the women and I have no interest in that. It’s worked out for me for 13 seasons. I’ve gone 13 seasons unscathed.”

In addition to not being seen on camera too frequently, Mauricio makes a point not to get too invested in the ladies’ status with one another, especially since he and Kyle get so close to their castmates.

“Reality television’s really strange, particularly the [Real Housewives],” he explained. “It’s gossipy, it’s toxic, they’re talking, they‘re fighting. It’s a lot of that. The men stay out of that, at least on [the RHOBH] franchise … and we kind of have this thing where it’s like, ‘Let the wives do whatever they need to do.’ We know that tomorrow’s gonna change because they’re gonna have to get back together.”

“I’ve seen Kyle get home and tell me how much she can’t stand a housewife, she’ll never talk to her again, and then three episodes later, it’s her best, best friend,” he noted. “So I have very much decided to not be judgmental and just to allow the whole thing to happen.”

Despite his current issues with Kyle, Mauricio offered some sound advice to other couples who are struggling: Avoid the mundane.

“[Focus on] being open, being willing to take some risks, being willing to be outside of your comfort zone. [And be] creative,” he recommended. “As a couple, you still have to continue to go find things to do together.”

RHOBH’s Kyle Richards Talks Drama With Mauricio and His Mom, Farrah Split Rumors, & If She’ll Reconcile With LVP, Plus She Confirms She’s Getting a New Tattoo

Kyle Richards weighed in on a potential reconciliation with Lisa Vanderpump while appearing on Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge‘s podcast over the weekend at BravoCon.

As she also looked back on the tense moment she experienced with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, 53, and his mom, Dr. Estella Sneider, on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, commented on the potential end of daughter Farrah Aldjufrie‘s engagement to Alex Manos, and revealed she’s getting a new tattoo, Kyle, 54, opened up about her and Mauricio’s split.

“There’s certain things I’ll never be ready to say because it’s private. I’m not here to make anybody look bad or throw people under the bus,” Kyle explained on the November 4 episode of Two Ts in a Pod. “We’re a family no matter what. And I love Mo. I always will… We are a family. A very strong tight family. Whether we’re together or not, we’re always going to have that and I want to make sure we always do.”

“With that said, obviously there’s things that I was holding in that were hurting me and upsetting me,” she continued. “You know I’m not the best at my poker face. I think people know that about me. Some people pick up on that, other people are saying you’re just bitter and angry…”

In July, it was reported that Kyle and Mauricio had separated after 27 years of marriage. Months later, after denying rumors of divorce, the couple confirmed the report was true.

While Kyle has been linked to Morgan Wade, 28, and Mauricio has been linked to his Dancing With the Stars partner Emma Slater, 34, both parties have denied the alleged romances.

As RHOBH fans will recall, Kyle first faced rumors of a romance with Morgan earlier this year and fueled those reports by starring in a racy music video with Morgan months later — and getting matching tattoos with the country singer.

Kyle ultimately noted that she has matching tattoos with a lot of her friends, including Teddi, and on the podcast, she revealed she’ll soon have one more.

“I’m supposed to be getting one next week with my daughter Farrah,” she shared.

Also speaking of Farrah, Kyle said that she doesn’t feel comfortable addressing rumors that her engagement has been called off.

“I don’t know,” she replied when asked. “I don’t like to answer for other people… I’ll let her speak for herself.”

Reflecting on an episode of RHOBH earlier this month, which saw Kyle telling Estella about Mauricio’s tattoo (an art form that is often frowned upon in the Jewish community), Kyle attempted to explain why Mauricio was so upset.

“I think the mood was tense cause of the whole situation that came up on camera about the tabloids and this and that,” Kyle shared. “It wasn’t about being Jewish. He wouldn’t have done it (gotten a tattoo) if it was because of that… Then I was like well, they’re shooting their show. Is it something he wants to share on his show Buying Beverly Hills? I didn’t really know. I just never saw him react like that… I’m not really sure [why he reacted like that] but tensions were high.”

In addition to the negativity surrounding Mauricio’s tattoo, Kyle said he wasn’t happy that Estella mentioned the split rumors as cameras rolled.

“Mo was more mad than I was,” she admitted. “He was not happy… Mo was not in a good mood. He did not like that.”

As for her potential reconciliation with Lisa, 63, who said she had “empathy” for her amid her split from Mauricio, Kyle confirmed she’s open to making amends.

“You know how I am Teddi. I’m not like you… Teddi does hold a grudge. If she were to come up and say something nice and give me a hug or something, I’m the type that would just be like forgotten,” Kyle revealed, before noting that “it won’t happen” because “[Lisa]’s not that type.”

Also on the podcast, Teddi, 42, recalled how Kyle clapped back at Reza Farahan, 50, by reminding him his show, Shahs of Sunset, was canceled after he called her “overrated.”

“It just caught me in the moment and I said something rude back or something. Just stupid. I don’t like to engage in that stuff. But sometimes I have my moment, what can I say?” Kyle asked.
