Sacramento County middle school evacuated after bomb threat

Smedberg Middle School was put on lockdown and later evacuated as a precaution on Friday morning due to a call regarding a bomb threat, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.Parents can pick up their children at the Shelton High School Football field, the sheriff’s office and school’s principal said.
