William and Kate upset locals
Security measures put in place ahead of Prince William and Kate’s move into their new home, Forest Lodge, have upset locals in Windsor.
Perimeter fencing, landscaping and CCTV have all been installed around the property, but it’s also resulted in the closure of a car park and gate access to some of Windsor Great Park.
The area covers around 150 acres and has a 2.3-mile perimeter which is set to be signposted warning people not to enter. Trespassers on the land will face arrest under the Home Office plans.
