  • RHOC’s Alexis Bellino Fires Back After Shannon Comments on Her Wedding, Hopes She Can “Finally Move On” From Talking About John

    [ad_1]

Alexis Bellino reacted to Shannon Beador complimenting her wedding to ex John Janssen. Alexis said she hopes Shannon can “finally move on” and leave “my husband’s name out of her mouth” because it makes her look “like an idiot.”

On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Shannon congratulated Alexis after her wedding to John, who sued Shannon for $75,000 after their split. Shannon expressed well wishes, and she said the ceremony looked “beautiful.” She also repeated this sentiment at the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion.

On Reality with The King, Alexis was asked how she felt about Shannon’s compliment.

“I don’t really know. And I mean, I’m glad that it feels like she can finally move on,” said Alexis. “And hopefully now next season — if she’s back on the show — she’ll leave my husband’s name out of her mouth, because it makes her look kind of like an idiot to bring him up this many years later … after he’s like fully married.”

“So hopefully that has been a lesson for her watching it play back this season,” she went on. “But I did feel like she meant it, because there’s no one that can say my wedding was beautiful and think they’re lying, because it was beautiful. It was one of the most beautiful things that actually came together. You know, when you’re creating the vision … of a wedding, you don’t know till the day of. You think you have this vision, but it might not look like [it]. All the suits … and dresses that we had and all the stuff we were trying to put together, I wouldn’t know until we got everybody together for that picture.”

During the reunion, Tamra Judge suggested that Alexis’ wedding was one of the best she’s ever attended. On the podcast, Alexis said she “appreciated” how Tamra was “sensitive” about Shannon “sitting there” during her answer.

“But Tamra’s asked a question in front of everybody and has to answer honestly. And I know that Tamra held back saying a lot of what she really wanted to say about the wedding, just in respect for Shannon’s … difficulty moving forward with it all during the season,” she said. “But yeah, so I do believe Shannon, that she thought it was gorgeous. Because it was.”

  • RHOC’s Shannon Beador Addresses Alexis Wedding Drama, Tamra Saying Jenn Has to Follow Shannon’s Rules, & Vicki Having Alexis on Podcast, Plus Possible Katie Friendship & Reunion

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Shannon Beador appeared on Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she addressed Tamra Judge‘s claims regarding her supposed rules for her friends and revealed whether she told Jennifer Pedranti to skip the recent wedding of Alexis Bellino and John Janssen.

After her friendship with Jenn, 48, was called into question on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon, 62, commented on Vicki Gunvalson, 63, welcoming Alexis to her podcast, shared if she’s open to a friendship with Katie Ginella, 41, teased the upcoming reunion, and more.

“Everyone can make their own choices as to who they want to be friends with,” Shannon stated on the October 23 episode of WWHL after being asked about Tamra, 58, saying she felt bad for Jenn because people have to obey Shannon’s rules if they want to be friends with her.

“Jenn and I are great friends. I’m friends actually, with pretty much everyone on the cast, except one,” she continued, proceeding to deny that she had told Jenn not to go to Alexis’ wedding.

“You can see at Tamra’s cake decorating party, she brought it up and I said, ‘Are you going?’ And she said, ’No.’ And I said, ’Thank you,’” she recalled. “But in the end, Alexis did invite her on the day of.”

While Shannon was blindsided when John broke up with her in late 2022, she said that “a long time” had passed, which has allowed her to move on.

“Congratulations. I’ve said publicly, it looked beautiful. It looked like a really pretty wedding. So, good luck,” she told the couple.

As for Vicki having Alexis on her podcast, Shannon confirmed her friend reached out to her first.

“She called me the day that it was happening and told me that it was … Once again, it’s been two years now, so I’m good. I know that where I am in my life has never been better, so I’m fine with Alexis talking to whoever she wants to,” she explained.

During a game in which she was asked if she was closing the door on certain things, Shannon revealed that while a Tres Amigas reunion was “not possible,” nor was making peace with Alexis and John, she was open to a future friendship with Katie.

“What happened was a lot for me. I felt very invaded [by Katie’s secret audio recording] because we were so close at the time she did it. Um, but you know, I’m on a housewife show, so I’ll say never say never,” she shared.

Also not possible was a reconciliation with Love Hotel‘s Earl “Earl the Pearl” Thompson, 59.

“That’s shut. That was shut a year ago. So maybe stop using my photos when you’re trying to post things,” she advised, before whispering, “I shouldn’t have said that.”

Moving on to Gina Kirschenheiter, 41, Shannon was asked about her castmate saying she pushed her away because she held her accountable.

“Well, we had a talk about that too because she was upset that I didn’t … you know, by the way, I wanted to throw a nice luncheon,” Shannon replied, changing the subject. “And I thought, ‘Let’s do it for Jenn.’ And everyone’s like, ‘Why are we going to this?’ Ugh, why did Tamra have a cake-baking party after she flipped [Gretchen Rossi] off? We have events.”

When a fan wanted to know if Shannon would ever be able to trust Tamra, who was known for a pattern of “rage, regret, and repeat,” again, Shannon suggested she would not.

“I think that I’ve come to a good place with her where I can film with her and I can even laugh with her sometimes. But I will never be her close friend again, and that is me making a healthy choice,” she explained.

As for the reunion, Shannon said that while she asked herself, “Should I have said that?,” after the taping, she felt that it was a “good reunion.”

“You said a lot. You did,” Andy Cohen, 57, shared as Shannon asked, “Isn’t that the point?”

“Yes. I mean it in a good way,” he confirmed, wondering who was in the hot seat the most.

    “Tamra and Gretchen,” Shannon replied.

Also on the live airing, Shannon shared her rose and thorn of season 19.

“I think that my rose clearly is that this season was more fun for me and the fact that I was able to develop very strong friendships with a lot of the girls that I didn’t think that I would and my thorn, it’s a thorn with like, nice things around it, is that now I have twice as much poop to clean up with two dogs,” she revealed.

Later on Thursday night, on the WWHL: After Show, Shannon was asked if she believed there was any merit to what Katie said during her meeting with Tamra.

“I’m just gonna say that we all have misspoke. There was a year where I said, ‘Don’t accuse me of things I do.’ Well, of course, that’s not what I meant. I [meant] ‘don’t do.’ And so I do not believe that Gretchen said what she said [about being drugged and hospitalized amid her ‘naked wasted’ drama with Tamra on season four]. I think she did misspeak. And, you know, that’s where I stand with it,” she declared.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.

  • Shannon Beador Shades Alexis and John’s “Priorities” After Publicized Wedding and Reacts to Being in Last Chair at RHOC Reunion, Plus Defends Gretchen Rossi

    [ad_1]

Shannon Beador reacted to John Janssen‘s recent wedding to Alexis Bellino while appearing on Wednesday’s episode of Jeff Lewis‘ radio show.

As she also spoke of her seating position at the Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 reunion, which filmed earlier this month, and addressed her friendship with Gretchen Rossi, 46, Shannon, 61, gave a nod to John, 62, and Alexis’ wedding story for PEOPLE, which was published very soon after they said, “I do,” on October 3.

“They got married and it was like, in PEOPLE magazine two hours later,” Shannon shared on the October 15 episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, proceeding to shade John and Alexis’ “priorities.”

Although Shannon admitted the wedding “looked pretty,” she agreed with Jeff’s suggestion that she “doesn’t give a sh*t” about her ex-boyfriend’s new marriage.

“No,” she replied. “Time heals everything, and it makes you see more clearly.”

At another moment of Jeff’s show, Shannon confirmed the RHOC season 19 reunion had been filmed as she revealed she was seated in the last chair, which has long been thought to indicate a potentially jeopardized role on the show.

“I was at the end. I’ve never been at the end before. I’ve usually been in the first or second seat. I was in the end. I was straight across from [Heather Dubrow]. Heather and I were in the same position,” she shared as Jeff, 55, reasoned that she and Heather, 56, were “OGs” and likely had nothing to worry about in terms of season 20.

According to Shannon, “it was quite nice” to be out of the drama for once.

“By the grace of God, I wasn’t in a lot of the mix for once, so it was quite nice to be a part of it. But there were a lot of dark things that happened this year, and I wanted to be opinionated about them,” she explained.

Then, when asked if production chose to seat her next to Gretchen because they typically pair allies, Shannon said she “[thinks] so” as she defended her castmate against backlash.

“There were certain things that were potential issues for me during this season, but there’s still a lot more to come, and I think that Gretchen has a very big heart. I do believe that. I’ve seen it,” Shannon stated. “And she may have issues with some cast members, but then you look at how she’s treated other of us, and she doesn’t have a mean bone.”

  • Tamra Judge Shades Shannon’s ‘Ridiculous’ Outbursts Towards Katie, Talks Teddi’s Health and How RHOC Producers Reacted to Her Exit

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Charles Sykes/Bravo

Katie Ginella has been one of the most significant topics on season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. This is mostly thanks to her issues with Shannon Beador. Now, Tamra Judge is slamming Shannon for her treatment of Katie and opening up about Teddi Mellencamp‘s health struggles.

Katie, 41, and Shannon, 61, started this season of RHOC on good terms. However, she later learned that the second season housewife had previously recorded her as she was having a meltdown at a photoshoot. To Katie’s defense, she says this was a voice note and that her husband was the only one to hear it. Shannon insists that Katie also played it for Alexis Bellino

Tamra spoke to US Weekly while attending Alexis’ bridal shower. When asked why Shannon is critical of Katie, she said, “I think she doesn’t really have a whole lot going on in her life right now.”

Tamra continued, “I think that she doesn’t have kids at home. She doesn’t have a husband or a boyfriend. I think she’s trying to make the best of what she’s got. I think it’s a little over the top.”

Tamra also reacted to the outbursts Shannon had toward Katie in New Orleans when she told the second-season housewife, “I can’t stand you.” She said, “The whole thing is a little bit ridiculous in my mind. Yeah, Katie did some things, and Katie repeated some things. But you’ll see how that plays out.”

In defense of Katie and the rumors that she speaks to bloggers, she said, “I honestly have not seen Katie since the last time we filmed together, but we definitely have DMed back and forth.”

She went on, “I know what it’s like to be an outsider with these girls and how hard it can be, and I think it’s backfiring. I think that the fans love her, and I think whenever there’s a gang up like that, it doesn’t go over well, and there’s more to come on that, so I can’t really say more.”

The RHOC star added, “Did she mess up? She did. Is she a terrible person who’s a danger to society? No.” Tamra also opened up to PEOPLE about the impact of filming the show as her friend, Teddi, was going through treatments for her cancer. She said, “One week into filming, Teddi got sick.”

Tamra continued explaining, “So it really put me in a tailspin. And it was a very difficult season.” She also spoke about how she and Teddi had previously traveled to New Orleans and stated that being back there with the cast made the trip even more emotional.

According to her, “It was the worst thing. Just to try to wrap your brain around it. One of your best friends is fighting for their life, and you’re in the place the two of you were in together before she got sick.”

She also reflected on briefly quitting RHOC, saying, “I had a hard time. I did walk away. I was like, ‘I just can’t do this.’ I don’t have it in me.’”

Tamra insisted she was fully planning to quit the show. She also discussed how the producers handled the situation, explaining, “They said, ‘Listen, we know that you’re going through a really hard time. Just take a week off. You need to just relax, and then make a decision.’”

She added, “I listened. I went and saw Teddi — who I just couldn’t see because I was so busy filming. And then I went to my house at Big Bear Lake, and just played in the snow with my dog and [my husband] Eddie. And just tried to have a good time and not think about it.”

Regarding why she didn’t quit, Tamra explained, “For the record, Teddi’s the one that told me to get my a** back into the game. She’s the one that said, ‘Listen, if I’m not a quitter, you’re not going to be a quitter.’ So I said, ‘Okay, I’m not a quitter, and I decided, you know, ultimately, let’s go back.’”

Tamra went on to say that she considers season 19 of RHOC a time of “growth and change.” She also stated that it gave her a sense of “knowing who my friends are, and knowing who my friends are not.” Additionally, she says that viewers are “definitely going to see a different side of me.”

Still, she insists that she’s evolving to become a better person for those in her life and not for the fans of the show.

Shannon Beador Shares What Wasn’t Shown on RHOC Season 18, Claims Tamra Called Her C-Word and John Janssen Pressured Her Last Season, Plus What She Wanted to Say to Alexis Bellino at Reunion, Victim Allegations, and DUI Video Threats

    [ad_1]

Shannon Beador revealed what wasn’t shown on the 18th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County during a podcast appearance on Thursday.

As she spoke of being called the C-word on a number of occasions, recalled John Janssen, 62, requesting she defend him on a past season, and shared what she wished she had said to Alexis Bellino, 47, at the recently-taped reunion, Shannon, 62, clapped back at claims of playing the victim and reacted to the DUI video threats.

“It was really surprising to me how deep it went and unfortunately, you don’t see all of it,” Shannon began on the October 31 episode of The Viall Files after being asked about the harsh criticism she received from certain cast members. “There was more … being called the C-word multiple times and being talked to like mafia, gangster, it’s like, ‘Who talks that way?’”

After confirming she was referring to her former friend Tamra Judge, 57, and admitting to crying a lot during production, Shannon said she’s in a better place today.

“I feel pretty strong that it’s over, and I’m still okay. It didn’t kick me down. I’m still moving forward,” she declared.

The latest season was especially hard for Shannon due to John’s lawsuit against her and his relationship with co-star Alexis, who seemed to be doing his dirty work at times.

Looking back at her own years-long relationship with John, Shannon recalled her ex-boyfriend coaching her ahead of a reunion.

“When I was in the reunion last season, I was so stressed out because it was like, ‘You gotta defend me,’ and then when I came back and went through the list of things I said, it wasn’t good enough,” she revealed.

Although John has moved on from Shannon and is now engaged to Alexis, Shannon believes her name often comes up between the couple. In fact, she was recently informed by a fan that they had run into John and heard him speaking about her.

“It’s like yikes, but I don’t know. I wanted to ask Alexis at the reunion, but I didn’t have a chance to say, ‘If you sleep in the same bed with John, how many minutes go by before my name is uttered?’ I wanted to ask it … Five max … They keep saying for me to move on and I have. I don’t want to talk about them. I don’t want to think about them,“ Shannon stated.

When host Nick Viall, 44, wanted to know her thoughts on John claiming she’s good at playing the victim and wondered why he’s so “obsessed” with her, Shannon admitted she wasn’t sure.

“I really don’t know because a victim actually is someone who sits back and blames other people and doesn’t do anything. I’m still trying to make myself a better person. I’m not a victim,” she stated. “Tamra has put out that ‘victim, victim, victim’ out there for years and I’m tired of that.”

Speaking of John’s claims that she owes him $75,000 for her facelift, Shannon suspected his case was not about money.

“I think it’s about his reputation … He wants people to think he’s a generous person,” she explained.

As for John and Alexis’ statements regarding the videos John has of her on the night of her DUI, Shannon confessed, “I had a lot to drink.”

“I don’t remember things that happened during that night. It’s hard because I’ve come so far … why bring that up?” she wondered. “I don’t know what’s on it. He says he’s not gonna release it so I’m hopeful … I don’t think it would be a good look for him to release it. The whole thing is bad and I’m so horrified about it. I try to lead for example for my kids so it wasn’t a good look.”

Shannon was then asked if she found John to be a housewife chaser.

“I don’t know. John hadn’t watched any episodes when he met me but I think he did a crash course and watched a lot. But I don’t know that,” she noted. “It’s a really small town. I’m not out there on the scene so I don’t really know a lot about that.”

  • Jim Bellino Shares How Much His Lawsuit Against Tamra Judge Cost, Plus RHOC Alum Reveals If Ryan Boyajian Will Sue Tamra for Slander and How Ryan Is Doing as Ryan Reacts

Jim Bellino Shares How Much His Lawsuit Against Tamra Judge Cost, Plus RHOC Alum Reveals If Ryan Boyajian Will Sue Tamra for Slander and How Ryan Is Doing as Ryan Reacts

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Jim Bellino revealed if his friend Ryan Boyajian will follow through with his purported lawsuit against Tamra Judge after the Real Housewives of Orange County star accused him of stealing money from a Dodgers player.

Jim, who was married to castmate Alexis Bellino — and who successfully sued Tamra for slander in 2018 — shared how much money his own lawsuit cost. He also addressed how Ryan is doing now. Ryan previously indicated that he hired the same lawyer Jim used.

After Tamra made the accusation against Ryan on Watch What Happens Live, she quickly issued an apology and hinted that she doesn’t know much about the allegation that Ryan is somehow involved in a gambling investigation.

On The Sarah Fraser Show, Jim was asked if Ryan really hired the same lawyer Jim used to sue Tamra.

“That’s correct, Jeff Neary,” said Jim. “Jeff’s an amazing lawyer. He’s an expert on slander and defamation.”

The host then asked if Jim believes Ryan and Jeff will actually sue Tamra for slander.

“The papers that were served [to Tamra] to my knowledge are cease-and-desist and [an] order for an apology,” he shared.

The host speculated that Ryan won’t sue Tamra so long as she apologizes and stops speaking his name.

“Listen, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this,” commented Jim of his own past lawsuit. “Nobody wants to sue anybody. I can promise you it’s very emotionally draining. It’s like a divorce. And what surprises me, knowing how much money and emotion Tamra went through, why she would put herself in this position saying statements [as if] fact, like he was raided by the FBI and that he stole money from a baseball player.”

“Those are actionable offenses,” he continued. “So the fact that Ryan is only requiring an apology, that says something about his character. I think that he realizes — and I’ve actually spoke with Ryan about this — that if you can get the apology, don’t go through with the lawsuit, just because it’s draining.”

As for how Ryan is doing, Jim explained, “He’s great. He’s just a very even guy. Very chill. I think he handles himself very well in these situations, but he’s not gonna take any s**t. So, it’s on right now.”

In the comments of the interview, Ryan shared his reaction.

“JimmyB Speaking Only FACTS,” he wrote.

REPORT: Alexis Bellino is on Chopping Block Ahead of RHOC Season 19, Why She Could Be “Fired” Amid Feud With Shannon, Plus is Katie Ginella Facing Firing?

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Charles Sykes/Bravo

Alexis Bellino is reportedly in jeopardy of being fired from The Real Housewives of Orange County ahead of its upcoming 19th season due to her intense feud with Shannon Beador.

Following the filing of John Janssen‘s $75,000 lawsuit against Shannon, 60, and his August engagement to Alexis, 47, the two women remain at odds, with Alexis facing both major backlash over what she has claimed was a bad edit on the show and an alleged exit.

“Bravo is so happy with how this season turned out and they know that adding Alexis is a big part of what made it such a success,” one insider told the Daily Mail on October 18. “Everybody brought their A game this year but it’s really the drama between Shannon and Alexis that’s made this season a blockbuster hit.”

Although producers don’t want to change a thing about the cast, it doesn’t seem feasible to welcome both Alexis and Shannon back to the show.

“They don’t want to film with each other and the audience hates Alexis so much that Bravo may have no choice but to let her go unless something changes,” the source noted.

According to the report, things were tense between Alexis and Shannon after filming wrapped on season 18. Then, things got even worse after Alexis “did everything she shouldn’t have done” at the reunion.

That said, another production source claimed Alexis’ return was still possible.

“Nothing has been decided yet and casting won’t officially begin until this season has finished airing, so nobody has been fired or rehired,” they shared. “With that said, there’s a lot of people who do want Alexis back next year. She’s easy to work with compared to some of the other women and she’s authentically friends with the cast, which is hard to find.”

“Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, Jennifer Pedranti, Katie Ginella all want her back. Shannon and Emily Simpson would be happy to see her go… and Gina Kirschenheiter doesn’t care either way,” the insider added.

While Alexis reportedly wants to return, she is hoping to get redemption after becoming “really upset” by how she was portrayed on season 18.

“[She] even considered quitting at one point, but she eventually decided that it would be better for her to return and show viewers more of her real life,” the source stated. “Alexis also believes that Shannon’s true colors will eventually come out and that she’ll be vindicated, so she wants to be part of the show when that happens so everyone can see that she’s not the bad guy in this.”

If Alexis is let go, the insider said it won’t be due to the backlash she received.

“Bravo has fired plenty of great people due to audience backlash before and it usually just makes the shows boring and leads to even more complaints from fans,” the source stated. “Alexis could easily come back, but she and Shannon are going to have to find a way to coexist for that to happen. They can’t just rehash the same fight forever and refuse to film together – nobody wants to see that.”

The insider then noted that prior to season 18, it was actually Shannon who was on the chopping block.

“Everybody thought Shannon would be phased out after her DUI and Alexis would replace her, but things played out in such an unexpected way that now Shannon is arguably the most popular person on the show,” one source said. “Everybody hates Alexis and Tamra, but it’s not always a bad thing to be hated as a Housewife. It’s better than being forgettable.”

As for Katie Ginella, 40, who feuded with Heather Dubrow, 55, and Gina Kirschenheiter, 40, after being added to the cast for season 18, the insider said that although some of the cast has been trying to “ice her out,” producers are happy with her performance on the show.

“She’s been well received by fans, but some of the other women really have it out for her,” the source revealed. “Heather never got over Katie accusing her of staging paparazzi photos and was furious about it all season, and Gina says she now regrets bringing Katie into the group.”

“Some of the women think Katie moved to Orange County just to get cast on the show and they don’t trust her, but Katie feels like she’s being hazed and iced out as the new girl and just wants to move past all this petty drama,” the insider added.

Tamra Judge Teases Surprising Update With Shannon Beador, Status With Vicki, and the Most “Explosive” Part of RHOC Reunion Taping

Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is nearing its end, and the ladies recently filmed their reunion. Still, the drama is continuing as Tamra Judge recently discussed where she stands with Shannon Beador and even expressed interest in repairing their friendship. Sadly, it’s a different story when it comes to Vicki Gunvalson.

As fans know, this hasn’t been a good season of RHOC for Tamra and Shannon’s friendship. Instead of supporting her during this difficult time, Tamra took every chance she got to call out Shannon in front of their co-stars for drinking. This is despite Shannon taking accountability and even completing the legal requirements associated with her DUI ahead of schedule.

Tamra implied that Shannon’s issues with alcohol are even worse than anyone knows. Things also haven’t been great with Vicki despite the fact that the “OG of the OC” only appears in a few episodes this season.

Recently, Tamra and Teddi Mellencamp were interviewed by PEOPLE ahead of their live podcast show. Much of the conversation centered around RHOC and mending relationships.

When asked about her status with Shannon, Tamra said, “Shannon’s been close to me for a long time. I can’t really give anything away. I think everybody’s just going to be a little bit surprised.”

The interviewer then asked Teddi if she would support a reconciliation between Tamra and Shannon. She replied, “Whatever Tamra feels like is best for her. I support her.”

She then said, “We all” get into friendships with extreme highs and lows. She added, “Especially when you add in a television show [and] when you add in financials and working together and all these different things, I would say when it came down to it, I’d be more pleased if she made up with Shannon than Vicki [Gunvalson].”

Tamra then admitted that fixing her issues with Vicki was “never happening.” She also said she’ll “fight hard” to fix problems when “I really care for somebody.”

Regarding Shannon, she said, “I love hard, and then I will fight hard. It was a hurtful situation for me as well.”

Tamra also discussed the reunion, especially the aspects involving Alexis Bellino. She said, “That was the most explosive part of the reunion. There was a lot of tough discussions that went down. There was a lot of emotions, there was a lot of explanation to why maybe I felt a certain way, and overall, I felt like it was one of the best reunions that I’ve done in a very long time.”

RHOC Live Viewing – This is also the live viewing thread for tonight’s new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18, so feel free to comment and chat as the new season airs at 9/8c on Bravo.

RHOC’s Emily Simpson Reveals the “Rudest Bravolebrity,” If Shannon Should’ve Accepted Alexis’ Olive Branch, and Questions Heather’s Jeans-Gate Apology, Plus If Tamra is Projecting Her Drinking Habits Onto Shannon

Emily Simpson labeled Vicki Gunvalson as the “rudest Bravolebrity” while appearing on Thursday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.

While also addressing Alexis Bellino‘s olive branch to Shannon Beador, 60, her jeans-gate drama with Heather Dubrow, 55, and Tamra Judge‘s apology to Ryan Boyajian, 46, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star threw some shade at the OG of the O.C. and at John Janssen, 61.

“It would be Victoria Gunvalson. I love Vicki, but she can be really rude to other people,” Emily admitted on the October 3 episode of WWHL after being asked who was the rudest Bravo star.

As for Alexis’ olive branch, which she extended on Thursday night’s RHOC, Emily proclaimed, “No,” when asked if she should’ve accepted it.

She also didn’t think that Shannon should have softened her “you’re not invited [to London] text.”

“I feel like she did soften it. I feel like there was a first draft … [She should’ve gone] harder!” Emily stated.

Looking back at how Alexis kicked Jennifer Pedranti, 47, and Katie Ginella, 40, out of her house, seemingly “shooting the messengers” after they spoke about their upcoming trip across the pond and mentioned John’s lawsuit against Shannon, Emily didn’t think she had a right to be mad at the ladies.

”I say no. She needs to be mad at herself,” Emily suggested.

Regarding her drama with Heather, who had her bring her own jeans to her fashion show, causing Emily to be triggered due to her issues with her weight, Emily clarified that she was not trying to blame Heather for anything when she brought it up at a group event.

“I was trying to speak from my heart about how I felt. I wasn’t trying to place blame anywhere. But it just went haywire with Alexis being there,” she explained.

Although Heather ultimately apologized, Gina Kirschenheiter, 40, wondered if her words were genuine or calculated. And Emily seemed to have questions as well.

“I felt like she was saying what she thought that she should say,” Emily noted, adding that she “never” thought Heather intended to hurt her.

That said, Emily didn’t appreciate her shady confessional, in which Heather mentioned that her dress was “tight.”

“I was really taken aback by that because I felt it was a hit, an unnecessary hit and it actually just proved my point, that I’m upset because people say things about me and then you took a hit and said something about me,” she shared.

Moving on to Tamra, Emily was asked if her co-star was deflecting her own drinking habits onto Shannon.

“I don’t think so. I know Tamra off-camera and Tamra doesn’t drink a lot off-camera. I think that’s why she doesn’t hold her alcohol well, is because she doesn’t drink all the time,” Emily reasoned.

As for the recent drama surrounding Tamra’s claims against Ryan, and her apology for suggesting he had stolen from a Los Angeles Dodgers player, Emily said she did not think Tamra was truly sorry for what she said about Ryan or Jennifer.

Also mentioning Jennifer, Emily said it was “probably Jenn” who annoyed Shane Simpson most, although she also stated that he “likes Jenn.”

She then hinted that she’s seen red flags in Alexis, 47, and John’s relationship but wouldn’t say what they were, explaining, “I don’t want to get sued.”

Also on the live show, Emily said that Alexis was the co-star who would have the hardest time passing the bar and reacted to a fan who wanted to know why John gave a statement to PEOPLE magazine about his breakup with Shannon if he was truly a private person.

“Why does he do anything he does? Why does he go on the red carpet? Why does he go to [WWHL]? Why does he show up at everything? I don’t know,” she replied. “Mr. Private Person is very public.”

Later on Thursday, amid the WWHL: After Show, Emily was asked how she felt ahead of filming on the reunion.

“I think it’s gonna be very intense. I think there’s gonna be a lot,” she admitted. “I don’t feel like I’m in the hot seat, but I definitely have opinions about everything, which I will feel free to insert at all times.”

Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino seemingly called out Tamra Judge for allegedly defaming Ryan Boyajian – who’s now suing the Real Housewives of Orange County star. Jim also hinted at his own “slander and defamation” lawsuit in 2018, and Ryan and Kelly Dodd reacted.

Last week, Ryan shared that he’s suing Tamra after she accused him on Watch What Happens Live of stealing money from a Dodgers baseball player. Later on, she issued two separate apologies.

In 2018, Jim sued Tamra for slander after she and Shannon Beador spoke negatively about him on a podcast. According to a report, he won $1 million from Tamra when they settled. Now, Ryan is allegedly hiring the same attorney Jim used. As for Kelly, she’s considering a class-action lawsuit against Tamra, who allegedly accused her of “suck[ing] d**k for money.”

“Six years ago, I had to sue a public figure for slander and defamation,” said Jim in a September 29 Instagram post, presumably referring to Tamra. “I won that case, but what I didn’t realize was I was not healed. And the reason I realized that is because just 72 hours ago, this same person, a public figure, slandered and defamed a friend of mine.”

Jim said he had “unresolved bitterness and anger” toward this person.

“It brought back really bad unresolved issues of anger and frustration,” Jim explained. “Right now I forgive you for the things that you said and the damage that you caused me and my family.”

He then told followers to take the high road.

“If you have unresolved bitterness or anger toward somebody, forgive them whether they’re right or wrong,” he said, “because it only hurts you to have to deal with that within yourself without releasing it to God.”

In the comments, a fan then seemingly alluded to Tamra’s husband.

Eddie has one foot out the door,” wrote @damnnn_gina78. “You can forgive, but you never forget.”

“Exactly,” Jim responded to the fan.

Ryan himself wrote: “Proud of you JimmyB – NONE OF THIS IS OK. #MakeChangeHappen.”

Kelly then shared her own reaction.

“I’m Catholic!!! F**K THAT B**CH!” she exclaimed. “[Ryan] dude you’re my homie ❤️.”

  • ‘RHOC’ Emily Simpson Claps Back at Alexis Bellino’s Claim of Being Two-Faced, Reminds Her She’s a “Friend,” and Slams Her for Calling Show Her “Job,” Plus Addresses Heather’s “Out of Line” Shade, and If They’ll Reconcile

‘RHOC’ Emily Simpson Claps Back at Alexis Bellino’s Claim of Being Two-Faced, Reminds Her She’s a “Friend,” and Slams Her for Calling Show Her “Job,” Plus Addresses Heather’s “Out of Line” Shade, and If They’ll Reconcile

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Emily Simpson is clapping back at Alexis Bellino for suggesting that she is a different person on-camera than she is off-camera.

As she also shared her status with Heather Dubrow, 55, and shaded her for an “out of the line” comment, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star turned the tables on Alexis, stating that it was she who changed when cameras began rolling and reacting to her saying that the Bravo reality series is her “job.”

“I would say I speak factually and intelligently and reasonably. I am commenting on how she behaves and I’m commenting accurately on how she behaves. And I’m asked questions. And I’m answering those questions honestly which is what we do,” Emily explained of her supposed “two-faced” behavior during a September 26 interview with Entertainment Tonight.

And, when it came to Alexis claiming that context was missing from her recent screaming match with Emily, Emily confirmed the absent piece was quite minor.

“I made a brief reference to her because that was, I was talking about it and I was trying to make a point and I apologize that her name came out of my mouth because that’s when everything turned. But she had multiple opportunities to understand what was going on and there was never a connection made there,” Emily noted, referring to how she compared her dress in Heather’s fashion show to that of Alexis.

Amid their feud, Emily reminded Alexis that she was just a “friend” on the show. And, looking back, she had no regrets.

“I was thinking, ‘You’re a friend. Slow your roll,” she stated. “I have a long history with Heather. I have a friendship with Heather. I’ve known Heather for years. And something between Heather and me should remain between Heather and me. I don’t mind … if anyone else wants to intervene and have a comment like ‘I think she means this,’ that’s appropriate in that circumstance. But to completely, physically, and emotionally, and psychotically insert yourself into something that has nothing to do with you doesn’t make any sense.”

Although Emily and Alexis are not in a good place today, they were close before filming began.

“I’m always friends with someone and I’m always open to someone until I’m not, until they show me a different side. I’ve been friendly with Alexis for years … I always liked her. I never had a problem with her. She’s fun. She’s sweet. She can be very kind and it wasn’t until we started filming that I just see this completely different side of her that I’m not really interested in,” she explained.

Following Alexis’ Instagram post in which she blamed production for giving her a bad edit on season 18 and described her role as a “job,” Emily admitted that she really wanted to comment on the post — although Alexis had her comments turned off.

“You know how much effort it took not for me to comment on that? I just wanted to comment,” she declared. “I wouldn’t call it a career. I would call it an opportunity that can go away at any time. I would say you need to have your eye on another career for when this opportunity ends.”

Moving on to where she stands with Heather, Emily made it clear that she did not believe Heather intentionally singled her out by instructing her to bring her own jeans to her fashion show.

“I don’t think it was intentional and I don’t think Heather did anything malicious. I had an emotional response to something and if you’re really truly friends with someone, you should be able to share that emotional response,” she reasoned. “I wasn’t looking for an apology. I was only looking for a ‘You know what Emily? I never saw it that way but now I understand you better.’ And things went haywire. In my naive mind, I was thinking Heather and I would have a moment where we could understand each other better because there are lots of things about her that maybe I don’t understand.”

While Emily has moved past the jean issue, she was “really bothered” when she saw that Heather had pointed out that her dress was tight, not too big, in her confessional.

“That really bothered me because I thought it was a hit at me and the way I looked physically and I was like, ‘You’re just proving my point in your confessional.’ Because I’m trying to explain to you [that] I feel the way I do because people take hits at me and you just took a hit at the way I look,” she stated. “I thought it was out of line and I thought it was out of line for Heather because she doesn’t do that.”

That said, Emily confirmed that she and Heather will “absolutely” reconcile.

“Heather and I have been friends for three years. I think fundamentally, we are two different people but we always come back around because I’m always willing to put the work and effort to making you come back around because I do love her and she is my friend,” Emily shared.

Also during the interview, Emily spoke of a potential reconciliation between Tamra Judge, 57, and Shannon Beador, 60.

“I think in Shannon’s perspective, you can only get hit so many times before it’s like, you just get to the point where you’re like, ‘Why would I put the effort into reconciling? And clearly, Tamra is dealing with something that has to do with Shannon that I don’t think we’re understanding,” Emily suspected. “They have a very long, complex friendship and I think there’s things that happened or went on that we’re not privy to.”

  • ‘RHOC’ Star Gina Kirschenheiter Dishes on “Scary” Reason Travis Mullen Moved Out, If They’ll Ever Live Together, & Their Complicated Relationship, Plus She and Emily Simpson Shade Alexis Bellino’s Claim of a Bad Edit

‘RHOC’ Star Gina Kirschenheiter Dishes on “Scary” Reason Travis Mullen Moved Out, If They’ll Ever Live Together, & Their Complicated Relationship, Plus She and Emily Simpson Shade Alexis Bellino’s Claim of a Bad Edit

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Gina Kirschenheiter opened up about the real reason Travis Mullen moved out of her home during an interview on Thursday.

Before she and Emily Simpson, 48, clapped back at Alexis Bellino, 47, for her claims of a bad edit, the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member spoke of Travis’ ex-wife Meghan Mullen‘s “scary” behavior as she expressed concern for her children and admitted to having doubts about her future with Travis.

“It’s not my story. This is Travis’ story. But what I can say is, there were things that were happening, and there was behavior displayed by his ex-wife that was happening in front of myself and my kids that to me was scary, and it was affecting my kids and myself,” Gina revealed during a September 26 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I worked so hard on the co-parenting relationship I have with my ex-husband [Matthew Kirschenheiter] to make everything so nice and comfortable for my children, and to now have something else potentially negatively affect them, and it’s not even my circumstance, it’s just, I need to protect my kids.”

According to Gina, she was prompted to have Travis move out after beginning to feel fearful.

“I started to feel unsafe, and that’s what I can say, and if something makes me feel unsafe, I want to move away from that. And I just needed, the things that are coming from his side aren’t just coming his way, they’re coming my way too, and I don’t know how to battle something that’s illogical, and I just needed to take a step back,” she continued. “It’s hard because we still love each other. We’re still committed to our relationship. But it’s different. It’s a different relationship than what it was and it’s learning to settle into a new normal.”

After acknowledging that her and Travis’ relationship isn’t what it once was, Gina was asked if they will ever move back in.

“We’re very aware of the fact that we’ve made this decision and this has kind of set us on a different track, and honestly, we’re very realistic about the fact that we may not be able to come back together the way we previously thought, indefinitely, and even after the kids are done through school,” she explained. “I just don’t know how that would work. It’s kind of in purgatory a little bit. I don’t know. I wish I had all the answers … but it’s extremely complicated.”

Moving on to Alexis’ suggestion that she received a bad edit for season 18, and her claim that producers didn’t show the “truth,” Gina and Emily both shot down any such thing, stating that their co-star, who recently became engaged to John Janssen, 61, the former boyfriend of her co-star, Shannon Beador, 60, was simply making excuses for what went down on camera.

“I think that everybody that complains that they got a bad edit just doesn’t want to face the reality of what’s happening there. I’ve never once blamed the edit for anything, even when I was messy and bad. That was me. I was messy and bad,” Gina noted.

And Emily agreed, saying, “Not one time in the six years have I ever picked up the phone and complained about what they’ve shown. Because they can’t edit what you say and what you do.”

Speaking specifically of Alexis’ outburst against Emily, who was hashing out her fashion show drama with Heather Dubrow, 55, Gina said, “That was you. You were acting like that that day. We were all confused by it. It made no sense.”

RHOC’s Alexis Bellino Accuses Shannon of Lying About Finances When Dating John, Shares Real Reason John Turned Down Settlement, and Jim’s Reaction to Engagement, Plus Her “Villain” Edit, and John’s Upcoming Cameo

    [ad_1]

Alexis Bellino is defending John Janssen over his refusal to settle his lawsuit against Shannon Beador.

Days after John, 61, appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where he explained why he turned down Shannon’s offer, the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star shared what she knows about the situation while also slamming Shannon, 60, for lying about her finances, revealing ex-husband Jim Bellino‘s reaction to her engagement, and more.

“Once again, the truth wasn’t told in that moment. I’ll clear up the truth right now: [Shannon] wanted to not pay him the full amount. It was, I believe, a small down payment and then monthly installments, which he’s not gonna do,” Alexis revealed to Us Weekly. “He doesn’t want to have to get a monthly installment from his ex.”

John also doesn’t want to sign a non-disparagement clause because, as Alexis shared, he’s “not gonna put a muzzle on himself when she’s been disparaging him for four years.”

“He just wants to be able to speak the truth,” she stated. “[And] what a lot of people don’t consider is we’ve been filming at this point for three or four months, and by the time the show airs, it would’ve been another seven or eight months. So any new lies that she wanted to concoct or bring out, he would’ve had a muzzle and never been able to speak the truth. So there’s a lot more to it.”

“He would very willingly just take the money and go. And he tried,” Alexis added.

Alexis also shut down the claim that John’s lawsuit against Shannon was “convenient.”

“She knew that he wanted his money back. John had two days before the statute of limitations was going to expire and then he wouldn’t have ever been able to get his money back,” she explained of why he filed his lawsuit when he did.

“The other part that’s really frustrating is everyone’s like, ‘Just walk away.’ And I don’t know any wealthy person that’s going to walk away from $75,000. I wouldn’t,” she noted. “He’s not gonna spend as much money as he did on her and then also let $75,000 go away when she has defamed him for the last four years.”

According to Alexis, Shannon lied when she suggested that she had spent money on John throughout their relationship — and proof of that will soon be revealed.

“That’s not true,” she confirmed. “That’s gonna come out.”

As for what will end the case, Alexis said, “For her to pay the money; pay the money she owes him.”

Also speaking to Us Weekly, Alexis revealed how Jim, 62, reacted to her and John’s August engagement.

“Jim did text me right after he found out and just said, ‘Congratulations,’” she shared. “John had been around a few times to family events, like James’ graduation, another party that we threw for James, [and] a track meet. So, they [have] been in the same vicinity and met.”

While Alexis and John have continued to get heat over their controversial romance, Alexis said they are “stronger than ever” since getting engaged.

“I think, in part, it’s due to the negativity. It’s just brought us closer and it’s also shown us that we can pretty much make it through anything if we can make it through everything we’ve been through already in nine months,” she explained. “It has been really difficult and I didn’t expect it so much. I knew I was going to be the villain and I was strong enough and felt OK doing that because it’s like, ‘How can the younger new girl [and] new girlfriend, come into a group where the ex is there and has been there for 10 years in that group and not be the bad guy?’”

Although Alexis may have gotten the “villain” edit on season 18, she said she was comfortable with that and knew she and John could handle it.

“We’re adults and we’re strong,” she declared.

For now, Alexis and John are enjoying time with their blended family, including her three children with Jim and his adult children from a previous relationship.

“We’ve taken several family trips together,” she revealed. “I feel like John and I are with one of our children [all the time] ‘cause there’s six, and a few of them have significant others that are pretty much like they are part of our family, too. So there’s nine, and we are always together. The family’s already blended [and] we’re either on the boat or we’re doing a family dinner or we’re going to his parents’ house. We’re just one big Brady Bunch.”

Also during the interview, Alexis confirmed that John will be briefly seen later this season on RHOC.

“I can’t give away anything, but he does not film this season. There’s one little cameo he makes for me, but he’s not ‘filming,’” she revealed. “And I honestly don’t think that’d be good for any of us. I wouldn’t [want that and Shannon] wouldn’t want it. He wouldn’t want it [either.]”

Jim Bellino Says Alexis is Being “Used” for Main Storyline on RHOC and Not Paid for It, Addresses If She “Staged” John Janssen Romance, and If They’ll Last, Plus Shades Cast and Bravo’s Depiction of Men

Jim Bellino believes Alexis Bellino made the wrong move when she agreed to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County as a “friend.”

During an interview with Kelly Dodd, 48, and Rick Leventhal, 64, days ago, Jim, 62, said he believes Alexis, 47, who is currently engaged to Shannon Beador‘s ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, 60, was “used” for a storyline as he reacted to claims of Alexis and John’s romance being “staged,” threw shade at Bravo, and more.

“I believe in being all in … If Alexis is going on the show, I think she should’ve been one of the housewives, which she was offered that role,” Jim noted on Patreon’s The Rick & Kelly Show. “To be a friend I don’t agree with because she’s got her toe in the water and frankly, you became a housewife and got used for that role without getting paid for it. That’s just my honest opinion. She should’ve dove in and done it all.”

According to Jim, Alexis would have made five times as much if she’d signed on in a full-time role.

“It’s a lot more money. Times five. I believe Alexis is a very important part of the show this year and didn’t get paid for it,” he stated. “Had I been consulting her, I would’ve advised her differently. And I did tell her, ‘Do the whole show.’ I personally believe through her wardrobe, makeup, everything, she lost money.”

“You need to make sure you get paid,” he added, admitting that he didn’t “agree with” Alexis’ decision to return.

Because Alexis returned to the show just as she embarked on a romance with John, who had dated Shannon in previous seasons, many accused her of “plotting” her comeback. But Jim doesn’t believe that’s the case.

“To be very clear — and I was a witness to this because Alexis called me — before she ever met John Janssen, she was asked to be on the show,” Jim clarified. “It just so happened she met John Janssen after she agreed to be on the show and that all morphed. Was it a benefit to Bravo? Was it a benefit to Alexis’ storyline? Yes. It was. But Bravo benefited more than anybody.”

Jim also said Alexis’ relationship with John was simply an “amazing coincidence” before joking that it was producers who set the two of them up at A Restaurant last year.

“I wouldn’t be surprised,” he laughed. “I’m joking by the way. Alexis really did struggle with the decision of being back on the show or not. She went back and forth and back and forth.”

Although Alexis was unsure of returning, Jim said he doubted she regretted the decision, saying, “My gut would say no.”

“I think she likes when things play out publicly. I’m not saying this was intentional. I believe they authentically met at A Restaurant. I believe that it was a perfect scenario for the show and by the way, let’s clear it up right now so nobody ever asks me this question again: Do you believe that relationship was staged?’ One hundred percent no. I believe that relationship authentically happened through happenstance of them meeting and it’s just a cause and effect that it was the perfect scenario. And once again, as usual, Bravo wins,” he stated.

Alexis and John certainly have their doubters. And, as Jim shared, he doesn’t know John’s intentions.

“I really don’t. The verdicts out. Alexis is aware but naive at the same time. We’ll see. That’s to be determined — for all of us to watch,” he noted. “If I was flipping a coin, I think it’s 50/50. She has a good heart. Her intentions are 100 percent pure.”

Speaking of the current cast of RHOC, Jim said he felt sorry for Ryan Boyajian, 47, the fiance of Jennifer Pedranti, 47, who faced the wrath of certain cast members, namely Tamra Judge, 57, after he was linked to the $16 million MLB scandal involving Los Angeles Dodgers player Shohei Ohtani, 30.

“I have my own opinion of how Bravo depicts men. I feel sorry for [Ryan Boyajian], who’s with [Jennifer Pedranti], I think they’re really cool people. It’s a no-win for him though,” he said. “And we don’t know, which is why you don’t find a lot of quality men agreeing to do the show anymore. He is a quality man.”

Jim also took issue with the fact that most of the women of RHOC aren’t actually housewives — and some don’t even live in Orange County.

“I don’t understand why Tamra living in Big Bear and [Heather Dubrow] living in Beverly Hills has any relevance to Real Housewives of Orange County. I think Real Housewives of Orange County should be about Real Housewives of Orange County,” he stated. “How many housewives are married and living in Orange County? Alexis is divorced. Heather is in Beverly Hills. Tamra is in Big Bear. I believe [Emily Simpson] is a real housewife in Orange County. [Gina Kirschenheiter]’s not married. I think two out of the seven are Real Housewives of Orange County.”

  • ‘RHOC’ Alum Jim Bellino Claims Alexis Told This “Lie” About Shannon Lawsuit, Explains His Kids Not Filming, and Talks Children’s Reaction to Alexis and John Janssen, Plus Why He’s Watching the Show

‘RHOC’ Alum Jim Bellino Claims Alexis Told This “Lie” About Shannon Lawsuit, Explains His Kids Not Filming, and Talks Children’s Reaction to Alexis and John Janssen, Plus Why He’s Watching the Show

    [ad_1]

Jim Bellino called out ex-wife Alexis Bellino for lying about Shannon Beador on the latest episode of Kelly Dodd and Rick Leventhal‘s Patreon series.

While appearing on the show, Jim, 62, had a bone to pick with Alexis, 47, as he also spoke of his kids not filming The Real Housewives of Orange County, addressed Alexis’ potential role on season 19, and explained why he regularly tunes in despite not having made an appearance since season eight.

During the interview, Jim accused Alexis of ‘lying’ when she claimed on the RHOC that she advised him not to sue Shannon.

“I can’t speak much about the lawsuits, but Alexis said she advised me not to sue Shannon,” Jim began on The Rick & Kelly Show. “Alexis doesn’t know the first thing about the lawsuits, nor was she involved in the lawsuits. So Shannon and [Tamra Judge], by the way, if you’re watching this, don’t get mad at her. I sued you for defamation and slander, and Alexis said she advised me not to sue you, Shannon, that’s a lie. She never advised me not to sue you.”

He continued, “I knew exactly why I did it and it was very relevant … [And] I’d do it again in a second. If you want to talk about somebody, be prepared to be sued, especially if it’s not true.”

Jim and Alexis share three children, and while Alexis agreed to return to RHOC in a “friend” role for season 18, Jim was unwilling to allow their kids on the show.

“I never would let my kids do the show again. I was never asked from Alexis. She knows better,” he stated.

Continuing on about his children, Jim revealed that his oldest son, James, is studying at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California.

“I’m very proud of him, going to a Christian college. It’s a great school. Miles is working for me … and then McKenna is working … right down the street,” he shared.

Jim also spoke of how his kids feel about their mom’s engagement to John Janssen, 61.

“Alexis and I did an amazing job with our kids. They’re very independent. Nobody can f*ck with them as far as being an influence in any way. So for me, I’m totally okay with it because if there was a red flag, they would’ve told me,” he noted.

Looking ahead to season 19, Jim said he doesn’t think there’s any question that Alexis will be asked to return, especially considering how polarizing her relationship with John has become.

“I don’t think there’s any question that they will offer her a second season. Not only will she get a second season, [but] hopefully, she will accept the role and f*cking get paid and not lose money… As many people talk to me about it, it’s obviously gotten America’s attention, and I think RHOC was fading and it has new life,” Jim noted.

Jim then explained why he’s currently tuning in to the show.

“I watched the show for one purpose: To make sure they don’t abuse and talk about the lawsuit or anything disparaging about me. Don’t f*ck with my reputation because I will … it will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars,” he warned. “I don’t want to be on the show. I don’t want to be any part of that. They keep bringing my image on the show, talking about the lawsuits, which they shouldn’t be doing. I don’t agree with that. [But] they need storyline and Bravo’s making money out of it. I have not seen a check yet, nor will I. I deserve several checks from Bravo. Yes, I do. I think it’s important for me to stay current for the purpose of protecting my reputation.”

“I don’t think Bravo has an intention to harm my reputation anymore. I think they know that I’m very very serious about my personal life,” he added.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.

Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County might be a turning point for Tamra Judge. While some fans give her credit for bringing the other ladies’ drama to the forefront, others feel she’s more of a bully. This has caused a ton of backlash for the RHOC veteran online. Now, the Two Ts In a Pod co-host is opening up about her own drinking and admitting that she’s a bit of a problem when she partakes too much. Plus, she discusses the drama from this season.

As fans know, Tamra has talked a lot about Shannon Beador‘s DUI this season. In fact, she even went as far as to call her out at a dinner party in an episode earlier this season. This led to fans online discussing Tamra’s drinking habits.

Recently, Tamra sat down to have a conversation with Decider. They started by discussing Tamra’s relationship with Shannon and the backlash she has gotten for bashing her. Tamra said, “I know her better than anybody. I have been there for her. I have kept her secrets. I have lied for her. I have done everything to protect her for so many years, and I just can’t do it anymore.”

They then discussed Jennifer Pedranti, who says that Tamra is a problem when she drinks. Tamra explained, “Oh, I am a problem when I drink. I’m an asshole when I drink. I just say whatever I feel like saying. I don’t lie. That’s one thing. But I just say the things that are deep down inside.”

Tamra then went on to say that she slowed down her drinking after filming a certain scene for this season. She said, “I rarely drink the rest of the season. I mean, I didn’t have to run my car into a house to say, ‘You know what? I need to stop drinking.’”

Tamra also discussed Vicki Gunvalson, calling her evil and saying she has a black heart. She said, “I would say as far as the Vicki situation, I have done nothing to Vicki. I have been there through her lying about cancer, through [her ex-boyfriend] Brooks [Ayers], and through [her ex-fiancé] Steve [Lodge].”

She continued, “And I’ve cried on the phone with her for many, many years. We’ve gone through issues with kids and marriages and divorces and grandchildren. I am sick to my stomach that she would go to that extent to say such horrible things about me.”

They then discussed the videos Alexis Bellino threatened to release. According to Tamra, “I do think that she probably — John will never release those videos, I don’t think. I think that they will be brought up at the reunion. And I think that Alexis will probably tell everybody what’s on them, and I think everybody’s going to be shocked. I’ve heard, and it’s bad.”

Of course, it’s now being said that the ring camera footage shows Shannon almost running over John Janssen‘s daughter.

The interviewer then asked Tamra about getting annoyed at Alexis for constantly talking about Johhny J. Tamra responded, “Well, I don’t know. I mean, they seem very much in love. It’s going on a year now, and we just poke fun at her because we’ve seen Alexis in past years, and whoever she’s with, she’s very into and very supportive of her man, and I respect that of her.”

She continued, “But we went on this trip to not talk about any of that stuff. And I clearly say in the car — which I don’t think they showed — ‘Guys, my Big Bear house is zero drama. It is called My Happy Place. We do not talk negatively at the cabin.’ And it just came up. It just came up. But I love seeing Alexis giggle and laugh. Her giggle is infectious, and she’s funny, and there’s so many other things she talks about, but they just haven’t shown it.”

Tamra also responded to the idea that she’s changing Emily Simpson for the worse. She explained, “I was totally shocked with this narrative that I am turning Emily into an asshole. Emily’s a very smart woman. She’s educated. She’s an attorney. She has her own opinions. Me and Emily do not have powwows talking about how we can possibly be b**ches to people.”

She added, “And I took offense to it, and I thought, ‘Wow, Gina, that’s what you think of me. You think that low of me that [you think] I’m going to go persuade people to be mean.’ It was just a couple of episodes [ago when] she was yelling at Jenn to pay her bills and calling her a squatter. So who taught you how to be a b**ch? So it’s very confusing. It just wasn’t okay with me.”

Tamra also discussed the belief that Gina Kirschenheiter set Katie Ginella up regarding the Heather Dubrow pictures. She said, “Well, first of all, it was because of what Katie had been telling me. Katie told me that basically months before we started filming, Katie and Gina became friends, and Katie gave Gina this information, and Gina said to her, ‘You need to bring that up. If you get cast on the show, you need to bring it up because Heather — it would be so great. And it would be so funny. Heather would think it’s funny.’”

She continued, “She was just pushing for Katie to be on the show. She was calling each one of the cast members trying to sell us on Katie. And we’re like, ‘Okay, but we don’t do the hiring, but whatever. That’s fine.’ Then when Katie does say it, Gina got questioned at the golf tournament, and I think somebody said, ‘Well, Gina, you know about this. You were sent the text messages confirming that Heather called the paparazzi.’”

Tamra added, “And she suddenly couldn’t use her phone, didn’t know why it wouldn’t turn on and was like, ‘I got to go.’ And she acted very suspicious. So I’m like, ‘It looks like she set you up.’ So we’ll see. We’ll see what happens though.”

Fans can watch RHOC on Thursday nights on Bravo and stream the episode the next day on Peacock.

  • RHOC’s Shannon Beador Reveals How John Janssen Broke Up With Her, Claims $75K Lawsuit Isn’t “About Money,” & Addresses Calling Him a “Monster,” Plus Says He’s “Coaching” Alexis, Talks Near-Nervous Breakdown & New Dating Show, & Live Viewing Thread

RHOC’s Shannon Beador Reveals How John Janssen Broke Up With Her, Claims $75K Lawsuit Isn’t “About Money,” & Addresses Calling Him a “Monster,” Plus Says He’s “Coaching” Alexis, Talks Near-Nervous Breakdown & New Dating Show, & Live Viewing Thread

Shannon Beador claims she was dumped by her former boyfriend, John Janssen, after her DUI and hit-and-run arrest in September 2023 — even though fans were unaware that they were together at the time.

As the 60-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star explained why she and John, 62, kept their reconciliation private following their initial split in November 2022 and revealed how he broke up with her, Shannon reflected on a near-breakdown she suffered amid filming on season 18, shared why she believes John is “coaching” his new girlfriend, Alexis Bellino, 47, and admitted she’s “finding humor” in having to co-exist with the two of them on the show.

“As I saw as soon as I saw that photograph of them at the Quiet Woman I knew, I knew she is going to be back on the show,” Shannon admitted during an August 14 interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I knew it in my gut [after the photo], but I didn’t officially find out until right before we filmed [in January]. I wasn’t happy about it.”

According to Shannon, John began dating Alexis about six weeks after they split for a second time.

“We both knew deep down it wasn’t going to work, and we didn’t want to admit [it],” she revealed of why their reunion was kept under wraps. “We just didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but we kind of made a big deal out of it by saying we are not back together.”

“Two weeks after the DUI, he called me and said– he was supposed to take me back to [Vicki Gunvalson‘s house, where I was staying], and he said, ‘We are done. You’ve ruined my life by making it so public, and you’ve ruined my family’s lives for making it so public,’” Shannon recalled. “And I knew that our relationship had to be done anyways, so I accepted it and that was that.”

Although John claimed he didn’t like the spotlight, it wasn’t long before he went public with Alexis, another public figure whose now-ex-husband, Jim Bellino, once filed a $1 million defamation lawsuit against Shannon that cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars.

As RHOC fans may have seen, Alexis denied she was involved in the case, but Shannon teased, “Tune in.”

Speaking of lawsuits, Shannon was recently targeted with a $75,000 lawsuit from John, who claimed she owed him for a facelift he paid for (she claims the plastic surgery was a gift).

“I offered him the full amount because I know legal fees will surpass [$75K],” Shannon revealed. “He said, no, because he refused to sign a mutual non-disparagement agreement, which is industry standard in any settlement case. So, is it about money? Because if it was, you would have taken the money that you allege that I took from you.”

“In addition,” she added, “he has added a fraud component to the case, which is that I intentionally took money from him and that includes punitive damages.”

On the show, Shannon was recently seen calling John a “monster.” But during the interview on Wednesday, she suggested the comment was made due to their legal situation.

“I said that from today’s perspective, not from back then,” she noted.

As for John’s relationship with Alexis, Shannon suspected her castmate had only seen the good parts of John.

“There aren’t a lot of stories, there’s just details to tell,” Shannon explained. “At the beginning of my relationship with John, I paid for everything. Yes, I did. Not the entire relationship, but I did at the beginning. So, I don’t know what else to say. You know, that happens. Sometimes you have good times, sometimes you don’t.”

“I cared about John,” she went on. “At the beginning of our relationship … within two weeks, I was told a lot of the same things that Alexis was told. I mean, verbatim. So, I thought that this was my future husband, and when you are in hard times, you think about those good times. So it was always my hope that we would get back to that.”

Nearly one year after breaking up for good, Shannon said John has been “coaching” Alexis on the show, potentially giving her talking points to bring up with their castmates.

“Before I would film, especially last year’s reunion … ‘You need to say this, you need to do this,’” Shannon revealed.

She then signaled Gina Kirschenheiter, 40, who told her that while recalling a past run-in with John, who yelled at her at an event, to Alexis, Alexis defended John as if she had been present.

“On that night I said, ‘John, why were you so upset?’ He goes, ‘Well I couldn’t find the food, you know, the alcohol hit me, whatever,’” Shannon shared. “So, Gina said, ‘Alexis turned to me at the luncheon and said, he was hungry.’ I said, what? So, he had told Alexis that story, and her response was supposed to be, he was hungry.”

When Shannon was then asked about John’s appearance with Alexis on Carlos King‘s podcast, Reality With the King, where he suggested dating Shannon was like “[failing] every day,” she sarcastically replied, “It’s like, gosh, John! You’re such a good guy, you are such a good guy. You are trying all the time.”

John also said he only agreed to appear on RHOC because Shannon wouldn’t survive without the show.

“I would have to find something else to do … It would be a struggle,” Shannon confessed.

After noting that she wishes John and Alexis well, Shannon said she’s “excited” to travel to Mexico with Gizelle Bryant, 53, Ashley Darby, 36, and Luann de Lesseps, 59, for filming on their new Peacock dating series, which is tentatively titled Love Hotel.

“I think it’s going to be really fun, so I am really excited that they asked me to do it,” she said. “I mean, what else am I doing? My kids will all be back in school, and I don’t have anything else going on, so it will be fun. I am going to have fun with it. I am walking into it saying, this is just going to be fun.”

Regarding the remaining episodes of RHOC season 18, Shannon described them as a roller coaster.

“It’s beyond,” she stated. “I, for the first time in my life, thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I was told things — I was talking to my attorney off to the side, and I was told things with the girls that I couldn’t believe.”

Although she didn’t share specifics, Shannon said her emotional moment was prompted by John and their legal battle.

“More happens and, I want to make it clear that I do not want to be portrayed as a victim,” she added. “I am not. If anything, I have proven to myself that, in the last year, I am a survivor. I am not a victim.”

Shannon Beador Talks “Hardest Night” of Filming RHOC, Accuses Tamra of Using Her for a Storyline, & Admits “Toxic Relationship” With John, & Using Alcohol to Cope, Plus Claims John Began Dating Alexis 6 Weeks After Split, and Recalls Time in Jail

    [ad_1]

Shannon Beador looked back on her hardest night of filming and opened up about her “humiliating” DUI arrest during an interview on Friday.

As she also praised Vicki Gunvalson, 62, for being a good friend, detailed when John Janssen, 60, began dating Alexis Bellino, 47, and slammed Tamra Judge, 56, for pushing a false narrative about her on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon, 60, discussed her use of alcohol and reflected on her time spent behind bars.

“[It was] really brutal,” Shannon admitted to Extra’s Melvin Robert on August 8 of the episode that chronicled her DUI arrest and showcased the bloody selfie she took after the hit-and-run incident. “It was the hardest night that I had in my 10 years of filming. I don’t want to sound like a victim, so it’s like I feel like I’m walking a fine line, but I mean, all it has shown me is that I am a survivor and I’m able to make positive change even in, you know, such a dark place.”

Adding to the heartache of her arrest was the fact that Shannon has three daughters, Sophie, 22, and twins Stella and Adeline, 20, who she is trying to set an example for.

“To get a DUI… I mean, I was physically injured and broke bones, and to do all of that when I’m 60 years old, I mean, it was just the most humiliating,” she shared. “And I mean, most importantly, I didn’t hurt anybody, and that is what I’m grateful for, because I don’t know how I would have handled that.”

“It [prompted] me to look inward and realize changes that I needed to make in my life,” she added.

Following her arrest, Shannon entered a behavior wellness program with an alcohol component, as she admits to using alcohol to cope with her problems.

“I was using alcohol to cope because I was miserable, and so I needed to figure out why I was making toxic choices in my life and drinking and consuming more alcohol during certain periods of my life was part of that. But I also wanted to dig deeper and I’m glad that I chose that program,” she explained. “I continue on with the psychiatrist and the therapist I was working with weekly, so it’s been really good for me.”

According to Shannon, she’s no longer using alcohol to cope.

“I have different coping mechanisms now. I go on walks. I do breathing exercises. I use cold packs. There are all these different processes that I go through to handle certain situations,” she revealed. “I had to look into myself. Everyone has things that have happened in their lifetime, and I just kind of shoved them down and just kept moving forward. And now I’m addressing certain things that have happened throughout my lifetime and how it might have molded me into the person I am now.”

Throughout the months that followed her arrest, as Shannon suffered a falling out with Tamra, Vicki was by her side.

“The person that was there for me is Vicki Gunvalson. She actually took me into her home, and I stayed and lived with her for a bit,” she said.

Shannon needed all the love and support she could get during the trying time, especially after learning that her ex-boyfriend, John, had struck up a romance with Alexis just weeks after they broke up for a second time.

“It was difficult… John and I had — as much as they want to say that we hadn’t — we had rekindled our relationship, and about six weeks after he ended it for the second time, he met Alexis,” she revealed. “And so I think they were about two months into their relationship when I met them, so it was very new. And so it’s just awkward and it’s hurtful too. I was still going through a lot of emotional things, I mean, and I still am now.”

While Shannon was not happy about John’s new relationship, it wasn’t because she wanted to reconcile. In fact, she admitted they are “not good together.”

“We had a very toxic relationship. But I just don’t think she’s been the kindest person and I just don’t want to have a relationship with her. Why would I? Why would anyone? I think anyone in my position would say the same thing,” she reasoned.

Moving on to her drama with Tamra, Shannon accused her former friend of using her for a storyline on RHOC.

“Tamra has this narrative that she just keeps repeating, saying, ‘Shannon has an issue with alcohol.’ And she is correct that I was using alcohol to cope, and I’ve openly admitted that multiple times. The problem is that there’s a new narrative now, and Tamra seems to be stuck in the past,” Shannon noted. “She knows absolutely nothing about what I’ve done and what I’m working on and what I continue to work on.”

“I think if Tamra wasn’t talking about me, I don’t know really what else she’d be talking about this season,” Shannon went on. “If the fans and the viewers believe what she has to say about me, then I’m sorry that they do, because she’s not telling truths about me at all. I know the person that I am and those close to me do, and that’s good enough for me.”

Although some have hoped for a reconciliation between them, Shannon doesn’t seem open to the idea.

“She can continue to be unkind and cruel, I’m just not interested anymore,” Shannon declared. “We’ve had this history, 10 years, of up-down, up-down, and I always go back. It’s not healthy for me to enter a toxic friendship, and that shows growth within me to say, ‘I’m going to create a boundary and we’re not going to be friends anymore.’”

In a separate interview with PEOPLE, Shannon opened up about her five hours in jail, which was a “fine,” though adding that it was particularly challenging since she tends to be “very claustrophobic.”

“I said to the policeman, ‘Oh no, I can’t go in there. That’s too small. I can’t go in there,’” she recalled of the moment in which an officer led her to her cell. “And there were no bars for air. It was a door. They go, ‘Well, this is the bigger one.’ So I walked in to see, and they shut the door. And then I’m like, ‘No, you gotta let me go. I can’t be here.’”

To lessen the claustrophobia she was experiencing, Shannon “laid down on the bed” and “faced the wall.”

“I was just pretending I was in a bedroom, like, ‘Oh no, you were just in a bedroom,’” she continued. “I was injured. I had blood all over me. And when they let me out, literally, it was like in the movies. They opened up this garage door. I didn’t even know where. I’m like, ‘What am I supposed to do?’ [and] they go, ‘You can go.’ I had no shoes on. It was surreal and it is something that I will never let happen again. I’m never going to make poor decisions like that again. I’m not going to.”

Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County recently returned, and fans have quite a bit to devour. Among the storylines from the show that made headlines was Jennifer Pedranti‘s fiance, Ryan Boyajian, being linked to a massive gambling scandal.

As was previously reported, filming for the season picked up after it had concluded in order to catch the goings on with the situation. Now, she’s opening up about the scandal, the issues with Gina Kirschenheiter, Tamra Judge, and more.

As fans know, Jennifer joined RHOC during the show’s 17th season. This means she’s still a fairly new housewife, but she is expected to dominate much of this new season due to the gambling scandal, which involved money being wired illegally to multiple accounts and then laundered through casinos. Jennifer and Ryan started dating in 2020.

Recently, she sat down with Housewives Nightcap from Access Hollywood and discussed RHOC, the gambling allegations against Ryan, and much more.

She starts by discussing how this season is different than her first. She says, “There was a lot that went on in my life, like, I’m telling you, I think everything that could happen to a person probably happened in this last season of filming.”

Regarding what made season one difficult, she says, “Season one was hard because my friendship with Tamra was very difficult, and Tamra is a very strong personality, so I was navigating that and finding a new normal within a friendship.”

She goes on, “Season two is hard because my real life really got shaken up and it affected me, it affected my kids, it affected my relationship, it affected my ex. I mean truly, like, everything kind of got pulled out from under me, and I lived it on camera.

However, she also says that navigating the drama on camera was an afterthought to how she and her family were going to handle it.

The topic of Jennifer being evicted from the home that Gina helped her get also came up, and she said she understood why Gina was upset. She also says she believed she was doing all she could.

Regarding her drama with Gina, she says, “I understand her side. The thing that’s hard for me is I’m not a woman who would take down another woman’s career. I respect Gina’s career and I respect what that girl has done at her young age.”

The conversation then turns to Jennifer finalizing her divorce from ex-husband William Pedranti. When asked how she’s feeling, Jennifer responds by saying, “Wow, that took four years.  Unfortunately, I have no communication with my ex, and so it’s hard, it’s hard. I’m so grateful that it’s finalized.”

JENNIFER PEDRANTI’S CHILD SUPPORT AMOUNT IS REVEALED

She then said that being married to her ex made her and Ryan feel tethered to the past. She also hopes that she and Ryan can now be friends with her ex-husband.

Regarding the gambling scandal, Jennifer had this to say about why she’s sticking by him, “I would stick by him through anything. I know Ryan, and I communicate about everything, so this was not like some bomb that dropped on Ryan and I. We’ve been going through this with our best friends for a long time.”

She then says, “You just have to give it time. Ryan’s not involved in it.”

Jennifer also expresses that she felt guilty over her stardom “shedding light” on him for something he didn’t do.

Regarding how she felt about some of her castmates meeting and discussing the situation, she says, “I met with Katie and Gina, and they had concerns; anybody would, but you know what they did? They sat me down, and they’re like, girl, what the heck is this guy doing? Are you okay? Are your kids okay?”

She goes on to say who she didn’t hear from.

“I did not hear from Tamra, and I didn’t hear from Emily, but Tamra doesn’t surprise me. Emily, I would have liked to have heard from, but I didn’t.”

She then talks about how this changed things for her and Ryan.

“When it printed, we were like, oh my gosh. It was like we were on the biggest high and then the lowest low, and we had to just come back together and say we know the truth, we’re good.”

The interviewer asked for her take on the Shannon Beador and Alexis Bellino situation. She says, “I can’t.” She goes on to say that Alexis and John Janssen have real love, and she believes they will go the distance. However, she also supports Shannon.

Regarding Tamra, Jennifer says, “Tamra and I were in a great spot, like, we were really moving forward and even so much we wanted the guys to move forward.”

She continues, “Tamra does what Tamra does, and you’ll have to see it.”

RHOC’s Tamra Judge Reveals What Shannon Did Off-Camera Led to End of Friendship, Plus She Claims Shannon Threatened to “Go After” Alexis on Night of DUI, and Details Shannon’s Drunken Phone Calls

Tamra Judge is sharing what Shannon Beador did off-camera that led to the end of their years-long friendship.

While also opening up about what went down on the night of Shannon’s DUI arrest and in the weeks that followed, the 56-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star revealed Vicki Gunvalson‘s thoughts on Shannon’s alleged “drinking problem,” admitted to keeping Shannon’s drinking a secret, and looked back on the demise of their relationship.

“[Shannon] knows that I know so much, and she’s so afraid, like, I’m just gonna discredit her and make her look bad, which is horrible. It’s absolutely horrible,” Tamra admitted to Entertainment Tonight on July 24. “She wants to tell lies about me to make me look bad. I had to tell lies about her to make her look good for so many years.”

Following Shannon’s DUI in September 2023, Tamra said she was “by Shannon’s side.” However, everything changed after they began touring with Vicki, 62, for their Tres Amigas show, which Tamra wanted to cancel in the wake of her castmate’s legal drama.

“I thought that maybe Shannon needed some professional help, and that she should take a beat from just being on tour, and all that pressure with everything that was coming her way at that time,” Tamra reasoned.

After the ladies’ first show, Tamra said she learned that Shannon, 60, had allegedly “got drunk” and said “horrible things” to someone she knows.

“I kind of let it slide,” she shared. “And then, I had told her, I said, ‘Listen, I am not going to tell you what was said, but some things were said and I don’t appreciate it. If you continue to talk about me like this, I don’t want to be involved in this. I don’t need to do this show. You need to do this show. So, figure it out … [But] she did it again.”

According to Tamra, she was “trying to help” Shannon, all while Shannon was “talking behind [her] back.” In fact, not only had she been supporting Shannon, but she’d also been keeping her drinking “a secret.”

“She had called me many times after the DUI so drunk, often times calling me, going off on something, hanging up and calling me again, and doing the exact same conversation. Not remembering it!” Tamra revealed.

Because Shannon was refusing to go to rehab, despite being “depressed” and “always crying,” Tamra began to feel that the situation had become “toxic and exhausting.”

“I was worried she was gonna fall down her stairs, get in an accident, something like that, and when this happened, I told her, I said, ‘This is a wake-up call, you need to get help…’ and she goes, ‘OK, I know! I know!’”  Tamra recalled. “When she got the DUI, she told me, personally, that she is going to therapy to figure out why she is dating the wrong men.”

Looking back on the night of Shannon’s DUI, Tamra said her then-friend became upset after running into Alexis Bellino, 47, who is now dating her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, 60, at a bar.

“The actual night of her DUI, she had text me from the restaurant — and I knew she was drunk. I could tell by the way she was texting — and she went off, because Alexis had walked in the door,” Tamra revealed. “She goes, ‘I am going to go after her!’ and I am like, ‘Just be nice just be nice. Alexis is not a mean girl. Be nice.’”

“What she does is, when somebody isn’t aligned with her or agree with her decisions … she wants to destroy that person,” Tamra continued. “She got mad at John, she tried to destroy his reputation. She gets mad at me, she tries to destroy my reputation to make herself look better.”

“I don’t like to be around toxic people that just talk behind everybody’s back all the time,” she added.

In addition to her falling out with Shannon, Tamra is also estranged from Vicki.

“I didn’t know we had a problem. Evidently, she has been saying a ton of horrible things about me. You will see, she is on the show this season. We have a ton of fun,” she admitted, noting that she was “sad” and “disappointed” to see Vicki turn on her.

“You want to stay by Shannon’s side, that’s fine, but you personally have told me, ‘Yeah, she has a drinking problem…’” Tamra claimed. “I said, ‘If you want to enable her, go right ahead, but I am not doing it anymore.’”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
