  • Bachelorette’s Ali Fedotowsky Shares ‘Real Talk’ About 10-Lb Weight Gain

Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky is making a public promise to work on her fitness in the new year.

“Real Talk: I’ve gained about 10 pounds since October. In two months!” Fedotowsky, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, December 27, “At first, I was fine with it ‘cause it looked like I had gained more muscles.”

She continued, “Now, my muscles are going down and my weight went up, which is the opposite of what I want to happen. I am publicly committing to putting my health first moving forward.”

While Fedotowsky acknowledged that she “let [herself] indulge” in sweet treats over the holiday season, she is ready to make a change.

“I don’t regret it, but it’s definitely not a path I want to continue,” she wrote. “It’s not necessarily about weight at all for me but about strength. I’m in my 40s and strength is the most important thing for women my age. Anyway, come along on this strength journey with me!”

In a follow-up social media post, Fedotowsky stressed that her weight loss endeavor is “not about being skinny.”

“This is about being healthy. I just truly have been feeling crummy from eating so much bad food this holiday season,” the Bachelor Nation alum stated. “I’m really starting to feel my body changing now that I’m in my 40s, and I just want to be healthy and strong for my family and myself for years to come!”

Fedotowsky previously overhauled her fitness routine in preparation for season 3 of Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

“I lost 20 pounds training for the show. I was working out two to three times a day. My whole day,” Fedotowsky exclusively told Us Weekly in December 2024 of training for the grueling military-inspired reality TV show. “This was my job for two months. I put everything else to the side. I was training hardcore. And so, for me, I kept saying to people online, I’m like, ‘Oh, well, I work out two times a day.’ I know that’s not possible for most moms out there. Moms are busy or people have jobs.”

Fedotowsky, who shares two kids with husband Kevin Manno, further explained that she didn’t want any of her followers to “compare” their progress against hers since she had more freedom to train consistently.

“I’m happy that I can finally tell people, ‘Look, my transformation is not normal. It was my job for two months. That’s why I was able to make this happen. Don’t compare yourself to me,’” she told Us. “That was difficult for me not to have that honest conversation.”

In addition to getting into better physical shape, Fedotowsky also worked on her mental health.

“Beverley [Mitchell] told me, ‘Do breathing exercises, focus on the mental.’ That actually really helped me,” Fedotowsky recalled, referring to the 7th Heaven alum, 44, who was a Special Forces recruit during season 1. “I looked into Wim Hof breathing exercises, I was doing meditation and I hired a breathing coach. I really went through it.”

  • Amy Schumer Puts Abs on Display in Mirror Selfie With ‘No Filter’

Amy Schumer just served up a dose of realness — and abs — in her latest mirror selfie.

The comedian, 44, snapped a pic in her bathroom wearing a pink sports bra and blue lace-up shorts, giving a relaxed smile with a candid caption. “No filter no filler no clean mirror,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories post on Thursday, October 23.

Schumer proved once again that confidence doesn’t need editing after delivering a fashion-forward moment and speaking out about her health journey.

Earlier this week, she shared photos of herself in a leopard-print coat, accessorizing her New York City look with black stilettos and a statement red clutch.

“Thank you @maisonvalentino @stevesandsnyc @viviennewestwood @gitabass @tousledbyjae and Perimenopause,” Schumer captioned her snaps on Tuesday, October 21.

Prior to that, she was spotted in the Big Apple yet again, rocking a stylish two-toned Chloe sweater, which retails for around $1,400, paired with high-waisted jeans on October 7.

Her outing came after fans and friends of the Kinda Pregnant actress sang her praises earlier this month, sounding off about a recent snap of Schumer in a Miu Miu button-down mini shirt dress on a trip to Las Vegas with pals Alex Saks and Jillian Bell.

“Amy … legs need to come out more!!!” skincare expert Georgia Louise commented on her Instagram photo shared October 4, while Lee Daniels chimed in, “Skinnnnnnnny mommmmma.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Margaret Joseph echoed, “Ok legs for days!!🔥🔥❤️.” Isla Fisher also joined the chat, replying, “Those legs ❤️❤️❤️.”

Schumer responded to the sweet comments, writing, “Loving the love. My legs thank you!”

Schumer has been an open book about her health journey in recent years, addressing her “horrible experience” with Ozempic — an FDA-approved prescription medication to treat type 2 diabetes that has weight loss benefits — after revealing she had liposuction in 2022.

Chelsea Handler, Kyle Richards and More Celebrities Who've Spoken About the Ozempic Weight Loss

Ozempic has become a hot topic when it comes to weight loss — with some stars confirming they have used the drug while others denied it. Chelsea Handler admitted during a January 2023 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that she unknowingly took the Type 2 diabetes medication, which is traditionally used to improve […]

“I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy [with son Gene],” she said in January on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show. “So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”

“I lost 30 pounds so quick. I looked great, but I couldn’t lift my head off the pillow,” she added. “So what’s the point?”

Schumer has proven to have a more transparent approach about her weight loss journey, telling Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in June 2023, “I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn’t play with my son. I was so skinny and he’s throwing a ball at me and [I couldn’t].”

Schumer pointed out, “Everyone has been lying, saying, ‘Oh, smaller portions.’ Like shut the f*** up. You are on Ozempic or one of those things or you got work done. Just stop.”

“Be real with the people,” she continued. “When I got lipo, I said I got lipo.”

  • Jelly Roll Flaunts 200-Lb. Weight Loss Ahead of Australian Tour

Country star Jelly Roll is showing off his jaw-dropping 200-pound weight loss transformation, recently joining ESPN’s College GameDay before kicking off his Australian tour.

Sporting a confident smile and trim physique, the “Wild Ones” crooner-turned-celebrity guest picker (real name: Jason DeFord) was in great spirits over the weekend as he made several picks for the top college football games on Saturday, October 18.

Jelly Roll, 40, was the only picker to suggest the Volunteers would defeat Alabama Crimson Tide, but sadly missed the mark as the Tennessee football team lost 37-20.

He also predicted the Georgia Bulldogs would reign triumphant against Ole Miss, agreeing with the entire panel of Desmond Howard, Nick Saban and Pat McAfee. They were right on the money, as the Bulldogs ended the game with a final score of 43-35.

During the segment, he also spoke fondly of Saban, admitting that his family “admired and respected” the former coach and sportscaster as much as they “hated” him. Jelly pointed out that his father was a Vanderbilt fan, while the rest of his family was all for team Tennessee.

While viewers raved over his spirited commentary, several fans couldn’t help but be amazed by his fitness transformation. The chart-topping performer, who once weighed 550 pounds, has lost nearly 200 pounds since the beginning of his wellness journey in 2022.

He was spotted yet again at the Sydney Airport on Tuesday, October 21, rocking a black hoodie while carrying a backpack before the launch of his first-ever Australian headlining tour. He’ll be hitting the stage for nine shows from Friday, October 24 to Thursday, November 6.

The music artist previously lost between 60 to 70 pounds on his Beautifully Broken tour and it’s likely he’ll be just as active and busy this time around.

Jelly Roll celebrated a personal milestone in his health journey in September, captioning a photo of himself, “I can fit in Louis Vuitton now. Pray for my bank account.”

He isn’t showing any signs of slowing down anytime soon, either.

“I wanna be on the cover of Men’s Health by March of 2026,” Jelly Roll said about his hopes for the future during an appearance on wife Bunnie Xo’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast in December 2024. “That’s my new goal. I wanna have one of the biggest transformations.”

A month before that interview, he spoke to People about embracing a healthier lifestyle for longevity.

“The battle was with the food addiction, changing the way I’ve looked at food for the last 39 years,” he told the outlet in November 2024. “I’ve never had a healthy relationship with food, so that was the hard part. But once you get into that discipline and commitment, it’s like an avalanche. Once that little snowball started rolling, it was on its way.”

Jelly Roll also shed light on his “tour culture” while on the road, noting it used to revolve around “alcohol and drugs.”

He said there has since been a noticeable shift and the focus is now “around good eating and around exercising and doing emotional check-ins with our crew every day.”

  • Bunnie Xo Addresses Jelly Roll Weight Loss and Fans’ Reactions

Bunnie Xo reacted to fans saying her husband, Jelly Roll, has gotten “so hot” since he lost more than 200 pounds.

“[People say], ‘Girl, your man is so hot now that he’s lost all that weight,’” the influencer, 45, began in a TikTok video on Saturday, September 27. “Is he? Because he’s always had the same face. He’s always had the same heart. He’s always had the same soul.”

She went on, “I think the most appropriate thing here to say is that he looks so much healthier now that he has lost weight.”

Bunnie Xo (real name Alyssa DeFord) encouraged her followers to “stop living in a Shallow Hall world,” referencing the 2001 movie starring Jack Black as a sexist man who was put under a spell to only see women’s inner-beauty.

“You know what? You might miss out on the best love of your life by judging somebody by their weight,” she concluded.

In an August TikTok video, Bunnie Xo supported her husband by playfully body-slamming the musician (real name Jason Bradley DeFord) against a wall to test out his weight loss.

“When you have to check and make sure he’s still your squish after all the weight loss,” Bunnie wrote over the clip and added the sweet caption, “Bestie #jellyandbunnie.”

Jelly Roll, 40, addressed his weight loss journey in April, revealing that he’d “started at 540 pounds” and was at “357 pounds [as of] this morning.”

“I’m gonna lose another 100 pounds,” he told host Pat McAfee during the Big Night AHT live show.

He previously told People in April 2024 that his fitness regiment included walking “three miles a day, four to six days a week,” plus “20 to 30 minutes in the sauna” and “6 minutes in the cold plunge.”

“If I feel this good down this weight, man, I can only imagine what I’m going to feel like by the time I go on tour,” he said at the time.

Meanwhile, Bunnie Xo opened up on her “Dumb Blonde” podcast in August about why she hasn’t made many public appearances with her husband recently.

“Someone said the other day, ‘They used to always be together, and now you never see them together,’” the podcast host told listeners. “I’m like, ‘Do you guys not know that for the past six months [that] I’ve been trying to make a baby?’”

She pointed out that Jelly Roll has to “work to f***ing bring home the bacon” — which often involves touring and recording all across the world — while she has the “luxury of working from home.”

“He doesn’t [have that luxury],” she added. “He has to make appearances, but I literally have been on IVF meds for f***ing six months and going through heartbreak and f***ing so much s*** … That’s why you haven’t seen me [because] mama’s about to pop out. I gotta remind them. I might even do a sexy photoshoot and piss off all the f***ing [haters].”

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have been married since 2016. The Grammy Award nominee is also a father of two children from previous relationships.

The “Save Me” artist has had a whirlwind month, having performed with tourmate Post Malone at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards via satellite from Hanover, Germany, on September 7 and then meeting Pope Leo XIV ahead of a Vatican City concert on September 13.

  • ‘Botched’ Star Dr. Terry Dubrow Compares Ozempic to Tylenol

‘Botched’ Star Dr. Terry Dubrow Compares Ozempic to Tylenol

Despite the controversy surrounding Ozempic, Dr. Terry Dubrow shut down the idea that it’s dangerous, revealing what he thinks people should be more cautious about instead.

“I have news for you. Tylenol is more dangerous than these drugs. Tylenol is one of the most dangerous drugs you can take,” Dubrow, 65, claims in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly while chatting about the eighth season of Botched, currently airing on E!.

The plastic surgeon continues: “In fact, there’s been an epidemic of liver failure from Tylenol. So the FDA has put out a thing about, ‘Do not let your patients take this much Tylenol.’” (Taking too much acetaminophen is the most common cause of acute liver failure in the U.S., according to Mayo Clinic. The FDA recommends following dosage instructions from your doctor or the manufacturer’s label.)

While Ozempic was created as a Type 2 diabetes medication, celebrities like Tracy Morgan and Amy Schumer have candidly revealed they’ve used semaglutide injections to rapidly shed weight.

Even though Ozempic has recently become en vogue, Dubrow — who’s been a champion of the drug — explains that this weight loss method is nothing new.

“These drugs have been around for about 10 years now, and they have been studied completely,” he says, alleging that the drug is “the biggest medical breakthrough in history.”

While taking Ozempic, some users have discussed negative gastrointestinal side effects they’ve faced as well as dropping to an unhealthy weight. Dubrow has heard the criticism, but notes that he thinks the side effects are “worth it” for those who are overweight.

Dubrow reveals he went on the drug Mounjaro, which is similar to Ozempic. He shares he experienced nausea within the first couple days of every weekly injection.

Weighing in. Real Housewives such as Kyle Richards, Dolores Catania and more have addressed whether they used diabetes medication Ozempic for weight loss. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star sparked speculation about using the drug after she debuted her slimmed-down figure in January 2023 via a bikini selfie. Richards then opened up about how […]

Despite his favorable reviews of the drug, Dubrow has stopped taking it himself — but the side effects weren’t the reason why. “I went off it just because I wanted to eat again,” he shares.

The plastic surgeon, who is married to The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, notes that weight loss drugs like Mounjaro and Ozempic are safe, but “you have to learn how to use” them.

“The thing we don’t really understand is you don’t need diabetic doses and it’s being prescribed in diabetic doses,” he tells Us. “You probably should just stay on a low dose or go off it once you lose your weight.”

Terry also addresses the idea that a user’s body wouldn’t maintain the weight loss. He points out that “if you go off your diet and your exercise routine, you’re also going to gain weight back.”

When he’s not defending the use of Ozempic and similar weight loss drugs, Terry is starring in Botched, which he teases is “different” this season.

“This is my favorite season,” he says. “I actually thought we’d have a lot more complications than we did. We were sort of saying, ‘OK, we’re taking on these impossible cases.’ We’re going to have complications. There’s going to be some botch by the Botched doctors this season, which is so scary when you think about it, but I think you’ve got to watch.”

  • Kelly Clarkson Jokes She Gets Put in 'Tight' Clothes After Weight Loss

Kelly Clarkson Jokes She Gets Put in 'Tight' Clothes After Weight Loss

    Cindy Ord/Getty Images for SiriusXM

Kelly Clarkson is having some fun when talking about how life has changed following her weight loss.

The singer, 41, joked about her body transformation during a recent performance at her Las Vegas residency, Chemistry…an Intimate Night With Kelly Clarkson. When a fan asked to take a shot with her in between songs, Clarkson made light of not being able to bend down due to her restrictive outfit.

“Oh, boy. I really can’t bend in these,” she quipped as she attempted to grab the mini bottle of vodka from the concertgoer, per a Tuesday, January 2, TikTok video. “Dude, this is tight. Like, I lost weight and they’re like, ‘Let’s get you into this tight s—t.’”

Clarkson eventually found a way to reach down off the stage and proceeded to chug the liquor while the crowd cheered and one fan yelled, “Skinny legend!”

Clarkson’s lighthearted remarks come one day after she opened up about what led to her recent weight loss, crediting her move from Los Angeles to the Big Apple for her changing physique.

“Walking in the city is quite the workout,” the pop star explained during a Wednesday, January 3, interview with People, noting that she often explores the streets of Manhattan with her kids: daughter River, 9, and son Remington, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.

“We go walk the dogs a few times at the park. We’ll go for ice cream because my daughter will wear me down,” she added. “We’ll go make slime and we’ll go to the museum.”

Clarkson shared that she’s gotten “really into infrared saunas” as of late and “just got a cold plunge because everybody wore me down.” She’s also been “listening” to her doctors, noting that for “a couple years I didn’t.”

    @sabbbb0

I TOOK A SHOT WITH FREAKING KELLY CLARKSON!!! #kellyclarkson #chemistryresidency #lasvegas I have so many videos from many angles and have no idea who sent me this one. But thank you to every single person that found me and sent it to me! I appreciate it!

When it comes to her diet, Clarkson said she’s been eating a “healthy mix” of foods. “And 90 percent of the time, I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway,” she explained. “I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat — sorry vegetarians in the world!”

Clarkson has often been candid about her boy image over the years. While talking with Serena Williams during a November 2020 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the Grammy winner revealed that she feels a need to “stand strong” for herself when it comes to her physique. “I feel like I have to keep talking about it every once in a while and stand up. I try to do it in a comedic way and keep it light, but well, sometimes you just gotta shut [haters] down,” she said.

More recently, Clarkson stood up to ex-husband Blackstock, 47, when he told her she wasn’t “sexy” enough to become a judge on The Voice. In court documents obtained by The New York Post on Tuesday, January 2, Clarkson alleged that her then-spouse, who was also her talent manager at the time, tried to persuade her to pass on the gig and claimed NBC was “looking for more of a sex symbol” to fill the role.

Clarkson went on to judge the singing competition series for 8 seasons. Her divorce from Blackstock, meanwhile, was finalized in March 2022. “Well, a wife doesn’t forget a time she gets told she’s not a sex symbol, so that stays,” she reportedly told her attorney, Ed McPherson, in the docs.

    Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Ozzy Osbourne isn’t a fan of wife Sharon Osbourne’s recent weight loss.

“Ozzy doesn’t like it,” Sharon, 71, revealed during the Friday, November 24, episode of Good Morning Britain. “He’s scared. He thinks something is going to happen to me. It’s too good to be true.”

Sharon began taking Ozempic, a semaglutide injection that lowers blood sugar, in December 2022. After taking the drug for four months and losing 30 pounds, the England native said she could now stand to gain a “few pounds” back but her body isn’t “listening.”

The former America’s Got Talent judge also warned parents about allowing their teenagers to have access to Ozempic. “It’s easy to say, ‘This is it. I can eat what I want and keep taking this injection,’” she said. “I think it needs to be in the hands of older people [who] totally understand that there can be side effects to this.”

She continued, “I don’t want young girls [to take it] because the world we live in today, everyone wants to be skinny.”

Since coming off Ozempic, Sharon has gotten candid about her struggle to regain the weight. Earlier this month, she told the Daily Mail that she is now down to “under 100 pounds” against her wishes. “I’m too gaunt and I can’t put any weight on,” she shared. “I want to, because I feel I’m too skinny. … Be careful what you wish for.”

Sharon also hasn’t shied away from discussing the harsh side effects she experienced on Ozempic, which has become popular for its off-label use as a weight loss drug. “I was very sick for a couple of months,” she said during a May episode of the U.K.’s The Talk. “The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.”

While she noted that her appetite eventually returned and she now eats “normally,” she still continues to lose weight. “I haven’t put on a pound. Nothing,” she said.

Sharon isn’t the only member of her family facing health issues. Ozzy, 74, went public with his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2020. The news came one year after he suffered a fall that caused him to dislodge metal rods that had been put in his body after a quad bike crash in 2003.

Earlier this year, Ozzy shared that “after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently, groundbreaking Cybernic (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.” He subsequently canceled his remaining European and U.K. tour dates as he was no longer “physically capable” of performing at them.

The rocker later assured fans that “I’m f—king not dying” during a February episode of Sirius XM’s “Ozzy’s Boneyard, but noted that he’s “still in constant pain” amid his 2019 spinal injury and is doing the “best I can to stay away from the pain medication.”

Sharon, meanwhile, gave an update on her husband’s health during her Good Morning Britain appearance on Friday, sharing that Ozzy is doing better after “five years of nightmares and operations.”

“I do not know how he has stood for it but he’s good,” she said, adding that there are “no more operations” planned for the singer and the pair are “looking forward” to their upcoming move back to England.

The couple, who tied the knot in 1982 and share children Aimee, 40, Kelly, 39, and Jack, 38, announced their plans to return to the U.K. in September of last year.

“I just feel at this point in my life, I can’t speak for Ozzy, but I wanna go home,” Sharon told ABC News at the time. “And it doesn’t mean I’ll never come [back] — my children are here. I need to be back where I came from.”

She added, “I love America. But where Mama wants to go, I’ll go.”
