  • Celebrity Traitors star Nick Mohammed reveals secret ‘game plan’ that got him to the final

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors star Nick Mohammed has opened up on his “overwhelming” time on the show. And he’s also revealed the best way to secure a place in the final – just like he did.

For weeks, everyone was hooked on the Celebrity Traitors, all wondering just who would take home the win. And in the shocking finale, it was Alan Carr who won the show, after he successfully convinced (mostly) everybody that he was a Faithful.

But now that it has had some time to settle, Celebrity Traitors finalist Nick Mohammed appeared on This Morning to reflect on his time on the show. And he also revealed he wouldn’t do it again as the show is renewed for another season.

Nick Mohammed on ‘game plan’ to get to the final

Speaking to hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, Nick revealed he had a wonderful time on the show. But that there is a way to make it easier for a Faithful to get to the final.

When asked if he had a game plan going in, Nick explained that it is difficult because you have to be ready to “adapt” immediately.

He explained: “You can try to have a game plan. The only thing I did swear by was one, that you can’t win on your own as a Faithful. So, you have to be prepared to be sacrificed – either yourself or other Faithfuls. That is just the name of the game.

“But also, you don’t need to get Traitors out until the end. Because you don’t win at that point. You only win at the end. So, actually, to ally yourself with a Traitor, if you really believe that’s what they are. If you make them believe you think they are a Faithful. I think that was quite a useful thing to do.”

As for whether or not that’s what he done in the show, he admitted he did do it – twice.

Nick added: “I did do that with Jonathan [Ross]. And with Cat [Burns], to a degree. But obviously I got it wrong with Joe [Marler].”

In the show, Nick shockingly turned against Joe Marler, who he had struck somewhat of a bromance with, as he ultimately believed that Alan was telling the truth.

But now that the show is over, Nick has admitted he wouldn’t go back and do it again for one specific reason.

Would Nick do Celebrity Traitors again?

Despite the incredible experience Nick had on the show, he admitted that he wouldn’t actually do it again.

But it’s not because of anything negative. Instead, he would never want to ruin the experience he had. Especially because he isn’t someone who is very big on reality TV anyway.

He told Ben and Cat: “I wouldn’t do it again. But not because I didn’t enjoy it. Only because I had such a pure experience. And I think because I obviously made it through to the end, I don’t think I could top it.

“I adored it. And I would recommend to anyone who is a fan of the show to do it. But no, I’m done. I never wanted to do reality TV anyway, but I always loved that show so much, I couldn’t say no.”

  • Celebrity Traitors fans declare winner as a ‘hero’ in shock final: ‘Played a blinder!’

    [ad_1]

The Celebrity Traitors final aired tonight (November 6), and fans are relieved to find out Alan Carr won the game.

On Thursday evening, only five contestants remained: Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns and Faithfuls Joe Marler, David Olusoga and Nick Mohammed.

After waiting over a week, viewers tuned in to see how the episode played out. First up, following their final mission, host Claudia Winkleman revealed the charity prize fund totaled a whopping £87,500.

The group then met for the last round table of the series. Cat received the most votes and was banished. However, due to the rules of the game, she wasn’t able to reveal that she was a Traitor.

Soon after, the remaining four had to vote whether they wanted to end the game or not in front of the fire. Unanimously, they all voted to banish again.

Joe voted for Alan to exit the game. However, Nick, David and Alan turned on Joe and voted him out. As a result, he was sent packing, but still couldn’t reveal to the group that he was a Faithful.

When the group was asked whether they wanted to banish or end the game once again, all three voted to end.

However, little did David and Nick know that Alan was a Traitor. Upon telling David and Nick, Alan shocked the two and burst into tears.

Despite losing at the final hurdle, David and Nick praised Alan’s victory and the amount of money he won for his charity.

At the end of the episode, Alan told Claudia that his money would be going to the children’s cancer charity, Neuroblastoma.

“Omg!!!! Yes Alan!!!!!” one user wrote on X.

“Alan has played a blinder!” another person shared.

“Alan Carr hahahahah what a hero,” a third remarked.

“Well done Alan. What a brilliantly played game,” a fourth said.

“Wow I did not expect that reaction from Alan!” a fifth person expressed.

  • Celebrity Traitors fans turn on Alan Carr following shock decision: ‘He should be ashamed of himself!’

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors fans were left fuming with Alan Carr after he murdered fan-favourite Celia Imrie tonight.

During Thursday evening’s episode (October 29), the remaining Traitors — Alan Carr and Cat Burns — had to murder another Faithful in plain sight.

Last night, Jonathan Ross became the first Traitor banished at the round table. In the same episode, comedian Lucy Beaumont was also murdered.

Tonight, the remaining Traitors were set a new mission, where one of them had to say, “Parting is such sweet sorrow,” to one of the contestants. Unfortunately for Celia, Alan ended up saying that exact sentence to the actress when the group was all together at the dinner table.

As a result, Celia was murdered that evening and immediately exited the show. Fans, however, were less than impressed with Alan’s decision and took to social media to complain.

    Cat Burns to win?

With the series finale next Thursday (November 6), bookies have been betting on who would win the show.

According to exclusive odds from SportsCasting, singer Cat Burns is the current favourite (5/4).

SportsCasting’s Shane Orton told ED! that Cat “has navigated the game with remarkable composure” after “staying largely unsuspicious”.

Meanwhile, former rugby player Joe Marler is also predicted to have a high chance with odds of 2/1.

“Joe Marler’s straightforward approach and clear-eyed attack strategy have also been notable. He was right about Jonathan being a Traitor all along but often lacked the support to convince others. All signs point to a fascinating battle between cunning and observation in the final stages,” Shane continued.

  • Celebrity Traitors fans ‘gutted’ after fan-favourite was murdered: ‘I’m upset’

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors fans were very unhappy after comedian Lucy Beaumont became the latest celebrity to be murdered.

At the beginning of Wednesday’s (October 29) show, Faithful Lucy was murdered in plain sight by the three Traitors — Alan Carr, Cat Burns and Jonathan Ross.

Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway and Ted Lasso actor Nick Mohammed were also contenders to be killed off by the Traitors.

As a result, viewers were not pleased by their choice and took to social media to vent.

Genuinely thought Kate would get murdered,” a third shared.

KATE WAS RIGHT THERE YOU SONSOF[BLEEP]S! Leave Lucy alone!” a fifth said.

    ‘I’d rather be a Traitor’

During her interview with the BBC, Lucy admitted she wanted to play the game as a Traitor.

“I think there’s a bit less pressure with being a Faithful, but then it’d be hard if people suspected you were a Traitor. If you are a Traitor, you can’t really blame anyone for pointing the finger at you,” she said.

“All things considered, if I had to pick, I’d rather be a Traitor. I think it’s more interesting. But I’d probably not be a very good one.”

  • Celebrity Traitors fans ‘devastated’ by latest murder: ‘Ruined my evening!’

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors fans were gutted after Joe Wilkinson became the latest star murdered tonight (October 23).

During Thursday’s show, Faithful Mark Bonnar was banished from the roundtable. However, the episode took another turn when the three Traitors – Cat Burns, Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross – had to murder again.

When the trio met up that same evening in their dark green cloaks, they debated killing actor Stephen Fry and Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway. However, they settled on Joe Wilkinson after weighing up the pros and cons.

‘I thought it would be too stressful to be a Traitor’

During his interview with the BBC, Joe revealed whether he wanted to play as a Faithful or Traitor.

“When the show was first out, I always said I wanted to be a Faithful because I thought it would be too stressful to be a Traitor,” he said.

“Now I’m here I’m kind of thinking ‘in for a penny’. So, I don’t know and I think I’ll only know how I’ll feel if I get the tap on my shoulder or not. I think a bit of all of us will be like that’s a blessed relief if we’re not chosen. That said, I would like to see the turret.”

When asked whether he would be good at reading people, he said: “I can’t spot a liar. I’m very trusting. There’s a good chance I might think there are no Traitors at all.”

  • Celebrity Traitors fans declare ‘that’s their first misstep’ following ‘ridiculous’ murder

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors fans reckon the Traitors have made their “first misstep” tonight (October 22) after Alan Carr, Cat Burns and Jonathan Ross struck again.

After Clare Balding’s shock banishment at the end of last week’s episode, it was back to the turret to decide who to murder.

This time, following the hilarious wishing well task, the banshees would be delivering news of the murder. And, after the Traitors whittled it down to three players – Kate Garraway, David Olusoga and Charlotte Church – the murderous blow was delivered…

Poor old Charlotte Church was murdered at the start of tonight’s ep (Credit: BBC)

    Celebrity Traitors murder victim revealed

Tonight, Jonathan, Alan and Cat decided to murder Charlotte Church. She was murdered in her bed by a banshee. She became the fourth star murdered. Already, the Traitors have murdered Ruth Codd, Tom Daley and Paloma Faith.

Clare Balding, Tameka Empson and Niko Omilana have all been banished. And still the Faithfuls haven’t caught a Traitor.

However, viewers reckon the move was a “stupid” one by the three Traitors, and one that they reckon could lead to their downfall.

    Viewers react to brutal murder

Tonight, viewers admitted they were baffled over the Traitors’ latest murder victim. Charlotte’s name was being bandied about by the likes of Celia Imrie, who was convinced she was a Traitor. So why would the Traitors off Charlotte, when they could’ve killed Kate Garraway and made Charlotte the scapegoat?

Viewers reckon it won’t be long now till at least one of the Traitors is banished. One said: “Celia’s face when it was Charlotte. She knows it’s Jonathan now.”

Another added: “First big slip up the Traitors have made there… this will lead to at least one of them being caught out as she was a good scapegoat for banishing.” A third added: “Why did they murder Charlotte when she was suspected? So stupid! A first misstep from the Traitors.”

“Oh no first bad move from the Traitors I think. It was ridiculous to kill Charlotte,” said another. “These Traitors are useless. Why would they kill Charlotte when she was next on the chopping block?” “When they were just speculating Charlotte was a Traitor ffs!” wailed another.

“She was someone who was getting suspicion! Everyone at breakfast was gonna banish her!” another complained.

Others, meanwhile, just “can’t stop laughing” at Alan’s reactions whenever someone is murdered or banished. At breakfast, the man himself even admitted to shovelling cheese into his mouth to stop himself from laughing. How long till he’s rumbled?

  • Celebrity Traitors slam ‘horrendously stupid’ cast while favouring ‘only one with common sense’

    [ad_1]

Celebrity Traitors fans believe Joe Marler is the “smartest” contestant among this year’s cast.

At the round table tonight (October 16), the former rugby player, who is currently playing as a Faithful, put Traitor Jonathan Ross down on his board, in the hope that he would be banished.

However, unfortunately for Faithful Clare Balding, the majority put her name down, and she became the second contestant voted off.

Despite the Traitors — Jonathan, Cat Burns and Alan Carr — managing to avoid being caught out, viewers praised Joe for figuring the chat show host out so quickly, especially after others have failed to do so.

“Joe actually speaking sense THANK YOU,” another person shared.

“These ‘celebrities’ around the table are horrendously stupid. Aside the 2 Joe’s,” a third remarked.

“Never thought I’d say this but Joe Marler is the only one of them talking sense!!” a fourth said.

“Joe Marler is about only one with any common sense,” a fifth person expressed.

“The faithfuls are bloody useless except Joe Marler,” a sixth said.

Another echoed: “Joe Marler, the most intelligent there and honestly thought it’d be Stephen Fry.”

  • Complaints pour in after Celebrity Traitors favourite is murdered: ‘Going to miss him’

    [ad_1]

Fans of Celebrity Traitors were left shocked after Olympian Tom Daley was the second to be murdered.

During Wednesday night’s (October 15) show, Niko became the first celebrity to be banished from the round table.

However, the episode took another turn when the three Traitors — Cat Burns, Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross — immediately murdered Tom Daley that same evening.

Viewers immediately reacted, and many aren’t happy with the decision.

“Gone but never forgotten,” one user wrote on X, adding the heartbroken emoji.

“No way did they murder Tom,” another person shared.

“Going to miss Tom,” a third remarked.

With Paloma and Tom gone, that’s two of the most interesting players out already,” a fourth said.

Gone too soon Tom. I thought he or Stephen would go next. Both too smart for their own good. No more shower shots. Shame,” a fifth person expressed.

    ‘Thank god he’s gone’

    However, many didn’t agree.

“Tom was a very clever choice to get rid off. Better to get the strong ones out the way and leave the weak ones like David and Kate in,” one said.

Tom Daley gone 15 minutes into the episode, get in!” another stated.

“Thank god he’s gone,” a third insisted.

    ‘I want to win’

Before appearing on the show, Tom revealed he was eager to win the show.

“I want to win. That’s the whole point of the game. I’m there to have fun, but at the same time I want to do well,” he said.

  • Celebrity Traitors star Alan Carr leaves viewers fuming over first murder: ‘Huge mistake’

    [ad_1]

The Celebrity Traitors was back for its second episode tonight (October 9) and viewers were furious after Alan Carr’s murder in plain sight victim was revealed.

Last night, The Celebrity Traitors host Claudia Winkleman welcomed 19 celebrities to her castle in the Scottish Highlands.

Once there, three were chosen as Traitors – Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr and Cat Burns. The decision angered some, but not as much as Alan’s decision to off poor Paloma Faith with a slow-working poison.

Celebrity Traitor Alan Carr murdered his first celeb tonight (Credit: BBC)

The Celebrity Traitors – Alan kills Paloma Faith tonight

Tonight’s show saw Alan Carr carry out his murderous mission. He was tasked with taking poisoned pollen from a lily and rubbing it on someone’s face.

He decided that it had to be one of the girls. And, after wandering into the kitchen and seeing his pal Paloma chatting with Ruth Codd, he decided to carry out his murder.

Touching Paloma on the cheek and telling her she had a hair on her face, Alan dealt his lethal blow.

The following morning, when everyone turned up for breakfast and no one was murdered, the celebrities were left baffled… Until Claudia came in and told them that appearances could be deceptive and someone was murdered in plain sight last night.

She then told the group that, by the end of today’s mission, one of them would be dead. A task that saw the celebrities return to last night’s graveyard for a funeral then took place.

    ‘Huge mistake murdering Paloma’

Of course, viewers knew early on in the episode that poor Paloma was going to be the first out. And they were left absolutely furious with Alan Carr.

“Oh Alan, not Paloma!” said one. “ALAN!!! Murdering your bestie,” said another.

Others branded it a “mistake” – both because Alan could’ve benefited from an alliance with Paloma, and because the viewers have been robbed of a massive character early on.

“Huge mistake murdering Paloma. She strikes me as someone who’d be huge entertainment value re the round table as the game went on,” said one.

“FFS Alan I hate you,” said another. “PALOMA HAS BEEN KILLED OH ALAN WTF HAVE U DONE!?” another devastated fan of the show said.

“Alan Carr is dead to me,” said another. “Choosing Paloma was silly, he needs alliances,” another warned.

Time will tell if Alan will manage to survive his first kill… Or if he’ll soon be outed and banished from the castle, just like Paloma.
