Soccer and Rugby Imports congratulates Hanna Pogonowski on winning the 2017 Soccer and Rugby Youth Sports Programs Scholarship. Hanna is currently attending the University of New Hampshire.
Soccer and Rugby Imports offered a $1,000 scholarship for a creative submission to one student to assist with pursuing his or her education. The scholarship opportunity was opened to both graduating high school seniors and any student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program by January 1, 2018 at any accredited U.S. college, university or institute.
We believe that scholarships have the ability to give ambitious students motivation to pursue their dreams with less worry about tuition and other school-related expenses.

Each applicant was required to submit an essay of 500 words or less describing any youth sports programs that he or she had participated in, and how participating in youth sports program helped his or her character development. Applicants were also encouraged to describe any life skills learned while participating in the youth sports programs.
