Jacqueline Laurita reacted to Caroline Manzo‘s support of Tommy Manzo during a podcast appearance last week, months after Tommy was found guilty of hiring a hit man to assault ex-wife Dina Manzo‘s now-husband, Dave Cantin.

While also sharing her thoughts on Danielle Cabral, 39, unfollowing Caroline, 63, her aunt, after being cast on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and shading Jackie Goldschneider, 47, and Margaret Josephs, 57, for their behavior on the show, Jacqueline, 54, described the Bravo series as “toxic” and weighed in on Caroline being a character witness for Tommy, 59.

“I’m happy the truth finally came out and justice will be served. It just was so disturbing and scary,” Jacqueline began on the September 10 episode of the AllAboutTRH podcast.

As for the involvement of both Caroline and Dolores Catania, 53, Jacqueline said she had no idea what their letters said — or if they actually existed.

“I did hear from the grapevine that they were character witnesses for Tommy because I know at the time, Caroline and Dolores were close with Tommy and not so much Dina. And they hadn’t been in contact with Dina in a really long time,” she noted. “Tommy is Caroline’s husband’s brother. So, I could imagine that it put her in an awkward position. And I don’t think either of them truly believed that Tommy would be capable of this. I think they thought it came from someone else, maybe Dina’s husband’s ex’s family [the one that he left for Dina].”

“I’m sure they’re shocked and disappointed about it. I haven’t discussed this with either of them … because it’s so deep. But I can’t imagine, that’s Caroline’s brother and then her mother-in-law’s son. I’m sure she’s angry,” Jacqueline continued.

While Jacqueline acknowledged that Caroline and Dina “aren’t close,” she said she “would’ve opted to stay out of” the court case.

Moving on to Danielle unfollowing Caroline after landing a role on RHONJ, Jacqueline, whose brother-in-law’s ex-wife is married to Danielle’s father, admitted she didn’t understand why she would do that.

“What happened there?” she wondered. “Caroline helped her. She was, like, kind of suggesting her for the show and everything. I had heard she got in an argument with her brother’s wife because she didn’t take her wedding dress shopping with her. That’s the only thing I’ve heard. But I don’t know what that has to do with Caroline.”

As for Jackie’s newfound friendship with Teresa Giudice, 52, Jacqueline didn’t have anything good to say about Jackie — especially after she shared private texts between them with Melissa Gorga, who went public with the texts at the RHONJ season 13 reunion.

“She’s pathetic to me, sorry. I just think that was sh*tty. I just think she’s so desperate and pathetic. I think she’s trying to hold onto her position so she’s doing that,” Jacqueline suspected. “For me, I [was] just like, ‘We were good and I don’t understand why you did that.’”

Jacqueline then noted that Teresa “thinks they’ve transpired into a real friendship.”

“Which, maybe, because Jackie was acting out because of what was said on camera and that she was upset about her husband [Evan Goldschneider] cheating. So I understood why Jackie was upset at the time. So if Teresa can let that go, that’s on her,” Jacqueline reasoned.

According to Jacqueline, she had an experience with Jackie that was similar to that of Margaret, who had said Jackie constantly sent her stuff about Teresa.

“Why would you put mine out there without putting yours out there?” she asked Jackie.

Continuing on about Margaret, Jacqueline said she initially thought Margaret was “good for the show.”

“I thought she was witty and stuff like that. But Margaret, I don’t know … I think there’s obviously a lot behind the scenes going on and being talked about and stuff like that. People will say something for shock value,” she explained. “And I think Margaret likes to keep things in her back pocket to use against people for things, and it is a dirty game to play.”

Then, when Margaret calling Jennifer Aydin, 47, a drug addict and exposing Bill Aydin‘s affair were mentioned, Jacqueline admitted that can stick with a person.

“People will tend to believe it [even] if it’s not true. [But] I think they all kind of do that. They go after each other because it’s like, ‘Let me talk about you, take the heat off me.’ I feel like they all kind of take jabs at each other,” she stated. “It’s gotten very toxic to watch. It’s not fun to watch anymore. It’s too tense and deep and dark.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause ahead of its 15th season.

  • Brandi Glanville Accuses Caroline Manzo of Having “Buyers Remorse” After Having “Fun” as Caroline Shares New Details of Alleged Sexual Assault on RHUGT, Claims Producers Watched & Kept Filming

Brandi Glanville Accuses Caroline Manzo of Having “Buyers Remorse” After Having “Fun” as Caroline Shares New Details of Alleged Sexual Assault on RHUGT, Claims Producers Watched & Kept Filming

Caroline Manzo detailed the alleged sexual assault by Brandi Glanville on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip – and Brandi responded by accusing her co-star of “f**king lies,” and claimed Caroline had “buyers remorse” after having some “fun” during filming.

Caroline recently filed a lawsuit against the network, claiming production pushed Caroline to drink alcohol and encouraged her to sexually harass her. Brandi has denied the allegations, which reportedly caused the show to stop filming, and the episodes may never air.

A May 28 signed affidavit was recently obtained by Page Six, as Caroline described the alleged sexual assault. The star claimed Brandi “forcibly fondled” Caroline’s vagina, and producers filmed it.

“When Glanville was sexually assaulting me on the sofa, she was rubbing her vagina on me. The producers just watched and kept filming,” wrote Caroline. “They saw that I was in distress and yet, they continued to film.”

She said production did not “separate” Brandi from Caroline, and they “continued to feed” alcohol to Brandi, allowing her to follow Caroline into a bathroom where Brandi “threw” her against the door, which caused Caroline to hit her head.

Per the allegations, Brandi “locked me in the bathroom where she forcibly fondled my vagina against my will,” and producers “did not help” though they witnessed Caroline trying to escape.

“Glanville maliciously sexually assaulted me for her own sexual gratification,” said Caroline. “She did this by forcibly kissing me, rubbing her vagina on me and then fondling my vagina against my will.”

The alum said she asked production not to ask her questions about the alleged sexual assault in her “pickup” interviews in New York because she was “visibly suffering from anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress from Glanville sexually assaulting me.”

But according to Caroline, production made her “relive the sexual assaults … to create more ‘drama’ in the interview for their own ratings and profit.”

Following the report, Brandi reacted on X.

“The Caroline BS has plagued me [for too] long,” she wrote on June 1. “Her accusations are false & defamatory! I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO attraction to her. I’ve done reality TV for 13 yrs & have never had a complaint. This is a simple case of buyers remorse. She had fun & now regrets it. THIS IS NONSENSE & I can prove it.”

In a separate post, she addressed the housing situation on the trip.

“The belly dancing party was in the main house. Caroline & [another castmate] stayed in the guest house in the backyard. If at any point … she felt uncomfortable she could walk 5 steps away into her own private house,” said Brandi. “ITS ALL F**KING LIES! IM SICK OF BEING A F**KING PUNCHING BAG F**K F**K F**K F**K.”

Caroline Manzo Shares Shocking Details of Alleged Sexual Assault by Brandi Glanville in Lawsuit

    [ad_1]

Caroline Manzo accused Brandi Glanville of humping her and thrusting her tongue into her mouth amid filming on Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season four in a lawsuit she filed against Bravo, Peacock, and its production companies last week.

Days after the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum’s lawsuit was first confirmed, additional details have been leaked that reveal the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member’s alleged sexual harassment, which Caroline, 62, claims was encouraged by producers in Morocco.

After first accusing Brandi, 51, of forcing herself on her and kissing her without consent, Caroline said in court documents obtained by Page Six on January 26 that Brandi “then proceeded to mount Manzo on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her.”

The documents went on to say that the incident triggered Caroline’s “dormant and horrific memories” of a sexual assault that happened when she was seven and added that Brandi also “forced her vagina” against Caroline’s back during another moment in Morocco.

While Caroline left filming early, she said production filmed her on the way to the airport in hopes of “gathering more ‘drama’ to increase their ratings.”

“Defendants, including Bravo, regularly ply the Real Housewives cast with alcohol, cause them to become severely intoxicated, and then direct, encourage and/or allow them to sexually harass other cast members because that is good for ratings,” the lawsuit stated. “Caroline Manzo is a victim of those harmful actions.”

In her lawsuit, which does not name the RHOBH alum as a defendant, Caroline is suing for “negligence, sexual harassment, sex/gender discrimination, sexual battery and other causes of action that she says violate state laws in California and New York.”

While Bravo and Peacock have remained silent in regard to Caroline’s case against them, Caroline’s attorney, Derek Smith, expressed outrage in the networks.

“[We] look forward to having the issues decided by a jury. Sexual harassment should never be entertainment!” he told Page Six.

Though there have been claims that season four of RHUGT will never make it to air due to the allegations made against producers, no official decision has been announced.

Following the filing of Caroline’s lawsuit, Brandi’s rep released a response to Page Six.

“Sadly, Brandi had to wake up to yet another lawsuit that includes defamatory, false accusations about her,” the rep stated. “While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault. She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed, or Bravo.”

Lauren Manzo‘s husband, Vito Scalia, has filed for divorce following eight years of marriage.

As the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 35, and her family, including mom Caroline Manzo, 62, dad Albert Manzo, 63, and brothers Albie Manzo, 37, and Chris Manzo, 34, enjoy Italy ahead of Albie’s wedding to fiancee Chelsea DeMonaco, the court filing of Vito, 37, and Lauren’s reaction have been shared.

Just months after Albie and Chelsea’s engagement, the couple, who began dating in 2019, are ready to say “I do.” And in a photo shared by Chelsea on October 23, she was seen with the entire Manzo family, including Lauren and Vito’s daughter, Marchesa “Markie” Scalia, 6.

The family was also seen in an image shared by Caroline on her own Instagram Story.

“Poppa [with] his babies,” she wrote in the caption.

As Albie and Chelsea prepare for their next chapter, Lauren is preparing for hers following husband Vito’s divorce filing on September 5.

Following years of questions in regard to the couple’s relationship status, much of which Lauren avoided, The U.S. Sun has confirmed Vito’s New Jersey filing — and shared that Lauren was served on September 29.

“The parties have experienced irreconcilable differences for a period of at least six months which has caused the breakdown of their marriage and it is apparent that the marriage should be dissolved as there is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation,” Vito wrote in his court papers.

Although Vito filed a Marital Settlement Agreement on July 26, he and Lauren seem to be living together at their Wayne home as he listed the residence as both of their addresses in his documents.

Following Vito’s filing, Lauren’s attorney informed the court that he would be representing her on matters of care, custody, and support of their child, and in regard to “all financial related issues, including, without limitation, alimony, equitable distribution, and counsel fees.”

Lauren also spoke out herself, sharing an Instagram video with fans on Tuesday.

“By now you guys have seen the news that has broken. I just want to let you guys know we’re all good. This has been done for a very long time. The last part of the process was filing. We were on the same page. This is something that we did together,” she shared.

“Vito and I love and respect each other and we continue to move forward as a family,” she continued. “All that matters to us is that our daughter is happy and healthy. Her privacy is important to us. We haven’t been on TV in seven years, which is why we did not feel the need for some dramatic announcement. And we continue to move forward with love and respect for each other. And we will always be a family, and that’s it. It’s about our daughter and her privacy because she didn’t ask to be on TV — we did.”

Lauren and Vito began dating in 2009 after being introduced to one another by Albie, and they got engaged in November 2013. Two years later, they tied the knot in New York City.

As RHONJ fans may have seen, Vito first addressed rumors of a split in 2018, saying on Instagram, “We just don’t put our relationship on social media and people can’t seem to understand that. We are perfect!”

Then, earlier this year, after being questioned about their marriage, Lauren said, “I haven’t been on TV in 7 years. I am allowed to keep aspects of my life private especially after having a child.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime next year.
