It all started when the band posted they’d parted ways with Craig Jones, only to retract the statement from all social media a few hours later. Then the band played the Nova Rock festival in Austria with a mysterious new member that they announced on social media without any captions or additional information. And then finally yesterday, Slipknot launched a mystery website with a song called “Death March” and hey – we actually know what’s going on with that one!

Slipknot is now streaming their surprise new EP Adderall featuring some new songs and some new interpretations of the song “Adderall” from The End, So Far. Strangely, the EP is out through Roadrunner Records, who the band ended their contract with when they released The End, So Far. So who knows what’s going on there or if this was some additional contractual obligation tied in with the promo cycle for The End, So Far.
