Ex-Good Morning America co-host Amy Robach and her ex-husband/actor Andrew Shue are unloading another property they purchased during their marriage — months after they settled their divorce, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to real estate records, Amy and Andrew have put their 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,500 sq. ft. pad located in Garrison, New York on the market.
The exes originally purchased the home, which sits on 17 acres, in 2013 for $760k. The real estate listing boasts, “Recently lavishly renovated, this property promises years of low maintenance pleasure, while the impeccable design evokes the warmth and romance of a farmhouse with an upscaled elegance and every modern convenience.”
The exes selling the home comes months after the former couple settled their divorce. They officially split last year but Andrew filed the paperwork in February.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Andrew and Amy sold off a separate New York apartment weeks before her romance with co-host T.J. Holmes went public.
According to official records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the exes unloaded their 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,350 sq. ft. pad for $5.2 million. The sale was signed on November 18. Amy and Andrew purchased the home in 2018 for $4 million.
The couple had been married since 2010. The GMA host raised Andrew’s three sons as hers, but they did not have any of their own. Amy also has two daughters from a past relationship, which made up their blended brood.
As we previously reported, Amy and T.J. are still going strong despite both being let go by ABC after their affair was exposed by Daily Mail.
In November, the outlet published bombshell photos of Amy and T.J. getting cozy on dates around the city. At the time, sources claimed the two were separated from their respective spouses. However, an insider claimed his wife, Marilee Fiebig, was blindsided by his relationship with Amy.
Late last year, TJ filed for divorce from Marilee. The case is still pending in New York court.
He noted they had two other children that were no longer minors. He said that child support should be awarded to him on a temporary and permanent basis. Further, he said, “the parties have accumulated certain debts and obligations, during the course of this marriage, and Plaintiff seeks an equitable division of same.”
As we previously reported, last month, the couple was hit with a $1.1 million tax lien by the IRS. The lien said the couple owed $103,564.48 for 2013, $330,126.29 for 2017, and $714,143.90 for 2018. The grand total of the liens comes to $1,147,834.67.
The estate responded by pointing out that they had turned Michael’s finances around after his death. They said he was heavily in debt.
“The Estate was teetering on the verge of collapse, with more than $400 million in debt that encumbered Michael’s most significant assets and little or no liquidity or means to service that debt. Through creative thinking, hard work and business savvy—and, of course, Michael’s extraordinary creative legacy—the Executors transformed the MJJ Business into a profitable enterprise,” the motion read.
Michael Jackson’s 92-year-old mother Katherine was shut down in her attempt to block a proposed deal from her late son’s estate, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, this week, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that the estate, run by executors John Branca and John McClain, can move forward with the transaction.
The order stated, “The proposed transaction is approved and the executors are authorized and instructed to take all actions necessary to implement the proposed transaction, including but not limited to signing all contracts and performing all obligations required of the estate.”
Katherine had testified in court explaining the reasoning behind her fighting the deal.
The beneficiaries of Michael’s estate are his three children Prince, Paris, and Blanket. In his will, Michael added a provision that also provided support to his mother for the remainder of her life.
In response, the executors argued they knew what they were doing. McClain and Branca said they took Michael’s estate from the “verge of collapse” to being incredibly profitable.
“The Estate was teetering on the verge of collapse, with more than $400 million in debt that encumbered Michael’s most significant assets and little or no liquidity or means to service that debt. Through creative thinking, hard work and business savvy—and, of course, Michael’s extraordinary creative legacy—the Executors transformed the MJJ Business into a profitable enterprise,” the executors said in court documents.
Branca and McClain even accused Katherine of having objected to the 2009 documentary This Is It, which ended up becoming the highest-grossing concert documentary in history and brought in millions to the estate.
Prior to the hearing, the executors pointed out that Michael’s kids had not objected to the proposed deal.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Katherine has filed an appeal of the decision — an indication the fight is far from over.

But the move of his sister Elisabeth against Fox News is significant and indicates the internal tension amongst the brood has broiled since she was seen in a corporate box with dad Rupert and Lachlan at the Super Bowl earlier this year.

James is said to be blaming brother Lachlan, the executive chairman, and chief executive officer of Fox Corporation, for the dramas engulfing Fox News.
“It happened on Lachlan’s watch,” said a source.
To dump Fox News, the Murdoch family would either need to be in agreement, force their dad’s hand — or James would need to launch a coup and overthrow his brother Lachlan, with whom he no longer speaks.

Rupert and Lachlan, widely considered the heir apparent, is said to be in staunch agreement they should not offload Fox News, the insider added.
“Rupert has been telling people he had one last act left in him,” said the source.
“He wanted to build Fox News into an even bigger force than it is. A global conservative news network, pulling in his assets in the United Kingdom, and Australia. A worldwide Fox News,” the source said.
“He also wanted to combine his television and print assets into one. That was scuttled,” the insider added. “Now, for the first time, Rupert is now facing resistance at every turn — including from within his own family.”
In the new lawsuit, the estate accused the defendants of negligence related to Obumseli’s death on April 3. The court filing stated, “On or about April 3, 2022, CHRISTIAN OBUMSELI, deceased, was fatally stabbed while within the subject premises within One Paraiso.”
The estate blames the owner of the condo building and the security team of failing to protect the subject premises’ residents and invitees, including “Christian Obumseli” from “reasonably foreseeable criminal attacks.”

Weeks after Lisa Marie’s death, Priscilla rushed to court demanding she is named co-trustee of her late daughter’s trust. She claimed Lisa Marie had appointed her and her ex-manager Barry Siegel as heads of the trust.
As we first reported, Lisa Marie died with $3-$4 million in debt but had life insurance policies totaling $35 million. The beneficiaries of Lisa Marie’s estate are Riley and her younger twins, Harper and Finley.
Priscilla demanded an alleged 2016 amendment to the trust not be enforced. The amendment removed Priscilla as co-trustee and placed Riley in full control.

Weeks later, a video of them fighting leaked online. A bloodied Chet filmed the end of an altercation they had at his home in Texas. He said Kiana brought “three menacing large men” with her to take property after their split. He said a fight broke out that included Chet allegedly being smashed in the face with a pot. Kiana denied all allegations of wrongdoing and argued self-defense.

Chet then filed a lawsuit against Kiana for theft, assault and battery. Tom’s son said Kiana was the abusive one during the relationship. In addition, he accused her of using his credit cards to pay her rent without his consent.
In response, Kiana filed her own civil lawsuit against Chet accusing him of assault. She demanded $1 million in damages.
“Hanks became aggressive and hostile. As [Kiana] was lying in bed, Hanks started verbally abusing and threatening her. He shoved her, threatening her with imminent bodily injury, while stating “[I] would not disrespect [him], [he] was in control, [he] would not allow what happened with his mom and dad’s relationship to happen to our” and other things,” the suit read.
Now, as part of Chet’s lawsuit, he has asked the court to sanction his ex for refusing to sit for a deposition and for failing to turn over evidence.

He said Kiana has failed to comply with the court’s order and wants her hit with $11k in sanctions.
As part of his motion, Chet also revealed that Kiana’s lawyers told his counsel that the “case should be settled because it would be embarrassing for [Chet’s] father, Tom Hanks.”
Chet’s lawyer said, “True to this point, [Kiana] has attempted to make Tom Hanks a witness by claiming that he referred her to a “healer.” However, Chet said Kiana has refused to identify the alleged healer.
In her motion, Kiana’s lawyer said, “Mr. Hanks’ father provided a spiritual healer to treat Ms. Parker for the emotional distress she suffered while living in Los Angeles, CA with Mr. Hanks. She did not retain any of the records for this healer.”
California-based private investigator and psychic medium Dr. Fia Johansson, who sat down for the emotional on-camera interview, said Wendell’s mom allegedly kicked her out of the house in 2021. She told RadarOnline.com that if the DNA results show that she is British like missing Maddie, it will further their investigation into the McCann case.
Wendell had already attempted to force her parents in Poland to take a paternity test, but was unsuccessful despite her passionate pleas. “I asked for DNA test, they refused,” she alleged to RadarOnline.com. “They didn’t want to give me birth certificate. They didn’t want to talk about the past.”

Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough is skipping the press tour for her upcoming show Daisy Jones & The Six.
The 33-year-old actress is still mourning the sudden and tragic death of her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, as-well-as dealing with her grandmother Priscilla Presley’s petition to be named the trustee of the estate from under Keough.
The Lovesong actress did make an appearance at the Daisy Jones London premiere and quietly ignored any question regarding the legal spat going on with her family.
The family tensions began when Elvis’ ex-wife filed the petition in Los Angels questioning the “authenticity and validity” of a 2016 change to her daughter’s trust which named Keough the controller of the estate. The trust includes Elvis’ Memphis mansion, Graceland and 15% ownership of the legendary singer’s catalogue.
A source close to the family claimed the grandmother and granddaughter were once close, but the reveal of Lisa Marie’s will showed the young actress “a new side of her grandmother.”
“Riley’s not looking for a war. She always had a good relationship with her grandmother,” the source said. “Lisa had her issues with her mother, but … she didn’t drag [her kids] into [their] personal issues.”
Keough does plan on fighting her grandmother in court over the estate and has a big legal team backing her up. She has until a few days before their April 13 day in court to file her retaliation.
Although the Zola actress refused to talk about the legal battles with her grandmother, she did admit to tapping into her family’s musical heritage.
“I don’t know if there is continuing my grandfather’s legacy, but it was a really fun experience for me,” she said at the time. “I’ve listened to music and my whole family are musicians, and I’ve been around this world a lot and been on tour and all that kind of stuff. Ex-Lakers star Trevor Ariza’s estranged wife has rushed to court pleading for a restraining order against the father of her two children, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Bree Anderson Ariza filed a petition for a protective order against Trevor. She wants him ordered to stay away from her and not contact her, claiming she fears for her safety.

She wants the judge to order Trevor to not be allowed inside her home. Further, she wants sole custody awarded to her with the NBA star having supervised visitation.
In the restraining order petition, Bree said that during their marriage, Trevor “engaged in acts of extreme physical abuse towards me.”

“He was verbally and emotionally abusive to me. Some of the abuse occurred in the presence of our children,” she said.
“I have been financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage,” she explained as to why she stayed until she had the courage to leave. She said she hoped filing for divorce would put an end to the alleged abuse but she said it hasn’t.
However, she said Trevor has continued and called her a “h—” and a “b—-” in front of their children and says he “threatens me on a regular basis.”

She said Trevor lives half a mile away which makes her uncomfortable. Bree said he has entered her home without her knowledge, “as he thinks he has the right to come and go from my residence as he pleases.”
She said at one point he threatened to change the locks and leave her homeless if she didn’t obey all of his directives. Bree said Trevor is still refusing to pay her child support and has threatened to take away the kids.
In the petition, she detailed an alleged incident in August 2021 where she said Trevor showed up at her home. Bree said he was “very angry” and demanded she turns over her cell phone. She refused.
Bree claims he threw her on the bed and started choking her but let go right before she passed out. She accuses Trevor of having punched her with a closed fist and then continuing to punch her multiple times.

Bree said another incident went down on February 17, 2020, where Trevor allegedly choked her until she passed out. “He immediately grabbed me by the throat and started choking me until I was unconscious.”
She pointed to a September 9, 2020 text that Trevor allegedly sent her that read, “Me putting my hands on you has cause me to feel like I’m nothing.”

Bree said, “I strongly believe that Trevor’s physical, verbal, and emotional abuse warrants a” protective order.
Bree included several photos of her injuries from Trevor’s alleged acts as part of her request.

Last year, Bree filed for divorce from Trevor after four years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Her bullet-shattered body was discovered by her daughter, actress Ashley, 54, who said she comforted her dying mother during her final moments.
The Hollywood star has said she crawled into her mom’s bed and held Naomi in her arms throughout the agonizing half-hour wait for an ambulance to arrive.
Beforehand, Ashley found her mother in a manic mental state, according to the documents.
She told police her mother screamed, “Kill me, kill me now. I don’t want to live!” Ashley calmly told her distraught mother, “Now, mom, you know I’m not going to do that.”
Ashley then whipped off frantic texts to the family’s longtime therapist, Dr. Ted Klontz, writing: “She’s having an episode. Yelling and crying and pacing … Emergency … Please come to mom’s … Now.”

Ashley told police Naomi calmed down after Dr. Klontz’s arrival and later went upstairs while the actress and physician discussed her condition downstairs.

Ashley told Dr. Klontz: “She did it. She finally did it.”

Police and emergency medical workers arrived to find Naomi still conscious with her eyes open but attempts to revive her proved futile.

“At her request, I signed the original lease on her behalf,” he said. “As the lease approached the end, my mom went through some health issues that put the court in control of her finances.”
On Tuesday, his wife, Allison Holker, went to LAPD to inform them her husband had left home without his car, which she said was not like her husband. It’s unclear why she waited to go to the police when tWitch left the day before.
His friends told us they were “shocked” and in “disbelief” over the news, adding their hearts go out to Allison and their children — Weslie Renae (Holker’s daughter who he adopted), Maddox, and Zaia.
