  • Keith Urban has awkward moment with fan named Nicole at Nashville concert

    [ad_1]

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Keith Urban narrowly avoided an awkward situation during an interaction with a fan at his latest concert.

In a fan-recorded video shared on TikTok, the 57-year-old country star can be heard having a conversation with a fan during his concert at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on Friday, Oct.17, as part of his “High and Alive” tour.

“I’m not going to like your name?” Urban can be heard asking the fan. She then responded, “It’s Nicole.”

After hearing her name, the crowd laughed, as Urban fell backward and lay on the stage for a few seconds. He then got up and sidestepped the apparent reference to Nicole Kidman by asking the fan, “Did you say Nicole Richie?”

Urban then moved on and jumped into the crowd to help the fan announce her pregnancy after hearing that she and her sister had traveled from Greenville, South Carolina, where he had canceled a show at the last minute, to attend his Nashville concert.

The video then panned to the jumbotron, which showed the fan standing next to Urban with a gray onesie which read, “Smallest Keith Urban fan” on the front.

The funny fan moment came one day after Urban canceled his Oct. 16 show in South Carolina due to a mild illness.

“Keith Urban has been advised by his longtime laryngologist Dr. Gaelyn Garrett, from the Vanderbilt Voice Center, to cancel his performance in Greenville, SC tonight at Bon Secours Wellness Arena due to laryngitis which began earlier this week,” a statement on the venue’s website read. “He has been placed on complete vocal rest and Dr. Garrett is optimistic that he will be back onstage for his Nashville show.”

The potentially awkward encounter comes weeks after Kidman filed for divorce from Urban on Sept. 30.

In the divorce filings, Kidman cited “irreconcilable differences” and ongoing “marital difficulties” as the reason for their split.

Kidman and Urban first met in 2005 at an event in Australia and were married a year later in June 2006. During their marriage, they welcomed two daughters: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. They were last seen together in public at a FIFA Club World Cup match in Nashville in June 2025.

Prior to her filing for divorce, Kidman seemingly hinted at a split between her and Urban during an interview with Vogue, which was published on Oct. 8.

“How many times do you have to be taught that you think you know where your life is going and then it isn’t going in that direction?” she said when asked about life in her 50s.

  • Kim Kardashian Explains What It’s Like To Co-Parent With Kanye West: “It’s Not Easy”

    [ad_1]

“I welcome a great healthy relationship with my kids and their dad, and I think he knows that, I push for it all the time,” she said. But just because she welcomes it doesn’t mean that it necessarily happens. “It’s not easy.”

Kardashian’s kids see West “whenever he’ll call for them and ask,” she said, though “it’s probably been a couple months since we’ve heard from him.”

Though Kardashian’s chauffeured black car has a high road-only route programmed in when it comes to navigating her relationship with West, both public and private, that doesn’t mean she’s unbothered by some of the things said about her.

“The one thing that just gets me is that there’s this narrative that, like, I keep the kids away from him,” she said. “I’ve never once done that. Like, there’s been so many times where I’ve been like, ‘Oh, I just wanna show all of these texts. What are you talking about?’”

Headlines often take her by surprise, she said. “I think it’s all good and we’re living our life and then I just wake up and there’s all these tweets about how I’ve kidnapped the kids and I’m like, it’s not a kidnapping, it’s a divorce.”

There wasn’t one specific thing that made her reach a breaking point and end the marriage, but consistently “not feeling safe” with West.

And even though she hasn’t publicly rebutted West’s claims about her parenting doesn’t mean she hasn’t been tempted. Kardashian revealed that she lives and dies by writing emails and tweets that she’ll never send.

“There has been so many times where I’ve written a draft and been like, ‘I’m gonna go,’ and then I’m just like, what’s the point? You know, what is the point? Am I gonna go back and forth? My kids are gonna see this.”

  • Angelina Jolie Hasn’t Returned to Winery Since Brad Pitt Divorce

    [ad_1]

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce continues to be acrimonious. In new court documents related to the former couple’s ongoing legal battle over their winery, Château Miraval, Jolie writes that she and their children haven’t been to the property since the pair’s separation, citing “painful events” as the reason.

In new court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on October 6 and obtained by People, Jolie says that she left her ex-husband “control (and full residency) of our family homes in Los Angeles and at Miraval, without compensation, which I hoped would make him calmer in his dealings with me after a difficult and traumatic period.”

Jolie maintains that she and her six kids with Pitt—Maddox, 24; Pax, 21; Zahara, 20; Shiloh, 19; and twins Vivienne and Knox, 17—have not returned to the property. “To this day, the children and I have never again set foot on the property, given its connection to the painful events leading to the divorce,” Jolie writes in her statement.

Jolie and Pitt met on the set of the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. They were together for 12 years and separated in 2016 after two years of marriage. In December 2024, they finalized their lengthy divorce. However, their legal battle over Château Miraval, which they co-owned, is still not over. Jolie sold her stake in the French winery to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group, in 2021. In February 2022, Pitt filed a lawsuit alleging that Jolie’s sale infringed upon a prior agreement that neither would sell unless the other person approved. Jolie responded with a countersuit in September 2022, alleging that Pitt had been “waging a vindictive war against” her since their divorce.

In the most recent court filing, Jolie goes on to detail her process of trying to find a new home for her family after leaving Pitt. “Post-separation, I immediately began to look for a new house for me and our children, initially renting a home while looking for a more stable solution,” she writes. “Because I wanted to ensure that Brad remained an important part of our children’s lives, I looked to buy a property near his home. At the time, my savings were tied up in Miraval, and I had not asked Brad for alimony or any other financial support.”

A source close to the matter shared: “This is a commercial dispute that has nothing to do with the divorce proceedings. This filing is one side trying to conflate the two and justify the sale of Miraval.”

“It was a focal point of our family life,” Jolie writes in the October 6 filing. “We were married there, I spent part of my pregnancy there and I brought our twin children home there from the hospital. To have such a sudden break from my home and memories has been hard, and it was especially difficult for the children to have their lives so disrupted.”

Vanity Fair has reached out to Jolie and Pitt for comment.

  • Denise Richards felt ‘shameful’ after leaked nudes, says daughter couldn’t attend church

    [ad_1]

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

LOS ANGELES — Denise Richards continues to relive painful moments from her past.

On Wednesday, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, who was granted a temporary restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers July 17 amid their ongoing divorce, said her ex’s alleged effort to destroy her reputation not only left her feeling ashamed and “embarrassed” but also affected her children.

According to Richards, weeks after Phypers filed for divorce from the reality TV star, the 53-year-old allegedly leaked nude photos of his estranged wife.

“It’s been difficult for my daughters, especially with the naked photos,” Richards, who shares two daughters with ex Charlie Sheen, and one daughter with Phypers, told the judge during Wednesday’s court proceedings. “I’m so embarrassed and shameful as a mom. [My daughter] couldn’t go to church.”

In July, Richards petitioned the court, claiming Phypers stole her computer and “disseminated private information, including nude photographs” to various news outlets. Judge Nicole Bershon ordered that Phypers return the device within 48 hours.

On July 29, the judge forbade Phypers from distributing any “private” or “sensitive information” or any photos of a sexual nature that he may have downloaded from her phone or computer.

“Aaron stole my laptop and sent private text messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened that I would ‘disappear’ if I called the police,” Richards wrote in her petition for a temporary restraining order.

In a statement to People magazine, Phypers denied Richards’ allegations: “I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones. These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.”

During Wednesday’s hearing, Richards’ attorney, Brett Berman, put Phypers in the hot seat.

“How did you obtain [those photos],” he asked.

“I took pictures with my phone of her phone,” Phypers said. “This was stuff she was hiding from me. I didn’t think it was private. … My wife was cheating on me.”

When Berman asked Phypers if he thought disseminating this private material would have been “in violation” of Richards’ privacy, he responded, “No absolutely not. She was already sharing with someone.”

After Berman asked Phypers how he would feel if the roles were reversed, sensitive photos were released of him, he replied, “If I put it out there, I put it out there.”

DENISE RICHARDS ADMITS NASTY SPLIT IS HEARTBREAKING: ‘NEVER THOUGHT I’D GET DIVORCED AGAIN’

Phypers filed for divorce from Richards July 7. He cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from the “Real Housewives” star.

A judge granted Richards’ request for a temporary restraining order against Phypers amid their ongoing divorce on July 17.

“Throughout our relationship Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages,” Richards claimed in the documents, filed July 16.

“Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help – none of which ever happened. Aaron has caused me at least three concussions.

“Until now, I have been afraid to report Aaron to the police or file for a restraining order because he has repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police, among his other threats of harm to me and himself if he is reported for his abuse to anyone,” Richards continued.

Phypers denied all allegations of mental or physical abuse in a statement at the time.

“I want to address recent rumors and speculation that have surfaced regarding my relationship with my wife, Denise Richards,” he told People. “Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise – or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful. Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue. I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect.”

In court on Wednesday, Phypers again denied all physical abuse allegations. When asked by his attorney if he ever threatened to kill Richards, he said, “No, never.” He later added, “I don’t abuse my wife, no.”

Phypers also testified that Richards’ black eye was self-inflicted. “She said she fell, hit a pole,” Phypers said, adding that Richards had been drinking tequila.

Phypers additionally testified that Richards called him 17 times in less than a week after she was granted the temporary restraining order.

For her part, Richards acknowledged she “called five times because this was after I had seen and heard … the pictures … and hearing about the things he was saying about me in the press I was just so … finding this in itself is so scary for me,” she said, while crying on the stand.

During Monday’s proceedings, Richards described multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse as she detailed terrifying incidents that left the mother of three fearful for her life.

At one point during the hearing, Richards pleaded for a tissue and began crying while recalling a particularly abusive event in May. Richards claimed Phypers got “very volatile” with her at the Four Seasons hotel just hours after the reality TV star had undergone multiple cosmetic surgeries – including a face-lift.

Phypers allegedly tried to search through Richards’ devices while she was sleeping. He allegedly hit her face and damaged a drain in the process.

“That is when I really, really knew that our marriage was over because there’s been physical abuse, but it kept getting worse and worse,” Richards testified. “But the fact that he did that to me five hours after coming out of a seven-hour surgery … made me feel a lot of things. Scared and vulnerable. I couldn’t walk by myself.

“And the person I looked to as my husband to protect me wasn’t anymore. That’s when I really, really knew there wasn’t going back. To do that to your wife coming out of surgery?

    Denise Richards, Aaron Phypers

“I felt broken and defeated and so alone and just so vulnerable because I just had an extensive surgery. Him knowing the body and wellness and working on people … and to do that to your wife?”

On Tuesday, Richards took the stand again to detail Phypers’ alleged “manic” behavior throughout their relationship.

In response to the alleged leaked photos that were released of her by Phypers, Richards sent him a video — a part of which was played in court — referring to Phypers as a “narcissist” and detailing multiple instances of alleged physical abuse.

“You were the last person I thought would do that to me,” Richards told Phypers via video recording that was presented in court. “I don’t know why I’m having a hard time with this. Things were bad with Charlie and I, but he never hit below the belt.

“I told my dad, I just don’t know why I believed you and I loved you, and I really thought you were my soulmate,” she continued. “I never in a million years thought we were getting divorced.”

Richards denied any infidelity but accused Phypers of stepping out on their marriage.

“You can claim I cheated, but I didn’t,” she said. “You did do stuff. And I don’t care how long ago it was. The fights were so f—ing bad, especially after your family moved [into their shared home]. I tried my best to not have it be as bad as it was. I tried my hardest. I just could not do that s—show anymore.”

“Aside from hitting me as much as you did and filing a police report … claiming that I hit you in the chest three times and scratched your eye. Like, come on,” she continued. “Low blow. And I get you’re upset that I filed the restraining order, but you hit me one too many f—ing times. Each time was getting worse and worse it was. You were manic,” she alleged.

“You were the one person that I always thought I could trust and that would protect me, and you were the f—ing opposite,” she added. “I think I’m having such a hard time because I was married to someone I never f—ing knew.”

In court documents filed Sept. 29 and obtained by Fox News Digital, Phypers’ lawyers named Richards’ ex, Charlie Sheen, and “RHOBH” alum Brandi Glanville as witnesses.

In the filing, Phypers’ attorneys stated that Sheen could testify regarding “Denise’s history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”

Richards and Sheen tied the knot in 2002 and were married for just under three years before Richards filed for divorce in March 2005, when she was pregnant with their second daughter, Lola. They welcomed their first daughter, Sami, one year prior.

  • Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez ‘Not Getting Back Together BUT…’ – Perez Hilton

    [ad_1]

Sorry, y’all! Whatever hopes you might have been harboring about Bennifer 2.0 (er, 3.0?) should be officially dashed, because it is off the menu. But don’t go thinking the show is over just yet! While technically they’re dunzo in the romance department, these two Hollywood heavyweights are serving up some seriously friendly vibes that have tongues wagging!

So, wait, let’s go back a bit: the whole world knows that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their early 2000s magic by tying the knot in 2022. It was glam, glossy, and giving true love part deux. But fast forward to August of last year when the Waiting For Tonight singer filed for divorce, officially moving to forever close the chapter on their love. Sad face, right? Well, maybe not so fast…

Related: Jennifer Lopez Complains She Isn’t Taken Seriously As An Actress!

Just when we thought it was all courtroom drama and icy silences, the two turned up *together* on the red carpet for the Monday night premiere of J.Lo’s new film Kiss of the Spider Woman! And guys, they looked friendly AF! Like, really friendly. We’re talking shared laughs, cozy smiles, and red carpet posing like it’s 2002 again.

But don’t go planning a reunion tour yet! A source spoke to Us Weekly about the pair’s shocking red carpet closeness this week, and slammed the door HARD on any reconciliation possibilities:

“They are not getting back together but are in a great place and are able to communicate better and have a friendship.”

Hmmm… That “but” is doing a lot of heavy lifting! LOLz!!

TBH, tho, it’s giving amicable exes with history and not passionate rekindling. Which makes sense, because apparently getting to this chill zone wasn’t exactly easy-breezy. The source added:

“It took a lot of time for them to get to this place.”

Welp, sounds like through all the divorce difficulties of the recent past, at least now the vibes are good enough for Ben to show up at Jenny’s big night!

So why was Mr. Batman there, anyways? Nostalgia? A cryptic message to the world? Nope! Another source added:

“There is nothing going on between them. He went because he’s a producer.”

Duh! That’s right! Ben’s company Artist’s Equity (co-founded with his bestie Matt Damon, obvi), produced the film. So technically it was a work thing, as you might say. But that didn’t stop social media from losing their minds over seeing the exes share a laugh.

And they were so sweet, so respectful, and juuust close enough on that red carpet to keep us all on the edge of our seats. Sooo, y’all better stay tuned! Because with these two, you just never know…

I couldn’t walk by myself.”

DENISE RICHARDS’ EX CHARLIE SHEEN, BRANDI GLANVILLE TO TESTIFY IN DIVORCE DRAMA: WHAT DO THEY KNOW

Richards continued, “And the person I looked to as my husband to protect me, wasn’t anymore. That’s when I really, really knew there wasn’t going back. To do that to your wife coming out of surgery?”

“I felt broken and defeated and so alone and just so vulnerable because I just had an extensive surgery. Him knowing the body and wellness and working on people … and to do that to your wife?”

The “Wild Things” star recalled another incident of abuse earlier in the year.

“[Aaron] started to argue with me when I brought up asking him when his parents and family were going to move out of the house,” Richards said of Phypers, whose family moved into their shared home months prior. “I was told every month that they were leaving. When I started to bring it up, he got very angry with me and volatile. He got very close to me and I had just recovered from a full face lift and I still had stitches by my ears.”

Richards described one instance in which Phypers allegedly grabbed her by her arms while she was recovering from her surgeries.

“He would yell and call me names. Once he found out I was texting another man, he would flip it and call me a cheating w—- and a c— and a lying b—- and he would make it about that. And then he would calm down, and we would be in separate rooms, and he would come back at me and start arguing again.”

“He grabbed my arms,” she claimed. “I was three weeks out of a breast augmentation, lipo and the face lift. I was feeling extremely vulnerable and in pain. I asked him to please stay at the other house with his family. I needed to rest and heal and couldn’t have him around me like that.”

After describing her 5-foot, four-inch small stature in comparison to Phypers’ six-foot frame, Richards remembered feeling her body feeling “extra sensitive” to pain following a grueling surgical process.

“The first surgery was 7.5 hours, a very complicated one. The other was 6 hours. I was in so much pain as it was, and he knew that … and for him to grab me and be so forceful, it caused a lot of pain for me,” she claimed.

Recalling an incident from April, Richards said she woke up to Phypers allegedly squeezing her head.

DENISE RICHARDS ADMITS NASTY SPLIT IS HEARTBREAKING: ‘NEVER THOUGHT I’D GET DIVORCED AGAIN’

“In April, we had gotten back from a work trip. We were lying on the couch, and he wanted to watch a show and stream it from my phone, so we were watching a TV show and I fell asleep on the couch,” she recalled. “I woke up to him squeezing my head with his hands. My heart started beating so fast. He said, ‘You f—ing b—-, I just saw you’ve been talking to Rudy.’ I was shocked because my phone was opened to stream, he was able to get in and see my messages.”

“I thought I had deleted them, but I hadn’t,” she said. “He started to get louder, and I told him to be quiet and that the girls are sleeping upstairs,” she added.

Richards said the alleged altercations made her feel extremely “vulnerable and scared.”

“It made me feel sad. It made me feel intimated by him – he’s very big. Just very vulnerable.”

Phypers filed for divorce from Richards on July 7. He cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from the “Real Housewives” star.

A judge granted Richards’ request for a temporary restraining order against Phypers amid their ongoing divorce on July 17.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages,” Richards claimed in the documents, filed on July 16.

“Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help – none of which ever happened. Aaron has caused me at least three concussions.”

“Until now, I have been afraid to report Aaron to the police or file for a restraining order because he has repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police, among his other threats of harm to me and himself if he is reported for his abuse to anyone,” Richards continued.

Additionally, said Richards, Phypers “threatened that I would ‘disappear’ if I called the police.”

In court documents filed on Sept. 29 and obtained by Fox News Digital, Phypers’ lawyers named Richards’ ex Charlie Sheen and “RHOBH” alum Brandi Glanville as witnesses.

In the filing, Phypers’ attorneys stated that Sheen could testify regarding “Denise’s history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”

On Sept. 30, Richards responded to Phypers’ witness list by filing an objection that was obtained by Fox News Digital.

“This person is not a percipient witness to abuse committed by Petitioner against Respondent,” the document said of Sheen and Glanville, as well as other named witnesses, including Richards’ father Irv Richards.

Phypers’ witness list stated that Irv’s testimony would include “communications from Denise regarding the case and her plans to violate court orders restricting disposal of assets.”

The witness list also named Richards herself, who would be asked to address “all of the false allegations being made against Aaron as well as her violations of court orders, her lack of fear of Aaron including phone calls and messages and video sent, her unreliability as a witness, and her violence against Aaron.”

Denise Richards’ estranged husband Aaron Phypers is attempting to drag Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville into his acrimonious divorce battle with the “Wild Things” star.

Phypers’ lawyers named Sheen and Glanville as witnesses in court documents that were obtained by Fox News Digital. The documents were filed on Sept. 29 ahead of the hearings scheduled for Oct. 6 to Oct. 8.

In the filing, Phypers’ attorneys stated that Sheen, who was previously married to Richards, and Glanville, who co-starred with her on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” could testify regarding “Denise’s history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”

Phypers, 53, filed for divorce from Richards, 54, in June after seven years of marriage. In July, Richards was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers, after accusing him of domestic violence.

That same month, Phypers accused Richards of having an addiction to Vicodin in a letter to friends and family that was obtained by Page Six. He has also claimed that she cheated on him with another man and alleged that she physically abused him.

Both Richards and Phypers have denied each other’s allegations.

In addition, the witness list included Phypers himself and three of his family members who would speak to “all of Denise’s allegations, as well as her [alleged] violations of court orders, her lack of fear, phone calls, messages, video she sent, violence by her, breaking Aaron’s phone, trespassing in family members’ rooms, Denise’s drug and alcohol use.”

Fox News Digital has reached out to representatives for Richards, Phypers, Sheen and Glanville for comment.

Family law attorney Patrick Baghdaserians of Baghdaserians Law Group criticized Phypers for calling Sheen and Glanville to testify, telling Fox News Digital that the “witness testimony scope is not only irrelevant but seemingly geared towards intimidating and embarrassing Ms. Richards.”

“The scope of testimony proffered for Mr. Sheen and Ms. Glanville is largely irrelevant as to whether abuse occurred between the parties,” the legal expert said.

Baghdaserians told Fox News Digital that he found the “inflammatory and derogatory statements” about Richards in the witness list to be “highly unusual.” He went on to say that it was unlikely that Sheen and Glanville would be allowed to take the stand.

“In a domestic violence setting, abuse is based on admissible evidence,” he said. “Character or historical tendencies generally carry very little weight. For example, whether a victim allegedly had a past problem with drugs or alcohol is largely irrelevant when it comes to whether abuse occurred.”

Baghdaserians added, “There is a strong public policy to exclude irrelevant and embarrassing testimony in court. This is even more important when the offered irrelevant testimony is being proffered to seemingly embarrass and or intimidate a purported victim of domestic violence.”

“Given this strong public policy, I cannot imagine the judicial officer in this matter allowing either Mr. Sheen or Ms. Glanville to testify against Ms. Richards.”

Sheen and Richards were married from 2002 to 2006 and share daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20. In 2005, Richards filed for divorce, citing Sheen’s drug addiction as a contributing factor in the breakdown of their marriage.

The “Two and a Half Men” star has been open about his own past struggles with alcoholism and substance abuse, and he has been sober since 2017. Sheen has never publicly accused Richards of drug use.

For several years, the two battled in court over child custody and financial support. However, they have since developed an amicable relationship. In a 2023 interview with People, Sheen told the outlet that he and Richards are “absolutely friendly.”

“We went through so much s— together that I don’t think either one of us has any energy left to be divisive,” he said. “The only thing that matters is the kids. We knew we had to park our nonsense and focus on the children, because they had nothing to do with any of our crud.”

“Even in the hottest portions of depths of the inferno, we were still able to maintain a perspective that yes, the children need to come first,” Sheen added. “Now we’re super friendly, and we’re actually able to process so much of it through humor these days.”

In April, Sheen made an appearance on Richards’ reality show, “Denise Richards & her Wild Things.” During the episode, the former couple had dinner with Lola and discussed their relationship.

“The one thing I will say about you and I going through the difficulty we did with our divorce, you knew I always had your back, at the end of the day,” Richards told Sheen, according to InStyle.

“I appreciate that,” Sheen replied. “If you didn’t, then we wouldn’t be able to have more moments like this.”

Last month, Richards attended the premiere of Sheen’s Netflix documentary, “aka Charlie Sheen.” While on the red carpet, the two hugged and posed together for photos.

Meanwhile, Glanville and Richards’ relationship has been rocky and fraught with tension in recent years. The two formerly co-starred on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” but Richards left the show in 2020 after Glanville claimed that they had an affair while the “Starship Troopers” actress was married to Phypers.

During a 2020 episode of the show, Glanville claimed that Phypers was “OK” with their alleged affair and that she “knew” that the former couple “have an understanding.”

“Like, she could be with girls if she wanted to. And as long as, you know, it wasn’t with a guy,” Glanville said.

A source also spoke to the outlet, shedding some light on why Phypers wanted Glanville to take the witness stand amid his divorce from Richards.

“In [an] effort to not allow this [divorce] case to be a Brandi 2.0, Glanville is being called to testify on Richards’s credibility and manipulative moves,” the insider said.

“Denise did [Glanville] dirty,” the source added. “Aaron Phypers’ witness list includes people who can deny Denise Richards credibility on telling the truth.”

Legal experts said that it is unlikely Sheen or Glanville will be allowed to testify.  (Gregg DeGuire)

However, family law attorney Holly Davis of the firm Kirker Davis agreed with Baghdaserians’ assertion that it was unlikely Glanville and Sheen would be allowed to provide witness testimony during the hearings.

The legal expert said, “The only way this testimony actually gets in to the record over a relevancy objection is if the attorney can somehow show that Denise Richards has a modus operandi when she divorces people, otherwise dragging a person into court to testify that a person lied or did drugs ten years ago is a waste of the court’s time and could be achieved by the testimony of Denise and her husband.”

“This is a messy, ugly, high conflict case that will eat up all of the parties’ resources,” Davis added. “Denise and her husband need to settle the case, move on with their lives, and forget they ever met if they know what’s good for them. If they continue at this rate, both sides will lose ultimately at a final hearing.”

Nicole Kidman put on a brave face Saturday, just days after she filed for divorce from Keith Urban.

The Oscar-winning actress was on hand to present Taylor Sheridan with the Award of Inspiration at the amfAR Dallas Gala.

Kidman, 58, rocked a long black gown for her first public appearance following the end of her 19-year marriage with Urban, 57.

Days before Kidman filed for divorce from Urban, Maggie Baugh — a 25-year-old country star who is currently on tour with Urban and his band — posted an eyebrow-raising video from a recent show that left fans questioning the nature of her relationship with the country star.

“When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie, I’ll be your guitar player,” Urban sang onstage — replacing the original line, “When they’re tryna get to you, baby, I’ll be the fighter.”

She wrote in her caption, “Did he just say that,” accompanied by the eyes emoji.

However, according to People, Urban often ad-libs when performing the song live. For example, while singing “The Fighter” with Carrie Underwood at the 2017 CMT Music Awards, he interjected, “Carrie Underwood, I’m gonna be your fighter!”

While an insider confirmed to Fox News Digital that there have been whispers of another woman, TMZ was first to report that the country star may already be involved with someone else, with a source close to Kidman saying, “All the signs point to the fact Keith is with another woman. Let’s just say Nicole doesn’t dispute that, but she’s still shocked over it.”

  • Keith Urban Gushed Over Nicole Kidman In Emotional Speech Last Year – Admitting He Nearly ‘Blew’ Up Marriage! – Perez Hilton

    [ad_1]

How did Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman get here?

As the world continues to come to grips with the news that the Aussie sweethearts are divorcing after 19 years of marriage, we’re winding things back to simpler times… But we didn’t really have to do much rewinding at all.

Just last year, the Blue Ain’t Your Color singer positively gushed over his wife during an emotionally candid speech. While taking the stage to present Nicole with the 49th American Film Awards Life Achievement Award in July 2024, he spotlighted her strength of character while detailing his past issues with substance abuse:

“My addictions … that I’d done really nothing about, blew our marriage to smithereens. Four months into a marriage, I’m in rehab for three months. I had no idea what was going to happen to us.”

Related: Florence Welch Nearly Died From Ectopic Pregnancy!

But Nicole wasn’t ready to give up. He continued:

“And if you want to see what love in action really looks like, give that a whirl. Nic pushed through every negative voice, I’m sure even some of her own, and she chose love.”

The Oscar-winning actress began tearing up at that point as Keith continued:

“And here we are tonight, 18 years later.”

He noted that their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, are “very lucky to be learning” from a woman like her:

“I’ve actually never met anyone who has such a passion for being alive. She knows the importance of expressing feelings.”

It’s clear how much love and admiration Keith had for Nicole… And yet here they are getting divorced. And only a year after that speech, he’s reportedly with another woman?!? One who didn’t stick with him through the hard times?? Damn, that’s upsetting.

Especially since reports suggest Nicole wanted to fight to stay together, just like she did nearly 20 years ago. You can watch Keith’s full speech (below):

  • Sarah Ferguson Avoided the Worst of the Epstein Fallout—but a Newly Uncovered Email Has Led to New Consequences

    [ad_1]

Prince Andrew’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein has cost the royal dearly. In the aftermath of Epstein’s final arrest and death, Andrew resigned his royal duties, lost his military titles, and settled a reported multimillion-dollar lawsuit over his Epstein ties. Yet Sarah Ferguson, who is still known as the Duchess of York even though she and Andrew divorced in 1996, largely managed to evade the scandal because she had publicly disavowed Epstein in 2011.

Now, though, it seems Ferguson may have been caught in the Epstein crossfire. This past weekend, The Mail on Sunday published parts of an email showing that the duchess corresponded with Epstein even after her public disavowal. “As you know, I did not, absolutely not, say the ‘P word’ [pedophile] about you,” she said in an April 2011 email, per the Mail. “I know you feel hellaciously let down by me from what you were either told or read and I must humbly apologise to you and your heart for that…. You have always been a steadfast, generous and supreme friend to me and my family.”

On Monday, Ferguson’s 35-year-long affiliation with the Teenage Cancer Trust came to an end—making that organization one of seven charities to cut ties with Ferguson following the Mail’s report. Another charity, children’s hospice Julia’s House, said it would be “inappropriate” for her to remain in her role as a patron, according to the BBC. The duchess was also dropped by Prevent Breast Cancer, the British Heart Foundation, food-allergy charity the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, the National Foundation for Retired Service Animals, and the Children’s Literacy Charity. In the wake of the Mail on Sunday piece, events meant to promote Ferguson’s recent children’s book have been canceled.

The roots of the controversy reach back to 2011, when News of the World published a photograph of Andrew and Epstein walking through Central Park, taken amid a 2010 trip during which Andrew stayed at the financier’s now notorious Upper East Side townhouse—years after Epstein’s guilty plea on prostitution charges. Subsequent reporting revealed that Andrew had also arranged for Epstein to help pay money Ferguson owed to a former assistant. (Vanity Fair reported in 2022 that Andrew had visited New York to seek Epstein’s assistance with the debt.)

Ferguson gave an interview to the Evening Standard in March 2011, after those allegations became public, in which she attempted to defend Andrew and apologized for Epstein’s involvement in the matter. “I abhor pedophilia and any sexual abuse of children and know that this was a gigantic error of judgment on my behalf,” she told then editor Geordie Greig. “I am just so contrite I cannot say. Whenever I can, I will repay the money and will have nothing ever to do with Jeffrey Epstein ever again.”

In that interview with Greig, Ferguson might have been trying to take some of the pressure off Andrew over his Epstein ties. In it, she praised Andrew for being a good father to daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, and also hailed the work he did as a trade ambassador. Ultimately, she expressed remorse that her own money woes were a factor in his relationship with Epstein. “I cannot state more strongly that I know a terrible, terrible error of judgment was made, my having anything to do with Jeffrey Epstein. What he did was wrong and for which he was rightly jailed,” she said. “Once again my errors have compounded and rebounded and also inadvertently impacted on the man I admire most in the world, the duke.”

Princess Diana had an unexpected political ally during the public breakdown of her marriage.

Royal author Valentine Low has written a new book, “Power and the Palace,” which details the relationship between the British royal family and the government over the years.

In the book, Low describes how former Prime Minister Sir John Major quietly served as a mediator between the “warring Waleses” while also being a “sympathetic listener to Diana at a time when she felt at her most alone.”

Fox News Digital reached out to Major, 82, for comment.

“People don’t realize this about John Major, but he … is a very warm, empathetic man,” Low told Fox News Digital. “He did his best to talk to both Charles and Diana at that time. … He wasn’t going to try and bring them back together again, but he was trying to make sure that the whole crisis passed off without too much unnecessary drama, unnecessary unpleasantness, and that afterward, Diana would find some kind of role.”

“I think it was very important in John Major’s eyes that Diana found a role after separating from Charles,” Low added.

According to the book, Alex Allan, Major’s private secretary, said the prime minister had “a number of sessions with both Charles and Diana.” When one royal had a meeting with him, the other would quickly ask if they could have a sit-down too.

Allan noted that while Major was not trying to stop the separation, he was “quite concerned” about Diana, in particular. Lord Butler, who was cabinet secretary at the time, felt that Major offered Diana “a shoulder to cry on.”

“Diana tragically relied on numerous mystics, astrologers and spiritualists as she was so desperately lonely,” royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Fox News Digital. “Major was soft-spoken and had a personable manner. His approach as broker endeared him to both Charles and Diana, winning the trust of the warring parties, in itself a monumental feat.”

“Diana talked to people when she felt relaxed in their company,” British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital. “I imagine Major offered Diana a safe space. However, he would have also been concerned about … Diana’s future position. He wanted to ensure a smooth separation process.”

Diana’s private secretary, Patrick Jephson, told Low in his book that Major kept in regular contact with Diana, who yearned for a friend during a dark period in her life.

“Major would come and visit Diana quite frequently in the run-up to the separation and afterward,” said Jephson.

“They would have tea, just the two of them. It was great, because always afterward, she was encouraged, she was buoyed up. She would refer to him fondly as ‘the Hon. John.’ … I got the very clear message that he enjoyed those meetings. He was there to be an honest broker, to be a source of practical help if she needed it, and to help her find happiness. Or at least contentment in what she was doing.”

Low told Fox News Digital that Major has always been fiercely protective of his private conversations with Diana. Major never wanted to exploit Diana’s trust, Low pointed out.

“I’d like to say something about what John Major’s private conversations with Diana revealed, because I’m sure they revealed all sorts of absolutely fascinating things,” said Low. “But John Major is one of the most discreet people known to man and has given away no details whatsoever about his conversations with any member of the royal family and never will.”

Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News Digital he believed that Major’s concerns for Diana were the real deal.

“I worked behind the scenes with the John Major government,” he explained.

“I played a very small part in him becoming prime minister and then was asked to take his official inaugural photographs … The reality is, John Major understood loneliness. … When he saw the emotions in Diana, he reached out to help her. He saw it as his constitutional duty, but also, Major came from a middle-class background, unlike his contemporaries, who came from wealthy backgrounds.”

Still, Fitzwilliams believed Major “undoubtedly misled Parliament” when he announced in 1992 that Charles and Diana had decided to separate but had “no plans to divorce.”

“That was hardly practical,” said Fitzwilliams.

For four more years, Charles and Diana continued to tear each other apart in public, Esquire reported. Each gave televised tell-alls about their crumbling union. In 1995, Diana famously sat down with the BBC’s “Panorama” and declared, “There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded.” She was referring to her estranged husband’s mistress and longtime love, Camilla Parker Bowles.

The outlet noted that this was the last straw for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, who were still hoping the pair could work out their differences. The queen finally allowed them to get an official divorce.

The divorce was finalized in 1996.

“This led her to being known and loved as the ‘Queen of People’s Hearts.’ She felt free and independent away from the institution and realized how the media helped her tell her story and sway public opinion. She used the press strategically.”

A former royal aide also told Low that Major did his best to make Prince William and Prince Harry feel they were cared for as their parents’ breakup played out on the world stage.

“He was an important, sympathetic, helpful mentoring figure,” said the aide.

“He is a very genuine person, very natural,” Sir Malcolm Rifkind said, as quoted in Low’s book. “He is a very warm but also very astute person. He is the sort of person that, if you did have something very personal that you wanted to discuss in private, you would feel comfortable doing that.”

Diana’s claim of independence was brief. In 1997, the Princess of Wales died from injuries sustained in a Paris car crash. She was 36.

Major was in office from 1990 to 1997. Town & Country reported that following Diana’s death, Major was appointed special guardian to her sons, a role suggested by Charles. This made Major responsible for the legal and administrative matters relating to the princes.

  • Like Lenny Before Her, Zoë Kravitz Appears to Have Mastered the Art of the Amicable Split

    [ad_1]

Like father, like daughter, Zoë also seems to really mean it when the old “let’s still be friends” gambit is trotted out. She married actor Karl Glusman in June 2019. After 18 months of marriage, in December 2020, the couple filed for divorce. By 2022, she was already gushing in an interview with Elle that her ex was “an incredible human being.”

She expanded on her philosophy of romance, which sounds a lot like her dear old dad: “All my relationships in life—my friendships, my romantic relationships, my family—the journey is learning how to show up honestly,” she said. “Sometimes we can’t show up, and that’s okay as long as we know how to communicate that we love those people.”

Her most recent serious public relationship was with Channing Tatum, who starred in her directorial debut, Blink Twice, and to whom she got engaged along the way. Though they split in October 2024 after about three years, their breakup was—you guessed it!—amicable, according to sources.

After the breakup, a source told Page Six that the two “both handled the breakup very maturely” and that there was “no bad blood” between them. She continued to sing his praises in life and work, telling Elle in February 2025 that having her ex-fiancé in a leading role in her directorial debut wasn’t a problem.

“I love this thing that we made together, and I care for him very much,” she said. “Even when you bring up how great his performance is, it warms my heart to hear that, and I’m so happy that all of it happened. I just feel so grateful that we got to go on that journey together.”

Even her earlier relationships still get the amicable split label: A source insisted that she and Penn Badgley, whom she dated from 2011 to June 2013 and were in what Badgley described as “real, true, earth-shattering love,” ended on “good terms.” “It wasn’t a sad breakup,” the source said. That rumored Drake romance in 2013, complete with kissing photos at a Beyoncé concert? In 2017, Zoë slyly confirmed on Watch What Happens Live that they “hung out for a minute,” adding that “we are very good friends.” Singer-songwriter Twin Shadow, who was romantically linked to Zoë from 2015 to 2016, wished her a happy birthday on social media in 2024, calling her “the sweetest kid.”

In 2014, she was briefly rumored to be dating Chris Pine. There’s no bad blood there, as evidenced by the fact that he attended the 2019 pre-wedding rehearsal dinner held for her and Glusman in Paris with his girlfriend.

In an uncertain economy, side hustles are the norm now. In the unlikely event their acting and musical careers see a downturn, perhaps Lenny and Zoë could cash in by teaching a subscription masterclass in the art of the amicable breakup.

  • Arnold Schwarzenegger Jokes Maria Shriver Took Half His Money in Divorce

    [ad_1]

Arnold Schwarzenegger made a joke about his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, while honoring journalist Chris Wallace at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Thursday, September 18.

Schwarzenegger, 78, feted Wallace, 77, during Thursday’s event, describing him as a “fantastic journalist.”

“I know a lot about journalists. I’ve been interviewed — you can imagine, in my lifetime — by thousands and thousands of journalists,” he said. “But not only that, I was also married to a journalist.”

The Terminator actor went on to quip, “The only difference between Chris and Maria is that Chris has never taken half [of] my money,” which prompted chuckles from the audience.

For nearly 25 years, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver were a Hollywood and political power couple. The Terminator star and the journalist tied the knot in April 1986, nearly nine years after they first met at a tennis tournament. After welcoming four children together, the pair announced their split in May 2011 amid reports of infidelity. (Schwarzenegger […]

Schwarzenegger and Shriver, 69, were married for nearly 25 years and have four children together: Katherine, 35, Christina, 34, The White Lotus actor Patrick, 32, and Christopher, 27.

The couple tied the knot in April 1986 before separating in May 2011 amid reports of Schwarzenegger’s infidelity. Schwarzenegger later admitted to fathering a son, Joseph Baena, with the family’s former housekeeper Mildred “Patty” Baena. Their divorce was finalized in December 2021, a decade after their split.

According to a court filing obtained by Us Weekly in June 2022, as part of their settlement agreement, Shriver is entitled to half of Schwarzenegger’s earnings, including his pension, from the time they got married to when she filed for divorce.

In a May 2023 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Schwarzenegger said of his divorce, “It was my f***up. It was my failure.”

Schwarzenegger said that despite their split, “She and I are really good friends and very close.”

“We are very proud of the way we raised our kids,” he added. “Even though we had this drama, we did Easter together, Mother’s Day together, the Christmases together, all birthdays — everything together.”

“If there’s Oscars for how to handle divorce, Maria and I should get it for having the least amount of impact on the kids,” the former governor of California said.

Shriver, meanwhile, opened up about her devastation over Schwarzenegger’s affair in her memoir I Am Maria, published in April.

  • Record 12th execution set in Florida this year for man convicted of killing family

    [ad_1]

STARKE, Fla. — A Florida man convicted of killing his estranged wife’s sister and parents and setting their house on fire is scheduled to put to death Wednesday, which would be a record 12th execution in the state in 2025.

David Pittman, 63, is set to receive a lethal injection starting at 6 p.m. at Florida State Prison near Starke under a death warrant signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis. The Republican governor has signed more death warrants this year than any of his predecessors.

Pittman’s final appeal was rejected Tuesday by the U.S. Supreme Court.

So far, two more Florida executions are scheduled for this fall. Victor Tony Jones is set to die on Sept. 30 for the 1990 killings of two people during a robbery and Samuel Lee Smithers is scheduled for execution on Oct. 14 for the murders of two women in 1996.

Pittman was convicted and sentenced to death in 1991 on three counts of first-degree murder, according to court records. Jurors also found him guilty of arson and grand theft.

Pittman and his wife, Marie, were going through a contentious divorce in May 1990, when the killings occurred, and investigators say he had threatened to harm her family several times.

Trial testimony showed Pittman cut a phone line at the Mulberry, Florida home of his wife’s parents, Clarence Knowles, 60, and his wife, 50-year-old Barbara Knowles. Pittman stabbed the couple to death as well as their other daughter, 21-year-old Bonnie Knowles. Pittman then set their house on fire and stole Bonnie Knowles’ car, which he also set ablaze. The family was found dead on May 15 of that year.

A witness during his 1991 trial identified Pittman as the person running away from the burning car. A jailhouse informant also testified that Pittman had admitted to the killings. Jurors recommended the death penalty on a 9-3 vote.

Pittman’s most recent appeals focused on recent evidence indicating he suffers from intellectual disabilities, including an IQ in the low 70s, that was apparent at the time of the killings. His lawyers say his execution would violate the Constitution’s protection against putting to death a person with severe mental problems.

Lawyers for the state disagreed, contending it is now too late for Pittman to claim mental impairment from years earlier. The Florida Supreme Court, reversing a previous decision, ruled in 2020 that such claims cannot apply retroactively.

“Pittman’s underlying intellectual disability claim is meritless. He was not intellectually disabled when he murdered the three victims in 1990 or when he went to trial in 1991,” the state attorneys told the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before Pittman, 30 people have been executed in the U.S. in 2025, with Florida leading the way behind the flurry of death warrants signed by DeSantis. The last execution in Florida was the Aug. 28 lethal injection of 59-year-old Curtis Windom, convicted of the 1992 murders of his girlfriend, her mother and another man.

Florida executions are carried out via a three-drug injection — a sedative, a paralytic and a drug that stops the heart, according to the state Department of Corrections.

  • Far From Finished? Simon Guobadia Vows To Fight After Losing Prenup Appeal, Must Pay Porsha Williams $40K Monthly

    [ad_1]

Source: John Nacion/ Prince Williams / Wireimage

Simon Guobadia is vowing to continue to fight after losing an appeal and being ordered, again, to pay Porsha Williams $40,000 in monthly alimony following their June divorce.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, a Georgia judge recently denied Simon’s appeal of the divorce settlement terms on Sept. 9. As a result, their prenup remains in effect for now, ensuring Porsha receives $40,000 in monthly alimony for about 14–15 months, along with full legal fees, a Rolls-Royce as a gift, and half of the equity in Simon’s $7 million Atlanta home, as previously reported.

Simon Guobadia intends to appeal the decision to the bitter end.

Simon, who revealed during an interview in June that he “absolutely” regretted marrying the housewife in 2022, isn’t letting the decision go lightly. The petroleum entrepreneur told PEOPLE that he intends to fight the ruling until he and his legal team have “exhausted all legal remedies.”

    The 61-year-old businessman continued:

“I anticipate a resolution within approximately 12–24 months, depending on how far the opposition chooses to take the matter.”

The prenup controversy isn’t the only case that Simon has in motion against Porsha. In late January, the millionaire filed a defamation lawsuit against the reality TV star, alleging she spread “defamatory and misleading” statements about him on social media and during her appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, including claims that he suffered from erectile dysfunction, an updated version of the lawsuit claimed in July.

“I have a federal defamation case that has yet to be heard, and we are now preparing for the discovery phase at the pace set by the federal court,” Simon revealed about the status of the case to PEOPLE. “I am a very patient man — patience has served me well for over 40 years in both my personal and professional life — and I am confident that I will ultimately prevail,” he added. “Stay tuned.”

Simon and Porsha traded insults over social media earlier this week.

As previously reported, it’s unclear if Porsha was specifically celebrating the denial of the appeal, but on Tuesday, the Real Housewives star took to Instagram with a message that read:

“It’s over!!!!” Williams shared on her Instagram Stories, expressing her excitement. “Thank Goodness. Grateful.”

She followed up with a video of her walking onto a private plane, set to “Free,” the 2004 hit by Destiny’s Child.

“Free …,” she wrote, adding the hashtag “Ms265” in a playful nod to a famous on-air blunder she made during an episode of the Bravo reality series.

While her ex, Simon, wasn’t directly mentioned, the businessman responded with his own InstaStory, hitting back at Porsha with a mocking comment:

“Here we go again with Ms. 265. Still has learned absolutely nothing. #ItsOverMyA**,” he wrote.

The two quickly exchanged jabs, with Porsha posting an American flag in her Instagram Story, taking a shot at Simon’s deportation in June.

    Yikes!

Will this bitter divorce settlement drama between Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia ever end?

  • Back Booed Up? Dwight Howard And Soon-To-Be-Ex-Wife Amy Luciani Spark Reconciliation Rumors With Coupled Up Pics

    [ad_1]

    Source: Paras Griffin / Getty

Amy Luciani, the soon-to-be ex-wife of former NBA star Dwight Howard, is sparking reconciliation rumors after the rapper and ex-reality TV star shared photos of herself posing alongside the athlete on Sept. 1. Luciani, who filed for divorce from the baller in July, shared two photos on Monday to her Instagram Stories that showed her looking happy alongside the Los Angeles Lakers alum.

In one image, the 35-year-old former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star stood beside Howard, 39, as he sat in a green armchair, her hand resting on his shoulder while his arm was noticeably wrapped around her leg. Another photo showed the pair cozied up together in a car, with a brown heart emoji placed above them.

The same images were also shared in a photo carousel, with one image capturing Luciani sporting a huge diamond ring on her hand as she rested by a beautiful pool. The caption read:

“Quitting was too easy. Aht ahtttttt enemy!”

Fans flooded the comments section with supportive messages, speculating whether the pair were back on good terms and if the ongoing divorce would be called off.

“I don’t think she’s getting a divorce, praise the lord,” wrote one Instagram user.

    Another added:

“No married couple is perfect, and can’t no one judge your choices when it comes to your relationships do what God and your heart says. I wish you all the love and happiness, you both.”

On TheShadeRoom’s post about the couple’s possible reconciliation, Amy’s mother, Jahzara Sankofa, commented and applauded her daughter for continuing to commit to her marriage.

“I’m so proud of my child @amylucianiworld and son-in-law @dwighthoward for choosing each other, choosing grace, and choosing to fight for love when the world tries to tear it down,” wrote Sankofa. “Every great marriage has storms, but real strength is in the decision to weather them together. What matters most isn’t the noise, it’s the commitment, the growth, and the bond that only they can define.”

Amy Luciani filed for divorce in July, citing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

As previously reported, Luciani filed for divorce on July 1 in Georgia’s Superior Court of Gwinnett County, officially ending her marriage with Howard. While the filing did not specify a reason for the breakup, it did state that if Luciani can demonstrate the marriage is “irretrievably broken,” the court would have grounds to grant the divorce.

The couple wed in a private ceremony in early February 2025, just weeks after announcing their surprising engagement in December 2024. Luciani—whose real name is Amber Rose Howard—confirmed the split, issuing an exclusive statement to The Shade Room on July 8.

“Although it is true, I am not sure how it got out to the public,” the reality TV star said at the time. “Still wrapping my head around a lot. Although I know it won’t happen, I hope the public can give us grace and privacy right now.”

Luciani asked for a fair division of all real and personal property accumulated during the marriage, including a balanced split of assets and debts. However, some curious fans quickly began speculating that she was trying to cash in on Howard’s wealth. She later dismissed those claims, firmly denying that she was after half of the NBA star’s assets following the divorce filing.

“With such a private moment like a marriage ending. I really do want to keep a lot private, but it’s hard to watch this narrative spreading quickly about me,” she wrote in a follow-up post shared on July 9, according to an image obtained by Complex. “I til this day have never asked him for a single dollar. Not 30 cents. Before we married, I asked to sign a prenup. I text it right to him. I told him I want to sign a prenup because I believe what you worked for is yours, and I’m not the type of woman to take what’s not mine. I mentioned a prenup first!! He declined. I do not want any of his assets.”

Luciani clarified that the rumors did not reflect her true “character,” and noted that her marriage to the NBA All-Star was rooted purely in love.

“Believe it or not, some of us women really date/marry for love,” she added.
