A south Florida mansion with direct water access, luxury amenities and — at least temporarily — a couple of celebrity neighbors has just hit the market.
Located at 207 W. Coconut Palm Road, this Boca Raton home is just down the street from the rental home recently scored by Taylor Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is said to have rented the high-end house within the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club for the duration of the NFL off season. Swift is reported to have joined her fiancé at the residence this summer.
And now, not too far from the couple’s rental, there’s a sprawling $24 million mansion up for grabs.
The home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, more than 9,000 square feet of living space and 101 feet of Intracoastal water frontage — on top of the many luxurious amenities the estate has to offer.
Inside is a chef’s kitchen, clubroom with a designer bar, a formal dining room with a 252-bottle wine display and an additional wine room with space for up to 150 bottles. There’s a home office, gym and a massage room.
Outside, the residence offers a resort-style pool, spa, fire pit, rooftop terrace, summer kitchen and a private dock. And if that weren’t enough, there’s also a five-car garage with showroom-style tandem vehicle display.
The home is priced at $23,950,000 and the listing agents are Nicholas Paul Malinosky and Devin Alexander Kay with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. All photos are from Realtor.com.

Madonna got the gang together for a backyard birthday bash in honor of her youngest two children, her twin daughters Stella and Estere, who turned 12 on Saturday, August 24.
The singer celebrated their big day with a special set-up at what looked to be her very own home, which included a pool party, driving around on a golf cart, dogs, flowers, art, and much more.
Madonna shared glimpses of the celebration on her Instagram, revealing that many of their friends were in attendance, as was her new boyfriend Akeem Morris. Guests also received custom T-shirts bearing the twins’ names and their ages. Check out the party in the video below…

There was also a huge inflatable water slide for the girls and their friends, glamping tents with arts and crafts stations, hordes of balloons, and an actual ice cream truck (with Madonna and Akeem seen getting messy with their cones).
The girls also went horseback riding with their mom before taking things back home for an elaborate dinner and then pizza, cooked in their very own wood ovens, not to mention scores of sweet treats.
Madonna shared a sweet tribute to her girls, the youngest of her six children, penning: “Happy Birthday to my Twin Virgos! Estere and Stella!!! I blinked and you are almost teenagers. Time is a ferocious Beast!!”

“You are both SO FIERCE – talented – opinionated – and full of LIFE. Can’t wait to read the next chapter… LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!” Fans were left stunned by the scale of their birthday celebrations and inundated the twins with well wishes.
August is a big month for the Ciccone family, as Stella and Estere round out what is a celebratory time for the family-of-seven, starting with Rocco Ritchie’s birthday on August 11.

Rocco turned 24 earlier this month, and his mom shared a tribute in his honor as well. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROCCO — the long and Winding Road through all your many moods and incarnations has been tumultuous and full of surprises.”
“But through it all — your curiosity, and Artistic Soul has been the glue that has held us together. Thank God for Art. Thank God for you. We have been together for many lifetimes. Thank you for choosing me again. I Love you – for Eternity.”
Stella and Estere’s friends joined them for arts in their glamping tent
Just days later, on August 16, she celebrated her own 66th birthday, jetting off to Italy for a jaw-dropping celebration with her friends and family, which also included a special party for Rocco.
Madonna was joined by all six of her children (and boyfriend Akeem) for the big trip, including daughters Lourdes Leon (who will celebrate her own birthday in just a month), 27, and Chifundo “Mercy” James, 18, plus her son David Banda, also 18, as well as Rocco, Stella, and Estere.
Her boyfriend Akeem Morris was also part of the festivities
After stops through Portofino and Rome, alongside sharing several photos from the beautiful getaway, Madonna wrote on social media: “Arrivederci Roma!!! a perfect ending to a Glorious Birthday Celebration with friends and family! Ciao Italia!!!!”

Avril Lavigne is proud of her punk rock attitude, so it came as a shock to learn that the singer, who is currently on her Greatest Hits tour, has a super-girly bedroom at home.
The 39-year-old shared an insight into her décor choices when she appeared on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, revealing that she has a bedroom at home dedicated to Hello Kitty – a cute creature she also named a song after in 2013.
“I have a Hello Kitty room at my house,” she revealed. “It used to be my bedroom and it’s a Hello Kitty bedroom.”
Surprised by Avril’s admission, Alex asked: “Were guys freaked out?” to which Avril responded she’d been in a long-term relationship, so not many people were treated to a peek at the Hello Kitty décor.
The fluffy feline wasn’t the only surprizing detail in the room, though, with Avril continuing: “There was a stripper pole like this huge pink velvet couch full of all these stuffed animal Hello Kitties.”
Alex went on to ask Avril if she ever takes a turn on the stripper pole, with Avril responding: “Oh hell yeah! You just have a couple of [drinks] and wing it.”
Avril’s home isn’t the only place to receive the Hello Kitty treatment, with the Canadian singer sharing that her tour bus is covered in the cat too.
“I’ve got 20 Hello Kitty pillows in the front lounge and I’ve got Hello Kitty bedding, Hello Kitty towels and everything is just pink and fun,” she revealed of the bus, which she refers to as her home when she’s on the road.
While fans of the star might not have imagined her penchant for Hello Kitty, they’ll be pleased to know that Avril lives up to her rock and roll image when she’s on tour.
“We don’t go to bed until six AM because we’re wired,” Avril shared of her post-show rituals. “We set up a BBQ have fun, hang out with the bands and all that. After a show I sleep in hopefully till three or noon on the early side.”
Avril Lavigne has a rock and roll lifestyle on tour
Though she keeps unconventional hours, Avril does make sure to look after herself, after spending several years bedridden due to Lyme’s disease.
“I was bedridden for a couple years, but I got stronger coming out of that and that’s something that rocks you pretty hard. But I’m really grateful to be on the other end of that.”
Here’s hoping Avril manages to get some rest amid her grueling tour schedule!

AN INCREDIBLE home design plan for a £6 million mega-mansion has been floated in Melbourne’s most coveted address.

Blueprint design for the rare mansion at 100 St Georges Street
Set on 1365 sq m, the proposed project would have the site’s existing home demolished and replaced with a ship-like pad.
According to plans, the cruise-style mega mansion will feature four king-size bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an internal garage for three cars.
The contemporary five-storey house is designed to have deep, dramatic balconies with a huge outside seating area adorned with a lush garden area.
The rooftop will feature a relaxing spa centre and a private pool – curved, in the shape of a hull – will be built with a fancy drinks bar.

A gym and a sauna room are also said to be included, along with a private Yarra River jetty.
A breathtaking setting for a generational home, the leafy tranquillity is matched by elite private schools, Heyington station, and Toorak Village Centre, all within walking distance from the property.
The cruise liner design is the work of a high-end residential architect firm Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors, and the plans for the striking trophy home come with the sale of 100 St Georges Road.
The local Stonnington Council approved the plans for this exceedingly rare project – and it is up for sale at a reported price of £6 million.
A spokesperson from the council said a buyer could move into the existing four-bedroom house or could forge ahead with building the super yacht-esque abode.
St Georges Rd is one of Australia‘s most prestigious streets – with properties worth millions up on the market.
Online gambling kingpin Ed Craven smashed the area’s house price record when he purchased an unfinished mansion at 29-31 St Georges for more than £65 million in August 2022.
Another nearby house at 17 St Georges Rd reportedly sold for about £50 million that month.
Dubbed the “superyacht of the skies”, the project will cost a whopping £325millionn, making it one of the most expensive aircraft available.
The concept aircraft – named the Explorer – has a central lounge area with a projection system built into the walls and ceilings that display virtual day and night skies, as well as aquariums.
Digital renders show the multifunctional lounge can be transformed into a “flying discotheque” by night for VIPs to party in mile-high style.
