Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes had a lot of fans worried following the latest episode of their podcast, where they openly discussed their relationship woes.

The couple confirmed that they are, in fact, still together in an Instagram post on Tuesday, which comes after they aired out their issues during the latest episode of their podcast, Amy & T.J.

“We just wanted to check in and let you know that, despite what you’ve been hearing, we are still together,” Holmes said in the clip as he walked down the street with Robach’s arm tied to his.

He went on to say that they debated a lot about whether or not they should actually release the episode, but that they’re happy they ended up letting the world in on that part of their lives.

“We’re hearing from a lot of you all on our latest episode of the podcast. It was something we really struggled and debated about whether or not we should even put out there — but at this point I’m glad we did,” T.J. continued.

Robach agreed, explaining that their goal in putting out the episode was to show fans that even though they post their highlight reels on social media, “if we want to be real and we want to transparent we wanted to show all the sides of us and I would say most relationships.”

“We’re still together :),” Amy made sure to clarify in the caption.

This clarification comes after Holmes and Robach got into a serious debate over their communication issues on the latest episode of their podcast. During the recording, Amy confronted her partner for being “moody,” being upset that he won’t open up to her during his rough times.

T.J. didn’t deny any of her allegations, but admitted that she “won’t like” his answer about why he doesn’t want to let his girlfriend in during those tough moments.

“Because when things get that kind of bad and I’m that kind of focused or that kind of quiet, the last thing in that moment I want to do is to tell you what I need,” he revealed. “That is how I feel, and that is the truth. Not that I think it’s your responsibility. Well, you should just know.”

Robach went on to tell her boyfriend that, “love is a choice I believe, and I have chosen to love you.”

Holmes revealed during the podcast that this episode was filmed as a “surprise” to both Robach and their podcast producers, saying they weren’t in a good place before he began recording in their living room.

“We ain’t right,” T.J. began. “You and I aren’t okay right now. I said, ‘You know what? Let’s set up and do a podcast.’”

  • Oop! T.J. Holmes Says He “Checks Out” After Arguments With Amy Robach

Oop! T.J. Holmes Says He “Checks Out” After Arguments With Amy Robach

While they haven’t officially been together for a year yet, T.J. Holmes says he finds himself checking out when an argument with his girlfriend and former colleague, Amy Robach, erupts.

The news anchor made sure to mention that he doesn’t argue with the 50-year-old; they prefer to call it a “hiccup,” which stems from a disagreement between the pair.

T.J. Holmes Checks Out When An Argument Erupts

But Holmes isn’t the type that puts up a fight when it comes to being at odds with Robach. In fact, he does quite the opposite.

“I am really, really bad about this. I don’t scream, I don’t yell, I don’t do anything. I don’t name-call, I don’t get aggressive. Nothing, but I will check out,” he explained on a recent episode of their podcast, ‘Amy & T.J.’

He steps away from an argument to diffuse the situation and think clearly before trying to patch things up with Robach.

Holmes explained how he’s also not the type of guy who expects his woman to say sorry for the argument to be over and then done.

“I have to work through it, and I’m trying to get better at doing it quicker,” he added.

    Amy Robach’s Hesitance To Apologize

At the same time, the former GMA3 host said that Robach tends to take her sweet time to apologize to him, which he can’t stand.

“It drives me crazy. Why? Because ‘I’m sorry’ comes 24 hours late,” the Arkansas native explained. He couldn’t understand why Robach didn’t apologize immediately instead of dragging out the issue, which only added more fuel to the fire.

“It’s how you react in the moment that makes all the difference in the world because, in that moment, we have a chance to go this way or this way,” he added. “And if you go that way, I’m out. I’m done. … I’m checked out for the day.”

That’s when Robach interjected to clarify that he actually checks out for two days, which she hates. During those moments, she doesn’t know how to rectify the situation.

“I would rather have him yell at me than freeze me out for two days. … I’m like, I don’t know what to say, what to do, what he thinks,” Robach admitted.

The Pair Are Now Podcast Hosts

Holmes and Robach debuted their podcast earlier this month and have used it as their go-to platform to address some of their biggest controversies this past year.

In November 2022, news broke about their secret relationship, which led many to believe that the ex-colleagues, who were still legally married, were cheating on their significant others.

Robach married her longtime partner, Andrew Shue, in 2010. In the same year, T.J. tied the knot with his now ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig. By October, however, Us Weekly obtained court documents revealing that the two had settled their divorce.

For months, fans have been speculating on social media about what they initially considered an “affair.” But Robach and Holmes clarified that they were already separated at that time.

“To be clear, we were outed as being in a relationship, but everyone else thought we were being outed as adulterers — being outed as cheating on our spouses — and it wasn’t the case,” Holmes assured.

He and Amy had already initiated divorce proceedings with their exes before they became romantically involved with one another.

Many people wondered why neither of them would clear their name amid the scandal that subsequently cost them their news anchoring positions at ABC. However, they hinted in the episode that they were being advised by their mediators and attorneys, indicating that they couldn’t speak out… until now.

Amy Robach & TJ Holmes' Exes Andrew Shue & Marilee Fiebig Posted Pics Together Years Ago! LOOK! – Perez Hilton

We imagine by now you’ve heard the wild news that Amy Robach and TJ Holmesexes are dating! That’s right, the first thing the former GMA hosts produced after their office romance was discovered wasn’t a new show on NewsNation — it was what seemed like a spite couple! LOLz! It’s the type of couple juggling you’d expect from Melrose Place!

But Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig didn’t have to go track one another down. They were already friends. Yeah, if you didn’t follow Amy and TJ’s story too closely… they weren’t just co-workers, they hung out outside the job! And they brought their spouses along! We’ve heard the couples went on some double dates and enjoyed the occasional dinner together. Little did poor Andrew and Marilee know their S.O.s were about to get SO close!

Now that the pairing is out there, folks are rediscovering the evidence of how long they’ve been friends, thanks to Marilee’s Instagram. Going back a full SEVEN YEARS, you can see the future spurned-exes-turned-lovers taking an innocent selfie at a work event! Marilee wrote:

“Loved hanging out with our GMA family, especially @ajrobach and her hubby, @7_a_e_s_7, who we don’t get to see nearly enough. #andrewshue”

    (c) Marilee Fiebig/Instagram

Hilariously, Amy herself commented on this one, writing:

And six months later, they shared this pic with another familiar face from morning TV — Michael Strahan! Marilee wrote:

    “Some Fridays are better than others… #fridaynight #friends #gmafamily”

Folks are rediscovering the pics now. Some are even hinting there was something going on between them years back — but let’s not forget they’re the alleged victims here. If the rumors of the months of cheating are true, they’re just halves of a double date that got betrayed — and are making the most of it. If they can find some solace together, isn’t that OK?

Halloween came and went — and so did SAG-AFTRA guidelines, according to some celebrities. The union specifically instructed performers not to dress up as characters from struck companies; rather, they could dress as more generic or animated characters for the holiday. Megan Fox decided to ignore the rules with her “Kill Bill”-inspired costume, and quite literally tagged SAG-AFTRA in her Instagram post. “Abbott Elementary” star Lisa Ann Walter slammed Fox for her defiance online. HuffPost’s Kelby Vera reported details on the fallout here.

On the note of holidays, it’s tiiiiiiiiiiime! Mariah Carey has officially defrosted, marking the countdown to Christmas. The Songbird Supreme wasted no time capitalizing upon the season — really, her season — posting Christmas content as soon as the clock struck 12:00:00 a.m on Nov. 1. Speaking of wasting no time, former GMA anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach have made their entanglement official with… a podcast.

One year after the scandal, on Wednesday, the journalists announced their new iHeartMedia podcast, “Amy and T.J.” set to debut Dec. 5. The pair posted a joint Instagram post of themselves embracing each other captioned, “How’s this for instagram official? #silentnomore…Listen on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard.”

Candidly, your relationship wasn’t exactly silent in the first place because, well, you got found out… but congrats to the happy couple. Now, let’s get into the next edition of The Culture Catchall.

  • T.J. Holmes And Amy Robach Announce New Podcast 1 Year After Romance Scandal

T.J. Holmes And Amy Robach Announce New Podcast 1 Year After Romance Scandal

Former “GMA3” co-hosts T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach are preparing to break their silence one year after they were embroiled in a very public relationship scandal.

On Wednesday, the journalists announced in a joint Instagram post their new iHeartMedia podcast ― “Amy and T.J.” ― which is set to debut on Dec. 5. The post featured a photo of the two smiling while embracing each other.

“How’s this for Instagram official?” the caption read, with a hashtag ”#silentnomore.”

The upcoming podcast will intend to explore “meaningful conversations about current events, pop culture and everything in between,” a press release stated, adding that “nothing is off limits.”

“Amy and T.J.” will also mark the first time the couple will speak publicly since they became subjects of a media frenzy last year, according to the release.

Robach and Holmes’ romantic relationship was revealed publicly in November 2022 after the Daily Mail published photos of the pair having drinks and staying at a cottage in upstate New York.

They were taken off the air in December, before a spokesperson for ABC News announced the following month that the two were leaving the network.

Robach and Holmes were both married to other people when their involvement was initially reported. Neither of the former “GMA3” co-hosts have made a public statement about the status of their respective relationships before they got together.

Holmes reached a divorce settlement with attorney Marilee Fiebig last month.

Robach and Holmes have been celebrating their relationship on Instagram in recent weeks.

Last week, Holmes shared a slideshow of photos of him with his former “GMA3” co-host in a stadium watching the football team from his alma mater, the University of Arkansas. One photo showed him hugging Robach from behind.

Robach posted a photo to her Instagram account days prior that showed two seats with “reserved” signs with her and Holmes’ names. The post referenced the mascots for the University of Arkansas, and her alma mater, the University of Georgia.

She added the hashtag, “#truelove” to the caption of the post.

Amy Robach And T.J. Holmes Are Determined To See Their Relationship Through, Source Says

    By Tionah Lee‍ , ETOnline.com.

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are running on love!

A source tells ET that the former “Good Morning America” co-anchors plan to continue their relationship.

“Amy and T.J. sacrificed everything for one another, and are determined to see their relationship through. And so far, they are happy, lying low, and going about life with one another until the dust settles,” the source says.

The source adds, “Amy and T.J.’s overall relationship continues to go strong as the two set their sights on their future both professionally and romantically. The two want to continue in TV, and hope to work together, but are open to all possibilities. When that will happen remains to be seen, as the terms of their previous contracts have been sealed.”

Robach, 50, and Holmes, 45, were revealed to be dating in November 2022, after pictures of them showing PDA surfaced. At the time, the pair were co-anchors for “GMA”, and they were each married, but separated from their respective spouses Andrew Shue and Marilee Fibeig.

In January, Holmes, Robach and ABC made the decision to part ways after months of speculation surrounding their fate at the network. Still, the two have continued to put their romance on display, during vacations and even running through New York City.

Over the weekend, the pair ran alongside each other during the Brooklyn Half Marathon. The event came two months after they ran the United Airlines New York City Half Marathon.

A source recently told ET that the couple loves running for their health and wellness.

“Amy and T.J. have always had a shared interest in health and fitness, and running in particular, has always been at the forefront of their workout regimens. For Amy, running allows her to clear her head and keep herself in shape,” the source said. “The two love running marathons together not just for the physical aspect, but for the sport of it all. It’s a challenge for them, and they love a good competition.”

NEW YORK—Saying the hosts’ personal lives had become a distraction that threatened the program’s journalistic integrity, ABC News president Kimberly Godwin announced Friday that all Good Morning America anchors had been castrated. “At GMA, genitals aren’t what’s important—what’s important is reporting the news,” said Godwin, who confirmed that all on-air talent—including T.J. Holmes, Amy Robach, George Stephanopoulos, Robin Roberts, and Michael Strahan—had undergone either surgical castration to remove their testicles or chemical castration to reduce their libido, depending on their sex. “I want to be clear that this is not about punishing anyone. It’s about professionalism. To preserve our reputation as a news outlet, we must be 100% certain no GMA anchor ever again has sex outside their marriage.” At press time, Godwin had reportedly responded to the casual flirtation of two correspondents by separating them and moving their desks to opposite sides of the newsroom.

  • T.J. Holmes Says He’s ‘Such A Marriage Proponent’ In Audition From 2014

T.J. Holmes Says He’s ‘Such A Marriage Proponent’ In Audition From 2014

    By Miguel A. Melendez‍, ETOnline.com.

T.J. Holmes, who finds himself in the limelight over a previous affair with a former “Good Morning America” producer and his fairly new romance with co-anchor Amy Robach, once said he’s a huge proponent of marriage.

The 45-year-old made the comments during his 2014 audition to be a host for Entertainment Tonight. Back then, Holmes gushed over the concept of marriage.

“Marriage gets a bad rap so many times,” Holmes said at the time with a huge smile on his face. “I’m such a marriage proponent. I want everybody to get married. I think everybody should and I think you’re better off in doing so.”

Holmes and Marilee Fiebig tied the knot in 2010. They welcomed a daughter named Sabine in January 2013. He was previously married to Amy Ferson, with whom he shares daughter Brianna and son Jaiden. They divorced in 2007.

The TV anchor made the 2014 comments a few years into his marriage with Fiebig, a Roc Nation attorney. Holmes would eventually join ABC News as a correspondent and anchor in September 2014, but he now finds himself embroiled in controversy, after it has come to light that he had a years-long affair with a now former GMA producer. The revelation comes just days after news of Holmes’ relationship with Robach broke.

ET has learned this producer also worked with Robach at the time. The producer left GMA in late 2017. ET has reached out to Holmes, the former producer, ABC and GMA for comment. The Daily Mail and Page Six were first to report the affair.

When it comes to Holmes and Robach’s romance, which a source previously told ET that has been “going on in secret for quite some time,” two sources previously told ET that the duo would not face disciplinary action because they are two consenting co-workers, who are equals, in a relationship.

It’s unclear if the same can be said about Holmes’ relationship with the former GMA producer.

As for Holmes and Robach’s respective marriages, sources previously told ET that Robach and her husband, Andrew Shue, as well as Holmes and Fiebig, had split before the new relationship became public knowledge.

Another source tells ET that both Holmes and Robach separated from their spouses in August. What’s more, the source said Robach and Shue had been in mediation already and preparing to announce their split. They sold their New York City apartment in September, so Robach was already moving out. The source adds that Robach and Shue’s divorce should be settled soon.

Holmes’ 2014 comments on marriage also surfaced just days after a two-year-old Facebook post of his dedicated to his estranged wife went viral.

Back in March 2020, Holmes took part in the so-called “10-year challenge” and he gushed over being married to Fiebig and how “despite my best efforts, she remained married to me the past 10 years.”

He added, in part, “That’s not hyperbole. I’m not being dramatic. I gave her plenty of reasons, excuses, and opportunities to walk her fine ass out the doooooooor. But instead, with her built-in black woman superpower, she showed a grace and patience that’s incomprehensible.”
