WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) — Wake County Sheriff’s Office have charged a second man in connection with a shooting near Raleigh.
It stems from an indecent that happened back on August 24.
Deputies say 24-year-old Axel Abraham Saguilan-Diaz is now facing multiple charges, including five counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injuries.
He was taken into custody by Raleigh police and booked into the Wake County Detention Center.
The August 24th shooting on Moonglow Drive left one man hurt, and damaged several homes and vehicles.
