    We love all things beauty here at Who What Wear, but if there’s anything we love above all, it’s fragrance. We could talk about fragrance for hours on end and would not get sick of it. We’re constantly Slacking about new fragrance launches, our favorite perfumes of all time, and how a certain scent smells on our body chemistry. It’s truly a lifestyle.

    I personally use fragrance as a way to enhance however I feel that day. When I first started wearing perfume, I wanted to find a signature scent or something I could wear every day that would remind people of me. (Funnily enough, I chose Tom Ford Black Orchid, which you’ll find on this list.) As I got older, I realized that fragrance could be more than something someone remembers about you. Fragrance can be a form of self-expression—the perfect finishing touch to an outfit, a way to evoke an old memory or a way to match how you feel.

    One of the best things about shopping is uncovering a hidden gem. But beyond value, it allows one to change their relationship with shopping to be more intentional. You’re not spending egregious amounts on fast-fashion hauls; instead, you’re forced to slow down and invest in wardrobe pieces that lend themselves to being worn beyond one season. 

    It’s all these reasons and more that buying designer pieces is the move, in my opinion. Of course, it would be ignorant not to admit that buying luxury items isn’t always financially feasible.     There was a time in my life when if you asked me to run a mile, I’d say not a chance. The younger me would be shocked to hear that I’m a few days away from running my first 5K. While I used to be a strength and conditioning gal, cardio training has taken hold of me like no other lately and I’m always chasing that rush. I challenged myself to run a 5K for the first time because I was looking for a new way to set goals and improve my fitness. Now that I’ve successfully completed my practice round, I know for a fact that I’ll be spending my winters going for runs outdoors and will need a wardrobe to match.

    I’ve never actually had an outdoor fitness routine in the winter and I am very new to this all, but after browsing my favorite fitness sites and asking a few friends for their tips and tricks, I think I’ve got it down. Experienced runners I’ve spoken to mentioned focusing on keeping the extremities warm with a soft beanie and gloves being essential. Wearing tight layers seems to be the move for underneath. A winter coat would be too bulky and keep me too warm, so I am really finding myself drawn to light jackets and quarter-zips.
