I hate to sound like a broken record, but skinny jeans are waning in popularity right now. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with wearing them—in fact, they’re still royalty approved—but if you want to know which denim styles people are trying instead, you’ve come to the right place. Photographed at a farmers market in Los Angeles, Olivia Wilde wore full-length, wide-leg jeans, which are hugely popular right now.
Specifically, Wilde wore two pieces from La Ligne: the Toujours Sweater ($395) and the Isadora Jeans ($195). She finished off the look with Ganni’s Wool Blend Logo Beanie ($95) and Ray-Ban’s Wayfarer Reverse Sunglasses ($193). The result? A chill yet chic outfit for running errands on the weekends. Beyoncé, 42, commanded attention at the Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé concert movie premiere in London on Thursday, November 30. In social media videos from the soirée taken by X user @brlkay, Beyoncè slayed the “Upscale Opulence” theme in a sexy Thom Browne blazer dress. The number featured a plunging neckline, long sleeves and a thigh-high slit. Underneath the dress, fans caught a glimpse of Beyoncé’s black underwear that was finished with a golden detail.
For glam, the “Cuff It” singer looked flawless with a warm contour, rosy cheeks, pink lips and long lashes. She rocked her recently transformed platinum tresses in a voluminous half-up-half-down coiffure.
Beyoncé has always been in “formation” — especially when it comes to fashion. The hitmaker never misses the chance to make a style statement — on and off the red carpet. Some of her standout looks were from the Met Gala, specifically the 2015 soirée, which boasted a “China: Through the Looking Glass” theme. Beyoncé’s […]
Beyoncé previously stunned in a chrome Versace gown at the Los Angeles debut of the film on Saturday, November 25. Her metallic dress perfectly hugged her curves and was finished with a strapless plunging neckline. She completed her look with silver open-toe heels that exposed her bright red nails, gray gloves and sparkly earrings.
Her makeup featured a blushed cheeks, a warm contour, filled-in eyebrows, a highlighted nose, matte pink lips and long lashes. She shocked Us with icy tresses that were parted down the middle and straightened to her waist.
During her Renaissance World Tour — which ended last month — Beyoncé performed each night for two-and-a-half to three hours. The film, however, is two hours and 48 minutes long, meaning her complete set list did not make the cut. According to The New York Times, her lengthy prelude was trimmed down but fan-favorite tracks “Thique” and “All Up in Your Mind” will be featured in the film.
Throughout the tour, she donned a number of designer threads including a custom Alexander McQueen catsuit, a bespoke Danielle Frankel corset, a neon Gaurav Gupta gown and more.
The Renaissance is here! Beyoncé kicked off her highly-anticipated world tour on Wednesday, May 10, delivering drama with her vocals and her wardrobe. The 41-year-old hitmaker blessed fans at Stockholm’s Friends Arena with a 37-song set list that opened with her beloved 2003 track, “Dangerously in Love.” As she belted out the melody, which comes […]
One of her most jaw dropping costumes featured a cutout corset finished with long sleeves. She paired the design with sheer tights, shiny boots, an oversized hat and futuristic sunglasses.

Another one of her most talked about outfits included a custom Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini bodysuit finished with thousands of crystals and pointed breastplates. She completed the ensemble with a furry pink coat, thigh-high metallic boots, and funky black shades.
At the time, her honey blonde locks were parted down the middle and styled in voluminous curls.
I’m spoiled for choice when it comes to Taylor Swift lyrics I can reference here. Should I go with “I can still make the whole place shimmer”? Or perhaps “I polish up real nice.” There’s really no wrong answer. Tonight, Swift made a surprise appearance at the London premiere of Beyoncé‘s new Renaissance film, and I can’t stop thinking about her excellent dress.
In keeping with Queen Bey’s silver theme, Swift wore a shimmering silver Balmain gown on the red carpet along with Anita Ko jewelry. Going with a thigh-high slit was definitely a sultry move, making me think she’s dressing for revenge. There I go again with the lyric references. I was in middle school during Tumblr’s prime era of influence. It was a simpler time, listening to Urban Outfitters records on an Urban Outfitters turntable and aspiring to be the most aesthetically pleasing version of yourself. We lived for artsy Instagram posts wearing chevron necklaces, reblogging edits of Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby, and pairing hi-low skirts with Doc Martens. I still have vivid nightmares of black-and-white angsty Tumblr posts captioned with Lorde lyrics.
But, like any social media platform, there were different sides to Tumblr. There was the famed aesthetic side, ruled by angst and filters, but there was also the side ruled by fandoms.
Let me take you way back to 2014 when 5 Seconds of Summer was opening for the hit boy band, One Direction. Your go-to outfit was Converse (or Keds, thanks to Taylor Swift), skinny jeans, and an “I <3 British Boys (and one Irish!)” shirt. The vibe was an inscrutable mix of bohemian, preppy, and a little grunge. Times may have been simpler, but they weren’t more stylish.
But just like the angsty side of Tumblr, this side also considered Urban Outfitters and Free People their fashion meccas. Pretty much all sides of Tumblr were united by their devotion to these two stores. Urban had the band tees and vinyls, Free People had the free-spirited, whimsical pieces that emulated the Lana Del Rey vibe.
And while I’ve grown out of a few of these habits (re: hi-low skirts, chevron), some things never change. I still listen to One Direction as my guilty pleasure (I’m no longer a Louis girl), and I still shop at Free People.
What I love about Free People is that they create an idyllic fashion world of exciting prints, fabrics, and styles. Their clothing is versatile — good for date nights, work days, brunches, lounging, and working out. They’ve grown up with me, and their fashion is always precisely on-trend. They’ve also taught me that you can’t put a price on high-quality clothing.
In the world of Girl Math, Free People gets you the best bang for your buck. I still have FP tank tops and jeans from middle school that have years left of wear. Their clothes even start trends of their own. For example, actress and model Kaia Gerber genuinely The Quilted Dolman Jacket in every color. And the Freya Set has been heavily duped across the fashion market.
While Free People is iconic for the bohemian in you, it’s also famous due to the amount of celebrities who wear it. And these aren’t just brand deals. Celebs, they’re just like us: obsessed with the brand that keeps on giving.
Taylor Swift In Free People
I went to a Free People event last month where they celebrated their winter boot collaboration with Sorel Footwear. They were gushing about how much Swift loved Free People, saying that whenever she goes on vacation, she shops there.
And they’re not lying, thanks to the thousands of Instagram accounts dedicated to what Taylor is wearing in every public appearance. A ton of her clothes are indeed affordable Free People options, which makes her style pretty easy to replicate!
Lately, we’ve been seeing more of Taylor since she’s extremely busy touring the world, dating NFL star Travis Kelce, re-recording her albums, and traversing around New York with her girl gang. This means we’ve gotten to see her in her Free People era and all its glory. Here are some of the best FP moments from Taylor herself:
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Sofia Richie Grainge in the last year, it’s that she really can pull off any look. She went viral on TikTok for her quiet-luxury wedding looks, but at the same time, consistently shows off her ability to style neon, printed, and feather-embellished ensembles just as well as neutral, minimal ones. And her latest outfit is yet another example of her versatility and propensity to make really anything look elegant and chic.
On Tuesday, the Nudestix beauty director posted a slideshow on Instagram featuring a mirror selfie of one of her recent fall outfits. The look in question was a simple one, and yet, it proved just how advanced Richie Grainge’s style skills are. Why? Because it showed her making jeans, specifically very casual vintage straight-leg jeans, look equally as fancy as a pencil skirt, dress, or pair of slacks. I know, I know, she makes it seem so easy. But anyone who’s tried to get this outfit formula right knows that dressing up a pair of light-wash jeans is trickier than it looks.
Her trick lies in the pieces she paired with the ankle-length, mid-rise denim. Unlike a standard black blazer, Richie Grainge’s in the shot is a tuxedo-style silhouette with padded shoulders and large, satin lapels that instantly made her appear tenfold more formal. On her feet are simple black sling-backs with a not-too-high but not-too-low stiletto heel. Effortless and yet perfectly put together, the outfit is a true masterclass.
See the fancy AF way Sofia Richie Grainge styles her denim below and shop the uniform that looks amazing every single time.
Jennifer Lopez mixes things up quite a bit when it comes to her style, but something that stays pretty consistent is her preference for heels. More often than not, Lopez is photographed wearing towering high heels with her ensembles, but that wasn’t the case with one of her recent looks. In fact, it was quite the opposite.
Last week in Los Angeles, Lopez was out during the day wearing a full-skirted Dior dress, which was perfectly complemented by her classic black ballet flats. The flats in question are from one of the OG brands for ballet flats: Repetto. Repetto has been a favorite of French women for decades. In fact, the first pair of Cendrillon Ballerina Flats (the shoes Lopez wore) was created in 1956. If that isn’t a testament to their timelessness, I don’t know what is.
Lopez opted for a black patent-leather pair of ballerinas, which is fitting because patent-leather accessories have made a big comeback this winter, and J.Lo is clearly in the loop. I found her exact shoes at Anthropologie for $370, and once you see how chic they are, I think you’ll agree that they’re worth it. Keep scrolling to shop the pretty Jennifer Lopez–approved shoes along with a few other Repetto favorites.
In the winter, the line between frumpy and chic is paper thin. It all really comes down to what coat you’re wearing, with outerwear being arguably the most important buy of the year for people in cities that experience true winters. Typically, parkas, puffers, and other coat styles that are lined with thick down err more on the frumpy side (with a few exceptions, of course), with wool, more tailored alts landing on the other side of the fashion spectrum. And of all the wooly coats out there, the most elegant, sleek silhouette of all is the robe coat. Don’t believe me? Maybe you will when you see Jennifer Lawrence’s latest NYC-winter look.
Over the holiday weekend, JLaw got bundled up to walk around the city in a black beanie, Stella McCartney oversize sunglasses, and a gorgeous black robe coat that should more than prove my point about the luxe outerwear option. With the coat, she wore a plaid scarf, black trousers, and her go-to pair of Adidas Sambas. But really, it doesn’t matter what she wore with it. After all, the best quality of robe coats is their ability to make anything underneath them look expensive. Test this theory by shopping the robe coats below.
Margot Robbie is on the move, and she packed a pair of shoes to travel to NYC this week that you may or may not agree were made for walking. While in town for the Gotham Awards, Robbie was photographed at JFK and in Soho wearing a pair of Bottega Veneta Western-inspired mules. Even though the shoes feature a towering four-inch heel, it’s a sturdy Cuban heel, which is traditional for Western footwear. And like many of Bottega Veneta’s shoes, they feature a treaded rubber sole.
While I wouldn’t typically condone wearing four-inch mules around NYC and at the airport, this would be the pair to do it in. And in general, Western shoes are a great option if you want a bit of height but still want something walkable. With that, scroll to see what Robbie wore her Bottega Veneta mules with and shop other sturdy (and chic) Western shoes for yourself.
As a native SoCal girl, you wouldn’t think I could ever complain about the weather. However, as a fashion girl, I’m dying to bust out my favorite coats, boots, and scarves this time of year, but the weather has not yet gotten the winter memo. I’ll have to wait a bit longer to dust off my cold-weather clothes, but New Yorkers like Emily Ratajkowski are clearly not in the same boat.
Photographed in NYC, EmRata bundled up in leggings and a jacket with an extra layer tied around her waist. It was her boots, however, that immediately caught my attention. While Timberland’s camel-colored boots are the brand’s signature, Ratajkowski wore bold red versions that are definitely cool. Scroll down to see how she styled red boots and shop the same pair for yourself.
If I haven’t clarified by now, let me drill down into my point one last time: no fashion trend exists within a vacuum. That’s true, even for the more “trivial” trends like the pants optional trend that took off this past year. Characterized by the usage of underpinnings like tights, hotpants, underwear, and stirrup leggings to create the visual illusion of… you guessed it, wearing no pants. While one might initially write off the “pants optional” trend as a frivolous movement championed by a few famous people (ahem, Rihanna and Hailey Baldwin Bieber), it’s more than that. Like all trends, this movement reflects what’s happening in the fashion world.
We first saw tights styled underneath hotpants with a sweater and pumps in Matthieu Blazy’s second collection for Bottega Venetta in S/S 23. Since then, variations of the no-pants look have been spotted everywhere—e.g., tailored separates were styled with matching hot pants layered over tights at Ferragamo and Helen Anthony’s F/W 23 collections. While at Puppets and Puppets, a model strutted down the runway wearing a tailored corset top with lace stirrup leggings featuring a built-in overlay feature to give the illusion of exposed underwear. And then, there was Miu Miu’s collection, in which actual briefs (some bedazzled) were layered over tights and paired with layered knitwear—which was the peak expression of the trend! Each iteration of this trend on the runways was not only reflective of all the exciting things happening in the industry, but changes in the wider world.
The adoption of the no-pants look speaks to the longer history of more skin-barring forms of dressing being adopted after events of mass destabilization and death—e.g., after the Spanish Flu in 1918, the roaring ’20s were filled with more “risqué” hemlines including the mini dress. With this in mind, it’s only natural we’d see some form of a new way to bare skin emerge as we’ve collectively grappled with massive upheavals in the past few years. And while some still might think that choosing not to wear pants isn’t a big deal, I’d be to differ. At the end of the day, even with the free will to choose what we put on our bodies, we can never make the choice to be separated from the influence clothing has on society. Fashion has always reflected the era in which it exists—acting as a guide to who is deemed important, what is happening in the world, and what everyone is wearing. It will continue to do so, even if you choose to go pantless or not post-2023.
When it came to her casual holiday-week outfits last week, Jennifer Lawrence wasn’t messing around. She stepped out the day before Thanksgiving in a fall outfit that undoubtedly literally made heads turn on the streets of NYC—even if they didn’t realize it was, in fact, Jennifer Lawrence wearing this great outfit.
The main character of Lawrence’s outfit is obviously her beautiful camel blanket coat, which is a Toteme classic (for reference, the exact name is the Toteme Annecy coat). She paired the coat with a turtleneck sweater, white pants, a belt, and Adidas sneakers. I can say with complete honesty that I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more elegant celebrity sneaker outfit, and it’s largely thanks to the coat. Speaking of the coat, it’s an investment at $1300, but camel coats are notorious for making outfits look expensive, so there are plenty of other styles out there that will do the trick. Keep scrolling to shop some of them along with Lawrence’s exact Toteme coat.
During a new episode of The Kardashians, which started streaming on Thursday, November 23, North joined her mother, 43, on a trip to New York City for this year’s Met Gala. The 10-year-old used the opportunity to share her unfiltered opinions on just about everyone’s looks on fashion’s biggest night.
North watched a live stream of the event, which took place in May, before being joined by Scott Disick and his daughter, Penelope. The girls looked up Pete’s red carpet photos on their phone before agreeing that they both “hate” his choice.
“You’re going to the Met Gala, Pete. Not the gas station,” North quipped.
An unexpected romance. After shocking fans with their relationship in 2021, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have called it quits. “They amicably split this week,” an insider told Us Weekly in August 2022. The breakup came after the two had been dating for nine months. Prior to their decision to part ways, Kardashian and Davidson […]
The comedian, 30, seemingly chose to keep more of a low profile at the recent Met Gala while honoring the “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” theme. Pete was photographed in a bright blue shirt with matching dark pants. He layered the look with a long black jacket, which he finished off with a matching bucket hat and sunglasses.
One year prior, Pete had a more memorable night out when he attended the soirée with then-girlfriend Kim. He was all smiles while posing for photos with Kim, who was wearing the vintage Bob Mackie gown made famous by the late Marilyn Monroe.

“The pair reconnected after Kim hosted Saturday Night Livein October 2021. After dating for nearly a year, Kim and Pete called it quits in August 2022.
North, who Kim shares with ex-husband Kanye West, didn’t just come for Pete. She called Jared Leto “cringe” for wearing a cat costume as an homage to Karl Lagerfeld’s pet kitty, Choupette. North was also not thrilled with Yung Miami‘s custom Act N°1 dress, which had a similar element to Kim’s gown.
“She’s pretty. It’s just stop copying my mom with those pearls,” North told the cameras.
For the 2023 Met, Kim made a statement on the red carpet in a custom Schiaparelli dress composed of 50,000 real pearls. The look referenced Kim’s 2007 Playboy shoot, where she posed nude as she was covered only in pearls.
Earlier in the episode, however, North admitted she still had concerns about Daniel Roseberry‘s design.
“It could be just a little better,” North told Kim and Daniel, 38. “There are way too many gaps in the pearls. It looks like she’s a Hawaiian girl with her dress all ripped. The pearls look fake. It is looking beachy. The diamonds ruin it. I like the pearls, I just don’t like that it looks like its from the dollar store.”
Daniel called North’s comments his “worst nightmare” come to life. “It’s like I am being punked the night before the Met and being read for filth by a nine-year-old,” he told the cameras.”
Family goals! The Met Gala is only complete with reality TV’s favorite family, the Kardashians. The first of the brood to attend fashion’s biggest night was Kim Kardashian, in 2013, as ex-husband Kanye West’s plus one. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was pregnant with her daughter North at the time and wore an […]
Despite her issues, North ultimately said Kim, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner were her “favorite looks” from the Met. Kim, meanwhile, stood by North’s passion for fashion and criticism.

“All North wants to do is rate people’s outfits and she loves to critique. She’s the new Joan Rivers if you ask me,” Kim said about the late host of the Fashion Police. “And you can’t really take it seriously getting roasted by a 10-year-old. So I never do. But it stings a little.”
Hulu releases new episodes of The Kardashians every Thursday.
One scroll through Instagram this weekend—whether you’re a fan of Formula One like I am or have only ever seen an icon for its docuseries Drive to Survive pop up on Netflix (likely after you wrapped up Beckham)—and you no doubt caught a glimpse of the happenings around the Las Vegas Grand Prix. That’s because in addition to the sport growing at a record pace in the U.S. thanks to the series, countless fashion collabs, F1 content creators, and more, celebrities and influencers were a dime a dozen during the three-day race weekend, at pop ups, parties, and of course, the track, which took over the Las Vegas strip, spanning from Treasure Island to Planet Hollywood, past the Mirage, Bellagio, and Cosmopolitan casinos. Even Monaco, one of the oldest and most prestigious F1 venues, doesn’t bring in the calibre of names that Las Vegas did this weekend.
Mercedes AMG Petronas driver and seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton led the charge as he so often does, rocking up to the paddock for media day wearing an all-black Valentino look from the French house’s S/S 24 menswear collection, with a pearl choker from the brand as well as Versace boots. (If you’re a fan of Hamilton’s style, follow @hamazinglew on Instagram to be the first to know when a new look drops.) The following day, he wore another runway look, this time from Pharrell’s S/S 24 collection for Louis Vuitton with IWC’s Pilot’s Perpetual Calendar Top Gun Lake Tahoe watch and Bottega Veneta’s drop aviators (that Kendall Jenner was just seen wearing as well). Lewis Hamilton Fashion Week as some online have penned the weekend continued with custom Bottega Veneta, custom Burberry by Daniel Lee, and a custom Las Vegas-inspired bomber jacket by Donatella Versace herself. “A true Versace man: Bold, fearless and with amazing style,” Versace captioned a photo of the jacket on Instagram. “I looooove that jacket on you, Lewis Hamilton. Always on your team!”
If you weren’t lucky enough to get your hands on Meghan Markle’s J.Crew sweater when she first wore it to the Invictus Games back in September, now’s your chance. Not only is the cute cardigan available for pre-order, but it’s also on sale. Originally $158, the cardi is now marked down to $139. But given its royalty-approved status, I have a feeling it won’t be in stock much longer.
While Markle styled hers with tailored shirts and Chanel flats, it can easily work for fall and winter weather too. I own the cardigan and can attest to the fact that it’s super soft and of substantial weight. The same cardigan also comes in camel, brown, and black, which are marked down even further to $75. Scroll down to see how Meghan Markle styled her J.Crew sweater and shop it for yourself.
Olivia Rodrigo has shown that she knows a good pair of flat shoes when she sees one. On her off-duty time, she’s often photographed wearing loafers and sneakers. But the shoes she’s most often photographed wearing are Dr. Martens—from platform lace-ups to boots and everything in between. But the style she’s been wearing lately is the prettiest style that Dr. Martens makes.
On two separate occasions this month in NYC, Rodrigo has worn the brand’s 8065 style (with white crew socks and other casual pieces, I might add). Dr. Martens 8065 shoes are a pair of chunky, double-strap Mary Janes with all of the classic Dr. Martens details. The thing is, given the popularity of the Mary Jane trend, the shoes aren’t that easy to find right now, but find them I did, and on sale. Keep scrolling to shop them if you’ve been (understandably) influenced by Olivia Rodrigo.
Eva Longoria isn’t a regular mom — she’s a cool mom with a flawless makeup routine.
Longoria, 48, shared her step-by-step beauty regimen during an episode of Vogue’s “Beauty Secrets” YouTube series on Thursday, November 16.
Before starting her routine, she gave viewers a heads up, “My everyday makeup look may be a lot for some of you because I’m Latina. I wear a full face of makeup every day.” In the clip, she wore her brunette locks parted down the middle styled in a slicked-back bun, which she said was inspired by Sofia Richie’s hair tutorial.
Eva Longoria has long been a style icon in Hollywood. Ever since her breakout role as Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives, her fashion choices have been adored. From pink sparkly dresses to timeless pantsuits, the movie star has a keen eye for the most trendy and classic looks. Additionally, the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress isn’t afraid […]
Next, she used the Augustinus Bader Face Oil and Rich Cream to moisturize her skin. The Desperate Housewivesalum massaged the products onto her face using the Facify Beauty Wand. “I love taking care of my skin,” she said. “I feel like I’m pampering myself every day in my bathroom.”
To conclude her skincare routine, Longoria used the L’Oréal Revitalift Eye Serum and the Augustinus Bader Eye Patches. While letting the patches absorb into her skin, she rubbed jasmine oil onto her chest as she told herself daily affirmations including “be the light today.”
Afterward, Longoria kicked off her makeup routine by applying an all-over skin tint.
“For my everyday look, I kinda go super light,” she said while patting a “nudey brown” shade all over her eyelids. She also made her brow bone “pop” with a sparkly shade from the palette.
Longoria later applied a nude color and blended it all together using a fluffy brush.
“I grew up as the ugly duckling in my family because my sisters are blonde, hazel eyes, light skinned and I came out [with] black hair, dark skin, black eyes.” Longoria explained that “although it’s a term of endearment,” she was called the Spanish translation of “ugly dark one” growing up.
“I blossomed really late,” she continued, explaining “beauty wasn’t my thing. I was like, ‘Got it. I’m not beautiful, I’m gonna be smart. I’m gonna be funny and I think that’s why I became an actor. I kinda still don’t [identify as beautiful.]”
Youtube
Longoria completed her eye look with an orange shimmery shade on her lids and Victoria Beckham’s Satin Kajal Liner in her lash line.
Moving onto eyebrows, she used a Huda Beauty brow pencil to outline her strands and fill them in.
Longoria explained that although she didn’t have acne growing up, “I had a lot of skin discoloration when I was pregnant.” She added, “I had a raccoon mask and a mustache. I used to wear a lot of foundation”
Next, she applied a concealer under her eyes, below her nostrils, on her chin and forehead and a bit on her cheeks before using a Makeup by Mario contour pallet to carve out her cheekbones and add dimension back to her face.
“I have chosen to do this video before I’m picking up my son from school,” Longoria said through laughter. “So I am gonna show up as the hottest mom out there.
Desperate Housewives captured the attention of the public for eight seasons — but the behind-the-scenes drama has kept people talking. The ABC series premiered in 2004 and was created by Marc Cherry. Starring Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Eva Longoria, the show followed a group of women living on the same fictional street […]
Before lining her lips, she applied blush, highlighter and powder.
Finally, Longoria reached for her falsies. “Life is more fun with lashes,” she gushed. She applied individual false eyelashes to complete her look.

“I have to go pick up my son, lookin’ fly. All the moms are gonna be jealous,” she joked.
Longoria shares son Santiago, 5, with husband José Bastón.
Like the rest of the world, I am watching Suits right now. (Thank you, Netflix.) This isn’t my first time watching the legal drama, and I must admit I’m even more hooked the second time around. Aside from noticing the heavy use of the word “goddamn,” there’s one thing that has really stuck with me during my rewatch—the clothes. I was in college going through my grunge phase when the show was on the air, so the pointed-toe heels and pencil skirts weren’t exactly something that sartorially spoke to me. I mostly just cared for whichever case Harvey Specter was going to close next. But now that I work a 9-to-5 and corporate dressing has been all over the recent runways, Rachel Zane’s style has caught my attention. I even wore an outfit inspired by her to work recently and have never felt so put-together. I was writing articles and taking meetings, not going to court, but nonetheless, I felt “goddamn” stylish.
Since it’s highly unlikely we’ll get Meghan Markle gracing our screens as a lawyer again, I took it upon myself to imagine what items she’d wear in 2023. From crisp poplin shirts to sleek leather bags, you’ll find something chic enough for your office wardrobe.

Without further ado, here are the best fashion looks from the 2023 ARIA Awards Red Carpet.
If you’d have asked me at age eight what my favorite pair of shoes was, I’m pretty sure they would’ve been a gleaming pair of patent leather Mary Janes. Thirty years later, that shoe choice would still make perfect sense. As you’re well aware, every fashion trend comes back around, and Anne Hathaway is the latest example of the return of this particular one.
While walking through New York over the weekend, Hathaway paired a long coat and cropped jeans with a pair of patent leather Christian Louboutin loafers. Our editorial team has been buzzing about the return of patent leather pretty much nonstop as of late, and it’s worth mentioning that two of the most important It shoes of the season (Miu Miu’s Kitten Heel Slingback Pumps and Saint Laurent’s Lee Slingback Pumps) are made of patent leather.
Given Anne Hathaway’s current status as one of the most stylish women in Hollywood, I think you can trust her taste on this one. With that, scroll on to shop the season’s best patent leather shoes.
There are certain affordable brands that celebrities seem to gravitate toward en masse, and Madewell is undoubtedly one of them. One of its many celeb fans is Blake Lively, who just wore one of the brand’s best fall pieces while out in NYC. The piece she chose was Madewell’s Bedford Oversized Blazer. With its roomy fit, belted waist, and wool fabric, it’s a blazer masquerading as a perfect fall jacket. And as Lively displayed, it looks perfect with jeans and ankle boots.
Although Black Friday may still be two weeks away, some sites have already begun their sales, and Madewell is one of them. Now through November 15, the code LETSGO will get you 30% off sitewide, and that includes on Lively’s cool, classic checked blazer. And to take maximum advantage of the early Madewell Black Friday sale, I found a few other jackets and blazers that are worth your consideration. Scroll to shop before the sale wraps up.
