The high-speed life of Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has hit a major legal roadblock as the details of his bitter divorce from Keeta Hill spill into the public record. While the 31-year-old wide receiver is used to being the one in the spotlight, it was his estranged wife who faced the heat in the courtroom this month. As the legal battle between Tyreek Hill and Keeta Hill intensifies, a judge recently criticized Keeta for her “financial priorities,” specifically a luxury car purchase that was labeled both excessive and unnecessary.

According to US Weekly, the court ordered Tyreek to pay $5,500 per month in temporary support, a far cry from the nearly $38,000 Keeta had originally demanded. The ruling comes after a deep dive into the $714,000 Tyreek had already voluntarily provided to Keeta since their split in April 2025—money the judge feels was spent with very little regard for budgeting.
The courtroom tension centered on a $100,000 car allowance Tyreek provided Keeta to secure a vehicle for herself and their daughter, Capri. Instead of sticking to the generous budget, Keeta allegedly spent an additional $96,000 of the funds to purchase a $196,000 Bentley. The judge did not mince words when addressing the massive upgrade.
“The court finds the additional $96,000 to purchase a vehicle was excessive and unnecessary,” the judge noted in court documents.
The scolding didn’t stop at the luxury SUV. The court highlighted that Keeta used Tyreek’s “unconditional” funds to pay off a Tesla she already owned, invested $60,000 into a private account, and spent $37,000 on business ventures that currently generate zero income. By the time of the hearing, Keeta reportedly had only $19,217 left of the original three-quarters of a million dollars provided by the NFL star.
The legal battle over the short-lived marriage has become a public spectacle in a high-stakes divorce. Keeta’s request for nearly $40,000 a month included a laundry list of personal expenses that the judge found difficult to justify. According to the filings, Keeta requested $3,950 for monthly cosmetics and toiletries, $4,000 for monthly clothing purchases, $3,309 for monthly grooming, and $5,000 to pay her mother to watch the couple’s daughter.
The judge ultimately ruled that these “wants” were well above what is required to maintain a standard of living during a pending divorce. Despite the lower alimony award, Tyreek is still on the hook for approximately $20,000 per month to cover the rent and household expenses for the luxury Porsche Tower condo where Keeta currently resides with their daughter.
The fallout of this divorce has also been plagued by serious allegations. In September 2025, Keeta accused Tyreek of multiple incidents of domestic violence, claims that Tyreek’s legal team has adamantly denied, calling them nothing more than a “shake down.”
In response to allegations, the NFL stated, “We were informed that the police were called to Tyreek Hill’s home, and after conversations with Tyreek and members of his family, the police departed the residence without further incident, and the case was closed.”
While the NFL continues to look into the details surrounding the claims, Tyreek is focused on securing shared parenting time and recovering his own personal belongings.

The terms of Kandi Burruss’ prenup, which Todd finally signed minutes before the wedding, are now dictating the financial terms of the separation. The initial negotiation of the prenup was famously controversial, with Todd storming out of the wedding rehearsal over the legal document he deemed “some bullsh*t.”
The most contentious clauses involved Todd having to vacate Kandi’s home within 30 days if they split, and the stipulation that he would receive nothing if Kandi died during their marriage. Mama Joyce, Kandi’s outspoken mother, was a driving force behind the prenup, fearing Todd was “looking for a payday.”
Kandi has fiercely defended the purpose of the prenup over the years. She argued that women who are financially better off need to protect themselves. Her reasoning was rooted in watching other celebrity divorces play out publicly.

Christina Perri has filed for divorce from her husband, Paul Costabile, after seven years of marriage.
Perri, 39, submitted her filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, November 3, according to court documents obtained by USA Today.
The “A Thousand Years’ singer cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and requested that she and Costabile receive joint physical and legal custody of their daughters, Carmella, 7, and Pixie, 3. Perri also asked the judge to award spousal support as stated in her prenup with Costabile.
Shortly after they got married, Costabile gushed about Perri on social media.

“When I overheard my children talk about experiences in school, I was inspired to share my own story to make them and others aware of the issue of bullying and how to deal with it,” she later told The Nashville Edit. “So, I told my personal story of being bullied as a child because I was different. I was called a boy with knobby knees, made fun of for my unruly thick hair, and for my Middle Eastern culture. The moral of my story became a big success as I am invited to many schools to read to the children and let them know that it’s okay to be different because that’s what makes us special.”

Bryan Abasolo has filed a new motion in his ongoing divorce from Rachel Lindsay, requesting emergency spousal support.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Abasolo, 44, claimed that Lindsay, 39, is still using their marital finances and has not shared access. The docs also reveal that the exes are still living together amid their breakup.
Abasolo and Lindsay met on season 13 of The Bachelorette, getting married two years later in 2019. The couple were married for four years, relocating from Miami to Los Angeles together. Abasolo filed for divorce in January.
In his new court documents, Abasolo claimed living together is “awkward and strained” since they don’t communicate and “avoid” one another. According to the chiropractor, he wants to vacate the property but needs money in order to put a deposit down on a new residence.

“I want to move out of our Family Residence as soon as possible, but maintaining our standard of living is not financially feasible at this time,” he claimed in his motion. “I placed my career as a chiropractor on hold to move twice for Rachel’s career. These moves were detrimental to my chiropractic business, while Rachel’s income and success as a media personality skyrocketed.”
Lindsay worked as an attorney in Dallas when she went on The Bachelorette. Since the show wrapped, she put her legal practice on hold to pursue a career as a TV host and podcaster. Lindsay has also authored a memoir, Miss Me With That, and a fiction novel, Real Love.
Abasolo and Lindsay currently share a house in North Hollywood after previously renting a luxury condominium in the city.

According to Abasolo, his estranged wife has “been using” their community property funds to pay her divorce lawyer’s fees and a forensic account. He also alleged that Lindsay refuses to “give [him] access to any of [their] community property funds” to cover his personal expenses and legal bills.
Lindsay has not responded to any of Abasolo’s recent claims. Us has reached out for comment.
In addition to his request for spousal support, Abasolo is petitioning the judge to order Lindsay to pay $75,000 for his fees. According to Abasolo, he makes $1,300 per month and that amounts to less than his rent, dining and miscellaneous costs. A hearing is scheduled for July 10.
Abasolo further claimed that one of the “main contested issues” in their divorce is their shared L.A. home.
“Rachel is claiming that our Family Residence is her sole and separate property, even though I believe that the majority, if not all, of the $466,000 down payment on our Family Residence came from community property earned during our marriage,” Abasolo’s court docs read. “I require attorney’s fees and forensic accountant’s fees to compete with Rachel’s litigation team and secure my entitlement to one-half of our community property.”
“I didn’t think I would get emotional. … First off I just want to say thank you for people who reached out. I’m still trying to reply to people,” she said during an episode of her “Higher Learning” podcast. “You just never know how great your circle is until you see all the people that reach out and love you. Obviously it’s a difficult time, if you’ve read the headlines, and you’re probably wondering why I would even work. But to be honest with you I need to distract myself from myself and the best way to do that is to do something that I love and I love ‘Higher Learning.’”
Lindsay further noted that she was not ready to discuss the breakup in depth and was “trying to take it day by day.”
“That is a lie,” Bündchen, 43, told The New York Times in a Saturday, March 23 profile in which she was asked point-blank about the allegations that she had an affair with the jiu-jitsu trainer.
The supermodel said that many women who leave their marriages face such salacious speculation. “This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” Bündchen lamented. “They have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.”
She declined to say what actually caused her and Brady, 46, to split in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. “No one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship,” she said.

Since quickly finalizing their divorce more than one year ago, Bündchen has found herself falling in love again.

Kelly Clarkson may have secured the ranch, but she’s still trying to get what’s hers from her ex-husband. The superstar filed a new lawsuit against Brandon Blackstock and his father’s management company on March 11, Billboard reports, claiming they’ve been operating as unlicensed talent agents since Blackstock began managing Clarkson in 2007. That allegation itself isn’t new, since Clarkson previously won $2.6 million from Blackstock and Starstruck Entertainment in a similar ruling from a California labor commissioner last November, but Clarkson’s previous complaint only reached back to 2017, and she only won back payment from four deals during that time. (The commissioner rejected Clarkson’s claim over The Kelly Clarkson Show because Clarkson’s licensed agents at CAA were also involved.) Now, Clarkson is suing for all of the commissions and fees since 2007.
The new case will play out in Los Angeles court, not the labor commissioner’s office. That’s a key difference, since Blackstock is currently appealing the labor commissioner’s decision in court with a hearing in August. If a judge sides in favor of Clarkson in this new case before Blackstock’s appeal goes to trial, Blackstock would be left with little standing. And, of course, Clarkson would be getting another cool seven-figure check.

It’s no secret that Tyrese and his ex Samantha Lee have been battling over child support. His visit to The Talk also included some references to the exorbitant child support settlements many celebrities end up paying out following their divorces.
Tyrese even posted a clip from the show, with the following caption:

$300K is much higher than the $20K amount that court records show Lee has requested, however, there are definitely some celebrities who do end up paying huge amounts like this. The singer-songwriter took to her InstaStories to share an open letter to TMZ. In the lengthy post, she blasted the digital outlet for creating “salacious headlines” about her divorce from Iman Shumpert.
The digital publication posted an article reporting the 33-year-old asked the court to find her soon-to-be ex in contempt for failing to uphold his commitments until they officially divorced. The headline that pushed Tey over her limit read, “Teyana Taylor Iman’s Leaving Me, Kids In The Cold!!! Says He Cut House Utilities.”
Not TMZ acting like the dancer and her children were huddled by a fire like Tiny Tim to find warmth.
In a passionate post to IG, the “Gotta Love ME” singer highlighted her frustrations. She wanted to keep details of her divorce under wraps to protect “all parties.” Despite her best attempts, the world still knows her biznie.
The actress began the post, “Y’all really be taking it too far with these d*mn misleading headlines and I’m tired of it!”
She continued, “Every time I turn around it’s either half leaked and made up stories or words twisted up for clickbait.”
“I kindly asked y’all to mind y’all business. However, y’all still putting out f***kery.”
She added that she has been “graceful, cordial and protective of all parties involved but “sadly that energy has not been reciprocated at all.”
“I haven’t spoken to any blogs or anyone else for that matter!!!” she contended.
The “Thousand and One” actress’s pain was palpable as she continued, “My court documents aren’t clickbait to be used for your salacious headlines!!!”
“Y’all are taking info from my original court complaint (which, newsflash… has to be submitted giving your reason as to why you’re filing for divorce) as well as other court documents and creating stories,” she expressed.

The mom of two shared that if the outlet covers her divorce, they must tell the whole story. Teyana claims TMZ showcases information that is the juiciest and sellable to their messy viewership.
“If you mothaf**kas gone be in my business b%tch be in the whole thing, get accurate information and actually comprehend!”, she typed before adding, “I can’t stand y’all ass*s!!!!”
The R&B crooner clarified that Iman did cut their utilities when she and their daughters, Junie and Rue, still lived in the residence. However, the ex-NBA player’s act of stupidity didn’t affect them for very long.
The “Wake Up Love” singer wrote, “All my utilities was on same day and after that s**t was pulled. Me and My kids are never going to be sitting ducks.”
The multi-talented superstar noted she tried to the process private by filing the divorce docs under their initials. The public didn’t know about the split for nearly a year. She claimed Iman’s legal team put them on blast by filing a motion under their full names.
Experiencing a divorce can be an obviously difficult process. Doing so in the public eye adds an extra layer of pain, considering your tech-savvy child could access the messy details.
Tey seems like the type of mom who would never want her children to view their father negatively, even if he did something trifling like turn off the electricity in the home they lived in.

During her Wednesday, January 10, appearance on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast, Moakler, 48, revealed that she and Barker, also 48, were “working” on their relationship when she was sent text messages between him and Kardashian, 43, from an anonymous source.
“They were trying to meet up at her sister’s house to f–k,” Moakler said of the alleged exchanges, claiming that when she showed the texts to Barker he “deleted them.” She also claimed that she called Kardashian, who denied the affair and said, “I don’t like white guys.”

While opening up about pulling the plug on her romance with Barker, Moakler noted that she and the drummer “never recovered” from the drama with Kardashian, which contributed to their split.
Barker, for his part, has denied that anything physical happened between him and Kim — “We went to dinner, we went to lunch,” he wrote in his 2015 memoir, Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death, and Drums, Drums, Drums. Barker is now married to Kim’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian. The twosome wed in May 2022.

Moakler claimed that she and Barker were “working on things” in their relationship when someone “anonymously texted” her the rocker’s alleged conversations with Kim. “They were trying to meet up at her sister’s house to f–k,” she said. Moakler claimed the pair connected when Kim was shooting for Barker’s clothing brand.
“I wanted this relationship to work. I was so in love with him,” she said, claiming she showed Barker the messages and he “deleted” them. “[He] said, ‘I don’t see anything.’”
She also allegedly called Kim. “She just said to me, ‘I don’t like white guys,’” Moakler recalled. “I was like, ‘You’ll f–k anyone to be famous.’ … Travis and I never really recovered from that. I felt stupid.”
Moakler also claimed she “caught” Barker with Lindsay Lohan. “He was living the rockstar life,” she explained. “We always came back to each other.”
Despite their issues, Moakler shared that she wanted to make it work for the family. “I was so in love with him,” she said. “I wanted my children to see their mother and father in love.”
On the Kardashian Family
Moakler made headlines in 2021 when Alabama and Landon took to social media to share that Moakler wasn’t currently in their lives. While recalling their estrangement, Moakler said she felt like “parental alienation” began with Landon and Alabama when Barker started dating Kourtney.
“That shit was all getting played out in the press,” she explained, noting that the Kardashian family is a “media machine.”
“I just got f—king hammered. And bullied,” she continued. “And over my f–king kids. Who does that to someone with their own children? F–k you, that family.”
Moakler called the famous brood “disgusting,” noting that she would “never want to know them.”
“I’m tired of people shitting on me. I don’t have to like that f–king family,” she said. “I’m not afraid of them and I don’t like them. I removed myself. I took a step back.”

On Travis Barker’s Plane Crash
After Barker was involved in a September 2008 plane crash that killed four people and left him with third-degree burns on 65 percent of his body, Moakler claimed she was trying to connect the musician with his children when she discovered emails of Barker bashing her parenting style.
“We got his computer … We were hoping him seeing the kids would give him the strength to keep fighting,” she explained. “When I was setting up his computer … I looked in his email and I saw all the emails from the women. That didn’t bother me, but I saw all these comments in these emails about what a shitty mother I was. I couldn’t f–king believe that he was the one behind some of those comments. I went home and cried in my mother’s arms for hours.”
Moakler noted that “looking back now, I probably should’ve licked my wounds until he recovered.”
On Gerard Butler Rumors
Moakler shared that a misunderstanding between her and Barker over Moakler’s friendship with Gerard Butler also played a part in their divorce.
“I was going out, getting drunk. I was friends with Gerard Butler,” she said. “I saw him at the club and the paparazzi took pictures of us and made it seem like I was kissing him. I wasn’t. Travis saw it … and we never recovered.”
Moakler said that after the incident, Barker was “convinced” she had cheated on him but the pair ended up “living together” for the benefit of their kids. “We were coparents,” she explained. “We wanted to be there for our kids. Until like almost 2014.”
The twosome continued to share a home until Moakler met now-ex Brian Sollima. The duo got “serious” so she told Barker, “I can’t be living with you anymore.”
“I stopped talking to [Travis] around 2014,” she continued. “We started following each other right before [Kourtney]. We still coparent. My oldest daughter is 24. My son is 20 years old. He’s living with his girlfriend [Charli D’Amelio]. They’re all talented.”
On Why Her Marriage With Travis Barker Broke Down
“He didn’t want to be known as a couple or a reality star,” she said, referring to the exes MTV show, Meet the Barkers. “He wanted to be known as a musician. He was so punk rock. He put an end to it [the show]. I think for him, he was the star. When it became about us as a couple, I wanted to be a power couple, he didn’t want that.”

Moakler claimed that after she and Barker first separated, she and Paris Hilton had a verbal altercation at Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles. (Moakler alleged that Barker had an affair with Hilton during their marriage.)
“That was sort of the end of it all. He went to Paris,” she said. “At the time I guess he was talking to Kim too.”
Despite their problems, Moakler claimed she still helped Barker get sober after he had issues on tour. “It was like some Johnny Cash type shit,” she said. “Everyone wanted to be a rockstar. They needed him to go party and drink and meet bitches and feel cool. He had a family. We got back together and we were trying to heal over that.”

On Falling for Oscar De La Hoya
“We just looked into each other’s eyes and it was just, like, ding. That was it. We had quite a whirlwind there,” she said of her romance with Oscar La Hoya, whom she began dating in 1997. She noted that while the boxer “does drink a lot,” he’s also a “very fun” person.” (La Hoya eventually popped the question but the pair called off their engagement in 2000.)
“He loves to sing. He’s very social,” she said. “He was 25 when I met him. We were like babies.”
Moakler shared that she got pregnant with their daughter, Atiana, six months after meeting La Hoya, 50, and the twosome moved in together.
“We were madly in love,” she said. “I think our first date, like, I went to Big Bear and we took a private jet to Vegas. I remember people being like, ‘Champ, champ!’ I didn’t really know anything about the boxing world or him really. He’s very romantic. We just fell in love.”
On the Breakup With Oscar De La Hoya
Moakler claimed La Hoya did her “pretty dirty” with alleged infidelity after the birth of their daughter.
“[Atiana] was about 1 and a half, two years old. There were all these third parties,” she claimed. “He just lost his first fight. … I met him at Universal, and said, ‘Do you want this anymore?”
Moakler said that La Hoya told her they’d reset their romance after he got back from shooting Late Night With David Letterman. “It was everything I wanted to hear in that moment,” she added.
According to Moakler, La Hoya then attended the Latin Grammy Awards in Los Angeles with Mille Corretjer without giving her a heads-up.
“There he is holding hands with his now ex-wife. I just remember I lost my breath,” she recalled. “There was no backlash [publicly]. I didn’t stand a chance. The next day they had a lawyer come to the house and say, you and the baby need to move out. It just became just a shitshow whirlwind. He never called me again. He had his assistant [tell me we were done]. I really thought in that moment that my life was over.”
Moakler also claimed that she “quit everything” for La Hoya because he “did not want me working.”

Moakler recalled an alleged conversation about child support after her split from La Hoya.
“He said, I won’t see you or the baby until she’s 16 [if she sued him for palimony],” she claimed. “He got out of the car, I’ll never forget this, and he goes, I have more money than God. Don’t be too hard on me. And he left. I cried. I sued him for palimony, and I won. I really didn’t have a choice.”
She added, “He didn’t see the baby and I until she was about 16. She didn’t know her father growing up. They’ve made amends. He’s made amends with me. He’s apologized.”

Sophie Turner will celebrate Christmas with her and Joe Jonas‘ two daughters in the U.K.
Jonas, 34, sent their kids, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 15 months, overseas on December 17, and they are to remain with Turner, 27, until January 7, according to court documents obtained by People on Sunday, December 24.
While his daughters are in England, Jonas appeared to be in France. He posted an Instagram Story on Christmas Eve that showed him looking out at a building with a French flag.

Jessica Simpson made a major hair change to gain back confidence after her split from ex-husband Nick Lachey.
“I chopped it all off,” Simpson, 43, shared during a Tuesday, December 5, interview with Footwear News. “I was going through a divorce. I just wanted to wear something that was very me.”
The singer, who was taking a look back at some of her most iconic Y2K, revisited her short blonde bob and a purple dress from 2006, which she wore while promoting her album A Public Affair. She paired the ensemble with boots from her own shoewear brand.
“And then I wore a Jessica Simpson Collection boot,” she explained. “I just thought it was fun that you could fold them over, you know? Maybe that will come back one day, but it’s a little Renaissance or something.”

Simpson began dating Lachey in 1999 when she was 18 years old. After an off-and-on romance, they tied the knot in October 2002. Their marriage was then chronicled on MTV’s Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, which ran for three seasons from August 2003 to March 2005. Nine months after the series finale, Simpson filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
In her February 2020 memoir, Open Book, Simpson detailed her life with Lachey and how it felt for her relationship in exist in the public eye. “The thing about falling in love with someone in a boyband is that you’re not alone,” she wrote about her early days of dating 98 Degrees singer. “There are a lot of girls out there who had already complied all the details on Nick Lachey.”
Simpson also opened up about how her desire to portray her relationship with Lachey as “perfect” while in front of the cameras.

“I didn’t mind if I looked dumb, but I wanted people to see the fairy tale in Nick. In us,” Simpson explained. “I had the Instagram-girlfriend syndrome before it was a thing, and I wanted the world to see my husband in the best light because I was hopelessly in love with him.”
Simpson noted that after a while, filming Newlyweds became akin to playing a character. “We had become actors in our own lives, playing ourselves,” she continued. “Worse, we slowly started acting out our parts even when cameras weren’t rolling.”
By the time production picked up for season 3, Simpson said she was “sick of lying” about her marriage, adding that Lachey told the crew to “stop rolling” so often that the show’s final episode was nothing more than a montage of clips. “It was bizarre, and I never watched it,” she said. “We finished our run and fulfilled the contract.”

When asked in April 2022 if she would change anything about filming the reality series with her ex, Simpson said she had no regrets. “I mean, if anything, it was great TV. It was very real, and Nick and I actually had a lot of fun,” she added. “We got to do a lot of things we might not have done otherwise.”
After their divorce, Simpson moved on with Eric Johnson. The couple tied the knot in July 2014 and welcomed daughters Maxwell, and Birdie, in May 2012 and March 2019, respectively. Their son, Ace, arrived in June 2013. Lachey, for his part, wed Vanessa Lachey in July 2011 and the pair share three kids: Camden, 13, Brooklyn, 8, and Phoenix, 6.

Kroy Biermann’s attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom has filed a lien against him for alleged unpaid bills amid his divorce from estranged wife Kim Zolciak-Biermann.
In documents filed and obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, December 4, Bergstrom’s law firm of Stearns, Montgomery & Proctor filed a Consent Attorney’s Lien in the amount of $801.01 against “all recoverable property” of Biermann’s “upon any judgments and decrees recoverable” in his divorce against Zolciak-Biermann, 45. (Liens are legal tools used to protect the interests of creditors and other people who are owed money by property owners, according to Forbes.)
The filing states that the “unpaid amount of fees and services” include Biermann’s ongoing legal matters through November 15, “including any interest that may have accrued pursuant” to Biermann’s August 24 agreement with the firm.
According to the documents, interest on the lien will “continue accusing” at the rate of one and a half percent on “all months due” until Stearns, Montgomery & Proctor is “paid in full for legal services performed and expenses incurred” on behalf of Biermann “in the above-styled matter as provided by law and with the express written consent” of Biermann.

“No person shall be at liberty to satisfy any judgment or decree in this action until the lien of the Firm is satisfied,” the filing continues, noting that the lien “attaches to all recoverable assets” including but not limited to Biermann’s “money” and “personal or real property,” which includes his shared Georgia home with Zolciak-Biermann.
Both Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann, who tied the knot in 2011, filed for divorce in May but quickly reconciled that July. Biermann then filed for divorce a second time in August, stating that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” The exes have since been caught up in a messy legal battle.
In his August filing, Biermann asked for full legal and physical custody of their minor children — Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 – as well as exclusive access to their Georgia residence, which he put on the market days later. (Biermann also adopted Zolciak-Biermann’s two eldest daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22.)

Biermann stated that the sale of the house would hopefully provide “enough income to secure their own individual residences, thus taking the children out of the toxic environment.”
Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann’s home was set to go into foreclosure on November 7, however, according to October documents obtained by Us, both Biermann and Zolciak-Bieramnn wrote affidavits at the time outlining ways in which the foreclosure would be “devastating” to their family. In their filings, they noted that their home is currently on the market for $6 million.

The estranged couple have also been facing various other financial woes. Last month, Biermann was sued by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, according to documents obtained by Us at the time. Chase claimed that the former NFL star is $13,071.88 in credit card debt, sharing various account statements dated as far back as November 2022. (Zolciak-Biermann, for her part, was sued by a debt collection company for $156,000 after she allegedly stopped making payments on her HSBC/Saks credit card.)

Chase’s lawsuit came just one month after Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann were ordered to pay nearly $230,000 to Simmons Banks after receiving a final default order. The suit was initially filed in July and involved a home equity line of credit, which theReal Housewives of Atlanta alums defaulted on. Mai noted the “Leave You Alone” rapper’s alleged infidelity may violate their prenuptial agreement, which will literally cost him if the accusations are true.
The mom of one’s attorney asked the court to enforce the infidelity clause within the prenup, which states if “either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party,” then it will “result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party.”
This also counts for “forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, FaceTiming, social media and/or direct messages,” the publication reports.

The Grammy nominee submitted documents to dissolve his marriage in September after only two years of marriage.
A source reportedly close to the battling couple told Entertainment Tonight the pair’s conflict stemmed from a difference in “certain family values and expectations.”
“They had different views, and each felt like their needs weren’t being completely met,” the insider shared.
Jeezy and Jeannie continued cohabitating when the entertainer filed for divorce because she allegedly hoped for reconciliation. The source told Page Six the divorce “devastated” Jeannie, who wanted nothing more than to have “her family unit back.”
“The truth is Jeannie wants her marriage to work and wants her family to be one solid unit,” the source claimed. “She is devastated that Jeezy filed for divorce.”
The “Me OK” rapper released a statement clarifying his divorce decision. He said it “was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart.”
He also added, “Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains, and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart.”
Jeezy also called their baby girl Monaco the “best gift” from his union. However, he accused his soon-to-be ex-wife of acting as a “gatekeeper” for their daughter.
“I am committed to assuring she feels the love and stability she deserves,” he claimed.
Mai shared similar sentiments when she appeared on Sherri in October — referring to their baby girl as her “North Star” that’s helping her navigate this difficult time in her life.

Teyana’s divorce making headlines shocked her as much as fans who rooted for her relationship with Iman. The multitalented mogul isn’t happy that the details of her marriage became public.
In addition to the end of her marriage, Teyana said it’s “very heartbreaking” that someone shared it with the world. Page Six reports Teyana responded with a message to fans about the split. “Everyone claiming ‘Teyana said’ didn’t get any statements directly from ME,” she claimed.
As BOSSIP previously reported, Teyana announced her separation from Iman in September. She kept the tone amicable and united with her ex-baller “bestie,” initially denying infidelity rumors. Although she put on a brave face for their family, the leaked court documents alleged “mentally and emotionally abusive” behavior.
TMZ first covered the details of her filing with accusations of Iman “treating her cruelly and displaying extreme narcissistic behavior throughout the majority of their marriage.” The estranged couple shares two daughters, Junie, 7, and Rue,3, from their seven years of marriage.

Teyana Taylor Speaks Out About “Leaked” Divorce Filing: “It Is Very Heartbreaking”

Teyana Taylor took to social media to address the divorce drama for the first time. The creative director posted a statement on Instagram Stories on Friday. She asked for empathy and privacy for the sake of her children.
“I mind my business, don’t bother nobody & y’all know I’ve never played about my children, family & our privacy. I have not spoken on this private matter to any media outlets or blogs etc.,” Teyana wrote.
“So everyone claiming ‘Teyana said’ didn’t get any statements directly from ME. These statements were taken from private court documents that were leaked to the public. It is very heartbreaking that someone would take out the time to make such a private matter public for the world to see,” she continued.
Despite the wave of public support in the aftermath, the 33-year-old emphasized that protecting her children is her biggest priority. She requested the public consider Junie and Rue during this difficult time.
“Please, if y’all love y’all play nieces Junie and Rue like ‘y’all have shown, please please allow myself and my family some privacy to resolve this matter in peace. Love y’all,”she concluded.

Teyana reportedly began divorce proceedings in 2021 but tried to salvage the relationship. Following the failed attempt to reconcile, she secretly filed for divorce in January 2023. The choreographer concealed their identities by only using the couple’s initials on the paperwork.

Despite all the drama, it seemed like they worked out their differences when they called off their divorce in July. However, their reconciliation was short-lived. Kroy filed for divorce again in August, seeing full custody of their children, alimony, child support and exclusive use of their Atlanta-area home.
