SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Investigators in San Francisco said they have charged a person in connection with a string of July burglaries in the Outer Mission District and Noe Valley. He was caught just minutes after he allegedly committed another burglary. The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said the man brazenly committed the acts while out on probation.
Jeyson Garcia, 25, has been charged with multiple felonies but has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied all allegations.

Garcia was apprehended by police in a stolen vehicle, and he had a recent victim’s stolen ID cards in his possession, said officials. He is accused of stealing over $3,000 worth of items, including tools, a toolbox, and two bicycles.
The burglarized homes were on the 2700 block of San Jose Avenue and 26th Street in Noe Valley. He allegedly committed the crimes on July 24 and July 26.
“Residential burglaries while victims are at home sleeping are especially brazen and terrify communities,” said San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins. “My office will do everything in our power now to fight for justice in the courtroom and ensure there is accountability and consequences.”
No bail has been set for Garcia.
