SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) — Springfield Fire crews put out a house fire in Indian Orchard Sunday evening.
According to Springfield Fire Captain Drew Piemonte, fire crews responded to the home on 34 Pemaquid Street just after 5:30 PM.
Firefighters located the fire in the ceiling of the living room, and found it has extended into the attic space. Photos shared by the Springfield Fire Department show some of the damage from the fire.
There are no reported injuries.
The Springfield Arson and Bomb Squad is investigating the cause of the fire.
