Rodney “Lil Rod’ Jones Jr., a record producer from Chicago, filed a 105-page federal complaint against Combs accusing him and the people who work with him of being part of an illegal racketeering enterprise. Jones alleges in his complaint that he has “irrefutable evidence of: (a) the acquisition, use, and distribution of ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and mushrooms; (b) the displaying and distribution of unregistered illegal firearms; and (c) the solicitation of minors and sex workers.”
According to Jones, as he alleges in the complaint, Combs reached out to Jones in 2022 to help him produce songs, but Jones claims the work Combs required of him went far beyond producing music. He claims in the lawsuit that he was tasked with procuring drugs and soliciting sex workers to “perform sex acts to the pleasure of Mr. Combs.” Jones alleges that Combs also required him to tape these sex acts and that Combs would “often threaten to inflict bodily harm” on him if he did not comply with his demands. Jones alleged in his complaint that Combs kept “specific bottles of alcohol designated for females” on hand and, “according to Mr. Jones, Mr. Combs forced all the women to drink laced DeLeon liquor. Upon information and belief, Mr. Combs laced the liquor with ecstasy,” the lawsuit claims. He also accuses Combs of sexual harassment and assault for allegedly grabbing him without his consent and forcing him to work while Combs paraded around naked. Jones also alleges that Combs once left him alone in a makeshift studio on a yacht with Cuba Gooding Jr., who he said then began “touching, groping, and fondling” his upper thighs near his groin. He said Gooding did not stop until he forcibly pushed him away.
February 2, 2024, in Manhattan’s federal court.
Ongoing. Jones’s lawyer has accused Combs of “harassing behavior,” including “manufacturing stories about Plaintiff on TMZ and dispatching his agents to harass Plaintiff’s 8-year-old daughter, the mother of his child, and ex-spouses, all of whom have expressed fear of potential harm by Defendant Combs.” Jones’s attorney told Judge J. Paul Oetken, who is overseeing the case, that an additional police report had been filed on March 3. Jones is asking the court for a jury trial.
When reached out to for comment, Combs’s attorney Shawn Holley provided a near-identical statement he provided to The New York Times on February 26, 2024. “Mr. Jones is nothing more than a con man, shamelessly looking for an easy and wholly undeserved payday,” it said. “We have indisputable, incontrovertible proof that his claims are complete fabrications. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn has refused to return our calls. We look forward to addressing these ridiculous claims in court and intend to take all appropriate action against all who are attempting to peddle them.”
Misa Hylton, the mother of Diddy’s firstborn son, shared her feelings about the damning video of her ex assaulting Cassie Ventura. “It has triggered my own trauma,” shared the stylist who added that the mogul “needs help.”

Hylton who shares her son Justin Combs, 30, with the mega mogul told her nearly 600K followers that she’s “heartbroken” for the singer who’s now reliving the abuse she faced in 2016.
“I am heartbroken that Cassie must relive the horror of her abuse, and my heart goes out to her,” she captioned a picture of her son Justin and his brothers Christian and Quincy on Instagram. “I know exactly how she feels, and through my empathy, it has triggered my own trauma.”
She continued,
“These young people were raised by women that want the best for them – we put God and education first and have always been united in our mutual effort to support their dreams.”
She also acknowledged the Combs twins, D’Lila and Jessie, the daughters of the late Kim Porter.
“Two of the youngest do not have their mother here and it has been our duty to support them. Their father needs help and I am praying that he truly does the personal work and receives it.”
Hylton turned off the comments on the post.
This isn’t the first time Hylton has spoken on the ongoing fallout from the pending lawsuits against Diddy.
In April she released a scathing statement calling out Homeland Security for the “overzealous and overtly militarized force” used against Justin Combs and Christian Combs during the raid of Diddy’s L.A. home.
“[The force] used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable,” wrote Misa, 51. “If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression,” she wrote. “The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!”
Cassie (full name Cassandra Ventura) has not spoken out since the release of surveillance footage showing Diddy slamming, kicking, and dragging her in 2016. In addition to her husband Alex Fine, who immediately called out the horrific behavior, Cassie’s lawyers responded to Diddy’s latest admission.
According to TMZ on Sunday, Meredith Firetog echoed the still disgusted and unimpressed reactions calling Sean “Diddy” Combs’ apology too little, too late, and too focused on himself. She described the “rock bottom” confession about seeking help as a conveniently timed effort to save face “once his repeated denials were proven false.”
“Combs’ most recent statement is more about himself than the many people he has hurt. When Cassie and multiple other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that his victims were looking for a payday,” Firetog said.
This refers to the “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” statement that Aubrey O’Day and several other critics noted remained pinned to the top of Diddy’s Instagram, even after he posted the apology. The unequivocal denial of any wrongdoing accused women who came forward of “looking for a payday.”
As recently as five days prior, another post appeared to cryptically maintain Diddy’s innocence, stating that “time tells truth.” Firetog asserts that’s accurate, but the time for truth-telling only came as “pathetic desperation” from damning video evidence.
“That he was only compelled to ‘apologize’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his disingenuous words,” the partner at partner at Wigdor LLP concluded.
Diddy’s Apologized, Taking “Full Responsibility” For The 2016 Video Showing Him Beating Cassie
“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f**ked up — I hit rock bottom — but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now,” ” Diddy said in the Sunday morning video.
“I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry,” the music mogul ended.
Following the release of the surveillance footage on Friday, Cassie’s attorneys responded with a statement.
“The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light,” Douglas H. Wigdor said, according to Us Weekly,
The rapper apologized for the actions captured on the video, which seems to corroborate details from Cassie’s 2023 abuse and sexual assault lawsuit. Yet, he did not address other allegations from the now-settled suit, which described Cassie as a “victim of sex trafficking.”
Diddy continues to maintain his innocence in all other accusations against him.
As BOSSIP previously reported, the graphic surveillance footage is from the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. Many recalled that Cassie described this incident and other instances of assault in her now-settled federal lawsuit.
Still, the first corroborating footage going public shocked the world… except for Aubrey, who seemed tragically unsurprised. She took to X (formerly Twitter) on Friday to speak out for Diddy’s victims and then advocate for herself.
Source: Jerritt Clark / Getty
Since the earliest allegations of misconduct, Diddy has maintained his innocence. Aubrey’s carefully crafted responses to this latest revelation hint that there is more to the story.
The singer responded to one of many comments tagging her about the headlines. The X user credited Aubrey with “telling us for YEARS that he wasn’t right.” She responded, “Prayers up for all his victims.”
“This is a much bigger problem than I truly think we know,” the account responded to Aubrey.
“Beyond bigger sadly,” she added about the situation which has unfolded in the six months since Cassie’s lawsuit.
Aubrey then posted a screen recording of the CNN video report and article. She warned survivors about the potentially triggering content but shared it to help the public understand.
“The picture is getting a lot more clear for you all I can imagine.. abuse survivors or anyone that triggers easily might not want to watch (images are disturbing). #Cassie #diddy #kimporter prayers up for all his victims,” she wrote.
The reality star came under fire for a now-deleted post that she has yet to reveal details of her own experience yet. One response warned that “you need to have receipts before you put stuff out Diddy gave you an opportunity of a lifetime.”
While Aubrey has not revealed any yet, it may only be a matter of time.
“I grew up with 2 lawyers. All i have is receipt’s. Additionally, my talent allowed me the opportunity of a lifetime.. get that straight,” she clapped back.
She also indicated that the cause is much bigger than her own “receipts.” The Baddies: Carribbean star urged a concerned fan to challenge a system that allows abusers to stay in power.
“Let’s focus on changing the system now so no one has enough power to bury or discredit voices,” she added.
The former Danity Kane member pushed for a change to the laws because of how hard it is for victims to reconcile traumatic experiences. “People think traumatic episodes are easy to talk about,” one supporter wrote.
“…or even understand fully and come to terms with immediately, especially at young ages,” Aubrey continued.
“It can take decades. The laws need to be amended in regards to the statue of limitations protecting perpetrators re harassment, assault, & rape.”
Another fan lamented silencing DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim & Offender) tactics “to turn the tables and make YOU out to be the liar.” Aubrey tied the observation to the viral hypothetical about women feeling safer with a wild bear than a man.
Aubrey O’Day Has Spoken Out About Diddy Since Before Cassie’s Lawsuit
NOTE: The following article contains disturbing details and video footage. Please read at your own discretion.
Surveillance video obtained by CNN and shared Friday shows rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs launch a brutal physical assault on his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in 2016.
The footage, dated March 5, 2016, shows Combs, clad in a towel around the waist, chase after Ventura in the hallway of a hotel. The video shows him grab her by the back of the neck and throw her to the floor, before kicking her twice while she is lying on the ground outside a bank of elevators. He is then seen dragging her by her hooded sweatshirt.
Combs walks off as Ventura gathers some items from the floor, but he returns a short time later, shoving her before sitting down in a nearby chair. He then grabs an unidentifiable object from a side table and throws it in her direction before walking away.

Warning – disturbing video: This is the video where Diddy is seen physically assaulting Cassie Ventura in 2016 surveillance video obtained by CNN.
According to CNN, the video, caught from multiple angles by surveillance cameras, was captured at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.
Ventura’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, issued a statement shortly after the video was shared by CNN, confirming that the woman in the video is his client.
“The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behaviour of Mr. Combs,” Wigdor said, referencing allegations in a now-settled lawsuit his client brought against the rapper.
“Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light,” Wigdor added.

“The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has…
In November of 2023, Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that he controlled and abused her for more than a decade, including forcing her to have sex with multiple male sex workers while he videotaped the encounters.
Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, met Combs in 2005 when she was just 19, the lawsuit said. The pair started dating and allegedly it wasn’t long before the rap mogul began a pattern of control and abuse.
In 2018, the suit said, Combs forced his way into her home and raped her. It was then that she left the relationship.
The suit also claimed that Combs blew up another rapper’s car who expressed interest in Ventura, forced her to find male prostitutes to have sex with while Combs watched, and repeatedly “punched, beat, kicked and stomped on” her.

“Throughout their relationship Mr. Combs was prone to uncontrollable rage, and frequently beat Ms. Ventura savagely,” the suit alleged.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued for rape, sex trafficking by singer Cassie
When he eventually fell asleep, Ventura tried to leave the hotel room — but Combs woke up and allegedly “followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her.”
“He grabbed at her, and then took glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her, causing glass to crash around them as she ran to the elevator to escape,” the lawsuit read.

“Upon realizing that her running away would cause Mr. Combs to be even angrier with her, and completely stuck in his vicious cycle of abuse, Ms. Ventura returned to the hotel with the intention of apologizing for running away from her abuser,” it stated.
The lawsuit was resolved just one day after it was filed, with Ventura agreeing to an undisclosed settlement.
However, at least five other lawsuits have been filed in the time since, with others accusing Combs of sexual misconduct, rape and other illegal activity.
Combs previously denied Ventura’s allegations and has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in the other suits filed against him, which remain active.
On March 25, Combs’ luxury homes were raided by Homeland Security agents on, and numerous sources came forward to media outlets saying the rap mogul is under federal investigation for sex trafficking.
Two properties owned by Combs in Los Angeles and Miami were searched. Footage taken by an ABC7 news helicopter showed agents in bulletproof vests entering the Los Angeles mansion and staying on the property for hours seizing evidence.

Footage obtained by Global News at the time showed police dogs and agents in Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) jackets searching Combs’ Miami Beach mansion. Huge boxes of evidence were seen being loaded into vans.
Federal agents also stopped him at a Miami-area airport and seized his electronic devices.
Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Combs, issued a statement at the time, calling the searches a “gross overuse of military-level force.”

CNN obtained and published hotel surveillance video from March 2016 that appears to show Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, the pop and R&B singer Casandra Elizabeth “Cassie” Ventura. The graphic footage comes from the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, according to CNN.
The newly released footage seems to corroborate allegations that Cassie made in her since-settled lawsuit against Diddy. In the complaint, Cassie alleged that Diddy “became extremely intoxicated and punched [her] in the face” at the hotel. The singer said she “tried to leave her hotel room,” while Diddy was asleep, “but as she exited, Mr. Combs awoke and began screaming at [her]. He followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her. He grabbed at her, and then took glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her, causing glass to crash around them as she ran to the elevator to escape.”
The lawsuit also contended, “Upon information and belief, Mr. Combs paid the InterContinental Century City $50,000 for the hallway security footage from that evening.”
In a statement shared with Pitchfork, Cassie’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, said, “The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light.”
Pitchfork has also reached out to a representative for Diddy for comment.
Cassie filed her lawsuit against Diddy in November of last year. The matter was settled the day after it became public, with Diddy’s attorney saying, “Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
Cassie’s lawsuit set off a chain of events, leading to more lawsuits against Diddy, who is facing allegations of sexual assault and more. There is also a federal investigation into the rapper and hip-hop mogul for alleged sex trafficking. Diddy has denied allegations of wrongdoing.

More Details Regarding Diddy’s Reported Response To The Sexual Assault Lawsuit
According to AP News, Combs’ legal team filed the motion on Friday, April 26. The music mogul’s legal team is reportedly asserting that Diddy cannot be sued for particular claims in the lawsuit because “certain laws didn’t exist” when the incidents allegedly occurred in 1991.
Diddy’s legal team is reportedly asking for Joi Dickerson-Neal’s claims about “revenge porn and human trafficking” to be “dismissed with prejudice.”
CNN notes that Combs’ attorneys are continuing to label Dickerson-Neal’s allegations “false, offensive, and salacious.” Additionally, Diddy’s attorneys are reportedly asking that “allegations against Combs’ company” be dismissed as well. To note, TMZ reports that the request refers to Diddy’s companies, “Bad Boy Records or Bad Boy Entertainment.”
However, TMZ notes that Diddy’s team has not filed to dismiss the first “two counts” in the lawsuit. Those claims allege Combs inflicted “assault,” battery, and “intentional infliction of emotional distress” on the plaintiff.
More Details Regarding The Lawsuit & Allegations
As The Shade Room previously reported, Dickerson-Neal filed the suit against Combs in November 2023. Furthermore, the suit was reportedly filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act.
At the time, it was reported that Dickerson-Neal accused Diddy of sexually assaulting her after a date in 1991. Diddy allegedly gave the woman a drug. Then, allegedly sexually assaulted her at a music studio.
According to AP News, the woman accused Combs of recording the assault. Additionally, she alleged he shared the footage with friends.
In an initial response to the lawsuit, a spokesperson for the mogul reportedly denied the allegations. Additionally, they labeled the claims a “money grab.”
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more,” their statement read, per New York Post.
He was convicted not only of sex trafficking but also of racketeering — charges that specify a person’s “enterprise” was used to carry out criminal conduct.
Sean “Diddy” Combs now faces a similar federal investigation, though the accusations against him are significantly different and it remains unclear whether they will result in criminal charges.
Authorities have said little about the probe. But law enforcement sources have confirmed to The Times that Combs is under investigation for sex-trafficking tied at least in part to civil lawsuits filed by several women who have accused him of misconduct.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing, and his attorneys have slammed the investigation as unwarranted.
After federal agents searched the artist’s homes in Florida and Los Angeles several weeks ago, his attorney decried a “premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs” and said the investigation “is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”
Still, previous high-profile sex-trafficking cases could offer a window into how the feds typically build a case and can provide clues into what officials would need to bring charges.
“The playbook for these types of cases is R. Kelly, Jeffrey Epstein, Larry Ray and NXIVM’s founder Keith Raniere,” said Elizabeth Geddes, who delivered a six-hour closing argument in Kelly’s conviction.
Since then, three other women have sued Combs, accusing him of rape, sex trafficking, assault and other abuses. One of the allegations involved a minor. A male producer also has sued him over unwanted sexual contact.
Geddes, who is not involved in the Combs case, said she believes Ventura might have been the trigger for the federal investigation.
She said the docuseries about Kelly spurred the Eastern District of New York to act — and that type of high-level investigation often requires an outside catalyst. In Kelly’s case, he had been acquitted in 2008 and as a result, many of his accusers lost confidence in law enforcement. But the documentary re-engaged authorities.
“Nothing puts pressure on law enforcement like a front-page story on the major newspaper in the city,” Geddes said.
Combs’ investigation, led by Homeland Security, is several months old, according to sources, and many connected to the case — including accusers and alleged witnesses — have already been interviewed.
Geddes said Homeland Security Investigations also worked the Kelly case, and its agents tend to have years of experience working with sex-trafficking victims.
She said sex trafficking requires either “force, fraud or coercion to cause a person to engage in a commercial sex act” or the trafficking of minors under 18.
“There is no statute of limitations,” Geddes said, and the key law enacted in the 2000s applies to acts from 2001 forward.
Geddes said that in addition to the sex charges against Kelly, she and her colleagues secured a racketeering indictment against the singer. The charge has famously been applied to mob bosses like John Gotti and James “Whitey” Bulger.
In racketeering cases, Geddes said, the “enterprise” carries out illegal conduct and prosecutors seek to show a broader pattern of conduct that stretches over years and involves many participants. A racketeering case also allows multiple victims’ narratives in one trial.

But it is unclear what evidence the feds have against Combs and whether there is enough to bring charges.
Few details are available, other than sources saying investigators left his two homes with electronics, data devices and other records.
Legal experts have told The Times that evidence in sex-trafficking cases must be extensive as such charges can be hard to prove.
“Sex trafficking for adults usually involves some sort of coercion or other restraints,” L.A. defense attorney Dmitry Gorin said. Prosecutors would need to show you “encouraged somebody to engage in sexual activity for money or some other inducement.”
Aaron Dyer, one of Combs’ lawyers, stressed in a statement released after the raids that “there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations.”
The mother of Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs also slammed the investigation and the raids.
“The overzealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable,” designer Misa Hylton said after releasing video showing federal agents dressed in military gear pointing a gun at Combs’ sons. “If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young Black men is despicable!”
Federal sex-trafficking and sexual assault laws also allow prosecutors to present evidence that shows a modus operandi.
“In the R. Kelly trial, several women testified about what Kelly did to them as part of a pattern of behavior. It is very much the same thing people saw in Harvey Weinstein’s prosecution,” Geddes said.
If prosecutors do file charges against Combs, they also could allege the use of forced labor under threat, Geddes said. Ventura, Combs’ former girlfriend, alleged she was forced into sex acts with other men and suffered physical harm for complaining. If true, this could be considered forced labor, Geddes said.
Kelly was convicted of eight counts of the Mann Act, which was passed in 1910 and sought to criminalize what’s now known as human trafficking. The law initially banned transporting a woman or girl across state lines “for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose.”
The Mann Act now covers transportation across state lines “with [the] intent that such individual engages in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense.”
In the allegations against Combs, one woman said she was brought from Detroit as a 17-year-old to Combs’ studios so he could rape her along with his cohorts, Geddes said.
Before the highly publicized searches of Combs’ properties were executed, Geddes said, prosecutors and HSI agents had to “have made some headway into the investigations.”
“What we can say at this stage is there was enough probable cause to convince a magistrate to issue a search warrant,” she said. “Before getting such a warrant, agents have typically interviewed multiple witnesses.”
Geddes said those types of searches typically seek corroboration of evidence because high-profile individuals tend to work with others to commit such crimes. In Kelly’s case, Geddes said, his storage facility proved to be a goldmine. He kept message slips, handwritten notations and emails to pick up women and girls. And there were “videos, lots of videos,” she said.
“We had so much evidence presented in Kelly, it was hard to fit it all into the closing,” Geddes said. “He used his money and public persona to hide his crimes in plain sight,” she told jurors at the time.

Diddy’s 26-year-old son, Christian Combs, is reportedly named in an upcoming lawsuit in which he’s accused of sexually assaulting and drugging a woman.
According to reports from TheJasmineBRAND, the lawsuit has yet to be officially filed, but attorney Tyrone Blackburn insists it’s in the works. There aren’t many details surrounding the suit just yet and the identity of Combs’ alleged victim has yet to be revealed.
Christian has not addressed the allegations directly, but he recently took to Instagram to share a post that read “stop the [blue cap emoji],” which could be a reference to this pending suit.
Tyrone Blackburn, the attorney for the alleged victim, confirmed the lawsuit is real to TheJasmineBRAND, adding that Diddy “is aware of it.”
“I provided Sean Combs attorneys Shawn Holley and Jonathan Davis with a photo of my clients injuries,” Blackburn continued. “All of this will be in the filing. We are finalizing it, and it will be filed within the coming weeks.”
Blackburn is also the attorney for Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, the producer who filed a lawsuit against Diddy earlier this year, which was recently amended to add 25 pages of information.
As previously reported, the amended lawsuit adds allegations against more public figures, including the music mogul’s ex-girlfriend Yung Miami.
In the updated complaint, Jones goes into more detail about the Bad Boy founder’s alleged love for “pink cocaine,” a combination of ecstasy and cocaine that the mogul would allegedly obtain from his accused drug mule, Brendan Paul. Also known as “tuci,” Yung Miami is accused of transporting the drug for her then-boyfriend.
The City Girls rapper is also being accused of being one of Diddy’s sex workers alongside 50 Cent’s ex and the mother of his child, Daphne Joy.
Diddy’s residences in Los Angeles and Miami have been raided by federal agents, outletsreported on March 25. “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” HSI said in a statement, according to FOX11 Los Angeles. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.” Sources tell the broadcaster that the raids are in connection with an alleged sex-trafficking investigation. It is unclear whether or not Diddy was present at either location during the raid. FOX11 footage depicts what appears to be Diddy’s sons, King and Justin Combs, walking away in handcuffs from Diddy’s L.A. home. Images from TMZ show Homeland Security Investigations officers and police outside of his reportedly cordoned-off home with at least two helicopters above the L.A.-area property. At his Miami waterfront residence, law enforcement arrived via boat, according to images shared by TMZ.
Homeland Security agents conducted searches of Holmby Hills and Miami mansions owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs on Monday as part of a federal inquiry into sex trafficking allegations involving the hip-hop and liquor mogul, law enforcement sources said.
The 17,000-square-foot mansion where Combs debuted his last album a year ago was flooded with Homeland Security Investigations agents, who served a search warrant and gathered evidence on behalf of an investigation being run by the prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, according to law enforcement officials familiar with the inquiry.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” an HSI spokesman said in a statement.
Two of Combs’ sons were seen being detained on the Holmby Hills property as agents searched the mansion in footage captured by FOX11 Los Angeles
Shawn Holley, an attorney for Combs, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
A hip-hop star turned entrepreneur, Combs has become the focus of sexual assault and sex trafficking allegations in the last year. The raid is the latest and most serious threat to his gilded lifestyle.
Four separate plaintiffs have filed civil lawsuits against Combs accusing him of rape, sex trafficking a minor, assault and a litany of other alleged abuses, imperiling his empire and sending shock waves through the music industry.
Combs, 54, amassed his fortune first as a hip-hop producer, artist and founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, the label that launched the career of the late Notorious B.I.G., among others. He’d later added lucrative fashion and liquor companies to his ventures, most notably Sean John and Cîroc vodka.
His former girlfriend Casandra Ventura, the singer known as Cassie, accused him of rape and repeated physical assaults, and said he forced her to have sex with male prostitutes in front of him. Joi Dickerson-Neal accused Combs in a suit of drugging and raping her in 1991, recording the attack and then distributing the footage without her consent.
Liza Gardner filed a third suit in which she claimed Combs and Guy singer Aaron Hall sexually assaulted her. Hall could not be reached for comment.
The most recent suit alleges Combs and former Bad Boy label president Harve Pierre gang-raped and sex-trafficked a 17-year-old girl. Pierre said in a statement the allegations were “disgusting,” “false” and a “desperate attempt for financial gain.”
Following the filing of the fourth suit, Combs wrote on Instagram, “Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
On Monday, Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer for Cassie Ventura and another, unnamed plaintiff, said in response to reports of a search warrant issued on Combs: “We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”
Police have swarmed his three homes in LA, New York, and Miami, and the reason for Diddy’s raid by Homeland Security is likely linked to several, very serious 2023 lawsuits. In less than four months, rapper Sean John Combs has been sued for sexual assault and harassment five times.
Regarding the raids on March 25, 2024, a spokesperson for Homeland Security Investigations told TMZ: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.” Here’s why Diddy was raided.

Why was Diddy raided?
Why was Diddy raided? Law enforcement sources told TMZ this particular case is being handled by the Southern District of New York and reports say this appears to be tied to sex trafficking allegations against Diddy in recent months.
Local Los Angeles news station FOX11 shared a video that appeared to show several individuals in handcuffs near the property, two of them appearing to be Diddy’s sons, Justin and King Combs. They were not being investigated in connection to their father’s alleged crimes but were being detained outside as agents searched the property.
In 2023, Casandra Ventura, also known as R&B singer Cassie, filed a lawsuit in a New York federal court against Combs, whom she dated between 2005 and 2018. She claimed he’d been sexually and physically abusive throughout their relationship, ranging from beating Ventura and forcing her to have sex with other men, to raping her at her home in 2018. They settled the next day.
Attorney Douglas Wigdor, who represents Cassie Ventura and an anonymous plaintiff referred to as Jane Doe, issued this statement, per ABC7: “We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”
According to TMZ, law enforcement agents informed the outlet this afternoon that Homeland Security was executing a raid on Diddy’s homes. The sources reportedly explained that additional law enforcement agencies were also onsite at the raids.
Officers were reportedly walking through Diddy’s residences with “guns drawn,” and speaking to everyone present.
The outlet notes that a representative for the music mogul has not issued a statement about the incident.
Since TMZ‘s initial report, photos have surfaced of Diddy’s sons, Christian Combs and Justin Combs, being placed in handcuffs and questioned by agents. The outlet has also obtained a video from the music mogul’s Miami home.
According to the outlet, the raid is connected to a case being handled out of the Southern District of New York. However, no additional information about what prompted the search has yet been released.
A Brief Recap Of The Sexual Assault Allegations Against Diddy
As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, initially filed a 35-page lawsuit against him in November 2023. The suit accused Diddy of sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking.
A few days later, Ventura privately settled the suit, per The Shade Room. However, the allegations didn’t end there.
In December 2023, the music mogul was hit with another lawsuit. This one accused him of engaging in the sexual assault of a minor in 2003, per The Shade Room. Then, in February, a former male employee filed a 73-page sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy.
The lawsuit accused Diddy of “grooming” the former male employee for sex, “drugging and raping” the male, and enlisting his son Justin Combs to find underage girls and prostitutes for alleged sexual escapades.
To date, Diddy’s attorney has denied all allegations against him.

The streets have created new lingo that is synonymous with the slang term “pause.”
XXL reports, X, formerly known as Twitter users are using the phrase “No Diddy” in place of jargon that’s used after an individual makes a statement that can be deemed homosexual.
Rappers like Cam’ron made the offensive phrase “no homo” popular in the 90s. Social media was seemingly introduced to the “No Diddy” phrase on March 19. A guest on DJ Akademiks’ podcast used the new slang. The controversial creator interviewed musical artist Quilly.
How Did The Phrase Go Viral?
The Phili rapper inserts “No Diddy” numerous times throughout the interview.
Additionally, BNYX, a producer, used the phrase the following day in a tweet.
The song creator quoted Quilly, “I put all my guys in positions. no diddy.”
This phrase “No Diddy” may seemingly refer to the sexual misconduct allegations against Puff, specifically the charges involving other men. Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones sued the Bad Boy CEO for sexual harassment and assault in February.
The record producer is seeking $30 million in damages. The music mogul maintains his innocence.
As previously reported, a settlement was reached with singer Cassie. His ex-girlfriend sued him for sexual assault and human trafficking.
Social Media Reacts To The New Slang
One commenter under The Shaderoom’s post about the phrase noted the Grammy winner would try to disassociate himself from the moniker.
@robertverified stated, “Diddy about to change his name for the 64th time.”
@eyeseeenergy_ wasn’t feeling the phrase stating, “This is honestly corny.”
Some Roomies thought the phrase was comical and fitting.
@moongard3m stated, “Unfortunately the name matches the context perfectly.”
“..so we replacing, no homo, pause and sus with no diddy? got it lol,” @etcali wrote.
However, some people are upset.
“This is NOT a trend,” @justjasminenoelle wrote. “Just ignorance and further showcasing how we lack accountability in the black community. You’ll never hear a white person say “NO WOODY” or “NO CHARLIE.”

Diddy‘s lawyer is speaking out after the music mogul was accused of sexual harassment and assault by a former male employee. As The Shade Room previously reported, on November 16, 2023, the music mogul was sued for sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
A few days later, the singer’s lawsuit against Diddy was settled. However, since then, more people have come forward accusing the 54-year-old of similar actions.
Here’s What Diddy Is Being Accused Of In New Lawsuit From Former Male Employee
According to TMZ, a man named Rodney Jones, also known as Lil Rod, has filed the new lawsuit against Diddy. Jones reportedly is a former videographer and producer for the music mogul.
The outlet reports that Jones is alleging he was sexually assaulted by Diddy. Additionally, the man alleges to have been subject to “unwanted advances by associates of Diddy at his direction.”
TRIGGER WARNING: This portion of the article contains content related to sexual assault.
Furthermore, Jones is asserting that Diddy would grope his genitals and “touch his anus.” The music mogul is also accused of parading “around naked in front of Jones.”
Rodney Jones’ Assault Allegations Also Involve Other Celebrities
TMZ reports that Jones believes Diddy was trying to “groom him into having sex” despite the music mogul seeming to downplay his advances as “horseplay.”
Jones has also alleged that Diddy’s “grooming” of him involved coercing him to watch a video of Stevie J having sex with another man. TMZ reports that Jones’ lawsuit includes a screenshot from the alleged video.
However, Jones’ allegations reportedly don’t end there.
The man says that a female cousin of Yung Miami’s also sexually assaulted him. The woman allegedly tried to have sex with him in front of Diddy and “members of his staff.”
Furthermore, Rodney Jones also alleges that Diddy brought prostitutes to his home. Jones reportedly believes that on one occasion when he was present, he was “drugged and possibly raped.”
The man is also accusing Diddy of intentionally serving laced drinks to women at his parties while probing underage girls with alcohol. Furthermore, Jones alleges that Diddy directed his son, Justin Combs, and Stevie J to “recruit prostitutes” and underage girls to attend these parties.
Lastly, Jones adds that Diddy introduced him to Cuba Gooding Jr. On the occasion, Jones claims that the actor was “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.”
Diddy’s Lawyer Speaks Out Amid The Recent Allegations
According to TMZ, Jones is suing Diddy, his son Justin, and “other employees as well as various record execs.” He is reportedly seeking at least $30 million in damages.
Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, has since shared a statement regarding Jones’ recent allegations with the outlet.
“[Rodney Jones] is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holley explained. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
At this time, we should note that a producer by the name of Lil Rod, who appears to have worked with Diddy on his recent album, ‘The Love Album: Off The Grid,’ has shared his grievances with the music mogul on Instagram.
The Shade Room is unable to confirm whether this is the man who filed the lawsuit against Diddy. However, a GoFundMe campaign has been created by the producer, whose campaign is listed as Rodney Jones.
Additionally, the campaign is titled “Help Me Sue Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.”
The campaign’s description alleges that the man is “fighting” for “producer’s rates (money), publishing shares, and royalties” owed from his work on the album.
“For the better part of the past 6 months, my team and I have extended every opportunity we knew possible to have these matters addressed and resolved (fairly) but in private. However, Diddy’s negotiation tactics, to stall communications, dry out (my) funds, and have me negotiating out of desperation or without a real means of fighting back has forced me here!” the campaign’s description reads in part.
Furthermore, the GoFundMe campaign has a goal of $50,000, with over $1,400 raised thus far.

As promised, we’ve compiled swoon-worthy stunners (and our thirst-trappin’ celebrity faves) with Caresha making her return to the series after tussling with Akademiks (AGAIN) on social media.
It all started when the City Girl rapper and popular blogger Armon Wiggins got into a heated squabble stemming from a situation where Miami was allegedly booted from Wiggins’ section at an event.
At some point during the messy exchange, Wiggins posted a clip of Akademiks dragging her and claiming Diddy cut off their months-long somethingship amid his legal woes.
While Caresha and Wiggins were going AT IT, Akademiks slithered into the mix and raged against the aspiring Oprah in a ruthless tirade on Twitter X.
Basically, Akademiks brought up Yung Miami’s penchant for golden showers and even went as far as to say she “failed at everything in life” while claiming she was Diddy’s “side chick.”
On the flip side, Miami hit back with the now-infamous fake screenshot of Akademiks talking about a then-underaged Bhad Bhabie that lead to seemingly debunked accusations. Oh yes, it was a complete MESS FEST.
If a story starts with “Alright, so boom,” you know it’s about to be a good one. That’s the vibe of our brand-new podcast of the same name, hosted by Nzinga Imani, Rae Holliday and Janeé Bolden. Alexis Skyy Reveals Iconic Kardashian Moment That Happened At Diddy’s 50th Birthday Party
For this week’s episode we were joined by model, entrepreneur and reality star Alexis Skyy. The interview took place back in late October — but ironically we touched on a subject that’s been in the headlines as of late — Diddy and his famous parties! Every episode we ask our guests to tell us about one of their most interesting celebrity encounters. It turns out that some of Alexis’ most memorable ones have happened at Diddy parties.
“I had an iconic moment with the Kardashians, we were all waiting in the bathroom together,” Alexis Skyy recalled. “I was at Diddy’s 50th birthday party and I was in their section. We were partying together so I met Kim and Kylie and Khloe. So super sweet. They knew about my daughter. They asked about Lay Lay. I’m like ‘Oh my God, they really know about me?!’.”
“My water broke at Diddy’s New Year party, but I didn’t know I was having contractions,” Alexis Skyy revealed to the Alright, So… Boom! hosts. “I didn’t really know. I thought I was using the bathroom a lot. I was actually going into labor… I started feeling sick and I didn’t really know what contractions were like, my mom wasn’t there. When I got off the plane on the first, my water broke that day but you know she was still young so they had to lgive me a steroid shot to keep her in, but then she decided she was coming out, so she came out on the 4th.”
Sounds like Alaiya was born to be litty — kinda like her mom. Alexis also spoke to the ASB crew about motherhood and doing her part to protect her daughter.
“I have a six-year-old, going on like 30, it’s mom life,” Alexis said. “It’s ups and downs, it’s finding balance. I think know I’m more mindful when it comes you know protecting my brand and the things that I’ve put out on the Internet because back then I didn’t really think she can grow up and it’ll follow her, she’ll be in school like, ‘Oh your mom did this or your mom did that,’ so now I’m more so cleaning my image and just trying to make sure that you know she’s able to be like, ‘That’s my mom,’ yand nobody has anything negative to really say.”
While Alexis says that dating Fetty Wap push started her career, she also told the podcast that she always had a sense she’d find fame some day.
“I’ve always been kind of famous, like my own way and I’ve always kind of been like popular my whole life,” Alexis Skyy recalled. “I knew I was gonna be like a star when I was younger. I was prom queen and you know things like that so I’ve always just been like an IT girl. In my yearbook I put that I was going to be famous. I’ve been in the industry for almost 10 years now.”
Alexis also opened up about her experiences as a teenage runaway and sex trafficking survivor. She now advocates for sex trafficking victims and young mothers.
“I’m at a comfortable stage to speak on it, but nobody wants to keep hearing about it. I’m in a space where I’m trying to let go, but can you ever really let it go? I try not to replay it but I think a part of therapy is speaking on it and using my voice to speak on it is super important. There are different ways of trafficking nowawdays and I recently did a summit on that. I didn’t realize so many girls have gone missing I think it’s super important that if you have the influence and you’re able to help that you do it. One of my goals is to one day create a Skyy House — a safe house for women.”

Harve Pierre, the ex-president of Bad Boy Records, has spoken out against atrocious allegations of sexual assault against him and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Source: Jeff Kravitz / Getty
TMZ reports Pierre slammed all claims of wrongdoing and accused the alleged victim of being money-hungry.
“This is a tale of fiction,” Pierre claims. “I have never participated in, witnessed, nor heard of anything like this, ever. These disgusting allegations are false and a desperate attempt for financial gain.”
The record exec continued, “I will vigorously protect my reputation and defend my name. Those who know me recognize that these claims are not true.”
The Latest Lawsuit Accuses Diddy And Pierre Of Allegedly Sex Trafficking And Gang Raping A 17-Year-Old
An anonymous woman accused Harve of coercing her into traveling on a private jet to meet with Diddy as a minor. As BOSSIP previously reported, she alleges Pierre and the Bad Boy founder assaulted her in a recording studio bathroom. Her lawsuit described a horrific scene, including Harve allegedly smoking crack cocaine from a soft drink can shortly before the alleged assault.
Again, Pierre vehemently denied these allegations.
“Brother Love” has also publicly declared his innocence in a statement posted to Instagram — co-signing Pierre’s sentiments that the case was simply a money grab.
“Enough is enough,” the post read. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”
“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth”, he asserted.
The woman who is listed as Jane Doe in court documents also named a “Third Assailant” that participated in the gang rape when she was just 17 years old. Diddy was around 34 years of age at the time. The woman stated the third individual accompanied Pierre when he approached her at a lounge in Michigan before enticing her to take the trip to Comb’s studio in New York City.
Upon arriving, she insists the men plied her with alcohol and drugs. “viciously gang raped” her “one after the other,” the suit claims.
“As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio,” the alleged victim’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor said in a statement. “The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”
Sean’s statement to PEOPLE read, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” he said.
The billionaire businessman added, “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Other Women Filed Lawsuits Accusing Diddy & Harve Pierre Of Sexual Assault In The Past Month

This is the latest woman who has come forward with allegations against the music mogul. The first to break her silence was Diddy’s former longtime partner, Cassie Ventura. The singer filed litigation under the Adult Survivors Act. The case ultimately settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
In addition, Joi Dickerson-Neal accused Diddy of drugging and raping her in a lawsuit filed on Nov. 23 when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991. She claims the entertainer shared a video of the alleged assault with his peers in the music industry. Diddy claims the woman’s story is a complete fabrication.
Combs was accused of rape by a third woman in a lawsuit filed in November at the New York County Supreme Court. According to the document secured by PEOPLE, Jane Doe contends Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall raped her and a friend 30 years ago in New York.
A rep for the rapper told PEOPLE, “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.”
The statement continued, “The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”
The spokesperson for Combs told PEOPLE, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
A Former Assistant Sued Harve Pierre For Allegedly Sexually Harassing And Assaulting Her
Another November lawsuit listed Pierre, Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, LLC, and Bad Boy Records as defendants. The filing accused the entities of failing “to properly supervise Pierre, properly supervise Plaintiff, and protect Plaintiff from a known danger, and, thereby, enabled Pierre’s sexual assaults of Plaintiff.” It also claims they “knew or should have known that Pierre was not fit to be in a position of authority.”
A former assistant of Pierre’s also claims the producer-songwriter sexually harassed and assaulted her. The documents stated the former Bad Boy employee “used his position of authority” to “groom, exploit, and sexually assault her.”
The anonymous assistant claims sexual assaults occurred on “multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country.” Her filing asserts the ordeal between 2016 and 2017 resulted in “physical, psychological, and emotional injuries.”
The accused parties deny the pending allegations as they prepare to defend themselves legally.
