  • Nara & Lucky Blue Smith Made Their Skims Holiday Campaign From Scratch

    [ad_1]

Nara Smith knows that the best things in life are made from scratch—even the new Skims Holiday Campaign. Shot by photographer Cass Bird, the TikTok sensation stars alongside her model husband Lucky Blue Smith and three of their four children, daughters Rumble Honey and Whimsy Lou, and son Slim Easy.

In the campaign, the Smiths cozy up in the Kim Kardashian co-founded brand’s holiday offerings: button-up sets in nostalgic prints, festive plaid pajamas, and even a onesie for the little ones. The loungewear is a far cry from elaborate designer looks that Nara wears to cook for her over 12 million TikTok followers, but more in line with what she and her family tend to prefer for the holidays. “I love a fancy dress,” she tells W over Zoom. “But I also love a pajama set, there’s nothing more luxurious. A big Christmas thing for us is matching pajamas.”

This year, the holidays feel extra special for the couple. They recently welcomed their fourth child together, a baby girl named Fawnie Golden (they settled on the name over options like Denim, Ruffle, and Dainty) and finished renovations on a new home in Connecticut. Below, W caught up with the couple ahead of the holidays to talk all things Skims, family traditions, and what they’re planning to make from scratch this season.

How did the campaign come about?

Nara: I’ve always wanted to work with Skims. I wear Skims a lot, and so does Lucky. So it felt like an organic partnership.

Lucky: Since Skims started, Nara and I have always said ‘Oh, it’d be fun to do a shoot with them.’ And then to do it as a family was even better.

You’ve fronted plenty of campaigns— solo and alongside each other—but this is one of the first times your kids have joined you on set. What was the experience like?

Nara: They got really excited when we told them. Rumble is just a girl’s girl, so she was in hair and makeup even though you wouldn’t see her face. But she got so excited about it. Just having them there and having them see what we do, they loved it and kept talking about it.

Lucky: It was interesting because this is our world that we’re bringing them into. We’ve shot with Rumble years ago, but she was a baby. This was the first time bringing all the kids [and] them being a little older.

Did you give them any modeling tips?

Lucky: It was hectic trying to get them to focus because they are kids and they wanna run around. But then they were also calm in some situations. Shooting with our kids, we don’t wanna show their faces. That’s where it’s the hardest because you’ll be set up in a great shot, but then one of the kids would look at the camera.

Nara: And it’s three to wrangle, so it’s not just one. And you have to make sure that they’re turned a specific way.

Lucky: I didn’t give them any pointers or anything like that. Rumble is funny because she’ll wanna pose for the camera, and it’s like, ‘no, no honey look this way.’

There have been so many star-studded Skims campaigns over the years. Do you have a favorite?

Nara: Skims is really good [with] the talent that they bring on, it just makes sense for the cultural zeitgeist. The Teyana Taylor one, I absolutely loved. Lana Del Rey was iconic.

In the campaign, you’re wearing pajamas. During the holidays, do you spend more time in loungewear or something fancier?

Lucky: Shooting a campaign in pajamas was amazing, because usually I’m in suits. As far as the holidays, we have a good mix. Nara loves to put some dresses on.

You recently welcomed your fourth child together, Fawnie Golden. Now that she’s here, what will the holidays look like this year?

Nara: There’s a few German traditions that I’m looking forward to now that we’ve moved into our house. There’s this one on the 6th of December where you put out your shoes and they get filled with candy. And decorating, which I’ve never really done, we’re gonna do this year.

Lucky: With the new baby, it’s not gonna be too different because we’ve had many Christmases in the past that we’ve had a newborn. It’s just gonna be louder and more hectic, but that’s what holidays are all about.

Nara, your cooking videos have developed such a following on the Internet. What’re you planning to whip up from scratch for the holidays?

Nara: I’m gonna be cooking a lot of German holiday dishes. I wanna tap into nostalgic treats that Lucky likes eating. His mom does all these Christmas little treats, so I’m gonna be making those from scratch, which is definitely gonna be a project. I also wanna have some meals that aren’t as elaborate to teach people easier things as well.

But honestly, I never really pre-plan my videos. It just happens in the moment. I’m like, ‘oh, let’s do this.’ So stay tuned.

Lucky: Nara’s funny because she won’t plan but all of a sudden she’ll get an idea and wanna cook this whole thing. She’ll just get in the kitchen, whip it up, and it’s the best meal you’ve ever had.

Lucky, are you and the kids helping?

Lucky: I let her do her thing. There’s been a few times where I’ve attempted to make a meal for her or help and I’m just not doing it in the right way or it turned out really burned and the fire alarm started going off.

Nara: But you’re good at baking and you like doing your little treats. Lucky’s actually the person that does it in our house.

    Who’s the better gift-giver?

    Nara: Neither.

Lucky: We’re so bad at giving gifts. Once you have kids, the focus kind of shifts to them. At least for us it does. We’ve definitely given each other some cool things in the past.

Nara: For our first Christmas together, Lucky gave me this special gold diamond necklace that I have since lost, which is devastating, but that’s okay. There’s not a set time for us to give gifts, we do it randomly throughout the year. If he mentions something, I’ll get it for him and vice versa. So it’s not Christmas is rolling around, let’s do gifts.

Who’s more likely to go overboard with decorations?

Nara: Lucky’s mom is so good at decorating for holidays. She has like 10 huge bins of Christmas decorations. So he grew up with a well decorated house. I grew up the opposite. My parents did the tree and the presents and that’s it. Lucky will give me pointers and I’m gonna execute. Right?

    Lucky: Yeah.

Out of your children, who’s the first to sneak a peek at presents?

    Nara: Rumble.

Lucky: Yeah, Rumble’s the most excited and Slim as well. [Rumble] will egg them on for sure. They’re already starting to talk about, ‘oh, can I get this for Christmas?’ It’s like, it hasn’t even hit December 1st, so let’s please get through Thanksgiving. [Rumble] wanted to write her Santa list the other day. She was like, ‘can we send it off?’ I’m like, ‘it’s a little early.’

  • All the Standout Fashion From the ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Premiere

    [ad_1]

After nearly a decade, Stranger Things is officially coming to an end. Last night, at the Season 5 premiere—the long-awaited final installment of the hit show—stars turned the red carpet into a showcase of bold silhouettes and nostalgic nods to the show’s ’80s roots.

Of course, the principal cast went big in the fashion department. Leading the way was Millie Bobby Brown (rocking freshly dyed redhead hair, no less) in an elegant twist on naked dressing. Courtesy of Rodarte, Brown posed alongside her cast-mates in a lace design paired with dazzling Chopard jewels. Then there was Sadie Sink, also in her version of formal lingerie. She wore a custom Miu Miu number comprised of an embellished bra top and a matching pencil skirt.

The boys also showed out in the style department. Caleb McLaughlin went the capital-F Fashion route in a suit by Wales Boner—the label’s newly announced creative director of Hermès menswear, Grace Wales Boner. Noah Schnapp slipped into a Balmian suit with a cinched waist. Both McLaughlin and Schnapp wore Hublot timepieces. And Finn Wolfhard and Gaten Matarazzo wore embroidered tailoring by McQueen and a three-piece suit, respectively.

Though, it might have been Winona Ryder who left true fashion nerds in awe. Ryder, who plays matriarch Joyce Byers in the series, decided on prized 1990s vintage for her premiere look. The actor wore a button-front suit coat and pleated skirt from Yohji Yamamoto’s spring 1998 show.

Joe Keery picked up on Ryder’s all-black with a head-to-toe look from Gucci’s Demna. Maya Hawke, meanwhile, went totally sheer in a see-through lime green dress from Prada.

Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton wore outfits from Vivienne Westwood and Saint Laurent, too.

Right as the screening was about to begin, Malia Obama made a surprise entrance into the theater. The former First Daughter, who is pursuing a career as a director and writer, wore a white maxi dress with side cut-outs.

From splashy and starry fashion to surprise cameos, last night’s Stranger Things premiere was a fitting end to what has been one wild ride.

  • Inside Hailee Steinfeld’s 15-Minute Makeup Routine for Date Nights

    [ad_1]

Hailee Steinfeld’s makeup routine for date nights with husband Josh Allen is so just like Us — meaning low-key and can be done in less than 20 minutes.

“Fifteen minutes is plenty of time,” Steinfeld, 28, wrote in the Friday, November 7, edition of her “Beau Society” newsletter. “If it’s a weeknight and we’re running out, I’m not trying anything new. … Always, less is more.”

Steinfeld and the Buffalo Bills quarterback, 29, have been together since 2023. They got married this summer, often keeping their newlywed life private. Even with their love life to themselves, Steinfeld still looks her best.

“One tip for speed that sounds counterintuitive but is really helpful: I set out all my makeup before I start, so I feel organized and I’m not rifling through my bag,” Steinfeld said in her newsletter, going on to list her complete beauty regimen.

Related: Hailee Steinfeld’s Makeup Artist Breaks Down Her Flawless Wedding Glam

When Hailee Steinfeld walked down the aisle to marry NFL star Josh Allen, all eyes were on her radiant glow — and now, her longtime makeup artist, Mary Phillips, is spilling every detail behind the picture-perfect bridal glam. Phillips raved over the Sinners star, 28, being one of the “most beautiful brides” she’s ever worked […]

The Sinners actress begins by applying Neutrogena’s Collagen Bank Daily Face Moisturizer with SPF before adding the rest of her makeup products.

“I’ve been loving underpainting. You can be messy and imperfect, and apply your contour without fully blending it because you’re going to buff everything out with your foundation brush in two seconds,” Steinfeld said. “I use almost everything in Mary [Phillips’] Underpainting Palette: the color corrector, highlight and contour.”

While her contour in place, Steinfeld brushes on a light wash of foundation before dabbing Tarte’s Toasted Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette on her lids.

“I use this trick I got from a Katie Jane Hughes tutorial [where I] pick up a darker shadow color, spread it across my lashline, and buff it out,” she explained. “It just adds some subtle definition.”

Next, Steinfeld touches up her brows, uses Tarte’s Tartelette Tubing Mascara on her lashes and Patrick Ta’s Major Headlines Double-Take blush on her cheekbones before moving onto her lips.

Steinfeld will outline her pout in “one of three rotating lip liners” from her collection — Charlotte Tilbury Iconic Nude, Makeup Forever Wherever Walnut, or MAC Whirl.

“Honestly, they’re all basically the same,” she pointed out, noting that she completes the process with a swipe of lip balm. “I’ve been loving Mary [Phillips’] Lip Ciggy, which is very tiny and precise.”

Lastly, Steinfeld revealed that she uses a Freck Beauty pen “to cover [her] beauty marks.”

Steinfeld only recently started to conceal beauty marks and blemishes.

“In the last five years, a makeup artist touched up my beauty marks after doing my makeup,” she told Cosmopolitan in a March interview. “I didn’t realize they’d been covered for so long until she accentuated them. At that moment, I felt like my beauty marks had been with me forever.”

Eilish, 23, shared via TikTok on Sunday, December 22, every product she uses to get glammed up before hitting the stage during her Hit Me Hard & Soft: The Tour. In true hair-and-makeup tradition, Eilish first started by taming her locks. In order to get her flat-ironed hairstyle, […]

She continued, “When I think about my younger self, I’d tell her to lean into her natural beauty. Cover up what you want, but embrace what makes you you.”

When Steinfeld isn’t getting all glammed up, she’s been enjoying the simple newlywed life with Allen.

“That inner peace that you have, that rock, that solid, consistent part of your life is indescribable. I literally thank God every day that I found my person, and it’s the greatest thing in the world,” she told Bustle in a profile published earlier this week. “Life makes sense. Everything makes sense. • Jennifer Lawrence’s White Shirt & Black Skirt Is More Than What Meets the Eye

    [ad_1]

A white tee and a black skirt are items almost everyone has lying around in their closets. They’re essential parts of a capsule wardrobe, after all. But it’s safe to assume not everyone has the elevated version of the pairing that Jennifer Lawrence wore in New York City last night. Seen arriving to The Tonight Show, Lawrence revamped the classic outfit formula with unexpected structure.

Lawrence’s white tee was decidedly boxy with a structured high collar and oversize sleeves that flared. She French-tucked the piece into a contrasting black skirt that featured an unexpected detail on one side. Instead of staying straight to Lawrence’s figure, the skirt jutted out into a tubular, almost funnel-esque draped panel.

Now where does one acquire such an unconventional skirt set? The entire look is from Lii’s spring 2026 runway show, one of the stand-out collections from this New York Fashion Week.

Lawrence added her own styling touches. She switched out the more traditional runway pumps for a pair of feminine sandals with a bow detail across the vamp. Silver chandelier earrings and simple glasses finished off the look.

    Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

Although designer Zane Li is relatively new to the fashion scene, his eponymous line has already captured the attention of fashion insiders and stars alike. (Ayo Edebiri wore one of Lii’s avant-garde shirt dresses on the red carpet in April, as did Greta Lee not long after).

Li’s quirky basics, most done in bold, primary colors, have an almost geometric feel to them. He once told W that he wants to “build a wardrobe that lies between practicality and fantasy” that “merge casualness with formalness.” Li’s spring collection picked up on that ethos, with triple-layered shirts in vibrant colors and smartly redone skirts like the ones Lawrence wore last night.

For Lawrence—whose style signature lies in transforming wardrobe fundamentals into quiet statements—the collaboration felt nothing short of inevitable.

  • Adrianne Curry Claims Tyra Banks Makeover Left Her Partially Bald

    [ad_1]

The first winner of America’s Next Top Model, Adrianne Curry, claimed a makeover directed by the show’s former host Tyra Banks left her “partially bald.”

Curry, 43, took to her Instagram on Friday, October 31, to detail her claim, which allegedly took place while filming season 1 of the reality TV series at the end of 2002 and early 2003.

“I wanted to discuss why I’m partially bald right here. The reason is, when I was on Top Model, Tyra Banks told them to put a weave in my hair. The black stylists that were putting it in pulled her aside, and I heard them tell her, like, ‘This white chick’s hair is too fragile for this,’ and she’s [Tyra’s], like, ‘Oh no, no, just do it,’” Curry alleged of the show’s host, 51, during her video. “I had an oozing wound from the braids. Half my hair had been ripped out here. The little bit of hair that grows here, that’s it.”

Us Weekly has reached out to a representative for Banks for comment.

As Curry, who won the modelling contest at the age of 20, shared her claim, she pointed to the left side of her head which showed a patch of short-growing strands.

“That’s all, like, it’s hardly anything,” Curry said.

She then alleged that once the series had wrapped, she visited an Illinois hair salon where she sought guidance in rectifying the alleged incident.

“When I got off the show, they didn’t even take the weave out so I had to go to a black salon in Illinois and I will never forget, because all the hair stylists came around,” Curry stated in the clip. “One chick was like, ‘Who the hell put this in your white head?’ I couldn’t say anything because I was under an NDA so it took hours and hours for them to get it out. I was left with… horrific moist scabs all over my head. They [the stylists] were so sweet … they just couldn’t believe that this was done to me.”

Curry, who later appeared in MTV’s The Surreal Life before landing several acting gigs, also spoke about the alleged lasting effects of her makeover.

“It’s never grown, this entire area. It’s permanently damaged from that weave. It was so painful,” she claimed. “I was crawling out of my skin every second. All my friends were like, ‘Are you bald there?’ I think most of those makeovers were done just to torture us, honestly.”

Curry then spoke about how she couldn’t understand why she required additional alleged makeover direction given she undertook a dramatic hair cut on the show.

“On episode one, they cut my hair for the photo shoot and it looked really good … and then, they’re like, ‘You need a makeover.’ It was awful,” she claimed. “It felt so validating to be in that salon with all the women who were just, like, ‘Who would do this to you?’ and I’m, like, her name is Tyra.”

Curry then gave the camera a laugh before ending the recording. The post attracted mixed responses from fans in the comments section, with one person writing, “I’m so sorry! That sounds awful,” and another person writing, “It also happens with a lot of medications and menopause.”

  • All the Celebrity Looks From the 2025 LACMA Art + Film Gala Red Carpet

    [ad_1]

Following the star-studded Academy Museum Gala earlier this month, Hollywood is all dolled-up yet again for tonight’s LACMA Art + Film Gala 2025. The fourteenth annual event, held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), brings together a starry crowd to benefit the institution’s exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programming that explore the intersection of art and film. And this year’s staging was no different.

Per usual, LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio welcomed guests on the red carpet—who, of course, took to the step and repeat in their finest and fanciest gala wear. As has been tradition, Gucci served as a presenting partner of the gala, affording its new creative director, Demna, the opportunity to continue to show off his red carpet vision. It was also a chance for Oscar hopefuls to once again refine their red carpet fashion heading into the 2026 awards season.

After the red carpet came to a close, guests headed inside the museum—backdropped by the nearly completed David Geffen galleries—where artist Mary Corse and Ryan Coogler, the visionary behind films like Black Panther and Sinners, were presented with honors.

Below, all the best celebrity fashion and jewelry moments from the 2025 LACMA Art + Film Gala.

  • Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Photos of Jung Kook’s Calvin Klein Campaign

    [ad_1]

The full BTS comeback is so close, but the boys have been keeping their fans fed in the meantime. The latest highlight? An Internet-breaking Calvin Klein campaign fronted by the boy band’s youngest member, Jung Kook.

Set in the label’s hometown of New York, the ad follows Jung Kook around the city as he takes CK’s signature denim on a road test—literally. The megastar zooms in and out of traffic on a motorbike, dressed up in a ’90s-inspired monochrome fit, before he’s seen in a bright red bedroom. It’s there that he shows off his dance moves with “choreography that’s rooted in movement and performance,” per the brand. Decked out in silver jewelry head-to-toe, the singer switches between pieces like a shearling-trimmed leather jacket and low-waisted barrel jeans worn sans shirt as The Chemical Brothers’s “Block Rockin’ Beats” adds to the bad boy vibe.

“I know that my fans have been eagerly waiting for this return, and it feels so good to be back in the brand’s iconic denim,” Jung Kook said in a statement, referring to his completion of South Korea’s mandatory 18-month military service.

Accompanying the high-energy video is a series of just as lively images captured by photographer Mert Alas. It’s just the latest in a series of collaborations between the American label and the global heartthrob. Jung Kook first teamed up with the company in March 2023, and posed for the brand’s Valentine’s Day–themed ad the following year. In September, he caused a frenzy when he showed up to Veronica Leoni’s sophomore Calvin Klein Collection show during New York Fashion Week.

“The energy on Calvin Klein sets is always incredible, and this shoot was no exception,” Jung Kook said. “I am excited to see the campaign out in the world.”

Take a behind-the-scenes look at Jung Kook’s Calvin Klein campaign, below.

  • Tyla’s ‘Chanel’ Video: a Guide to All the Vintage Chanel

    [ad_1]

Tyla croons “How you say you love me, if you ain’t put me in Chanel?” in her new aptly-titled song, “Chanel.” A simple request, right? Tyla sure thinks so, based on the track’s video, which sees the star decked out in head-to-toe Chanel archive.

For the bouncy visual, Tyla teamed up with her long-time stylist Ron Hartleben to make her Chanel dreams come true. Hartleben searched high and low for Karl Lagerfeld-era Chanel relics, ultimately creating a wardrobe that spanned the early 1990s to the mid-2010s. “I wanted to find the craziest things for her to wear, and pay homage to those key moments: Karl’s hip-hop collection, those Peter Lindbergh photos with Linda [Evangelista], and amalgamate them into one modern thing that made sense for Tyla,” Hartleben told Vogue. “Every single piece of clothing in that video …is Chanel.”

Hartleben sourced each item independently, working with Chanel collectors in “Bumfuck Nowhere” and luxury dealers like Anthology of Style and Vintage Heritage. Rather than dressing Tyla in “full looks,” the stylist’s curated approach allowed the star’s signature style to really shine through.

Here, take in the best vintage references in Tyla’s “Chanel” video.

    Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

Tyla loves turning a ladylike tweed corset top into a teensy little dress, and she continued that penchant with a piece from the spring 1993 couture runway. She wore a blush-pink bustier as a mini dress, an item that was originally modeled by Chanel muse, Helena Christensen. Tyla and Hartleben made it pop star-appropriate with a neon yellow bob, piles of Chanel necklaces, and strappy stilettos.

    Victor VIRGILE/Gamma-Rapho/Getty Images

In another scene, Tyla (chicly) threatens her lover with an archival Chanel “gun” and quilted holster. She mixed and matched pieces from several decades, including waist chains from the fall 1991 show (worn by Linda Evangelista) and leg warmers that were featured on the fall 2003 runway.

To make the Chanel heads jealous, Tyla posed with the iconic “Hula Hoop” bag throughout the video. From the spring 2013 runway, the ultra-oversized accessory instantly went down in infamy and remains a favorite relic of fashion fans from Lagerfeld’s time at the French house. The star wore it with an ab-baring bustier top, gym shorts, and spring 2006 heels for good measure.

  • Amy Schumer Puts Abs on Display in Mirror Selfie With ‘No Filter’

    [ad_1]

Amy Schumer just served up a dose of realness — and abs — in her latest mirror selfie.

The comedian, 44, snapped a pic in her bathroom wearing a pink sports bra and blue lace-up shorts, giving a relaxed smile with a candid caption. “No filter no filler no clean mirror,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories post on Thursday, October 23.

Schumer proved once again that confidence doesn’t need editing after delivering a fashion-forward moment and speaking out about her health journey.

Earlier this week, she shared photos of herself in a leopard-print coat, accessorizing her New York City look with black stilettos and a statement red clutch.

    Courtesy of Amy Schumer/Instagram

“Thank you @maisonvalentino @stevesandsnyc @viviennewestwood @gitabass @tousledbyjae and Perimenopause,” Schumer captioned her snaps on Tuesday, October 21.

Prior to that, she was spotted in the Big Apple yet again, rocking a stylish two-toned Chloe sweater, which retails for around $1,400, paired with high-waisted jeans on October 7.

Her outing came after fans and friends of the Kinda Pregnant actress sang her praises earlier this month, sounding off about a recent snap of Schumer in a Miu Miu button-down mini shirt dress on a trip to Las Vegas with pals Alex Saks and Jillian Bell.

“Amy … legs need to come out more!!!” skincare expert Georgia Louise commented on her Instagram photo shared October 4, while Lee Daniels chimed in, “Skinnnnnnnny mommmmma.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Margaret Joseph echoed, “Ok legs for days!!🔥🔥❤️.” Isla Fisher also joined the chat, replying, “Those legs ❤️❤️❤️.”

Schumer responded to the sweet comments, writing, “Loving the love. My legs thank you!”

Schumer has been an open book about her health journey in recent years, addressing her “horrible experience” with Ozempic — an FDA-approved prescription medication to treat type 2 diabetes that has weight loss benefits — after revealing she had liposuction in 2022.

Ozempic has become a hot topic when it comes to weight loss — with some stars confirming they have used the drug while others denied it. Chelsea Handler admitted during a January 2023 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that she unknowingly took the Type 2 diabetes medication, which is traditionally used to improve […]

“I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy [with son Gene],” she said in January on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show. “So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”

“I lost 30 pounds so quick. I looked great, but I couldn’t lift my head off the pillow,” she added. “So what’s the point?”

Schumer has proven to have a more transparent approach about her weight loss journey, telling Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in June 2023, “I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn’t play with my son. I was so skinny and he’s throwing a ball at me and [I couldn’t].”

Schumer pointed out, “Everyone has been lying, saying, ‘Oh, smaller portions.’ Like shut the f*** up. You are on Ozempic or one of those things or you got work done. Just stop.”

“Be real with the people,” she continued. “When I got lipo, I said I got lipo.”

  • Elizabeth Olsen serves up a fashion marathon with latest career move

    [ad_1]

Elizabeth Olsen delivered the ultimate sartorial inspiration we’re all adding to our fall style agenda as she graced the pages of InStyle in an exclusive cover story. In the lead photo, the 36-year-old stunned in a gray and black turtleneck sweater with sharp, ’80s-inspired shoulders, paired with a black midi skirt finished with delicate lace trim along the hem. The cozy yet fashion-forward look was followed by a sultry power suit, featuring a black blazer with oversized lapels and a cinched waist, styled with a matching ankle-grazing skirt and sleek patent black heels. Elizabeth wasn’t finished there – her third featured a beige trench coat with a boxy silhouette and an on-trend funnel-neck, paired with patent loafers. The actress brought a touch of elegance to the shoot in a chocolate brown silk dress before rounding things off with a casual ensemble that featured a leather jacket and gray wool pants.

In the cover interview, the star opened up about her longevity in Hollywood, her new movie Eternity, her marriage, and her time away from social media. “I thought I wanted to be a child actor, but then my ballet teacher wouldn’t put me in The Nutcracker because I’d missed so many rehearsals,” she recalled. “And that was the only Nutcracker I wasn’t in my whole life because I was auditioning for TV or film or whatever. I wanted to have the career I have now, but I didn’t need to do it until later. I wanted to do recess with my friends.”

Elizabeth addressed her permanent step away from social media. “If you put yourself out there, people think that you want them to come in. I think for me, I don’t want anyone to know my personality all that well. Or identify me as someone who does a specific type of goofy trope video or something on Instagram once a month,” she explained. “I don’t want people to associate me with a brand; I want people to watch a movie and see me as a character. I think there are people who do both beautifully. I don’t think it means that someone can’t be online and also a great actor. It’s just… I don’t know how to be a performative version of myself to the public, nor do I want to.”

The actress became engaged to musician Robbie Arnett in July 2019 after three years of dating and the couple secretly eloped that same year. Elizabeth shared how her new film, Eternity, made her reflect on her own marriage. “Eternity is supposed to entertain and make you feel joyful and make you think about how we make choices in our lives. It’s a Billy Wilder love song, about a lifetime of love and marriage,” she said. “It made me think about my husband,” admitted, describing their relationship as “very codependent. I adore him.”

  • An Appreciation of Diane Keaton’s Singular Personal Style

    [ad_1]

Even before all the ties, hats, and high-waist pants that became synonymous with her wardrobe, the late Diane Keaton, who died on October 11, 2025, at the age of 79, practically arrived on the scene as a style icon with her role in 1977’s Annie Hall. As it turned out, that was just the beginning: She quickly became the queen of menswear with a love of suits that’s now spanned more than four decades (and may still be inspiring ’fits from the likes of Bella Hadid). The Academy Award winner adopted other signatures in that time, too: Her red carpet appearances were all but guaranteed to feature either gingham print, piles of pearls, heels with socks, a Babadook-style hat, or elegant, obscuring garbs that were essentially glorified muumuus. Revisit some of Keaton’s best ensembles over the years, below.

    1978

Keaton fittingly channeled Annie Hall to accept the Best Actress Oscar for her role in the film at the 1978 Academy Awards.

  • Travis Kelce Makes Apparent Nod to Fiancee Taylor Swift With Outfit

    [ad_1]

Travis Kelce is making sure to think of fiancée Taylor Swift ahead of his Sunday Night Football game.

Kelce, 36, arrived at the Sunday, October 12, game against the Detroit Lions at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium sporting a plaid Louis Vuitton long-sleeve shirt, a pair of light colored pants and tinted shades.

Days before the match–up, Swift, 35, rocked a long-sleeve black shirt, a plaid skirt and a pair of brown knee-high boots complete with her signature red lip while out and about in New York City.

The appearances come more than one month after the couple, who began dating in summer 2023, announced their engagement.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” the duo captioned a series of photos via Instagram in August. Swift’s gold old mine brilliant cut engagement ring designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry was on full display in one pic.

While recalling the proposal earlier this month, Swift confirmed that Travis popped the question after the twosome recorded an episode of his and brother Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast — where she also revealed her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.

“I think, for Travis, the podcast was just sort a distraction, sort of ruse, to keep me not looking out the windows of the house,” Swift explained during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “Every time he does the podcast, it’s not like he blacks out all the windows.”

This time, however, Swift shared that there were “fully, like, blackout drapes on every single window of the whole house.”

“I kinda realized that he’s walking around sorta nervous about the podcast, [saying], ‘My heart is racing. … I know how much this means to you. I just really want this to be what you’d hoped it would be.’ Because we’d been talking about doing the podcast and announcing the album,” she recalled. “And he’s like, ‘My heart’s just racing.’ I’ve never seen this dude nervous. Ever. He’s professionally not a nervous person.”

Swift shared that Kelce asked, “Do you wanna go and just walk around the backyard and have a glass of wine?” She replied, “I’m always gonna wanna do that.”

It was at that moment when Swift realized “why all the windows were curtained and why he was nervous,” she said. “It was the best possible-case scenario.”

Since releasing The Life of a Showgirl earlier this month, Swift has revealed that several tracks were inspired by Travis — including “Opalite.”

“He loves that one,” Swift said of Travis during a Friday interview on the U.K.’s Capital FM radio station. “I have favorite words, favorite phrases [and] things I’ll put in an endless file of lyrics that I’m constantly going to go and cherry-pick from when I’m writing.”

Swift went on to add “opalite” to that list. “Opal can be man-made just like diamonds, and so, Travis’ birthstone is an opal,” she shared. “I’ve always fixated on that, [and] I’ve always loved that stone. I thought it was kind of a cool metaphor that, like, it’s a man-made opal and happiness can also be man-made, too. That’s what the song is about, the juxtaposition of those two.”

Supporting the actor on the red carpet, the 47-year-old Human Rights lawyer positively dazzled in her sugar pink gown by Tamara Ralph Haute Couture, which featured a cascading plethora of sequins. The skirt looked flapper-esque with fringe detail, and she carried a showgirl’s style shawl, which was bombastic, avant-garde garde and just glorious. We adored how the frock glowed as it caught the light of the flashbulbs, and Amal accessorised with a winning smile and a smattering of diamonds in the form of statement earrings.

The talented professional wore her famous, illustrious mane in a lightly curled style, and flawless makeup gave her a sleek and polished look. Charlotte Tilbury was behind her beauty look, and stylist Dimitris Giannetos preened her tresses. George looked super proud of his wife as he admiringly posed next to her, and can you blame him? The Ocean’s Eleven star looked suave in a pristine navy blue suit with a matching tie and a crisp white shirt. We think they are the epitome of couple goals, dont you?

The pop star, for her part, was positively bejeweled […]

She confessed to host Jimmy Fallon that she looks at her engagement ring “constantly” since the NFL star, 35, proposed in August, adding that wearing it “doesn’t feel in any way normal for me. I’m just sort of like, ‘Oh, man!’”

She sung Kelce’s praises, sharing that her fiancé is “my favorite person I’ve ever met — no offense to everyone else. But the fact that this is the person that I get to hang out with every day forever.”

Swift then revealed how Kelce planned the entire proposal — by distracting her with an episode of his “New Heights” podcast and blacking out all the windows in his house — and the words he said to her before getting down on one knee.

“Do you wanna go and just walk around the backyard and have a glass of wine?” she recalled him asking, to which she responded, “I’m always gonna wanna do that.”

Things then clicked into place for Swift, who realized “why all the windows were curtained and why he was nervous. It was the best possible-case scenario.”

She added,  “I kinda realized that he’s walking around sorta nervous about the podcast, [saying], ‘My heart is racing. … I know how much this means to you. I just really want this to be what you’d hoped it would be.’ Because we’d been talking about doing the podcast and announcing the album. And he’s like, ‘My heart’s just racing.’ I’ve never seen this dude nervous. Ever. He’s professionally not a nervous person.”

Amal is rarely without her red lipstick

    Wear red lipstick

The poster girl for timeless style and effortless glamour, Amal is rarely seen without her trademark red lip, and she often goes for her pal Charlotte Tilbury’s ‘Lip Cheat’ lip liner in ‘Red Carpet Red’, paired with the ‘Matte Revolution Lipstick’ also in the shade ‘Red Carpet Red’. Red lipstick is vibrant and lifts the face, but Amal also keeps the rest of her face pretty blank when wearing it, which gives a classic vibe.

Defining your waist gives a streamlined shape

    Define your waist

Amal is often seen sporting a waist belt, and it creates a glorious, hourglass figure. It celebrates the shape and gives any wearer a sculpted, sleek appearance that always looks chic and doesn’t date.

Wear one piece of bold jewellery only

If you wear statement earrings, dont wear a necklace

This may seem pretty simple, but we’ve noticed that George Clooney’s wife adores a shoulder-grazing pair of earrings that give such a bombastic, gorgeous look. But when she does, she leaves her necklace at home. Why? Because less is always more. If you team big earnings and a necklace, both items are fighting for attention. Let one piece of jewellery do the talking.

    Try a dress with ruching

Amal often wears dazzling ruched gowns for red carpet appearances in a variety of colours. At the Clooney Foundation For Justice’s The Albies, the star rocked a chocolate brown dress that featured a dramatic draping along the neckline and midsection that was delicately ruched. This universally flattering style gives a great shape, and the gathered detail makes for a textured fit that is everlasting.

Amal wore a LBD at Buckingham Palace

You can’t go wrong with a little black dress

We all know the power of the mighty LBD, and so does Amal, who has worn many over the years. A great example is the style she wore in June when King Charles hosted an event a Buckingham Palace to honour the winners of the King’s National Trust Awards 2025. Amal cemented her place as a modern style icon of our time in her twisted off-the-shoulder detail that modernises the midi silhouette.

    The only way is tailoring

    Always opt for tailored pieces

There’s nothing wrong with baggy clothes, far from it. But there’s no denying that beautifully cut pieces, such as a blazer, a fitted silk or cotton shirt, or some nicely cut trousers like these trews Amal is wearing, will always make you feel sleek and appear more polished, no matter where you are.
