Earlier this evening (Wednesday 24 September), the global mega star took to Instagram to confirm the happy news, posting a photo of her holding baby Rocki and some teensy tiny pink ballet shoes. In her caption, Rihanna confirmed that she gave birth on Saturday, 13th September.

    Unsurprisingly, the comments section is already flooded with well-wishes, with Chrissy Ford writing, “A Virgo Princess for our Pisces queen,” Linda Evangelista commenting, “God bless,” and many more fans quite simply ~losing it~ over the exciting news.

    Rihanna and A$AP Rocky confirmed they were expecting baby No. 3 in May earlier this year, when RiRi walked through New York City with her baby bump on show. The rapper later spoke about the news at the Met Gala, telling reporters, “It feels amazing, you know. It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up. And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ’cause we definitely happy, you know.”

    The couple already share two sons: RZA, born in 2022, and Riot, born in 2023. In an interview with Vogue back in April 2022, Rihanna reflected on the possibility of having a third child, saying, “I always thought it would be marriage first, then a baby, but who the f*ck says it has to be that way. I’m certainly not gonna let that get in the way of me being a mom.”

    Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are parents! The couple just announced that they welcomed their first child and are settling into life as a family of three — a journey they hope to take on in “peace and privacy.”

    The new parents shared the news with a joint statement on Instagram posted on Thursday, August 21. “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the couple wrote in their statement. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” the statement continued.

    Honouring the sentiment of the statement, the couple did not announce the name of their child, nor her date of birth. “And then there were 3,” the couple wrote, signing their names at the bottom of the picture.

    After dating for a few years, the couple got engaged in 2023; Jake Bongiovi proposed to Millie Bobby Brown while the two were out for an underwater diving exploration, and after a little bit of a mishap with the ring, the Enola Holmes actress happily accepted.

    The two tied the knot in May 2024, with Brown wearing a custom white lace Galia Lahav gown and Bongiovi in Tom Ford. Brown’s Stranger Things costar Matthew Modine served as officiant for the ceremony at the Villa Cetinale in Italy.

    Earlier this spring, Brown spoke about her hopes of building a family with her husband while as a guest on the Smartless podcast.

    “My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. And you know, it’s been my thing since before I met Jake. Since I was a baby, I told my mom… I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me,” said Brown. “Jake knows how important it is to me and, of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family for me personally… It’s a huge thing. Jake was like, we cannot do that until we get married.”

    “I really want a family. I really want a big family,” Brown continued, even sharing her thoughts on adoption. “I’m one of four. He’s one of four. So, it is definitely in our future, but, for me, I don’t see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting.”

    Congratulations to the new parents! As they stated in their Instagram post, they’ve asked for privacy, so while we’re thrilled for the couple, it’s best not to speculate and to wait until they share more information about their new baby.

    Cardi’s joyful news comes just hours after she made headlines for reportedly filing for divorce from husband and fellow rapper Offset, as confirmed by a representative to Page Six. Cardi alluded to the breaking reports of their split in her caption.

    “With every ending comes a new beginning!” she started her announcement, seemingly addressing her new baby in the remainder of the post. “I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do!”

    Offset and Cardi B, who were married in September 2017 and would have celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary this year, share two children together: daughter Kulture (age 5) and son Wave (age 2).

    Cardi had previously filed for divorce from Offset in 2020, but the two later reconciled. In an Instagram Live that year, Cardi cleared the air on the reasoning behind their intended divorce. “Nothing crazy out of this world happened, sometimes people really do grow apart,” she said at the time. “…Sometimes you’re just tired of the arguments and the build up. You get tired sometimes and before something happens, you leave.”

    In an interview with the Sunday Times in 2023, Hailey admitted that she “wants kids so bad” but is worried about raising them in the public eye. “I literally cry about this all the time,” she said, per People. “I get scared. It’s enough that people say things about my husband or my friends. I can’t imagine having to confront people saying things about a child.”

    She continued, “We can only do the best we can to raise them. As long as they feel loved and safe.”

    Fans began speculating that Hailey was pregnant after the couple skipped the Met Gala 2024, pointing to other “clues” such as Hailey’s oversize jacket at Coachella back in April. The starlet has also been absent from the spotlight in recent weeks; both Hailey and her beau are usually papped around L.A. or NYC, her in a midriff-baring crop top, him in pants several sizes too large.

    Others pointed to the cryptic Instagram message reposted by Hailey’s dad, actor Stephen Baldwin, in which a man asks followers to “pray” for the couple, as evidence that she was farther along than we thought. At the time, the post led to breakup rumors, which the couple quickly shut down.

    Another eyebrow-raising “clue”: Justin performed his song “Baby” in February 2024. The man was straight up dropping hints that Hailey Bieber is pregnant and the world was screaming “Bieber breakup!”

    The images, shot by Yulia Gorbachenko, feature the mom-to-be posing in a series of very on-brand outfits: a pair of briefs and a crisp shirt unbuttoned at the belly; a long-sleeve backless black dress; a ribbed white tank and olive corduroy pants; a boxy black suit sans bra or top.

    “We went to Elliot’s parents, who live about five minutes away from us, and I think I had a box—I want to say it was a Hermès box or some sort of box—and I told everyone that I had bought them a gift from Milan Fashion Week,” Richie Grainge told Vogue. “Everyone was like ‘Ooooh Hermes!’ But then they opened it and it had all three of the pregnancy tests [in it]. That’s how we told all of our parents. Watching their reaction go from like, ‘I’m about to get an expensive present’ to like ‘I’m about to get a grandchild’ was really sweet.”

    Per Vogue, the couple had been “casually trying [for a child] ever since they got married in April,” and are thrilled to be expecting a little girl. “She’s growing pretty fast, so [the due date] is a bit up in the air,” Richie Grainge says. “My dream in life is to have a daughter, and Elliot is really excited for a girl too. I think it’s so typical for boys to want boys, but he has a lot of sisters. It was really sweet. He’s very sensitive.”

    Sofia and Elliot began dating in 2021, got engaged in 2022, and then married last spring in the wedding heard ’round TikTok. Now that she’s entering her mom era, we assume the fervor will be just as loud.
