Storm preparations underway as Hilary speeds towards California

Hilary was downgraded to a Category 2 hurricane Saturday as it barreled through the Pacific towards Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. It is forecast to reach California Sunday as a tropical storm which could bring heavy rain and flooding. Elise Preston has more.
