  • Zara’s Black Friday Sale 2022: These Pieces Are Worth Your Time

Zara’s Black Friday Sale 2022: These Pieces Are Worth Your Time

    [ad_1]

Back in 2018, Zara, quite unexpectedly, entered into the realm of the big Black Friday sale for the first time. Unlike many retailers that continue to do Black Friday for two weeks, Zara’s sale was quite abruptly called Friday 23, and it offered 20% off selected items. It set a precedent that we had, up until that point, thought was impossible. This is a retailer that reluctantly goes into sale even at the most traditional times of the year, so it was weird and exciting that it took part in the Black Friday parade.

Since 2018, Black Friday and Cyber Monday have become a far greater presence in the world of discounting and peak retail moments. And yes, although the occasion normally marks the moment your inbox is flooded with offers of half-price paddle boards, clothes steamers, or air fryers, it is quite a good time to consider investment purchases of the wardrobe variety.

This year, Zara is running a 40% off sale on select items both online and in-stores. Zara has become increasingly premium over the years, and despite there still being a more affordable offering in stores and online, it is the most considered and elevated pieces that the team at Who What Wear are usually most interested in. We’re talking about the real-leather jackets, the more expensive handbags, the best wool coats, and fine knits or perfect-fit tailoring. When it comes to sensible sale shopping, it’s all about pinpointing classic, long-lasting items over trend-driven throwaway pieces. A camel coat, a great pair of jeans, or an oversized shirt, for example, could always be considered a wise purchase if the fabrics are good and the cut suits you.

I’m A Gen Z Fashion Editor, and These 31 Black Friday Deals Are My Priority

    [ad_1]

Over the years I’ve learned to think smarter (and harder) about shopping during Black Friday. I remember digging through sale bins at Forever21 at 1 AM after Thanksgiving, and to be honest, while it gave me a rush, I never ended up getting much wear out of the “deals” I was so ecstatic about. Now, I take a more strategic approach. I take note of all the proposed discounts, go through my already existing shopping wishlist, and of course, take recommendations from my fellow editors. And since studying the proposed sales isn’t your job like it is mine, you can sit back and use my research to help upgrade your shopping experience today. To ensure this, I went through the best sales of the season to bring the 30 buys you don’t want to miss out on. They’re fashion editor (and Gen Z) approved, so I promise there is nothing but cool and standout picks ahead.

Keep scrolling to find something you’ll actually end up wearing. Here’s to full carts and full hearts. Happy shopping!

We Scout Beauty Products for a Living—These Are the Best Black Friday Deals

    [ad_1]

As someone who worked in retail for the majority of my time in high school and college, I feel as though Black Friday is still a bit of a trigger for me. (Copious caramel macchiatos, Thanksgiving-night shifts that extended to the wee hours of Friday morning, and sale-crazed customers will do that to you.) Suffice to say, when possible, I prefer to get my savings on from the comfort and safety of my laptop versus venturing to my nearest mall. And just like my fellow beauty editors, Shawna and Katie, I prefer to start scouting for the most epic deals ahead of time.

Since we’re people who shop for, write about, and test beauty products for our livelihood, we put together a list of the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday snags we have our sights set on this year. Keep scrolling for the complete list.

  • The Violet Grey Black Friday Weekend Sale Has Arrived—And Here Are 40 Seriously Chic Finds

The Violet Grey Black Friday Weekend Sale Has Arrived—And Here Are 40 Seriously Chic Finds

    [ad_1]

Black Friday, it turns out, is the one calendar event where there is absolutely no room for nostalgia. Once a crush of literal door-buster sales, the shop-a-thon has now relaxed into a multi-day sprawl (Cyber Monday included), the deals all at your fingertips. It’s still dizzying, to be sure, which is why it’s helpful when a very good shop promises a very good score. This is where Violet Grey comes into play: mainstay of Hollywood makeup artists, now offering nearly sitewide promotions (up to 50% off, with most discounts at 25%) through Cyber Monday. (There are some brand exceptions—Byredo, Chanel, and the like—but given the wealth of what remains, you won’t miss a thing.)

This edited shopping guide is the online equivalent of a beeline through the boutique. Here, you’ll find 10 essential beauty categories, with a handful of plum picks in each. (We’ve listed the full prices here, so the deals will be a bonus upon checkout.) Maybe you’ll find a few treasures for your mother, your boss, that nice neighbor who watered your plants during an overdue vacation. And of course, as they say: Treat yourself.

    Winter Moisturizers

With the official start of winter soon upon us, this is the time for surface-level fortification. Drier air means that the environment will sap water from the skin—but smartly attuned moisturizers aim to restore and replenish. Augustinus Bader’s Rich Cream (formulated with the German doctor’s proprietary TFC8 technology) helps smooth out crepe-paper lines and pigmentation while supplying deep moisture. The Super Hydrator by U Beauty delivers reparative antioxidants and hyaluronic acid in tiny capsules. Manhattan dermatologist Rose Ingleton, MD, incorporates a Jamaican superfruit blend along with ceramides into this brightening, nourishing formula. And Sisley-Paris’s much-loved Black Rose face oil, with a dry-touch finish, helps replenish the skin’s lipid barrier.

    Cult Serums

Whispered praise accompanies the best serums for good reason: The formulas are designed for peak efficacy, thanks to a boost of antioxidants, peptides, and more. A recent buzzy entry is Eighth Day, courtesy of dermatologic surgeon Antony Nakhla, DO, which features a proprietary Peptide-Rich Plasma along with anti-inflammatory botanicals and manuka honey for extra healing. The Super Anti-Aging Serum from Dr. Barbara Sturm calls on antioxidant-rich purslane and red algae, plus two types of hyaluronic acid for lasting hydration. Epi.Logic’s chicly repackaged Master Plan (from another pro, oculofacial plastic surgeon Chaneve Jeanniton, MD) uses a blend of stem cell–derived epidermal growth factors and proteins to support firm, luminous skin. There’s the power of plants, too—as seen in this powerhouse serum from Macrene Actives, created by dermatologist Macrene Armenakas, MD. The formula incorporates silver ear mushrooms, red algae, and sunflower oil extract (to name a few), all to coax skin into its most hydrated, even-toned version of itself.

    Eye Treatments

The skin around the eyes is a delicate matter, thinner and more reactive than other hardier parts of the face. That’s especially true in winter, when a night in an overheated apartment can leave you waking up to a fine patchwork of lines. RéVive’s Sensitif eye cream is a morning refresh, with peptides and brightening niacinamide alongside mineral sunscreen for gentle protection. Sisley’s eye mask is a different kind of quick fix, delivering a surge of moisture that you can tissue off (or, better yet, leave on all night). In Royal Fern’s eye cream, the blend of hyaluronic acid and antioxidants gives a cushiony, protective feel. And the plant-based treatment from Indie Lee combines tiger grass, apple stem cells, and seaweed extract to help keep the expressive eye area looking its best.

    Beauty & Wellness Tools

The extended time at home in recent years has reinforced the measurable benefits that come from taking care of one’s well-being—often with the help of some well-designed tools. For the beauty set, the arrival of ZIIP means there’s a high-tech facialist at home—the nano-currents helping to stimulate the cell’s energy production, boost circulation, and speed lymphatic drainage. Canopy’s cloudlike humidifier is a cold-weather hero, with UV technology to keep the accompanying water tank clean. Therabody’s trainer-favorite massage tool helps pummel away muscle soreness, with 40 taps per second and a suite of targeted attachments. (Data suggests an improvement in sleep quality too.) And this vibrator by Kiki de Montparnasse has a two-pronged approach: a larger end with eight vibration settings, and a narrow one that gently warms.

Kiki de Montparnasse The Dual Warming Wand

    Next-Gen Body Care

The skin that matters doesn’t stop at the neck—a realization that has been materializing on shelf in the form of advanced body care. Mutha’s contouring serum includes its M-TIGHT technology, which uses capsaicin (the active ingredient in chili peppers) to boost circulation; there are also fruit acids for exfoliation, along with hyaluronic acid and squalene for plush skin. Another targeted formula, U Beauty’s sculpting cream takes aim at fluid retention and collagen synthesis, with marine bacillus extract for a dose of nutrients. Susanne Kaufmann’s body butter, infused with olive oil, shea butter, and honey, would be a nourishing underlayer beneath pajamas. For a post-shower rubdown, Costa Brazil’s fast-absorbing body oil is a winner: Its cold-pressed star ingredients include wild-harvested kaya (supplying essential fatty acids) and cacay (touted as a natural retinol).

    Bathing Upgrades

The tub, should you be so lucky to have one, is many things: a mandatory break from technology, an antidote to winter, a deep-tissue unwind. The category is particularly good for gifting—everyone bathes in some manner or fashion. It’s also the sort of indulgence you don’t often spring for, but should! Who doesn’t want to crack open Susanne Kaufmann’s Oil Bath for the Senses, with notes of ylang-ylang and lavender alongside rosemary extract to promote healthy circulation. Nécessaire’s eucalyptus-scented body exfoliator—with bamboo charcoal and pumice along with gentle acids to slough away dead skin—simulates the fresh branch hanging from the showerhead. The seaweed-infused soak from African Botanics is a remineralizing reboot, with circulating-boosting caffeine and an aromatic blend of lemongrass, juniper, and African buchu leaf. A pre-soak scrub with Sturm’s body brush—palm-size and stocking-ready—makes a nice pairing.

    Hair Essentials

The emphasis on healthy hair lately is now coming even from the doctor-led skin-care brands, which are taking a scalp-forward approach. Augustinus Bader’s treatment serum—part of the line’s debut hair range and designed to be massaged in after showering—uses its TFC8 complex to support the environment for strong hair growth; clinical trials show improved hair-shaft thickness and boosted shine. The wide-tooth comb from Yves Durif is a classic for good reason, as elegant as it is good for detangling. This stylist-favorite T3 dryer is a winter essential, with 15 heat and speed settings and a wider, gentler air flow. For deep hydration, the Act+Acre hair mask is a keeper—rich in castor oil and glycerin, and handsome to boot.

    Must-Have Makeup

There is something undeniably alluring about makeup this time of year, for those who play in that arena. It’s fun to dial up the mascara before a night out, to trot out a new lipstick. This Tom Ford matte lip in deep red brings the sophistication, all the better against fresh, luminous skin. Makeup artist Jillian Dempsey (who works with Kristen Stewart) is behind this cream blush, which comes in six shades for warm flush. La Bouche Rouge’s sustainability-minded shadow palette gives the effects of a Parisian smoky eye. (Spring for a leather case if you wish, but the red paper is equally smart.) And for a fluttery party lash, Kjaer Weis’s clean, volumizing formula amps things up.

    Timeless Perfumes

Some people adore being surprised with just the right scent—a tough act for a gift-giver, made easier by knowing where to look. Frédéric Malle’s jewel-box library of fragrances is something of a foolproof destination, with Musc Ravageur an enticing proposition: layers of amber, musk, and patchouli that Malle himself once likened to “Parisian nights at their wildest.” Ombré Leather, from Tom Ford, has the sophistication of fancy oxfords, overlaid with notes of vetiver and moss—perfect for the Succession devotee. D.S. & Durga’s Radio Bombay brings the crackling warmth of sandalwood, iris, and cedar, which reads equally interestingly in blazing summer and winter. For a mood lift? The Nue Co.’s Functional Fragrance draws on a university study that investigated neurological reactions to certain scent notes; the blend of green cardamom, palo santo, and violet is designed for a smell-good, feel-good effect.

    Home Scents

Call it nesting season or entertaining time—whatever the occasion, it’s eternally nice to have something pleasing in the air. For those with a taste for fun graphics and starch, there is D.S. & Durga’s limited-edition holiday candle, with cleverly pleasing notes of potato, black pepper, and peanut oil. The Cafe Society perfume gun—as Frédéric Malle’s room sprays are jauntily called—smells like the backdrop to a 19th-century novel, given the earthy notes of patchouli, amber, and lavender. The very giftable Costa Brazil candle is decidedly transporting, by way of Amazonian resins, vetiver, and other evocations of the rainforest. For the purists, the Vitruvi stone diffuser is an understated means of delivering essential oils into the ether, for good vibes that last into the new year.

  • 44 Black Friday Deals That Make Entering Your Carrie Bradshaw Era Easier

44 Black Friday Deals That Make Entering Your Carrie Bradshaw Era Easier

    [ad_1]

Since the creation of the camera, there’s no disputing that film and fashion have become intertwined. Not only have we been able to document history itself, but it’s transformed pop culture—from being able to see celebrity icons on the red carpet to characters on-screen taking on a life of their own. And no other fictional protagonist entirely speaks to the latter than Carrie Bradshaw of Sex and The City. We may not all be fans of her personality or even the reboot, but there’s no denying her influence on the zeitgeist.

Bradshaw’s character and the series at large not only changed how women were viewed when it first aired in the ’90s, but one could argue she singlehandedly romanticized fashion at large. More specifically, Carrie made shopping for shoes a part of the conversation. Of course, buying designer shoes may not always be a plausible purchase (unless you’re living in your version of a romantic sitcom), but the visuals alone showed that it’s not impossible.

In fact, one yearly occasion does give us a chance to make the fantasy of film a reality and it’s Black Friday. For those who self-identify with Ms. Carrie Bradshaw, this time of year is the perfect opportunity to secure some of the best deals on what we love most: shoes. So, in that vein, I’ve scoured through thousands of pages on Nordstrom, Shopbop, Net-a-Porter, and a few other favorite brands in search of the best Black Friday shoe deals. Whether you want to live out your camera-ready moment or need a new pair of boots, there’s a fabulous pair waiting for you ahead.

  • Shoppers expected to spend more at small businesses this holiday season:

Shoppers expected to spend more at small businesses this holiday season:

    [ad_1]

The National Retail Federation estimates a record 166 million people will shop from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday.

Don Queen, who owns the store Classic Toys in Los Angeles, California, is gearing up for the holiday rush by stocking up his shelves with toys from the past.

“It looks more prosperous than last year,” Queen said.

A recent survey shows 63% of small retailers expect to see higher profits this holiday season, according to technology firm Capterra. It is estimated that more gift buyers are likely to shop on Small Business Saturday than Black Friday this year, according to Bankrate.

The annual event dedicated to small businesses began in 2010. It’s a welcome relief for mom-and-pop stores that cannot compete with sales at big box retailers.

“Black Friday doesn’t really do much for me because everybody is expecting 50% to 80% discounts on things, which I can’t offer,” Queen said.

That’s because small stores often have little wiggle room to make a profit. Diana Callahan, who owns Diana’s Boutique in L.A., says people gravitate to shops like hers because they’re looking for unique items and one-on-one customer service.

“It’s the personal touch,” she said. “When people come in, we know them. We know their dogs.”

Ted Rossman, senior industry analyst at Bankrate, told CBS News that “people recognize how hard it is to be a small local retailer.”

“And a lot of people have tried to keep them afloat,” he added.

Still, he cautions that inflation will ultimately determine how well small businesses do during the holidays.

“Even if prices are up, that doesn’t necessarily mean that profits are up because the rent probably cost more, utilities probably cost more,” said Rossman. “They don’t want to give their customers too much sticker shock, but they also need to cover their own increased costs.”

Still, some analysts caution that inflation will ultimately determine how well small businesses do during the holidays.

“Even if prices are up, that doesn’t necessarily mean that profits are up because the rent probably cost more, utilities probably cost more,” said Ted Rossman, chief industry analyst at Bankrate. “They don’t want to give their customers too much sticker shock, but they also need to cover their own increased costs.”

Whether you’re planning to do holiday shopping at small stores or major retailers, experts say finding the best deals includes doing research, using an online price tracker, and checking if the store has a price-matching policy. They say you may not want to hold out for too long, because retailers have already slashed prices significantly.

  • Amazon workers in the U.S. and 30 other countries plan Black Friday protests

Amazon workers in the U.S. and 30 other countries plan Black Friday protests

    [ad_1]

Amazon workers and labor activists in roughly 30 countries, including the U.S., plan to walk off the job and stage other protests on Friday to demand better pay and working conditions.

The campaign, which the groups are promoting on Twitter under the hashtag #MakeAmazonPay, is timed to coincide with Black Friday, a key shopping day for Amazon and other retailers.

As part of the protests, Amazon employees at a company warehouse in St. Peters, Missouri, plan to stop work on Friday, according to Athena, a coalition of local and national groups pressing for worker rights at the e-commerce giant.

Labor actions are also planned at Whole Foods stores, which Amazon owns, and other locations in Bessemer, Alabama; Columbia, Maryland; Detroit, Michigan; Durham, North Carolina; Garner, North Carolina; Joliet, Illinois; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Portland, Oregon; and Washington, D.C.

Amazon workers and activists on Friday also will rally in front of a residence owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in New York City, Athena said.

“On Black Friday, in what has already been named #MakeAmazonPay day, unions, civil society and progressive elected officials will stand shoulder to shoulder in a massive global day of action to denounce Amazon’s despicable multimillion dollar campaigns to kill worker-lead union efforts,” said Christy Hoffman, general secretary of UNI Global Union, a group spearheading the protests, said in a statement. “It’s time for the tech giant to cease their awful, unsafe practices immediately, respect the law and negotiate with the workers who want to make their jobs better.”

Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

    Global protest

Among the countries where Amazon will face strikes and protests, according to UNI Global Union: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Turkey and the U.K.

Monika di Silvestre, an official with Ver.di, a German labor group helping to organize the #MakeAmazonPay campaign, told Bloomberg that workers are particularly concerned with Amazon’s use of computers to monitor their productivity.

“The workers are under a lot of pressure with these algorithms,” she said. “It doesn’t differentiate between workers, whether they are old or have limited mobility. Workers stay awake at night thinking only of their productivity stats.”

Nearly half of all injuries recorded in U.S. warehouses in 2021 occurred at Amazon, according to the Strategic Organizing Center, a coalition of unions.

“Amazon employed one-third of all warehouse workers in the U.S., but it was responsible for nearly one-half (49%) of all injuries in the warehouse industry,” according to the report by the Strategic Organizing Center (SOC).

Amazon has previously defended its safety record and denied that injury rates are higher at the company’s warehouses.

Unions vs. Amazon: A David and Goliath story

    05:00

The company has faced mounting pressure in the U.S. by workers seeking to unionize. Earlier this year, a warehouse on Staten Island in New York City became the first Amazon fulfillment center to organize, and other facilities have also filed for collective bargaining rights. Most recently, workers at an Amazon warehouse in upstate New York voted against unionizing.

A federal judge last week ordered Amazon to stop retaliating against employees participating in workplace activism. The ruling came in a court case brought by the National Labor Relations Board, which sued Amazon in March seeking the reinstatement of a fired employee who was involved in organizing the company’s Staten Island warehouse.

  • Is Black Friday shopping a thing of the past?

Is Black Friday shopping a thing of the past?

    [ad_1]

This season, holiday sales are expected to hit at least $942 billion dollars, which is a 6% increase from last year, according to the National Retail Federation. But with online shopping and earlier sales, does Black Friday still hold the same power in holiday shopping as it has in the past?

Kristen Gall, the president of the cash-back app Rakuten Rewards, says Black Friday “is not dead” but instead that “it’s just changing a lot.”

“A lot fewer of us are willing to go to the stores on Black Friday and battle people and use our elbows,” Gall said.

The National Retail Federation estimates that 115 million people plan to shop in stores and online this year on the traditional day of discounted shopping, which comes the Friday following Thanksgiving. And an estimated 64 million people are expected to shop on Cyber Monday.

But some retailers are unleashing their sales weeks in advance this year, which Gall said also contributes to the changing Black Friday atmosphere.

“Retailers are more willing to allow us to shop over a longer period of time,” Gall said.

Excess inventory left over from the pandemic is also moving up those holiday sales. Gall said she foresees bargains this upcoming Black Friday “to be more aggressive than ever before” because of it.

“They don’t have space in their warehouses,” she said. “They’re going to lower prices on everything.”

But others, like CEO and president Eric Artz of the outdoor gear and clothing store REI, say Black Friday for them is indeed dying out. The company in 2015 started pulling back from Black Friday when it closed its doors on the traditional shopping day. This year, REI announced the move will be permanent.

Artz said business at REI “has thrived” since.

“Inclusive of Black Friday actions, we posted a record year in both sales and profits,” he said. “It’s a testament to the fact that putting a purpose in your people first, putting it ahead of your profits, [that] the profits will come in due course.”

Stores like Target, Macy’s and Walmart have followed suit in recent years by closing on Thanksgiving Day. But the major retailers still nonetheless promote deals for Black Friday, keeping the tradition alive.

  • Black Friday: Watch out for shorter return windows and restocking fees

Black Friday: Watch out for shorter return windows and restocking fees

    [ad_1]

Shoppers may be eager to find the best deals on Black Friday, but in doing so they could overlook an area where they may get dinged: Product returns.

Six of 10 retailers are changing their returns policies this holiday season, according to a recent survey of 500 retailers by goTRG, a return management provider. Those changes generally aren’t in the consumer’s favor, with many stores shortening the returns period while adding restocking and online return fees, goTRG CEO Sender Shamiss said.

These changes may surprise some shoppers who grew used to the generous returns policies common during the pandemic, when retailers eased their guidelines to give consumers more breathing room. For instance, Kohl’s and Bloomingdale’s extended their returns windows in 2020 by an additional 30 and 90 days, respectively.

But retailers are now dealing with an overload of inventory and a slowing economy, causing some to tighten their policies. The bottom line for shoppers on Black Friday: Check the return policy before buying to avoid an unwelcome surprise, experts say.

“Now retailers are saying, ‘We’re not interested if customers are going to cause this crazy returns nightmare that we can’t afford’,” Shamiss said.

He added that retail executives are concerned about the strength of the economy “and are making sure their policies serve their businesses to the best way possible.”

    Shorter window at Amazon

Among the changes this year at big retailers: Amazon, which says customers who purchased items between October 11 and December 25 can return them through January 31, 2023. That’s a shorter window than last year, when buyers could return items bought between October 1 and December 31, 2021, through January 31, 2022.

Some retailers are now charging customers for online returns, although they won’t typically charge for items brought back to brick-and-mortar locations. That can help lower costs for the retailers, while also encouraging more people to visit a store, where they might be tempted to purchase additional items while making a return.

“The low-hanging fruit is changing the return policy,” Shamiss said. “As e-commerce matures, they are starting to claw back these extremely liberal policies that existed for returns.”

H&M, for instance, charges a U.S. return shipping fee of $5.99 that is deducted from a customer’s refund when they return an item. The store noted that the policy isn’t new, but it may start testing online return fees in some European markets as well.

Zara earlier this year started charging $3.95 for online returns, although it doesn’t tack on a fee when consumers return online purchases to a brick-and-mortar location.

“We got used to these insanely long return policies” during the pandemic, Shamiss said. “None of that exists anymore.”

26 Special Basics I’ve Been Waiting All Year to Buy From the Black Friday Sales

    [ad_1]

Black Friday is finally here, so let’s all try to ignore that feeling of panic we woke up with (is it just me?) and get organized. The purpose of Cyber Weekend is, of course, to get some great deals on gifts ahead of the holidays. But from a fashion person’s perspective, it’s also the shopping Olympics. I, for one, convince myself for months before Black Friday to wait until the entire internet is on sale to order some items.

It’s typical to see very trendy items marked down as the season progresses, but basics don’t always see such frequent price reductions. As such, I’m putting the focus here on an assortment of special basics that are finally marked down. Below, you’ll find denim, boots, sweaters, outerwear, and all the everyday things that you may regret missing out on while they’re on sale and still in stock.

TV Ears Offers the Gift of Better Hearing During Holiday Week

    [ad_1]

Incredible discounts offered on doctor-recommended TV listening systems, headsets and speakers during its weeklong Black Friday sale

    Press Release

    Nov 22, 2022

There may be no battle more contested over the holidays than the volume of a living room television.

But thanks to an innovative television listening solution and a weeklong Black Friday sale, this year’s holidays may sound a bit clearer and less jarring to others in homes across the U.S. and beyond.

TV Ears® Doctor Recommended TV Listening Systems & Headsets is pleased to announce from midnight Wednesday, Nov. 23 to 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, all orders are eligible for a full 35 percent off of regular price using the promo code THANKS35.

“It is gratifying to be able to offer our TV listening systems this holiday season at a record low price,” said Nino Wehbe, TV Ears general manager. “Since 1998, we have been working to help millions of customers enjoy their favorite television programs, news and sports. With this offer, we look forward to helping countless more.”

Featured in AARP Magazine, the easy-to-use tool has a five-year warranty and works with all hearing types, he said.

“While new technologies come out every day, they are often difficult to use and often fail to deliver the crisp and clear volume needed to positively impact television watching,” Wehbe said. “Our solution is different. We specifically designed TV Ears to be a simple solution that allows anyone to enjoy watching television.”

He said Bluetooth headphones and hearing aids are notoriously unreliable for this purpose and can create an unrewarding experience.

“With TV Ears, there is no complicated pairing process required to use it correctly,” Wehbe said. “Unlike rivals, TV Ears products provide an enjoyable and hassle-free TV listening experience without relying on Bluetooth and its inconsistent sound quality.”

TV Ears utilize proprietary Voice Clarifying Technology to create clear, real-time television audio for the wearer.

“For more than 20 years, TV Ears has assisted people in hearing television clearly without disturbing others,” Wehbe said. “Using Voice Clarifying Circuitry, TV Ears manufactures and sells voice-clarifying television headphones and speakers. This proprietary audio curve makes television dialogue clearer while background noise, such as music and sound effects, is reduced.”

“With TV Ears’ Speed of Light Infrared Technology (SoLIT) and ‘wall-breaking’ 5.8 GHz technology, television audio can be distributed throughout the house to compatible headsets and speakers,” he continued. “And with a max volume of 120 decibels, TV Ears is twice as loud as other systems, with no pairing required.”

“For those parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles dealing with hearing loss, being able to connect with others through entertainment like music and television can mean everything,” Wehbe said. “With our Black Friday deal, you can give the gift of gathering and celebration this year, and at a low cost.”

11 Everyday Items I Wish I’d Waited Until Black Friday to Buy

    [ad_1]

The beauty of Black Friday sales is that, on top of the amazing deals on gift-worthy items, you’ll find highly covetable fashion items for every season of the year from low-priced brands all the way up to designer labels. Since I’m somewhat of an avid shopper, I tend to buy those everyday items I need (aka basics) when I need them, but based on the number of stylish basics I’ve seen on sale this week, I really wish I’d waited and bought my jeans, tees, sweaters, and coats in bulk this week.

Some of the best brands for basics, such as Reformation, H&M, Madewell, and & Other Stories, are having great sales right now, so if you’re like me, your head is probably spinning. I can help with that if you keep scrolling. And if you’re not like me and haven’t already bought all the basics you need for the time being, you’ve come to the right place. I rounded up the 11 everyday wardrobe staples that I highly suggest shopping for today as well as the most stylish sale items in each one of those categories. Good luck today, folks. I know we’ll need it.
