Pink Starburst Jello Shots
This Starburst Jello Shots recipe require only 2 ingredients (plus water) – vodka and Starburst-flavored jello. For a similar flavor, in actual shot form, try my popular Pink Starburst Shooter recipe.
The box of jello contains 3.93 oz of gelatin, enough to make 16-18 shots, when each 2 oz. cup is filled 3/4 of the way. For more shots per box, use 1 oz. cups.
Ingredients
There are just 3 ingredients required to make Starburst Jello Shots.

How to Make
Pink jello shots are super easy to make. Reference the recipe card below for full details and instructions.
1. Combine the gelatin and boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
2. Mix in the vodka and water.
3. Pour into 2 oz. plastic shot glasses.
4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
5. Add optional garnishes.

Darcey’s Tips
- Use whipped cream vodka to make these Starburst Jello Shots taste like the light-pink Starburst!
- Make a batch without the booze for an alcohol-free version. Just add extra water or another liquid, like cranberry juice, 7-up, Fruit Punhc, etc.
- Use a large glass measuring cup with a pour spout for a clean liquid-to-cup transfer.
- Place empty cups on a cookie sheet for ease of clean up and refrigeration.
- Keep the shots refrigerated until ready to serve to keep the firm texture.
- Any jello shot recipe can be made up to 2 days in advance of serving. Just make sure to place the top on the shots as to ensure a gross film won’t coat the top.
