    American Express no longer restricts you to having either the personal or the business checking account. So you can do this bonus even if you currently have an Amex Business Checking account. The 30,000 points offer would be the best we have seen so far for this account so it would definitely be worth doing.

    American Express until now allowed customers to have either a personal or business checking account. That has now changed as you can simultaneously have both accounts open.

    This is good news for those who want both account, but it’s better to wait for a good signup bonus to open either one. 

    Currently the American Express Rewards Checking account has no signup bonus, and the American Express Business Checking account offers 30,000 points. We have seen respective bonuses as high as $250 and 60,000 points in the past.
