Ms. Morris indicated that she plans to pursue other opportunities, but that she will remain with the Company for a period of time to assist management with the transition. She has also resigned from the Board of Directors.
To assure a smooth transition, Shona Nabity, President, will continue to lead Rate Pros and its expansion.
