Shooting leaves man dead in Philadelphia’s Fairhill section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A deadly shooting is under investigation in the Fairhill section of Philadelphia.

Police were called to the 2800 block of North Franklin Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound.

He was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.

His name has not been released.

Investigators have not released a possible motive or announced any arrests.
