  • Entain Launches Racing Bet Builder to Allow Fans to Make Horseracing Parlays

    [ad_1]

Gaming and betting giant Entain has unveiled a revolutionary new horseracing product that will change how fans of the sport interact with the sector. The new product will allow racing fans to create horseracing parlays exclusively on the operator’s Ladbrokes and Coral brands.

Entain Delivers an Exciting New Product

In its official announcement, Entain described its new “Racing Bet Builder” product as a “first-of-its-kind innovation.” The new product will be available to players of Ladbrokes and Coral in the UK and Ireland and will be accessible through their online sportsbooks, as well as at retail betting locations.

Entain elaborated that the Racing Bet Builder will allow users to combine multiple selections from the same event into a single wager. This will allow them to create a broader, personalized bet where they choose the outcomes they wish to bet on, rather than relying on pre-set accumulators.

Entain acknowledged that the release of this new product responds to the rapidly growing popularity of parlay products. The operator said that these types of bets have been increasingly popular among sports fans and are likely to appeal to horseracing enthusiasts too due to the simplicity, flexibility, personalization, and control they offer.

The gaming company teased that its Racing Bet Builder will sport a bespoke interface and will allow players to build personalized bets that combine markets such as win, place in various positions, and winning distance.

Horseracing parlays can reach odds of up to 100,000/1, potentially turning even small wagers into huge paydays.

Capturing the Beauty of Racing and Betting

Jamie Crossfield, Entain UK’s sportsbook director, commented on the launch of the new product, saying that it seeks to emphasize the beauty in the variety of outcomes.

The beauty of race day is the variety of outcomes – from underdog stories to photo finishes. Racing Bet Builder captures that excitement and gives customers more freedom to back their instincts. It’s a smarter, more satisfying way to bet on racing.

The new product is already available across Coral and Ladbrokes’ online sportsbooks, as well as at retail shops and via in-shop self-service betting terminals.

Entain concluded that players who wish to take their excitement even further can combine Racing Bet Builder selections with other sports markets through Bet Builder+.

  • Entain’s bwin Becomes Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL in Spain

    [ad_1]

Entain’s bwin brand has secured a major partnership agreement with the National Football League (NFL). Under this agreement, the popular sportsbook will become the Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL in Spain.

Bwin Joins the NFL as Its Ally in Spain

According to Entain’s announcement, this tie-up marks a “historic moment” for Spanish sports as the country prepares to host its first NFL game ever. The company added that it also reinforces bwin’s commitment to offering best-in-class sports betting experiences to its fans.

In addition to becoming the Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL in Spain, bwin will serve as the official sports betting partner for Super Bowl LX in Spain. As a result, it will work closely with the league to promote football in Spain and engage local fans.

To that end, bwin will launch a variety of exclusive activations, special promotions, and personalized content, bringing Spanish fans closer to the sport.

This is not bwin’s first agreement with the NFL, as the brand also serves as the league’s official sports betting partner in Germany and Austria. For Entain, this deal represents an opportunity to grow its presence in Spain, which has cemented itself as one of its key markets.

The First Game to Take Place in Spain Is Approaching

As mentioned, this year’s regular NFL season will mark the first time a game has been played in Spain. The match in question will see the Washington Commanders clash with the Miami Dolphins at Real Madrid’s iconic stadium, the Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid.

The game in question will take place on November 16, 2025, and will mark a historic moment for the NFL, bwin, and Spanish sports as a whole. Bwin will be present at the unprecedented event, which is set to be one of the “biggest sporting spectacles” in Spain’s sports calendar.

The partnership between the NFL and bwin comes shortly after the league formed a similar deal with Paddy Power in the UK and Ireland, ahead of the first game to take place on Irish soil.

An Exciting Milestone for Bwin and the NFL

Curry Sloan, Entain’s managing director for Canada, Iberia, and Latin America, commented on the matter, calling the partnership between bwin and the NFL an “exciting milestone” for the brand, especially considering the upcoming game.

As one of the world’s most exciting sports leagues, the NFL shares our passion for competition, entertainment, and fan engagement. Together, we will deliver unforgettable experiences and bring fans in Spain even closer to the action, always with a focus on safe and responsible gaming.

Brett Gosper, the NFL’s head of Europe and APAC, said that his team is similarly thrilled about the upcoming NFL game in Madrid. He thanked bwin for being its partner ahead of this historic moment.

We’re thrilled to be hosting our first-ever regular season NFL game in Madrid in November and are delighted to have bwin on board as a new partner in the market, helping to create unique and exciting experiences for our growing fan base in Spain.

  • Entain Reaches an Agreement with the CPS, Set to Pay £585M

Entain Reaches an Agreement with the CPS, Set to Pay £585M

    [ad_1]

On November 24, the gambling giant Entain announced that it has reached a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The agreement was also approved by Dame Victoria Sharp, president of the King’s Bench Division. The gambling company will proceed to seek final judicial approval from the Court on December 5.

The agreement in question relates to HMRC’s investigation into the company’s former business activity in Turkey. While Entain sold its Turkish assets in 2017, the bribery-related offenses of its legacy business continue to haunt the company.

Under the DPA, Entain agreed to pay a financial payment of £585 million ($737.5 million), to make a charitable donation of £20 million ($25 million) and to pay a £10 million ($12.5 million) contribution that covers the HMRC and the CPS’s costs. As per the terms of the deal, the gambling company will pay this money in installments over four years after the DPA secures approval from the Court.

The current settlement will add to Entain’s woes as the company struggles with investor distrust and shareholder disapproval.

Entain Is Committed to Following the Rules

Entrain highlighted its cooperativeness with the HMRC and the CPS and expressed its desire to continue working with the authorities in the future.

Barry Gibson, the company’s chairman, commented on the DPA, explaining:

This legacy matter concerns a business which was sold by a former management team six years ago. The Group has changed immeasurably since these events took place, and the DPA process has provided a reminder of the stark differences between the GVC of yesterday and the Entain of today.

    Barry Gibson, chair, Entain

Gibson added that his team is planning to only operate in regulated markets and remain a trusted business. Now a best-in-class responsible operator with high levels of corporate governance, Entain hopes to never repeat its past mistakes.

Entain added that it will release a further announcement after the hearing on December 5.

Earlier this month, Entain’s leadership increased its stake in the company. This move aimed to demonstrate the higher-ups’ trust in the company’s financial position despite the recent setbacks.

A few weeks ago, Entain published its Q3 results, highlighting a net gaming revenue increase of 7%.
